I am not a reliance customer still I get repeated calls for many years regarding payment of bills for my friend's number ([protected]). Although her phone is always available, customer care representatives always call on my number for her bill payment. I have submitted my application for Postpaid to prepaid conversion on 18 June 2015 & your Reliance store, Ambazari branch & also cleared all the outstanding at that time to process the application. And I had already stopped using my data card before that. So their is no point in paying due to reliance mistakes & delay in process.
