    Dear Sir, It is bring to your kind notice that i own a reliance cdma sim when i was posted at Baroda . I waited for more than 4 years for free conversion of portability and since now i am permanently settled in Kanpur I approached your service provider situated at Swaroop Nagar, Kanpur (Mr. Amar -[protected]) for :- 1) converting cdma sim to gsm since i have purchased a new duo hand set which has a gsm reliance no [protected] 2) change the scheme from post paid to prepaid I complied with paper formalities and he charged me Rs.150/- for gsm sim no[protected] and asked me to apply for port change on 1900 which i did and i recd an sms on 27.07.2015- RG698163 valid till 11.08.2015.which was conveyed to Mr. Amar. On contacting him over telephone before 11.08.2015 Mr.Amar said that he had tried for two times by sending mails to the company which has declined my request, hence, i can collect the refund of Rs.150/- Today when i approached him for the refund he refused that this sim number has been registered & once registered the money will not be refunded. I was at my wits end, & feel cheated by him. Now, I request you to, if possible, to accede to my aforesaid two requests. If not then will you initiate steps to punish service provider after ascertaining the facts from your system vis-a-vis to refund my Rs.150/- It is my humble request to send me an interim reply of having acknowledged my mail for my satisfaction through mail or sms on [protected], else, I shall initiate further harsher steps since i am journalist by profession .I solicite your cooperation in the matter.       Dear sir, My name is Swapnamay Roy, my mobile no. is [protected] and I am from Kolkata, I recharged this number more than one times from last few month by Rs.95 for 1GB 15 days and as per special offer it is extended to 30 days. But I do not get validity as per offer, first three time I got it for 10 days and last time only for 7 days. Also my last activate at this number is Rs.177 for 1.5 GB for 28 days as per special offer but I get only 1 GB for 28 days. My humble request to you please resolve this matter.

        My reliance netconnect no is [protected]. I am using this service at Adesh Haryana University (upcoming medical college), VPO Mohri, Ambala Cantt, Haryana, but there is no netconnect range. Sometimes it catches signals but that too fluctuates. Forced to use it in high speed mode. Reliance should increase there range or install some rooster at university. Dont know when there service improves at this area. My another contact no is [protected] Suitable time to contact after 4 pm Hope reliance do the favour and sort out solution at the earliest.

        I deactivated the Reliance Netconnect service around 8-9 months back.

        And the status showing here is resolved..!!!
        Still no resolution, no netconnect coverage here, ...

          Hiiii, I checked my mobile msgs and found that your company is deducting unnecessary balance deductions multiple times.My number is [protected]. Last night i have recharged with 55 rs and all my balance is deducted without any reason.I have called customer care 17 times but no solution.Useless service. I am sick of it and will raise it to TRAI and consumer court claiming reimbursement for these unethical business practices that your co is following. Please have your team validate these charges and initiate refund.

                Hi, I bought a Reliance Pro-3 dongle (3G+WiFi) from Reliance Communications store at Pragathi Tele Solution, Yelahanka New Town, Bangalore. However, it was never activated. When I went back to the store to check why it was no activated, The service representative by the name of Satish[protected] told me that there was an issue and instead gave me a temporary dongle (only 3G). He said he would get the problem fixed and asked him to come back and collect the 3G+WiFi dongle within the next couple of days. When I went back after a couple of days, he said it is not ready yet and asked me to call him back. When I call him, he deliberately disconnects the phone. I have heard a lot of complaints from this Reliance store in Yelahanka New Town, Bangalore. A lot of other customers also are facing similar issues. I have paid the price for a 3G+WiFi dongle but still don't have it activated after a week. This is completely not acceptable and his behavior to customers is absolutely unacceptable. I am hoping you can contact the store and resolve the issue.                   Hello, My subscriber ID is[protected]. The start date of my connection was 15 June 2015. I barely used the connection for mere 17-18 days due to the irregularities and I received a message today that my waiver request no.[protected] was not approved. First of all, I wanted to terminate my connection first and then file the waiver. I am not sure how your company makes a decision without any justification. This is the worst experience I have ever had. I am not going to pay the whole amount. You already have my advance rental of INR 1000. Please deduct from it. Thanks, Rahul

                    Currently my reliance cdma no. [protected] is having plan rim to rim free, due to negligience at their end .my rim to rim free plan got deactivated upon complaint they activate same plan but didnt sort out billing issue arise due to their negligience as rim to rim call get charge as per normal tariff which soared my bill upto 1500 for month of june, my bill for may and july 400 respectively my.avg bill for one year around 300.I m attached to this subscriber for 8 year regularly paying bill on time.Today they stopped my outgoing as I requested them to correct bill.please sort out issue.Iam not able to attach excel file given by subscriber for itemised bill in which it is clearly visible

                      Sir, I am resident of 796 Shanti nagar gopalpura bye pass opposite durgapura railway station. Some months back in front of my house a big hole was done for reliance 4g lines. But aftr some days it went down into a huge hole, which is dangerous and risky thus I put effort and fill that gap 2 times but now again due to monsoon it again went deep hole . please its humble request from you to take an action against it, as many small children's playing at roadside. Which is dangerous. Pls solve this

                        I have broadband connection of reliance I am not getting internet and phone from 1st August 2015 . On 2nd August I had made a complaint over the phone[protected] using electronic instruction. The reply was the problem will be resolved in 24 hrs. but there was no response. 2) Then I spoke to a customer care executive she again registered a complaint and said problem will be resolved in 24 hrs. but there was no response to the complaint. 3) Desperately I called the customer care and explain the situation again she said to register a complaint. I told her its meaning less and its better give a complaint in consumer court. She replied arrogantly “DO IT”. 4) I am facing the same problem several times. Thinking of the pain of procedures of cancelling and applying for new connection I haven’t cancelled yet. the hopeless company in india. when i called the customer care of reliance once, i got a reply "WHAT CAN I DO WHEN THE COMPANY DOING LIKE THIS" shocking response.

                          I had requested vide my email of 21/06/2015 that my internet connection no.[protected](Relationship no.[protected] may be disconnected forthwith, before the new billing cycle(22nd of a month) started. Despite this, I have been sent bill no.[protected] for July 2015 for Rs.Rs.750. Everyday there are calls from Reliance customercare which are not stopping despite my fully explaining everytime that there is no question of any usage of the said internet connection by me after 21/06/2015 and hence question of any payment does not arise. I have also sent umpteen emails explaining the same position but the phone calls from Reliance customercare keep coming relentlessly.This is sheer harassment.

                            I have raised a request to Change my plan from a "40GB" plan to a "4GB" plan under reliance on March 4 2015, the problem was unresolved till May 2015. So I raised a request to Reliance on "25th May 2015" and this was the Number that was given for a waiver "[protected]" and for the plan change "[protected]". I was told my plan would change from the May month cycle but when I realized it was unchanged, I stopped using the service and they told me they have raised an escalation. Later I have been receiving calls from their Billing Department regarding my bill payment whom I have always explained regarding my "Plan Change problem". The problem is they don't update their systems properly about the customer's problem correctly which has forced me to explain my problem to about 30-40 of their representatives which is mind draining. Even after raising a request on "[protected]" on 8th August and this is the ticket number "[protected]" and there was again no response though they told me the problem will be resolved in 2 days. The escalation ticket was given after 3 calls and it is "[protected]". Now I get a call from their services saying the previous waiver for a network issue complaint I have raised and not due to the plan change. I am not able to bear with these liars and I have recorded the call I had made on 8th august too. Now I have to go directly to a store activate my data card again and then again raise a request. I am feed up with the ill treatment of the departments which a not in sync with the customer exact problem.(Billing and Customer Care). When I tried to terminate my services. They don't do it saying I have not cleared my outstanding which I have not done because they didn't change my plan . And my bill amount keeps piling up for the last 3 months including this month.

                            My problem is still unresolved. There was a call and I explained my whole issue for the millionth time. They said 'We will call you back the next day'. That was 2 days back and still there is no response...
                            Could You please let me know the status of this complaint?? I have not got any call rather what I have got is a notice from your company..

                              On 15th August on my number [protected], got reliance recharge of 198 rupees, after receiving SMS of WEEKEND double data offer saying you will get 2 gb. Although I had 1 gb offer from Vodafone on 147, but I recharged of RELIANCE on 15 TH august because of 2 gb offer. But these bast%&£, have only half data. And replied in mail saying you have got as we give. These mother %:) & did not say anything about SMS. IF THEY HAVEN'T THE SMS THEN THEIR NETWORK MUST BE GETTING USED BY TERRORIST AND MUST BE CHECKED BY INDIAN GOVERNMENT ASAP. TERRORIST OPERATING RELIANCE NETWORK IS VERY DANGEROUS. RELIANCE MUST BE CLOSED DOWN From last 3 DAYS I AM JUST TRYING TO CONTACT THEM:, EVEN WENT TO THEIR STORE, WHICH WAS OPEN ON SUNDAY, BUT THEY SAID WE ARE CLOSED. I MAILED THESE Them, BUT OF NO USE. WHAT WAS MY MISTAKE, I GOT SMS, AND JUST RECHARGED OR BECAUSE OF SMS. WHY AM I SUFFERING DAILY TO GET IT CORRECTED?? PLEASE SEE TO IT THAT THEY DO PAY ME FOR ALL OF MY MENTAL HARASSMENT CHARGES AND PETROL AND TIME EXPENSES. Their 198 complain number and *333 also doesn't work from more than a year.

                                Myself kumud ranjan mobile no [protected] had already recharged my account rs 149 free calling pack on 16 th of july 2015, at that time i confirm my validity through customer care, he confirmed me that it will work till 13 th of august 2015, i am again queried him that on whatever date i am recharging is included with that period, they confirmed me that not excluding that recharged date.it have the voice recording of that matter in my mobile, i will send that voice rewcording to you so that i was dam sure that it will work till 13 of august 2015. but today i was normally called my reliance nos, afterwards my call was disconnected, and afterwards after calling, they remined for recharging that my complete Rs 136 balance was deducted. Recently this balance is already setteled by the reliance by wrong recharge coupan, but finally they deducted my complete balance. i am completely shocked by such type of activity by the reliance company, becuase me and including my family members all are using reliance, but after doing such type of activity i doesnt recommend any more for reliance my query is this why reliance giving wrong information to customer and afterwards they deducting the complete balance . because i am again cheated by the reliance, i just have to want my balance Rs 136 returned back . whatever y take action in this matter kindly inform me on my no [protected]. afterwards i have to move this matter to the higher authority, if i didnt get the correct solution. kindly inform me as early as possible on my no [protected]. as per our telephonic conversation with your customer care associate i am forwarding the msg contents in which my balance is shown before deduction and after deduction are as follows BEFORE DEDUCTION- MainBal Rs 136.29 val[protected], , , , Dial1212 toll free for TALKTIME ...                                 as per our concern talk with your customer associate, she called to share the msg before deduction and after deduction status, as per concerned talk, i alreday shared those msgs, if y take action urgently, then its ok, otherwise i will move for the consumer court with this small issue, i will make sure that i will highlight this issue in public paltform so that people can let the know, how reliance is cheting with the customer.

                                  In Short: [protected] Have requested for connection termination on 6th Jan 2015 and. The type of broadband connection which i took was of type prepaid where i had to pay advance first before using the broadband (27 till 27). I had paid advance till 27 Jan 2015 on 12th Jan (receipt No: AMIP[protected] Reliance had charged me 1729 (which is cleared on 17th Aug 2015, receipt No: AMIP[protected] despite me not using their connection from 27 Jan 2015. Would want reliance to refund the money back and collect their Modem from me. This is what happened: [protected][protected] All was good in the beginning. Later after couple of months, the service was pathetic. No matter what there was no response for any complaint raised by the technical team. I had requested for termination, and got a call from their head office, begging me to retain the connection and they will monitor the connection personally. And connection seems to be working for 1 month and problem started again. Had requested for termination again on 6th Jan 2015. Request was taken and i got a call from Mumbai asking the reason for disconnection. I was very clear stating: "I DONT WANT TO USE YOUR CONNECTION ANY MORE". Connection termination was accepted over phone. There was no response for a month. Later i had followed up with reliance customer care and i get a standard response : "We will ensure your issue is addressed in a weeks time". This went on till June 2015. One of the reliance customer service agent suggested to raise the termination request again. Had raised complaint again in JUNE 2015. There after i got a call from Mumbai, was very clear w.r.t connection termination. And finally connection was terminated.

                                      Hai My reliance broadband number[protected] my broadband speed is 2 MBPS 699 plan... my download speed is too low and i had complaint to reliance customer care they send service person and my download speed increased too 200kbps...and again raised my complaint to customer regards my speed problem but still no response from any one still i have the same problem.. i need 2 MBPS download speed else i need my deposit amount back to my account ... I HATE THE RELIANCE CUSTOMER SERVICES really its an bad services from reliance..
