    Dear Sir

    My mobile no is [protected] & I did no activate any service but continuously Rs.20 is deducted from my balance for VAS ShemarooVP Reliance GSM service. I want my deducted amount to be refunded ASAP and deactivate the service at earliest. Also none of the VAS should be activated. Pls deactivate all sms services asap.

    I have also complain to customer care, they told this is non-refundable amount and after complaining, they again charged Rs.20

    yes this has been happening to me as well on continuous basis. RS 5 every month . mobile no - [protected]. Stop it immediately . pretty hard to reach your customer service to ask about it.

    It says no VAS packs subscribed but still they deduct around 20rs for some "shemarooVP" every time i top up.
    Please look into the matter. It is not fair to deduct money out of no reason.
    My 5 rs balance is detucted from my no. A message came Amount Charged for VAS shemaroostream Rs:5.00
    Current Main Balance : Rs:4.23. my phone no is [protected].

      Hi, I am Chethan from Bangalore, i took a new connection on two months ago but i got a very bad experience from back end support. I called them for so many times for queries but nobody was solved my problem & more over everyone is just put my call on hold. Its better to change the connection to other network than this reliance.         14 aug 15 ko maine reliance ka wi-fi donggle 1 year ki scheme me liya tha, jisme kaha gaya tha ki mughe 14.7 mbps ki speed milegi. Jab maine use ekiya to uski speed .44-.55 kbps thi matlab 1mbps bhi nahi mil rahi thi, complaint karne par koi reply nahi aa raha hai

            I recently purchased a new reliance GSM prepaid sim card from KRISHH ENTERPRISE 441/30 dEV colony Rohtak. i purchased on 10.08.2015 and it activated in 2 days. after verification i asked the executive for FRC but he said to do it in next 24 hours. the next day i went and he again said to do it on next day. this all went on for 3 days. then i went on the store and found it closed. and it is close since last 5 days. till now my FRC is not done and i am having a lot of problems and today i went to store nd another time i ask for FRC and i also one thing till today eveningy FRC not done by you i give ur sim card they told me get lost from here dont spoil my mind... i asked to reliance communication is that way to talk with a customer they dont have sense to threat a customer ... i tell only a one thing i have worst experiwnce ever by reliance store

              My Reliance gsm number is [protected]. I have remaining data balanace on my no. Bt they are deducting my talk time balance. I have already submitted compliant against Reliance communications last month for the same reason. Customer care service is very poor. They are not helping me out. Please resolve my issue otherwise I have to switch my number to other network.

                Incident Date : 22 Jul 15 No response from [protected]@relianceada.com, on request of deactivation of reliance post paid sim on email (copy of email is attached) Incident Date : 20 Aug 15 On Call with Reliance Customer Care Center[protected] : Executive is unaware of the process to discontinue reliance post paid sim. Call is disconnected by the executive on requesting for relevant point of contact for information. After calling multiple times, call is put on hold for long time. Call is being transferred from one department to another department. For Postpaid connection information, call is internally transferred to prepaid department and prepaid department executive asks to call again to 30333333 to get connected to postpaid department as they cannot internally correct their mistake and transfer to postpaid department from prepaid department. Postpaid sim is partially blocked by Prepaid senior executive, and Prepaid senior executive again asks to call again to postpaid[protected] department to block the sim completely by generating a duplicate sim and then to deactivate. Call kept on hold and line transfers continue for an hour. When again called back to talk to manager/authoritative person, call is hung up. Even after sending an email and calling multiple times to customer care center there is no response to my request of deactivation of my postpaid reliance connection. I am still receiving bill statements. All the relevant proofs can be found in attachment. Expected Resolution : 1. Discontinue/block/deactivate my reliance postpaid connection on immediate basis. 2. No further billing of the deactivated postpaid sim. 3. Compensation for the time wasted during the customer care conversations and for the un-responsive, un-ethical and mis-managed conduct of customer care executives.

                  Sir, I have broadband connection having speed 4mbps, . But it is giving the speed of less than 1mbps which is creating a lot of problems. I have complained 3-4 times but they don't reply and there is no longer response. This issue is from 23 days. They only call me for billing not for reform. Kindly pay attention to the complaint.

                  Hi Vishalqwerty, i am facing the same problem i just purchased a new connection 2 weeks ago from R. Broadband and my plan is 1MBPS but all i am gettig 3kbps - 10kbps and i
                  filed a complained 5 to 6 times now all the call center/customer care
                  guys saying we will solve your issue in 24 hours but then after 24 hours
                  nothing changes since i got the connection i recall i receive only twice since i purchased the broadband service from Reliance, speed of 100-105/kbps and that it and that is not even a full speed (i
                  assumed the download/upload ratio is 1:8 so if my connection is 1mbps
                  the my download/upload/streaming speed must be 128kbps all the time) I think they are just saying for market all those ads and stuff this is actually fraud i change my ISP cause i thought Reliance is better and providing services cheap but no that's where i was wrong they are misleading everyone and i spend around 2150 Rs. for the new connection and now i am re-thinking about changing the ISP. and the guy who was connecting my connections said now you don't have to worry and our service is best out there you don't have to worry about anything and the way he pressure me to make purchase oh guys you have no idea... and now he even not even answering my phone... so this is how the brilliant minds works at Reliance huh! first they made you purchase it and let you dream about it and then you just called and called and no response just dry promises the tell you "It will be done" "this time it will be done surely we promise"now my 2000 Rs. they are gone and i am never gonna make them back and plus if this Reliance did not fix my issue then i have to move to another ISP so again i have to spend more money so Bravo Reliance Broadband you are clever about how to make company's name to the top you are just looting peoples money and clever tricks you got for sure...

                    Congratulation! 3G289 has been successfully activated on your phone.Thank You. Reliance I got this sms on 14/08/2015 at 9:27pm and when I checked my data balance at 11pm as the internet got stopped, it showed me that the net balance is 0 mb. I got shocked. So i called up customer service. Mr. Salim picked up the call and told me that the system is on up gradation and he cannot check the details. He asked me to call back after some time. I asked him how much time it will take, but he refused to answer the same and told me that he don't have idea. So I asked him to give call to senior but he told that they don't have any senior at night? Really? What kind of customer service is this? So if there was no senior person over there, i doubt was the system really on upgradation? Or Mr. Salim was just wanting to wrap up the call? Also he was shouting at me as if I am the customer service representative and he is my customer. Wow. Great example of customer service!!!. So now he gave me time of 1 and half hour to call back. So i asked what if the system does not get start till then? He asked to call back in morning. It means I have to wait for 10-12 hours more even though I have paid you 289 bucks and Reliance have slept on it..So now I asked Mr. Salim what compensation will I get for this loss and this harassment. He told that he cannot tell me as system is on up gradation. nonsense. Why is system needed to answer this silly question? If yes then i want a full explanation on these two representative's behavior and i want to know what actions will be taken. I think the system is still on updation. I want this problem to be solved ASAP and I want compensation as well for this harassment.

                      I have applied for Reliance broadband combo plan CAF NO: [protected] in Ahmedabad, the name of sales person is Imran Malik collected documents and cheque on 5th August 2015 and promised to get the installation done in 2 days. But after 2 days he told me to call his manager Sandeep Khetia and he was not receiving any call. In 2 days cheque has been cleared and now they were not even answering to any call.

                      Send them few mails and no reply. Now they are telling me installation may take more than 1 month. I told them to cancel my connection and return my cheque. There are no instructions how i will get my cheque back.

I also got additional 650mb( validity 9 days ) and 500mb( validity 15 days ) data, as send to me through the message. When i checked my data on 55333 it shows that you have 1667.55mb data only.                           Hello, My issue is this why customer care associate had confirmed at the rearchging time that it free calling will work till 13th of august 2015, and afterwards reliance deducted my complete rs 136 balance on 13th of aug, why it given the wrong information, i have the voice recording of that conversation that i will put in the consumer court. Reliance is doing twice time with my account, just let i am taking this matter to the court and i will put all proof in front of him. Thank you

                                Today as per u r officer my dongle problem is short out my RIM SIM convent in dongle but my slow net issue is not soul. in past when I have use post paid dongle slow net problem star in month of may I was complain many time in custemarcare . Custemarcare officer tell me u r problem short out in 90 day. Many times complain custemarcare. RCOM gave discount of my one bill. Till Today dongle problem sort-out as per u r officer but same issue net is to slow I complain u r officer about slow net and officer tell me give me more 90 to 140 days soul slow net. Problem. I ask about slow net problem he tell me truth .in my aria not ganret good revenue (money) that y rcom not consider my slow net complain .I have recoding o[censored] r officer. Voice. And tell today I try net speed test but speed test not possible on my net .becoz till today net is to slow. And company what action given by revenue (money)talk.

                                        Actually, i had a connection of reliance broadband net connection in past year but due to bad service from the company, i terminated my connection.The problem is they are still sending me bills regarding the connection.i complain about that but they didn't take any further actions and also i got a call from some lawyer from Delhi high court to pay the bill.And they are generating some fake bills.Please take action regarding this.
