I paid 1298/- for 28 days of what is advertised by Reliance as "Full Speed Unlimited 3G" plan. Why, then, do I often get speeds as pathetic as 5-10 kbps for long stretches ? It happens sometimes even late in the evening and at night. This is not acceptable since the only reason I paid such a high price was to satisfy bandwidth demands for work. Time lost suffering abysmal speeds is, in effect, lost money. If Reliance can't deliver the service promised. they should give people their money back. My number is [protected]

I had to go through numerous phone calls, Facebook and Twitter requests, and days of frustration while trying to get them to fix the issue but they finally resolved my speed issues.

Well, I received a call from one of your customer reps named Mr Vijay who said he was calling from Reliance Head Office. He apologized for the long delay and helped me restore speed on my connection. I told him about the 7 days of lost connectivity when my connection was virtually unusable due to pathetic speeds and asked that the duration of validity of my plan be extended by 7 days beyond 25th of September. I paid 1298/- for 28 days of 3G, unlimited connectivity without throttling. So, I should receive what I paid for. Losing one week out of 4 is not acceptable.

Mr Vijay said that it made sense to extend validity since I had paid for an expensive plan and that I should contact customer care for the same. Despite that assurance, I then got a call from another individual named Sanjay who said that an extension isn't done unless there is no connectivity. I explained to him that the connection I had from 7th until 13th of September ( 7 days ) offered average speeds of 10 kbps. It was riddled with DNS server issues that made even browsing impossible most of the time. How can Reliance consider that a fair treatment of a customer who paid for a much better service ?

Please not that I only bought the plan after several SMS messages from Reliance informing me of its existence. Not providing the service assured as advertised would be tantamount to fraud.I have been extremely frustrated and have had to contend with losses on the business front because of network speed issues on your end. Having been a Reliance customer for a long time, I expected better treatment. If you think that the 7 days of 2G connectivity is something extra that I received, even though I didn't ask for such abysmal service, then please go ahead and charge me for 7 days of 2G connection. But I want what was promised to me while buying the plan. i.e 28 days of an unlimited 3G connection with no throttling. Not 21 but 28 days. That can only be done by extending validity beyond 25th by 7 days.


Mr Sanjay finally said that he'd discuss the issue and get back to me. A new service request number,[protected], was given to me. Please see to it that the issue is resolved. Thanks
Well, at long last, I got a call from Reliance and Mr Sanjay informed me that the validity of my plan had been extended to compensate for the days of lost connectivity. It is very frustrating to waste time and money over such issues but I want to thank Relaince for ultimately doing the right thing. Despite initial disappointment, it seems like reasonable and fair people still exist at Reliance. So, thank you again and I hope I don't have to face these problems in future.

      I am trying to generate the unique porting code for my reliance number [protected] since one month but I am unable to. When i send the message "Port [protected]" to 1900, I get this reply "This service is temporarily Unavailable' from +1901. I registered a complaint twice over Reliance customer care but there is no resolution. The two complaint numbers are[protected] and[protected]. Now when i try to call the customer care, that is also blocked for me. As per TRAI rules, i should be able to get my UPC. Please allow me to generate the UPC.

        Hello, I have recharged 2g data pack Rs 51 for my number ([protected]). But then the mobile data is not connecting. I have been facing the problems since 5th Sep 15. It has been 3 days and am facing same issue. I am able to view data balance by dialing *111*1*3# but not able to use the data. I searched for customer care number to contact reliance but then I am not able to find one to speak directly with the customer support person. i have got the Settings but still not able to connect . I tried to call 198 but did not receive any response. I have faced many issue with reliance but were resolved in a day, but this issue is still pending and it is going to be 4th day. this time I am very much dis satisfy with you all. I did not expected this from you all. I am sorry to say, if the following problem on going than I have to switch to other network provider. Kindly give solution for this ASAP. Thanks and regards.

            I am having the mobile number [protected] for more than 13 years. This number has been used for very few calls. Your marketing people from "E-7, Arera Colony" have convinced me to convert my prepaid number to postpaid for bill free plan. Eventually I have lost the balance rupees (approx 350/-) in prepaid, paid 300-400 for new connection with deposits and started enjoying postpaid bill free plan. Later my number has been barred. When enquired CC told that the number is barred for the overdue bill. Bill recovery people was after me day and night for recovery and doesn't rectified my auto changeover from bill free plan to billing plan which I have never ever requested. I was having the older model handset in which this SIM has stopped working so I got it replaced on 03/02/2015 from Rohit Nagar centre as picture attached (RECR UC[protected] OMH) by paying Rs.25/-. To activate this new SIM some nine digits PIN was required. Contacting those Rohit Nagar centre people several times they always fooled me like it would be activated within 24 hours without PIN etc. The bill recovery people were behind me and ultimately they have given some peanut waiver in the bill and I have deposited the final bill on 21/07/2015 in anticipation of my number activating. But as you know the Reliance people are now in need of every hour followup to get your problem rectified. The number could not be activated and same nine digits PIN number was required. One more current bill I have received and paid the same online on 27/08/2015. Today I visited Rohit Nagar centre with the SIM then they made the various calls here and there and told me that your number was in the barred number list which is now removed, you just switch off and switch on the mobile after some time and dial *228 then your SIM would be automatically activated. When I have done the said procedure the mobile was still asking the nine number PIN. When visited the centre again I came to know that the new replaced SIM is not updated at all in their system. As I have deposited the previous SIM at Rohit Nagar centre I cannot provide that SIM. Now these people are advising me to go to the police sation and make the police complaint/FIR stating my mobile has been lost/ stolen and deposit the copy of the complaint/FIR and deposit Rs.25/- again then the new SIM would be issued. My request is that (1) Please refund all the rent of inactivated SIM. (2) Give me the bill free plan as promised by your people to convert my prepaid SIM to postpaid SIM. (3) Don't ask me to lodge false complaint in Police Station for lost/stolen mobile when I am having the SIM with me what you have provided on 03/02/2015. I have already lost Rs.[protected] without using your SIM

            As on date, Reliance has terminated my number for which they have not activated my SIM for a second also and I have paid the rent.
            I cannot get the 4G SIM also for that number because new 4G SIM has to be registered from the old CDMA number which is not possible with the inactivated (previous status)/ terminated (current status) SIM.

From 1.5 years in Reliance and this is my personal number but it is not registered in My name or any one name. I want the port code for port this number but port code does not received then i called to customer care they told me that this no. Is not registered in any one name. Sir if it is not registered in any one name then how it is running and i m using from 1.5 years.. First i purchased this number from Idea then i port this in Vodafone then i did last port in Reliance and i gave my Id proof and photo, then how it is possible. If any kind of region i lost this number then how can do restart this ? Because it is not registered in any one name. I went to reliance store behind Bus stand Alwar, there is a man who did not response me, he ignored me, I am Customer and if he did not solve my problem then where i have to go ? He said that no anyone solution he have for this problem. Then i went to Reliance prepaid office in Manumarg Alwar, i told my problem to those then they replied that it is not possible, Then they check and replied that come after 3 at noon, i went at evening then he replied that u have to give me your id and photo and we will register this number in your name but in is process you have to wait 30-40 days. Sir if between 30 days i lost my number any kind of region then ? 30-40 Days process is too long.. I am so sad because of this problem and i am not responsible then who is responsible. Please do something this problem is big and creating many other problems.. Thank You

First time i know this when CDMA service is converted in to gsm I want the port code for port this number but port code does not received then i called to customer care they told me that this no. Is not registered in your name and they told me that this number is registered on Mr. Khan's name. Its amazing for me, the number i used from last 5-6 years is not registered on my name. I remembered very well that when i purchase this SIM that time i submit my required documents, but how this can happen? i don't no. Please do something this problem is big and creating many other problems.. Thank You.

                Hi Team, I am using Reliance GSM for last 4 years and my call rate is Rs.1.20/call for 3 minutes irrespective of I will disconnect the call with in 10 sec, 20 sec or in 1 min, 2 min the charges will be Rs.1.20 only for first 1 sec to 2 min 59 sec and so on Rs.1.20 will be charged in the multiple of 3 minutes. Now when I decided to change the network with same number i.e using MNP, I received a call from reliance representative to do not switch the network provider as he told me that there is an offer for you that for next 6 month my call rate will be .30 paise/minutes local and national which will be activate in next 48 hours and the subjected request ID is saved in reliance system on 4-oct-15 at 1717 hours. Now till the time same call rate is not changed and reliance is charging Rs.1.20/call for 3 minutes (48 hours is already passed) Also talked with Sangeeta Yadav, Floor supervisor of Reliance customer care and she has confirmed me that by 1200 noon today call rate will be get changed but unfortunately again I am facing the same problem and my complaint is not resolved.                     Instace 1: I have bought a Reliance Wi-pod data card ([protected]) on 3 July from ZR communications Marathalli Bangalore. From the day one I am experiencing poor speed and I logged complaint. I did get a complaint number from Reliance[protected]. I did received the call from the technical team to know my location and they assured that the issue will be resolved. When I checked I found that the complaint ticket is already closed.I still experience poor network speed. I contacted the reliance customer care through chat. I asked the advisor to reopen that complaint. He said he cannot. Then I asked him to open a new ticket and keep that open until the issue is resolved. He denied my request to open a new ticket and told me he will not be creating a new ticket as they have already created one. How this can be done, Customer has a right to keep a problem ticket open if the problem is not solved. Reliance customer care informed me that this will take 90 to 120 days to get resolved, what should I do till that time? I purchased the datacard as I needed one. How can I wait for the issue to get resolved in 90 to 120 (Almost half year). This is not at all acceptable as a customer who will be paying for the service. AUGUST 7: Reliance still closed my new complaint[protected]. When did I confirmed that the issue is resolved. You again closed the ticket[protected] without asking me to close it. The slow speed issue is still there and it's not been resolved. I don't understand why you are in a hurry to close the ticket. I want the ticket to be kept open until the issue is resolved completely. If you cannot reopen the ticket open a new ticket but I want this issue to be resolved. SEPTEMBER 7: You again closed my complaint[protected] without solving the issue. I have not recieved any reply for the complaint I raised before. Will you be able to resolve this ever? I will not make any payments untill you resolve my speed issue.

                      On 06/09/2015, evening I recharged my Reliance GSM [protected] with Rs 247, which says"Enjoy 1 GB 3G Data With Free FB+WA+TW + Rs.100 TT, Vald For 28 Days" But I received only 1GB 3G data not rs 100 talk time.                         I had booked for a connection on 3rd September 2015 and Reliance promised to get back to me by 48 Hours, which didn't happen. After repeated phone calls nothing much has happened other than false promises. They say that the pin code is serviced by them and I don't know what's the fuss is calling up and saying if they are ready to give connection or not. They are other service providers like ACT ready to give connection, I am waiting for reliance as they have better broadband plans. Could Reliance please conform if they can give a new connection. If not please let me know as soon as possible as I can use other Service providers who actually respond quickly.                           I had recharge of rs 198 internet pack but not able to use internet when i try to call in customer but not getting proper response so please check in 198 only 28 days validity i had already lost my 4 days, i checked my net pack is activated and data is 1024 mb so plz check and resolved my problem ASAP

                            Hello sir, mera naam anurag hai .. mene 3 din pahle apne reliance k no. [protected] pr reliance 3g ka 289 (unlimited 3g ) ka plan activate krwaya ... or kal raat (6/sep/2015) ko 150 ka full talktime ka recharge bhi karwaya. sab shi tha but jese hi aaj subah mene net use kiya mera pura balance deduct ho gya or jab mene 3g ka balance use kiya to wha bhi koi plan show nhi hua .. so company se meri request h ki dono balance amount mujhe return kare ya for whi plans fir se activate kre.. 289+150 = 439 rs koi chota amount nhi hai.

                              I purchased reliance postpaid sim a week ago with all documments. Today i was stuck at a lonely place and tried to make a call but i was not. I called customer care they said we have not received your documments please submit them again than only we will allow outgoing. I said its not an issue from my end that you have not received the documments if you want i will submit them again but i am stuck right now if something wrong happens with me than who is responsible just allow me to make calls and when i will reach i will submit the docs again . They said no you cannot call until you submit documments again. Now if something would have happened to me who is responsible ?? I feel as if i m harassed by the company

                                I taken the net connection on August 4th 2015 and since that day itself net is not working properly. I have complaint several times about it, to customer care and also to Nodal and Appellate officers. The surprising thing they told me that, it would take 90-120 days to fix the problem. They also have given me written confirmation via e-mail on this. How the hell a company can cheat their customers? Telling that 14.5 Mbps and it doesn't given 500 Kbps and sometimes even worst. I think people shouldn't go for Reliance products whatever it is. I think they are professional cheaters. Shame...

                                  My mobile no.is [protected], rajasthan circle. on 28 august I got a message from reliance that today offer is that recharge with 359 and get unlimited 3G internet for 28 days.. I recharged it but got only 3gb I called customer care, he told me that he is going to transfer my call to his senior. But phone got disconnected . I again tried to call customer care by dialing 198 but this time, there is no option I m getting to talk with customer care. I think they blocked my number so I can not call customer care. Should I go to consumer forum . I have all message that I got from reliance gsm Please kindly solve my problem. my other no is [protected] reliance customer care already contact me they give me two sr no[protected] and[protected] i was already send screen shots of msg. I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHAT IS THIS... i think india's biggest bad service providing company is RELIANCE...

                                    Hello, My name is Dr Vinayak Magar and my wired internet user id is[protected] . I have been using your internet from the last 6 months and every month, I get the same problem. from friday my reliance broadband internet is not working. I made a payment of Rs1200 on friday evening. I called ur customer care on friday they told me that your internet will start working in 2 hour. then on sat morning I lodged a complain and in the evening when I called for the status, I got to know that my complain was auto closed, even though my internet was not working. I again lodged a complain on sat evening and your customer care executive told me that within 24 hour my complain will get resolved but as of now its more than 24 hour and it has not been resolved. I called your customer care in morning, to get the status of my Complain and your customer care people told me that in 2 hours your internet will start working and in the afternoon, I again get assurance that in 3 hours your internet will start working. please let me know the exact status of complain. as I have been mislead by your fake promises and customer care service only try to hang up the phone by making fake promises. I have no idea, now this is my last option and I am sending you an email.i hope this will work, otherwise I have to close my connection and complain against you under trai and consumer care . Please don't mislead consumers. Thanks.

                                      My Billing Number is-[protected], The connection was not working since 24th Feb 2015, the services got terminated on 11th March 2015. I was billed for Feb-Mar cycle as well (which was later settled in the form of waiver). All the waivers have been settled except the late payment charge levied in the month of April bill number[protected]

                                      connection was not working since 24th Feb 2015, I had raised a
                                      termination request for the same on 28th Feb 2015, the services got
                                      terminated on 11th March 2015. I was billed for Feb-Mar cycle as well
                                      (which was later settled in the form of waiver). I did have advanced
                                      rental for my account so I was not supposed to pay the last bill.
                                      However I was charged a late payment fee in the bill numbered[protected] for the March, the same was waived off in the bill numbered[protected] for the month of April, however another late payment charge was added in the month of April bill numbered[protected] which is yet to be settled.
                                      Request you to waive off Rs.100 and return the balance to me at the earliest.
                                      2 days still no reply..

                                        I had made a Reliance Net connect recharge pack on my 2G tab on 1st Sept15 of 149(3GB for 4 weeks, though I had received the SMS confirmation the same has not been activated. Again I had recharged a net pack on 6th Sept of 45 for 10 days (1 GB), the same again has not been credited in my account. The sim is not working. My number is [protected]. Had tried to connect your customer executive, but very pathetic service, had tried enough but the line was kept on hold and then the same was disconnected. Please resolve this asap.
