Hi i am dheeraj and my mobile number is [protected] . My residence is near about ramphal chowk, dwarka sec-7, new Delhi 10075 I can't access mobile data in my home because there have no network singnal. I am very frustrate from your services. Very poor service.

    Again I feel myself as a foolish customer of Reliance communications services. Again, in within a month the VAS ADPAY GSM service is activated automatically on my no. [protected] on dated 17/08/2015 and 40 rupees has been deducted from my main balance. How can any company commits the same mistake again n again? I m fed up of this network. Please refund my money and my humble request to Reliance, " Plz don't waste our time, plz focus on ur service and plz treat a customer as a customer". Thank you...

        Hi Mr.Ajay, My name is Sanket shah and I checked my mobile msgs and found that your company is deducting unnecessary balance deductions on account of VAS and till date 114 rupees have been deducted so far. I am sick of it and will raise it to TRAI and consumer court claiming reimbursement for these unethical business practices that your co is following. Please have your team validate these charges and initiate refund. This has become a very usual practice and you being the head should have a control on this.           I get recharge of 246 and thy told me tht if I will get recharge of 246 upto 16th of august I will get double data of 2 gb instead of 4 gb thy reduse 1.5 gb data nw thy r saying tht thy can't check sever is nt ok can't see ur complain I want my whole data otherwise I m going to sue them in court ths is third time is happening with me

            I was a reliance customer for past 2 yrs but the service is hectic.. I was using unlimited plan with 1Mbps for 5 Gb and then 512Kbps speed... Once we consume 5GB, then after that the speed is very poor such that if we need to open an email or general browsing we need to spean a whole day... Several time scomplained to reliance but no go... Went directly to Nungamabakam branch in Chennai, Spoke to manager ans they have accepted they cannot do anything... Asked for 1 month compensation for refund... But they have not gred and hence I have Not paid the bill for 1 month. They have now send 2 months bill as due and finally got call from legal department.. Decided to move legal and will update once its complete///

              Sir, I triloki rajput is reliance cdma user in PALAM delhi area. my mob No is [protected] (prepaid). I am suffering with a problem i.e.call summery report as it doesn*t come after disconnecting the call.In this way i am not able to come to know that how much balance has been deducted for the call and how much balance is left, also call duration. I have contacted to customer care regarding this problem to which he replied that the complain has been lodged for the problem and will be rectified within 24 hrs. whereas it is not rectified even after 5 days have past.I asked customer care officer to give me my complain No to which he told that sir it has been sent to your Number through SMS and let me tell you that i have not received that SMS till now. So please look into the matter seriously. Thanks..

                Dear sir, I have recharged my phone with 3G network worth Rs 200. But I am not satisfied with its working. I have tried several times to talk to customer care, but all in vain. Now pl consider my problem so that I can complete my work satisfactorily on my 3G network as early as possible. Hoping for the positive reply.

                  I have been using reliance sim card since a 2 month but the company deducts balance without any kind of subscription which I have never requested of. This has been a frequent case since I have purchased the number- [protected]. Please provide me a reason as to why should anyone continue with this network. Today also on the name of VAS hungama voice, balance got deducted, which I have never requested. The worst service provider ever - ROHIT SINGH..

                    All, I have bought the reliance Wi Pod Haier device in Mumbai. I was told the connectivity speed will be at least 14MBps. I have pro 3 network coverage with full network however the speeds are restricted to only 1-1.5MBps. Please look into the complaint and resolve the matter. My wi pod number is [protected].

                      Hello sir these is mr.rohit jain from nasik my subscriber id==[protected] since last two months i m facing speed issue in my network my plan is of 2mbps where as i m getting only 512kbps speed i have many complaints in customer care recent complaint id==[protected] there is no support from your technical department in my area your two support engineers talk rudely, says me we dont need customers if you do not like our service jus stop using it..they say we are not gonna solve your problem Mr.gajanand patil contact=[protected] mr.bhagwatkar contact=[protected] both engineers are from nashik area they have visited my place once and they found the problem which at there end still they have not solved since 3months i call them daily they dont respond me they say stop using over connection "wese bhi customer jayda hogae hai " i have totally harsed on these problem no solution thoughr your end i hope you solve asap and take it ssly your faithfully Rohit Jain [protected]/[protected] my complaint id=[protected]

                          I have a CDMA sim which i have requested to convert into GSM and the same has been done four days back but after providing all verifications at CSC no action has been taken so far for activation the only answer i got from CSC "plz contact us after 6 hrs as we are unable to get feedback from back office regarding the updates of your address"

Registered more than 80 complaints in span of 9 months and higher official in ludhiana branch Mr. Gurvinder Sohal ([protected]) and Mr. Yashwinder ([protected]) aware of this problem still not taking any action. And from last one month Landline is completely dead. On calling to office numbers, i used to get replies like we are not customer care people. and i never used to get solution from customer care people, more over i never got reply of e-mail on time. On conversation with Mr. Gurvinder, he said he is not the concerned person to contact or you can withdraw your connection. Kindly provide me solution, and find attachment enclosed.                                   I am experiencing automatic balance cut from past 2 years. Situation gets worse when I am in roamning and my balance gets deducted unexpectedly. Reliance telecommunication crossed it's limit today.Yesterday they deducted rupees 10.I tried to contact them via customer care, they removed the customer grievances service. I lodged a complaint on their facebook page. They did not respond. Instead they cut rupees 3 today again. I wonder more than 1000 rupees are cut in two years in the name of VAS.

Yesterday at around 8.45 pm i did online top up recharge of Rs. 220 .I got a message on phone and email that RS 220 was debited from my bank.But my account did not got credited of the talk time of rs 230(as stated on reliance communications site (http://www.rcom.co.in).I called on 198 an hour later and an agent told me that i would be credited rs 230 talk time in few mins but after a whole night and day, still i have not got my top up.So i lost rs 220 and did not got the top up recharge.Please resolve my issue fast.Either refund me of Rs.220 or Give me talk time top up of Rs.230.

                                      Me bharat jain from thane. I have land line of reliance communication number[protected]. Instrument was dead from last 3 month. I many time complain but they are told that we don't have new pic now but we arrange and give you new instrument. Till date i not receive. And there online consumer complain is don't have this type of complain option. Every mont bill & rent is charged. I have very bed experience of reliance communication. I already port my mobile number from reliance..

                                        I am Asgar Abbas using a reliance CDMA no. [protected] and they have the worst kind of network out of Mumbai since I live mostly out of Mumbai my business no. keep out of reach due to their network that's why I was trying to port my no. but first of all they have denied my porting request saying that I have some out standing then I have paid their outstanding as well as convert it to a prepaid no. and requested again and now they are saying that " The no. has not been connected for 90 days so it can't be process while I am using this no. more than 5 year back. So please help me to get out of their worst network.

                                        As I have told earlier that mostly I lives out of Mumbai, even Maharashtra, and as I leave Mumbai your Network also left me and since it is my Business no. I can't keep it switched off due to your newtwork problem so please pav the way for Portability because I am going for a month on a place where your network is not available and I will live there for log so I can't afford to keep my no. Switched off so please help me to get out of our mess.
                                        I have tried two times to get port my no. but both the time there were denials with excuses so please do something so my grievances could be address.
