I got this sms on 14/08/2015 at 9:27pm and when I checked my data balance at 11pm as the internet got stopped, it showed me that the net balance is 0 mb. I got shocked. So i called up customer service. Mr. Salim picked up the call and told me that the system is on up gradation and he cannot check the details. He asked me to call back after some time. I asked him how much time it will take, but he refused to answer the same and told me that he don't have idea. So I asked him to give call to senior but he told that they don't have any senior at night? Really? What kind of customer service is this? So if there was no senior person over there, i doubt was the system really on upgradation? Or Mr. Salim was just wanting to wrap up the call?
Also he was shouting at me as if I am the customer service representative and he is my customer. Wow. Great example of customer service!!!. So now he gave me time of 1 and half hour to call back. So i asked what if the system does not get start till then? He asked to call back in morning. It means I have to wait for 10-12 hours more even though I have paid you 289 bucks and Reliance have slept on it..So now I asked Mr. Salim what compensation will I get for this loss and this harassment. He told that he cannot tell me as system is on up gradation. nonsense. Why is system needed to answer this silly question?

Next day, I called up customer service number again at 11:57am and this Mr. Ranjit picked up my call and as soon as I told him the query, can u guess what did he say...'Sir, system is on updation!' My Goodness what kind of system us this which needs more than 10 hours to get update??? Thank god you are not the only one telecom service in Mumbai.
Also he told me that ' Agar aap subah call karte to ho jata abhi phirse updation chalu hai'. I asked him to put me on hold and resolve the matter once system starts working, but he refused to do so and disconnected my call. Now my question is do you guys really care of your customer. If yes then i want a full explanation on these two representative's behavior and i want to know what actions will be taken.

After this I searched the email id of nodal officer and sent emails twice on comnodalofficer.[protected]@relianceada.com[/email] but didn't got any reply yet neither from customer service department nor from the nodal officer and I am still waiting my internet to get activate. I think the system is still on updation.
I want this problem to be solved ASAP and I want compensation as well for this harassment.
Reliance Communications customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
My phone number is [protected].I got my balance deducted because vas shemaroo s talk service. Even i didnt applied to activate the service.The 50 rupees have been deducted and i am not even able to talk to cutomer care at 198.REFUND MY MONEY OTHERWISE I WILL SWITCH TO SOME OTHER NETWORK.
