Myself kumud ranjan mobile no [protected] had already recharged my account rs 149 free calling pack on 16 th of july 2015, at that time i confirm my validity through customer care, he confirmed me that it will work till 13 th of august 2015, i am again queried him that on whatever date i am recharging is included with that period, they confirmed me that not excluding that recharged date.it have the voice recording of that matter in my mobile, i will send that voice rewcording to you so that i was dam sure that it will work till 13 of august 2015. but today i was normally called my reliance nos, afterwards my call was disconnected, and afterwards after calling, they remined for recharging that my complete Rs 136 balance was deducted. Recently this balance is already setteled by the reliance by wrong recharge coupan, but finally they deducted my complete balance. i am completely shocked by such type of activity by the reliance company, becuase me and including my family members all are using reliance, but after doing such type of activity i doesnt recommend any more for reliance my query is this why reliance giving wrong information to customer and afterwards they deducting the complete balance . because i am again cheated by the reliance, i just have to want my balance Rs 136 returned back . whatever y take action in this matter kindly inform me on my no [protected]. afterwards i have to move this matter to the higher authority, if i didnt get the correct solution. kindly inform me as early as possible on my no [protected]. thank you

    I have submitted my application for Postpaid to prepaid conversion on 18 June 2015 & your Reliance store, Ambazari branch & also cleared all the outstanding at that time to process the application. And I had already stopped using my data card before that. So their is no point in paying due to reliance mistakes & delay in process. As I have discussed with store manager, he already submitted mail for Waive off all charges. And still reliance legal department forcing & harassing me to pay.

      On 10th august 2015. I recharged internet using my balance cause reliance .on*129#/flavour of the month, is showing 750 mb net for rs73 for 10 days. But they provided me only 300 mb net.also tried calling customer care but they don't redirect me to their senior officers. They told me that 'this offer is not for you'.if that was the case why don't they told (message) me about it. No any other T&C are there.

        Hi Sir/Mam Sub: - Misleading product & information provided by the seller. To start with, I used to be one of your broadband user way back in 2011 to 2013. However I decided to withdraw the subscription as the service went bad and when I call your customer service agent, all they say was “ there is a maintenance going at my area and that the reason the lines are down” which carried on for 3 to 4 months. Then where I decided to disconnect my services with you. Now, I recently called the same agent (Rahul Sharma) who assigned me for broad band connection and he sold me WIFI 3 PRO stating that it’s 3G connection till 14GB and followed by unlimited internet. Firstly, most of the time it doesn’t work and when I call your customer service agent and followed the instruction as they told me but it still doesn’t work. Secondly, When it worked it didn’t gave me the 3G speed, hence I again contacted your customer service agent and then I came to know that the plan and the WIFI dongle which I have it’s not a 3G it’s just a normal plan with certain upload and download speed and I was really disappointed again. Now when I try to reach that agent of yours (Rahul Sharma), he is not replying to my calls and mgs. Which clearly reflects that he misguided me and sold me the wrong product and now he is not replying to my calls or mgs. I would like to stop my services and want you to take the product back and refund me my money. Request you to kindly look into it and reply me as soon as possible.

            Hi, I have been using Reliance 3G dongle for last 5 years and have been paying around 1100 rs monthly. From last two weeks, I was not able to get 3G signals in my area. I have been complaining about this from last week to customer care, I had to call so many times just to highlight this issue. Now, after so many days, I am told that it would take around 120 days to resolve this issue. I am staying in the NCR region. I am shocked to hear such a response from reliance. How could you expect a customer to wait for 120 days. Moreover, the customer care response was so poor, they even don't dared to inform me about the situation. I had to call them to get an update on the issue. In fact one of the executive told me to switch to another service operator. God save people from such fraud companies.

                On 5th Aug. 2015 acquired a GSM Postpaid SIM([protected]) Rs.599 pkg(including 2GB 3G network). I was informed it's 2G network on 8th. August 2015. I terminated the service on 12th. August 2015 with punishment of Rs. 319 at customer care centre, Marathahalli Bangalore. FYI: I made a 2rupees call from this SIM and punished[protected] for 7 days. Is this the service Reliance GSM providing or somethingelse going behind.

                  I had bought reliance data card on 11th april 2015. I tried to connect it but never got the network coverage. I tried to cancel my services from May 19th 2015. Despite of not using the services I paid the first bill. after regular followup, I got the services terminated on 23rd june 2015. Even then I have an outstanding bill of period starting 26.6.15 to 23.7. 15... Since May I am trying to cancel my services. I keep getting harassment calls of not paying the bill. Today I got a call of getting a legal notice of not paying Rs 750. Please help

                    I am very disappointed with the services every time i am facing issue. Today i called on customer care and that associate shared incorrect information.My Number is [protected] every month need to call on helpline to get reversal on my CUG charges which is very wrong in nature wherein i need to call to customer care to get reversal. Issue happen today wherein when i called customer care and that person name yashir said that your CUG not activated and reversal will not be done. I am unable to understand that why i will pay this due charges this is 3rd time i am facing issue related to irrelevant charges and this problem is going on continuously and i am unable to understand why customer care and reliance store are unable to share the accurate info.

                      I had two reliance postpaid data card net connections [protected] & [protected]. For both the numbers i have sent the cancellation request on June 1st. But the services not cancelled/terminated and still i am getting bills. Till today i have paid the outstanding due amount for both the services.                           Dear Sir, On 445 Rs tariff they offer 28 days all reliance network STD+Local free call & 30 min for other network. But within 27 days they cut money from main balance.Also they charges 5 Rs after 2-3 Month. when call to customer care they people taking 20-30 min on wait & no solution provided.

                              I had recharged for data plan RS 149 for Maharashtra circle, as per their website I should receive 30 GB data and when I made a recharge the data received was 10 GB instead of the promised 30 GB, this is really not good for a company like Reliance :(, loosing their customer trust. I have called customer care many times regarding this issue but no success. Kindly credit the remaining data i.e. 20 GB to my account ASAP, or else I need to take some serious action against you.                                   Hi Team, Kindly check i migrated to the Postpaid connection it has taken 2 days at that time only i have escalated to the TRAI and applate team after that my process is completed to post paid, but at that time i called to the helpline, no one has informed this pro rata concept and also by the reliance person by sudden u send the mail by bill cycle and due datana bill as 675 so i called to helpline krishna kumar spoken with me and he said that i used data( i have taken unlimited 999 plan right)i will use data right and some special pack i have activated up-to my knowledge i have not activated any of the pack if i activated i will receive message right i haven't received any message so i communicated the same i asked the person to transfer supervisor so he taken 1 hour to transfer the call. So kindly confirm if you do like this how will i continue with your service at total i have 23 connections i losing the confidence with reliance.                                     Here is my another email attempt to resolve this issue. I am keep on sending you emails to Deactivate VAS Pack from my account but same was not happening.                                       Cash is deducting from my balanace mob no. [protected] on the name of vas charges and i am not subscribed to any such offer. Moreover many times tried to unscribed but no action taken it is shame on reliance communication punjab circle . Inspite of repeated reminder they are making money by deducting rs 10, 30 or 1 in the name of vas services which are never activated. Strict discliplinary action should should be taken against the defaulter. If this complaint is not rectified severe action will be taken . I want my balance back
