Respected sir, i have the broadband plan of 4 mbps.But when i got connection it works with 4 mbps speed for only 5 days and now it is getting the speed of 0.5 mbps from last 15 days.I have called the retailer and technician but excuses so much and didn't came to resolve it.I am getting so many problems due to speed issue because i have to work online.But it is creating problem.Kindly pay attention towads this.

    Hi My ID[protected] I am using Reliance company connection and from the last 4 days I am facing lots of trouble with services. I am using connection with my wifi router and it is not working properly on my system and not even on my wifi router. In the starting, I gave 250 Rs additional charges to executive for connecting internet with wifi router and now they are demanding for 500 Rs. I want to know is this charges under company's rule or they charge accordingly as they want. I dont have any problem to pay but I want your company bill and they are not comfortable to provide us a bill of charges.

Please take care of this matter as per the same.many cows are there also dog are there.[protected] i mean to say there is lot of plots in our area is empty no body can follow.           I am using reliance sim. in may month my balance of 85 rs is deducted on 8th may and i try to connect customer care so they replied me that then are not getting data up updates ontheir system due to server problem. next month again my 90 rs balance is deducted and they again replied me that they are not getting updates at that tym. recently on 9th august my balance of 27 rs again deducted from my balance. my data plan has to be over on 8th august so i turn off my data at 11.30in night. at that time my balance is rs.58 and after that i dont switch on my mobile data. but when i saw my balance at 10 in morning my balance is deducted to 32 rs. when i tried to customer care they put my phone down and not giving fedback. i want some proper feedback so i will not get these types of roblems in future and for my convinience. kindly help me.

            I am compelled to write you as no resolution has been provided to the Request No:[protected] I lodged with customer care and also with Reliance appellate authority . To give a brief background, my parents have been using Reliance 3g net connect since last 2.5 Years (Reliance# - [protected]). Skype is the only way for me to speak and see my parents in India on a daily basis as I am based abroad. Hence a stable internet connection is the prime requisite for me to keep connect wit my parents in India. My parents need to use the internet at Kumarbazar area of Raniganj, West Bengal circle. (Pin -713347) Now since last 2 weeks the connectivity is very poor. Zero network is detected for Reliance. Hence I reached to customer care on 20th July and was informed through a call from customer care[protected] that network has reached its maximum capacity and hence upgrade is in progress. Network Upgrade will only be completed by 31st Jan 2016 and post then only the internet connection will be stable. I can’t wait till another 6 months for reliance to upgrade network as I am not able to speak with my parents for last 2 weeks in skype. Also I am having 25 GB o[censored]nused data left in my prepaid balance. How can I get the refund of the unused data balance. Even reliance Appellate authority is not responding forget about customer care. Please advice. regards Kanab

                Hello, My Name is Akhil and Reliance Broadband ID is[protected]. I got a surprise mail today from reliance saying that my broadband connection has been terminated today and need to pay the Equipment Bill. I HAVENT requested for cancelling my connection any more, they are telling some ticket number but it is not created for me or my authorization. There is no confirmation call or confirmation message has been received to my registered mobile number. I have called customer and ask for the reason to cancel the connection, one Mr Edvin has attended the call and refucing to provide details and ask me to call after 3/4 days to get the details. Even though they are 24X7, asking me to call on business hours. I surely NEED TO KNOW THE WHO HAS RAISED TICKET TO CANCEL MY CONNECTION. Since I havent know anything on this. I am thoroughly irritated with Reliance Customer Care. Thanks Akhil

                  Hi, I am currently residing in Pune and my dongle No. is +91-[protected]. This is a ZTE dongle with model no AC3633. It was not working so I submitted it to the nearest authorized service center on 02 July, 2015 (device is under warranty). I was informed that within 6-7 days my device will be repaired. (JOBSHEET NO: SHRIRAM[protected] Service Centre: Shri Ram Communicatiuons, Nakhate Market, Shop No. 5, Main Road, Kalewadi, Chinchwad, Pune-411033 After that day I got no proper response from service center, So I called Reliance customer care on[protected] and dropped various mails on netconnect.[protected]@relianceada.com and datacard.[protected]@relianceada.com. I got no proper response from these two mail boxes and they told me tto contact Reliance Appellate authority for my case. So I contacted Rel Appellate Authority on 9th July 2015 on [protected] many times and dropped them mails on Rcomappellateauthority.[protected]@relianceada.com. Everytime they put me on hold for more than 15-20 minutes and informs that please wait for another 72 hours. Few of my interaction ID's are as below: Mujahid Khan: [protected] Sheetal Pansarel: [protected] Manisha Kamnle: [protected] Ishirat: [protected] Ishirat: [protected] Shweta Manik: [protected] Bhaskar Tiwari: [protected] (There were other calls also for which I have not asked for the Interaction ID.) After calling this much time, its been approx 40 days my issue is not yet resolved. Its really very disappointing that a brand name like Reliance is providing such a service to the end user. If the device can not be repaired then why Reliance Team is not replacing my device as it was under warranty. If someone really checks these complaints from Reliance customer relationship team or whatever then please look in to my issue and provide me with a solution at the earliest. Thanks Shivam

                    Earlier I had the doubt about the ability of this forum, which you guys have confirmed by being incompetent. I had registered a complaint on this forum regarding troubles faced by me and had thought this forum was for customer. But after more than one month, the problem is not solved and now I have learned that this forum is not meant for customer. The complaint which I had registered on June 29th, 2015 through Complaint No.[protected] has been resolved by them on August 5th, 2015 without actually solving the complaint. They didn't bother to ask customer and just closed on their own and now on August 8th, 2015 I have to register fresh complaint. The fresh complaint number is[protected]. Even the Appellate Office of theirs is filled with people who are spreading lies on the face of customer. Their team leader is the person who is expert in making fool of customer by giving him false hope. Just to restore my faith in this forum take an action against this fraud people and save other people from this fraud company.

                      Dear sir /madam Please see below my complaint against reliance broadband service & support for resolution:- I had reliance broadband connection since 2009, I left India on 2010 for work in Australia, still Indian citizen with Indian passport, my parents in India were using service at home, reliance broadband never worked whenever there is power cut in there exchange they do not run generator in there exchange to save fuel as per there technician, my parents were so frustrated with this company, as they did not use internet that frequently so they ignored poor service but ultimately they made there mind to get connection disconnected they asked me send email to reliance as reliance was not entertaining them, I sent email for disconnection from Australia on 23 January 2015 first & then again on 23 April 2015 still today they are sending bill to my parents even though connection is discontinued from there back end therefore no service working since January, we already have BSNL connected from December last year which is working very good, today I called them again after knowing that my parents are still receiving bills, they are not entertaining me either saying that i can only contact them from my registered number, since i am in Australia i cant use registered number basically I paid them advance for two months, on month when i said to disconnect I told them to return my advance for one month I can ignore 1 month as disconnection period instead of refunding me anything they are sending me bills your prompt support on this matter would be highly appreciated thanks in advance my reliance broadband subscriber ID is:[protected] Sachin Loomba 129 b pushap vihar backside agar nagar Ludhiana-India

                        Hello, My subscriber ID with reliance broadband is[protected]. This is regarding service in South Delhi. My internet started on June 15 but then it stopped working after 10 days. I filed many complaints on the phone, and on email but no response. Their customer service is very poor. Finally the internet worked for a few hours in the first week of July and since 14 July the internet never worked. Fed up with the service, I filed the termination request and refund of my 1600 rupees which I deposited at the start of my connection. These 1600 were for the installation charges and one month advance rental. Here I want to argue that what the installation charge for when the internet is not working, so they did not provide me with the service mentioned and now they are saying that this is non refundable. Seriously disappointed. My last complaint with them was on 23 July 2015 with complaint number[protected]. They did not even follow up on my termination request and their billing department instead of calling up their own customer service, always calls me for bill payment and asks for explanations. This seriously disturbs me. I do not understand that why should I pay the bill when the internet never worked. I just want this useless connection to end and if possible, refund my money and if not, just don't disturb me and please improve your inter department communications. Thanks, Rahul

                        Hi . I received a call today 13 August 2015 at 1.45 pm from[protected]. Riya was there as customer representative and she shouted at me like I am a stray dog. If you record all call. Listen to that and see how bad your service is.

                        I do not still know the status of my termination request.

                          Our office telephone lines are not working since 28th July. A complaint was registered with customer care on 20th July with complaint no.[protected] but did not received any response despite several followups with customer care. Another complaint was registered with Reliance Communications Appellate Authority on 06th August with complaint no.[protected], however response found very poor. They are not giving any timeline for resolution of the issue.

                              My name is Rohan S Katepallewar, and I have been using Reliance Netconnect service since last two years. My number is [protected]. In March I decided to discontinue service for several reasons. We requested Reliance accordingly. We were given alternative options/plans to continue the service. But we refused. Customer service kept calling us and we refused every option. We just wanted to discontinue the service. We cleared all the dues in April. Even after that, I kept receiving mails regarding bills. Each time I reverted with the reply that we have stopped using the internet service. I replied to innumerable calls expressing that I wouldn’t pay the bill (which was generated unnecessarily) and I kept on requesting them not to trouble me anymore for last six months. Since last week I am getting payment reminder of bills pending for last three months. I was threatened with legal action against the bill of Rs 1230/-. I tried my best to call the number given in the mail. It never got connected. I sincerely request Relaince to stop this harassment.

                              Reliance Communication hasn't taken any step regarding my complaint, yet. In fact I am still receiving threatening messages which mention that I need to follow their instructions for "Advocate Conciliation" (Oh Really!!). Again the number mentioned in the message is not getting connected. I don't know why I am getting troubled for the Internet service which is not in use since last 4-5 months.

                                Dear sir, Please help me.. I have reliance number [protected].. And they cut off my balance 111.56rs. Without any reason. Actually i purchased 1month Internet pack and i always cheak my net balance before i open my data on and till now am receiving msg from Reliance care that my data balance is 451.40mb valid till 8.8.2015. After this they cut my all balance with saying that i finished my net pack. When i contacted them on 198 their executive said your net balance is 0 so we cut off your balance. Sir please tell me is it not their fault that they keep informing that your net balance is left 451.40m.b. then when i opened my net then they cut off our balance and its happened to me 3 times. Please resolve this issue.. we believe you.. If you want prove then i have their Internet informing text from their number 55333 that keep telling that i have data m.b then cut balance.                                   Reliance, I have submitted a compliant on 05/08 with the same subject, and it was not resolved fully. The amount was credited in my account but you have not 'deactivated the VAS Pack' from my account due to this reason once again below mentioned amount has been deducted from my account. On 07/08 Amount Charged for VAS Hungama Voice Ckt is RS:10/ on 06/08 I do receive a message of 'SR No.[protected] has been processed' but as it seems like VAS Pack was not deactivate, kindly deactivate the VAS pack to avoid unauthorized deductions from my account.                                     Hi i am saurav chatterjee from kolkata, west bengal.One of my friend(i don't want to give his name) works for relaince postpaid.Actually a few days ago he contacted me regarding some proposal of good postpaid plans and said his monthly target was incomplete for single customer.My other colleagues, friends and family advised against the idea, i was sceptic at first but being a friend i trusted him and signed up for the corporate line under these agreements which he told verbally: *rs 321 monthly for a postpaid gsm sim which would 1500 minutes worth voice calls and 1 gb 3g data. *rs 300 monthly for a cdma sim and a proposed relaince handset(which would cost rs 1500) with unlimited voice calling benefits. First one was activated the same night and is giving good quality of service.I have no complaints regarding that. I had an existing sim of vodafone prepaid registered under my father's name mr arobindo chatterjee which we used for 5 years and excellent service. But the problem comes up in the second one(rs 300 plan): he said to activate the second offer i had to port any gsm sim of mine, and coaxed me to part with the vodafone sim, which i didn't want to. So i got the port code and he went after taking my photo on his mobile and my pan card and voter card xerox. After that on 5th august my vodafone connection blocked and on 6th august, my buddy came with his senior and gave me the mobile set which turned out to be a mts striker cdma handset. Worse the charger was damaged and the set was also bad as it didn't get charged even after using other charger.So i failed to complete the tele verification and my number remains inactive. The number which was ported is listed everywhere from lpg booking to bank accounts. So its a mess which i am in. I need advice on two things : *i want to activate the number or return to vodafone.People of vodafone please help me so that i can return to your services as i haven't activated te relaince sim. People from relaince please advice how to cancel the second plan(rs 300) but keep the first(rs 321). *also i am concerned about my id documents as they can be misused to produce fake sim's using my id. So please advice me how to get out of the mess. Valuable reply will be highly appreciated. Thanks, saurav cahtterjee

                                      My reliance no is [protected] today i have a call from reliance and without my some service is activated on my number. And i am charged 30 rs for that .                                         Dear Subscriber, We have filled so many complaints regarding our internet connection.We are facing this issue since last 20 days and so far we have filled 5 complaints but didn't get any response from your end. On the other hand, whenever we try to contact to customer care, we faced a lot of problems and they always used to say that they will come definitely tomorrow to resolve the issue.But till now, no one came to resolve our issue. We have 4 connection in our building but out of which 2 are working fine and 2 was not working fine from last 20 days .Please do needful ASAP.
