On below link reliance mention the Plan voucher Rs 209. Now the customer service is telling that the plan is not active. And Rs 209 amount deducted. And reliance company is not ready to refund the amount or give the talk time. Is this way to cheat the customer????????// On company website you mention wrong information.     Hi, In reliance portal, when I went to recharge option, it showed that you can recharge for Rs.255 to get a data balance of 2GB, however when I recharged the same, I got only 1.5 gb. When I contacted customer care, they are simply saying the plans have changed. But they are cheating customers by not updating the area where customers read

    Same thing happened with me. I am a reliance cdma postpaid customer and i had taken a mobile internet plan for [protected]@246, and the plan said overage charge is 10ps/MB. In the last billing cycle i consumed xxx MB extra over 5GB and i was charged 50ps/MB instead of 10ps/MB. When i told this to customer care they said plan has been revised without intimating the customer. I told them that your website is still displaying the old prices . Even after 20 days, as of today it displays the same old prices. So, i request others not to fall prey to these cheaters.

      Iam using this Number since past 10 years (Approx). Of late many of my friends & relatives are complaining that my phone is always busy, but it was never busy. Due to this problem we recently changed SIM card from Reliance outlet by paying INR 100/- for same number ([protected] - CDMA - PREPAID). Please look in this matter & provide a proper resolution.

          I have purchased reliance wi-pod(post paid zte-ac3633) dongle(number [protected]) with speeed 14.mbps for rs 1200., on 3.8.2015..they activated the same dayy evening, but still now am not able to access even google page...speed is ver very low...i have made a cal to person who sold me, but no response from him.. then i contacted customer care many time they also didnt give proper answers...i feel like i have been cheated well...i request u to resolve my issues as soon as possible

          Poor performance of reliance CDMA WiFi dongle Wipod model ac3633..MDN [protected]. Not performing even on a average basis from day 1.
          Took connection on 30 September 2015. Feels like made a mistake by disconnecting bsnl broadband (wired) then taking this WiFi. Very poor indeed.

            This is really pity on your part that i have sent so many emails to you for correcting my overcharged bill, but instead of correcting it you guys have disconnected my connection as my Internet is not working from 9.8.15 and when i called to Reliance customer care today, to my surprise i got to know that you have disconnected my connection because of non payment of bill and i have sent you so many emails previously with my account statement attached in those emails to clarify that i have already paid bill for the month of june and i have attached that statement again also in this email. My Name is Khushbu Gupta resident of New Delhi. I am using Reliance Wimax connection having User ID:[protected]. My billed amount is Rs.1685 every month which i always pay by Corporation bank Cheque but this i am getting messages on my mobile no:[protected] that Rs.1959.06 is due on 10.7.15 against bill dated 19.06.15 which is not possible because i have paid full amount of RS.1685 through cheque no. 384175 for which i have attached my Bank Statement along with this email which clearly shows that this chequed is cleared from my account . So kindly make adjustments in your database and revert back this amount as i have already made all the payments on time and all my cheques are cleared. I have attached in this email scanned copy of Bank Statement. Kindly check in that that cheque no. 384175 for the month of June is already cleared.                 Hi, 1. Its been one month am not able to recharge my Reliance Data Card & not use it - Card number [protected] (both through online and through stores). It always shows error message while recharging - "Server down for maintenance error". No resolution yet for the same issue even after several complaints. Few Complaint numbers for reference:- [protected] [protected] 2. Both Customer Care and Nodal officers wrongly close the complaints after few days saying the issue has been resolved without testing. They do this perhaps to avoid SLA breach. Nodal Officers are good for nothing. As a second level of contact, they are not able to provide the correct information and resolve the issue in time frame. 3. No clarity on refund / replacing the device from Nodal officers when they know the issue is not resolved. This shows unethical practices being carried out by Reliance Communications division. Please don't regret after wasting your money and time in Reliance Data Card. Avoid Reliance Data Cards, there are lot better options in the market. Thanks,

                After more than one month if you are not able to resolve the issue, please replace or refund the data card charges instead wasting my time.
                Am still not able to recharge.

                I received 2 emails from the Appellate Authority - first one yesterday and 2nd one today. The Yesterday's mail says the issue will be resolved in 6 Hours & today's email says the issue will be resolved in 2 days. Already the first resolution time is breached.

                I have been receiving such resolution times from you guys since one month and nothing is corrected yet. Please stop giving false resolution times and stop cheating the customer saying the issue is resolved when it is not.

                I have been communicating with Mr. Mani from Appellate authority till last week. According to him, only I have this particular issue and the technical person who would correct it is SO busy he need more time. I have no idea how much more time he needs to get this corrected after waiting for more than one month. Also, Mr. Mani said he would get approval for getting me refund for the Data card but there is no progress on this too. IF REFUND IS NOT POSSIBLE, ATLEAST GET THE WASTE DEVICE REPLACED SO THAT I CAN USE INTERNET WITH ANOTHER NUMBER.

                I received a call yesterday from Reliance Social Media dept saying the issue has been escalated and would be resolved in 2 days. Hopefully it should get resolved this time.

                I DID NOT PURCHASE THE RELIANCE DATA CARD FOR THIS. NOT ABLE TO USE INTERNET AND JUST WASTING MY TIME ON THIS RECHARGE ISSUE. ALREADY LOST THE TRUST IN THE COMPANY DUE TO THIS AND THE WAY THEY ARE HANDLING AFTER SALES SERVICES - ESPECIALLY APPELLATE AUTHORITY (they don't have any authority and just waste of time)

                ITS NOT A BIG DEAL FOR ME TO GET ANOTHER DATA CARD FROM ANOTHER SERVICE PROVIDER BUT YOU (RCOM) SHOULD BE ANALYSING THE WAY YOU ARE ADOPTING UNETHICAL APPROACH FOR THE CUSTOMERS AND HANDLING THE SERVICES.

                Got a call from Reliance Mumbai Office - the lady told me my account is de-activated and I need to re-submit my documents at Reliance Stores.
                Upon visiting reliance stores - my account Still shows Active.

                The Call came from[protected] /[protected] I cant dial in to the number.

                DOES ANYONE FROM RELIANCE COMMUNICATIONS WANTS TO REALLY HELP THE CUSTOMER AND WANTS TO GIVE CORRECT INFORMATION?

                  I am constantly receiving fraudulent calls and msgs from this number regarding charity purpose and the lady named in the sms is Mrs Samantha who wishes to donate 3.9 million dollars for charity purpose in India...Pls take strict action against this number which is [protected]...such that the concerned person dare not disturb any further.Indian telecom service provider must take strict action against this number and its owner. This a request from a harassed Indian who is disturbed constantly over phone either by sms or by phone calls...Please help @ the earliest.

                    Internet not working from few days. It is showing DNS problem when I try to open any website. User Code :User ID :[protected] Hope that you resolved this quickly and provide me complaint number against this complaint. RIC...Consumer Complaints This is enough information. Reliance Team will understand this problem because this DNS problem is common in Reliance broadband. This problem face by 70 customers out of 100 customers of reliance broadband users.

                      I have recharged with 1299 unlimited for prepaid Reliance Pro3 ZTE AC 3633 dongle ( number [protected] ) yesterday evening ( 9 Aug 2015 @ 8.05 pm ). Now, today morning, I received message that I have exceeded the limit and enjoy the usage @ 144 kbps. FYI, the plan is unlimited usage @ 14.7 mbps, no cap on data limit, no FUP. Checked repeatedly from Customer service[protected]. Now, I have raised requests, complaints, talked to the Customer care representatives @[protected]. Req No :[protected]. It is very frustrating that NO ONE was able to resolve the issue, ONLY AFTER I REQUESTED TO ESCALATE THE ISSUE, THEY ARE ACTING LIKEE OKKKKKK WE ARE DING IT. That is the only thing I got, Badly frustrating, It feels like I have been cheated well. Nice .. now time to move on from this Service provider if not resolved soon. Anyway, a moment of delay in resolving my issue will not hamper the trunover of the service provider. But, surely I will be at the receiving end to loose my very hard-earned money. Thanks,

                          Hi, I am not using reliance data card but still I am getting calls sometimes for payment of bill. If I am asking them to remove my name . they are not removing . This is happening for me from past 1 year.. If I am asking them block the connection also they are not doing that.. Earlier I was not getting any messages, Now they started sending messages on bill payment Some consumer support people were simply talk rubbish and asking me to do payment. Thank you Harish G

                            I have recharged my Reliance Pro 3 ZTE AC 3633 ( [protected] ) with 1299 yesterday evening ( 9 Aug 2015 8.05 pm ) prepaid unlimited plan after confirming that the plan exists with the Customer care repeatedly. It is Maharashtra circle number. The plan promises 14.7 mbps download speed with unlimited usage. The plan has 28 days validity. But now, I have received a message that the limit has exceeded the limit and t enjoy the internet @ 144 kbps. After raising complaints, requests, talking again and again with the Paid Customer care service[protected], it was of NO HELP AT ALL Frustrating, , exceedingly frustrating. Waste of hard earned money. Please resolve the issue, or tell me if the 1299 will be refunded. or else I will have to assume that the MONEY IS WASTED and I have to change to service provider who doesnot loot people is such innovative way.

                              I recharge 251 Prepaid but I didn't get any data balance on number [protected]. I asked costumer service about that is payment was made by me or it is refundable then there is the reply that you have done 251 recharge but it was wrong recharge so the amount is not refundable. "Is I am waste my 251 rs on reliance for nothing" I want my money back reliance.i have already two times consumer complaint on 02/08/15 and 04/08/15 but not solve my pblm..please solve my pblm as soon.                                 I recharge 251 Prepaid but I didn't get any balance on number [protected].I asked costumer service about that is payment was made by me or it is refundable then there is the reply that you have done 251 recharge but it was wrong recharge so the amount is not refundable. "Is I am waste my 251 rs on reliance for nothing" I want my money back reliance...i had two times complaint consumer complaint on 020815 and 040815 but no reply for cc. Iam adding below photo proof...

                                  Reliance Communication is harrasing for illegal post paid bill collection for my no. [protected]. They did not provide service at all in my location. There was no good network to use 3G and always call dropping problem occured. I complained several times but nothing happened. After sometimes they called me and told that my problem would be resolved in 120 days. What was the use of that connection which I could not use properly for four months. At last I requested them through mail to disconnect my connection and send me final settlement bill so that I can pay the dues of my last bill. I'm a busy person I do not get time to visit your store. But they did not disconnect the line & continue to sending me bills. Now they are harrasing me by calling frequently in my other no. and using abusive language. I have recordings the way your executives are talking with me. I never told that I won't pay my dues but only those which is legal. You can check my complains and the mail I sent to your customer services. Earlier I had conversation with your Mumbai Office they assured me that further they would not disturb me but again it is happening. I never told that I won't pay my dues but I will pay for the period which I enjoyed. My last usage bill was Rs. 673. I made a security deposit of Rs. 300 initially.

                                      Sir, i demanded the plan change for 4mbps from 2 mbps. i requested the concern on 7th july for the first time, then did on 6th August with complain no[protected] with customer care executive named as raj, he told that the concerned problem would be resolved in 48 hours, but the time has passed and no resolving of complain. again i did complain yesterday dated 9th August, with complain no[protected] talked to naved ansari. He said it would be done in 24 hours as i said i would complain to consumer forum, still nothing to be done. i hope the best could be done by you.
