AS i am on Roaming so i have recharged my no([protected]-MP&CG). with Roaming pack of 77 INR on 16/08/2015 07:53 PM. After that i got Message from Reliance customer care that my pack is activated on 16/08/2015 07:55 PM. Now they are deducting amount from my main balance after having this pack with my no. AS i called customer care one of reliance executive said that they are not having any kind of information about STV recharge. After recharging with STV pack 6 days have already passed and contentiously they are deducting money from my main balance. Due to this i am facing so many problem in communication with my office As well as with my family. it is my request to return my money with my loss.

    Hi... My reliance subsriber id would be[protected]. When i got the reliance broadband connection i paid advance 750- bucks that was supposed to be the last month bill payment should i ever choose to disconnet the connection. I changed my location about 20 days ago. I applied for relocating the connection, the customer care said pay your last bill payment and then we will process the request. I paid 950 bucks for the last month bill payment. Now after 20 days of attempting to get the connection and after such a pathetic service from the customer care support now they are saying the location is not feasible and they cant get me the connection. When i called the first time, they were like pay the last month bill we will surely get you the connection at the new location. That was a false promise. I dont want anything to do with reliance anymore and i want reimbursement of the month bill payment i made. So please get me back my money and i will happily get away from your sight. I am just sick of reliance. Please do this one last thing.

    I got a call from Berkha from the escalation desk who helped me get my connection at my new location and also processed the reimbursement amount. She got it done within two days. Thankful to her.

      His name is Saravanan (address verification agent). He came to my area for address verification regarding my postpaid net connection.. i was not present during that time. I am a practicing doctor and was busy with my work and nobody was home. he called me first i told him i ll be there in few minutes to show my originals. he told he ll come tomorrow and went away. He reported my address was fake and my device was rejected. This is an unprofessional behavior from a agent. Later i called him and inquired this matter and he talked to me disrespectfully. So pls kindly take actions on him and do the needful to get my connection back. I paid 1200 INR for the device and they are not refunding this.So pls kindly do something Regards, Dr. Rameez

        The reliance 3G wifi services I had bought from has not been working for sometime now. And the services from the start itself is not up to the mark. It has not provided the data speed that is supposed to be for a 3G connection. And now that your services have stopped working I had complained to the reliance sales executive who had sold to me the product (mobile no. +[protected], he had told me to complaint to the call and complain to the customer care no.[protected] which on calling had told me that the service sold to me is not a 3G service but some other wifi service. So here I would state that I have also been cheated and lied to by the company.

          I am using the mobile no.[protected] from last 8 years. My last balance was RS.116/- but due to some mistake I used GPRS and balance become Rs.28/-. If they deducted the GPRS charge then they must charge which ever k.b/m.b I used. You could not deduct the huge amount. I have the record which ever GPRS I used... It's your very bad practice that you are deducting which ever balance the user exist on the basis of that.. Please give me the details which ever size I used..             I had been using a reliance post paid number [protected] for 2 years until i decided to get it converted to pre-paid in January 2015. I filled the application form at the Ravi Nagar, Nagpur Customer care center and submitted photocopies of my documents. Although I was assured that it would be converted in 15 days, it did not happen at all despite several follow up by me. I stopped using the number from March 2015 but continued receiving bills till May 2015 about which I repeatedly informed Reliance communications. Recently, a collection agency has started harassing me by calling me 15- 20 times a day and speaking to me in a very questionable manner. I repeatedly explained them the whole issue but they've called me a fraud and defaulter. The line was completely crossed when the started calling all my acquaintances (Who are not related to this entire issue and not customers of Reliance communications) and harassing them. This a conscious attempt to defame me. Who gave the right to call all these people? This harassment and defamation is going on constantly since the last 3 days. when being asked to stop they are brazenly replying that we will continue to do this. Now there are several people affected by this bizarre method of collecting bills. This is behavior is unacceptable from an organisation that boasts of being a leading service provider in the country. I will not stop until a suitable action is not taken against the agency. Moreover, there should be a public apology from the company for having defamed me despite not being at fault.

              Hello, [protected] This is my mobile number. I activated 51 rupees pack in which i should got 1 GB data for 14 days. I activate this pack on 12/08/2015 but its valdity is only till 21/08/2015. I do not get complete validity. I check this offer on *129#. I Call on helpline no.(198, *333) of Relience but they dissconnect my call many times.They put my call on hold till more than 30 mins. This all problems mentally disturbance to me. I am really upset by that. Please resolve my problem i request. My other no. is [protected]. Please Help me.

                I have purchase reliance data card pro3 model on july 22nd .2015 that time on wards i am facing speed issue ex.My model ac3633 speed upto 14.7 mbs speed but i am receiving just 200 to 600 kbs in my home i am in kilpaukl i have call customer care people lots of time no use some of customer care person told me to give data card to service center with in buy of 15 days . I have given as per is advised and i got new datacards after 15days but no use same low speed. I have check datacard speed 10 kms surrounding of my house in few place only its show speed of exceeding 2 mbs ex.2/10 places only . I am using airtel 3g in ipad in my house i am getting 7 mbs speed super . Do not disapoint the customer like this your customer care people does not bother about customer i have purchase this datacard for using in online trading sharemarket but i depends on this network i will loose my money sure . Try to retain your brand name (reliance).Contact no.[protected].

                  Dear sir, its really pathetic to inform you that your service is very ridicules as am a customer of last 10 years am having a problem that i recharged Reliance Net Pack of Rs 57 and i got 3 conformation message from your company after that i used whatsapp for 10 to 15 mint and after some time my main balance was deducted RS 126 where as i have net pack of 750mb for three days.when i called your C Care i given a complaint that my main balance was deducted RS 126/ but your executive unable find i have recharged NET pack or not.so after keep calling your C Care i got data pack from your end again i called your C Care they said wait for 48 hours you will get your balance but still i have not yet receive my balance.today i spoke to Mr SUDHANSU who is really a disgusting person who sat on your Sr C care his not ready to listen customer problem just he inform his information and disconnect the phone. i really disappointed the service of RELIANCE.

                    My no [protected] was terminated without any reasons while that was being used and lastly recharged with roaming pack in the month of April 15 and later was kept because of non availability of any good CDMA handset. Please arrange for release of same ASAP. then thet replied.. We have gone through your e-mail dated August 11, 2015 for your Reliance number [protected] and regret the inconvenience caused. As per details checked in our system, termination request of your Reliance number [protected] was registered with us by Deepti Retailer. We would request you to contact with above mentioned retailer. However, you can take new Reliance number. If you wish to use new number, we request you to visit nearest Reliance Mobile Store along with valid proof of address and identity. Further, if you have any concern, kindly write to us. Thank you for contacting Reliance. Warm Regards, Jagjyot Singh then i asked them how can some one else get terminated no of someone else name...no one can bye this argument that no in my name was terminated on some one else name...so please arrange for reissue of my no asap but they are not replying same...

[protected] है. मेरे पास क. क मैसेज आया 289 मे truly internet pack 3G unlimited . मुझे एस कम्पनी पर शक तो था ही शौचा अब सुधर गयी होगी पर कहावत सही साबित हुई चोर चोरी से जाये पर हेराफेरी से न जाये मेरा इंटरनेट एक दिन भी सही से नही चला 3G तो छोडो बिना G भी नही चला कई बार costomercare पर शिकायत की पर आज तक कोई सुधार नही आज ही नही पहले भी मेरे साथ यही हुआ था पर मेरे पास call आयी थी के हमारी सर्विस upgrade हो गयी है लेकिन मेरे साथ फ़िर से धोखा हुआ.गलती मेरी ही है जो मैं reliance की बातो मे आ गया मैने तो नुक्शान झेल लिया पर चाहता हूँ आप सभी बच जाये मैं अपने सभी reliance के no. बंद कर रहा हूँ येह कंपनी भारत के नाम पर कलंक है जितनी बार मैने इसे इस्तेमाल किया इसने धोखा ही दिया. और कभी कोई सुनवाई नही हुई.पता नही क्या येह कंपनी ऐसे ही अपने स्टाफ की सॅलरी का इँतिजाम करती है

                      प्यारे दोस्तो मेरी इस कंप्लेंट को डालते ही मेरे पास एक call आयी voda no [protected] ऐसने मुझे कहा की मैं relaince H o से बोल रहा हूँ आपकी कंप्लेंट पर आपका paisa आपको वापिस किय जाता है इसने कहा आपका ac no दो मैने देदिया फ़िर इसने कहा अब apkaa atm no दो मुझे इसपर शक हुआ मैने कहा आप मेरा ifc कोड लो, atm no क्यों माँग रहे हो आप मेरे खाते मे neft कर दो तो बहाने बनाने लगा नयी नयी बाते बताने लगा तब मैने सोचा relaince का H O से call कर रहा है और vodafone के n. से call कर रहा है हो सकता है येह कोई चोर हो तो मैने इसे कहा मेरे ac मे neft कर दो मैं atm no नही दे सकता क्योंकि ऐसे ही कई लोगो के ac से पैसे चोरी हुये है तो उसने मुझे मना कर दिया तो मुझे लगा शक हुआ की येह कोई चोर है आप सभी ऐसी froud काल se सतर्क रहे ac की जानकारी किसी को न दे thanks to all

                          Dear Sir My mobile no is [protected] & I did no activate any service but continuously Rs.20 is deducted from my balance for VAS ShemarooVP Reliance CDMA service. I want my deducted amount to be refunded ASAP and deactivate the service at earliest. Also none of the VAS should be activated. Pls deactivate all sms services asap. I have also complain to customer care, they told this is non-refundable amount and after complaining, they again charged Rs.20

                            My only concern is this why customer care had given wrong information regarding validity date of rs 149 pack, when i asked specifically that on which date it will work, then why y focused that it will work till 13th of august 2015, and afterwards my complete rs 136 balance is deducted on 13th of august. i have the voice rcording of that conversation in my mobile, that i will put in the court that how reliance misguided the customer and afterwards it deducted taht complete balance. reliance had checked and informed me that no wrong deduction found, but my only concern is this WHY YOUR CUSTOMER CARE GIVEN THE WRONG INFORMATION OF THE VALIDITY PERIOD, I WILL PUT THIS MATTER ON THE COURT DESK, RELIANCE HAVE TO REPLY THAT, IN THE RECHAGRE MSG Y HAVENT GIVEN ANY VALIDITY PERIOD, WHY RELIANCE MISGUIDING THE CUSTOMER, Y HAVE TO REPLY IN THE COURT.                               My mobile no is [protected] & yesterday i had recharged my mobile with rs 57/- from reliance site. there are offering if anybody will recharge with 57rs /- he will received benefit of 47 TT for 30 days & 50 Mb internet for 30 days I have not received balance of 47 in my account & when i was talking with customer care executive he was telling our company not providing this all benefit as i shown to him. we are not able to provide. & they also not provide my balance of previous date. I want my balance of 47 rs. Company want to make fool to customer who not aware about legality, i am attaching screen shot for your reference, both the screen shot i have taken recently..

                                I am a postpaid customer and i have paid Rs.20750 in advance to company for two years. From the very beginning i was facing a poor internet connection and they asked some time to fix it. Now its been eight months and the results are even worse. More than eighteen hours the network fails to even browse and speed falls to 1/2 Kbps. If the company is not able to keep promises and deliver a good data transfer speed. Then I would like a refund and would like to switch to another operator. *Complained them several times, but no results. *Poor speed than 2G *Company is providing fake assurance *

                                  Sir, My self Shubham Kumar Mobile no. [protected], lodged a complain regarding data balance & main balance deduction on 19 Aug 15 My complain no.[protected]. At 6:30 am on 19 Aug my 3g data balance was 777mb & when i checked on 8:00am on same day it was showing 00.00mb & main balance also Rs0.00 I was having rs7 in main account. But in evening I got sms that your rs3 bal has been credited. Sir, I want all my 777mb 3g data balance back & all main balance which were deducted. Kindly look into the matter as priority. Thanks

                                        [1] I have taken the broadband connection since januaty end. After every 10 days I face a problem o[censored]ndefind IP address and I had to complaint which was taking time of two to three days. Even though they knew that they need to replace their old device, company had never took thid issue seriously. But this time they crossed the limit. My internet connection is discountinued since 30th july. I inquired about the reason and came to know that they have not paid their electticitu bills to GEB and do they took the meter. I raided the voice against it many times and daily I called or maiiled to customer care but they didn't give me any solution except their words. [2] Last year I took broadband services from reliance communication twice and due to some reason I terminated twice. Both the time they pulled the termination process for a month and asked to pay extra bill for the same month. When I denied, I got a call from their lawyer that they will file case against me. And this way they forced to me to pay extra bill.
