I have to make complaint for 2 numbers. 1st is [protected]. This number belongs to me (Mayank Gupta). For last several days, I am getting poor signal on my phone. I have made complaint to Social Media team as well online chat but issue is not resolved. My phone either gets no signal or remains in roaming due to which I get no 3G connectivity. Second issue is with my sister Madhuri Gupta whose phone no is [protected]. Few days back she got offer o[censored]nlimited 3G for Rs 598. She recharged the phone on August 10 and since then her number is not working properly. What can only be called scam and fraud the situation is that for first couple of days she was getting 2G speed instead of 3G. And now her phone is getting no signal at all and sometimes 1 signal bar. I have made numerous complaints to twitter team of RCOM but they are not interested in fixing the issue. I have even provided them screenshots. I would like refund for our 3G packs and the way to change operator.

This is absolutely a lie. I have talked to customer care guys and they told me that online team closed down all the complaints me and my sister have made. Therefore my sister has sent a mail to [protected]@relianceada.com. You make sure that this complaint is looked into. We have given complete details in the complaint. And don't you dare close our complaint without my approval. I will decide whether issue is resolved or not.
Again Its a lie. I received a phone call saying that my issue would be resolved in 3 days. I am still waiting for that to happen. Issue still persists. You apparently have no knowledge of the issue.

    I have got a recharge on no. [protected] reliance jharkhand circle on 21 st July of rs 177 for using 3 g internet services of 1 GB. The service should have started from the day itself but I was unable to uss internet on that day and day after ... That day I tried to contact coustomer care where the representative assked me many question and ensured me that my service would resume in an hour after trying to call them many times. But my problem did not solve . I tried again and again to customer care where after the call was to be diverted to representative it was cut and no reason wwas provided. I was socially and mentally harassed by this. Further unable to use this service I had to get another recharge of about rs 150 on airtel so that I may conclude my work. Then some how in 2 days I started getting internet on reliance but it was of 2G nature even though I was charge of 3G, further the speed I was getting on 2 G was also below which one should get on 2G. Contacting coustomer care may times ( including that many times whem my phone calll was abruptly cut and other when my problem was not at all soved)after a week I registered a complain on reliance ... finally after 4 days after submiting of complain I was called by a representative and was guided to change proxy etc. Thisrocedure took my valuable 40 mins . This gave me first change to use 3G but th7s also worked only for 3 days thereafter the older problem reappeared. I contacted coustomer care ( I can't call them from my no as the call gets discontinued by them, so that they do not have to answer me, but I used another no.) I wa stold that the record of proxy setting of the company has deleted so I was send new settings. Trice has been this process done but I am unable to use 3G internet nor am able to use a 2G. Further both my nos . are unable to contact with coustomer care, the call is cut by the company, my queries aee not answered. I want the company to restore my netservice and give me an extension of 15 days to use for I was unable to use it for 15 days due to their negligence Further a compusation of rupees 500 should be provided for the cost of recharge of airtel and aircel internet services which Ihad to do because of the inability to use the reliance one . Had the reliance internet gave me 3G speed which was promised before taking money I would not have done recharge on airtel and aircel. And another rupees 2000 shold be provided in lieu of mental harassment and time wastage.

      I have two data cards of RCom for which I have subscribed for Lifetime subscription and the first data card I had used for more than one year in the same location PIN 509103. This year during July 2015 I had experienced signal issues and for about 16 days I had regularly on a day to day basis informedRCom via their chat websites. About 3 of them told me that my balance has been consumed and hence I have to buy credit, another 8 of those told me that the problem is from the device and hence i have to take the device to the Reliance Store for rectification. I CLEARLY INFORMED THAT I AM NOT GETTING SIGNAL AND SINCE I HAVE TWO DEVICE WITH SAME SUBSCRIPTION, IT CANNOT BE DEVICE ISSUE. AFTER 4 DAYS I GOT A PHONE CALL WHO INFORMED THAT THE MOBILE TOWER got damaged and hence I am not getting this connection. What ever be the excuses, I have to conclude that these chat agents are not trained properly and RCom had effectively Persuaded customers into buying LIFETIME subscription for prepaid services but neglecting after sales service. Please do something to prevent RCom from cheating customers. Thanks & regards gilson dcruz

        Dear customer care, this is very embarrassing for me to write this mail, My name is Prasad Kadwe living in jammu(j&k). I am using your postpaid SIM since June 2015 ([protected]). I requested to customer care officers for the E-bill on prasad.[protected]@yahoo.com since subscribing this no. for at least 5-6 times, every time they said " sham tak ho jayega sir" but still they didn't send me any e-bill. Yesterday some of your customer officer (Mr. Ansul) called me for the pending bill, in frustration I replied that I am not going to pay the bill, but instead of asking me the problem he immediately disconnected the call . Also the area of SIDCO Samba where I am using this SIM, the network is very poor, I cannot make any calls for the whole day so kindly look for better network in this area. At last, I am not going to pay the bill for above no. unless & untill I recieve the E-bill. I have sent this complaint to [protected]@relianceada.com & rcomappellate.[protected]@relianceada.com on 5th august 2015 & 12th august 2015 respectively to send the e-bill. But still there is no response from reliance communication & they have not send me the e-bill, today on 14th august they barred my out going. Information of my moblie usage is my right & I repeat that i will not make payment till I will get the e-bill.             They have send me a legal notice regarding payment of bill inspite of that they kept assuring me that my amount would be waives off. Though I have made the payment of rs 1640 I want them to be liable for it as to why they could not fulfill their promise and kept sending me bills

              I am using reliance gsm mobile no. [protected] since 3.5 years and since 1 year i am requesting reliance to issue unique porting code as i want to switch to another mobile operator, but they are giving porting code. i have registered my complaint to the customer care, appellete authority, but still no response. Fed up with reliance, i think worst company or mobile operator in india.

              Today I received a call from the reliance and they told me that my complaint has been resolved, but when I send the SMS to 1900, I get the same response that request could not be processed.

              I also tried to make the online payment, there also I got the message "Please enter a valid Subscriber Number"

                AM GETTING INCORRECT INFORMATION & NO RESOLUTION FROM THREE OF YOUR DEPARTMENTS :
                1. CUSTOMER CARE
                2. APPELLATE AUTHORITY - AP
                3. SOCIAL MEDIA - MUMBAI

                DOES ANYONE FROM RELIANCE COMMUNICATIONS REALLY WANTS TO HELP THE CUSTOMER AND WANTS TO GIVE CORRECT INFORMATION?

                1. Its been more than one month am not able to recharge my Reliance Data Card & not use it - Card number [protected] (both through online and through stores). It always shows error message while recharging - "Server down for maintenance error". No resolution yet for the same issue even after several complaints.
                Few Complaint numbers for reference:-

                2. Both Customer Care and Nodal officers wrongly close the complaints after few days saying the issue has been resolved without testing. They do this perhaps to avoid SLA breach. Nodal Officers are good for nothing. As a second level of contact, they are not able to provide the correct information and resolve the issue in time frame.
                3. No clarity on refund / replacing the device from Nodal officers when they know the issue is not resolved. This shows unethical practices being carried out by Reliance Communications division.
                4. Got a call from Reliance Mumbai Office - Social Media dept. The lady assured me the issue would be resolved in 2 days. Today i got a call from a lady from Mumbai. She told me my account is de-activated and I need to re-submit my documents at Reliance Stores.
                Upon visiting reliance stores - my account Still shows Active.
                The Call came from[protected] /[protected] I cant dial in to the number.

                Please don't regret after wasting your money and time in Reliance Data Card. Avoid Reliance Data Cards, there are lot better options in the market.

                I was told my account is suspended from Mumbai Appellate authority and I need to resubmit my documents to Reliance stores to activate. Upon visiting Reliance stores the executive showed me - account is still active. He did not accept my documents as he doesn't know whom to send the documents when account shows active.

                Even the appellate authority from Mumbai are giving false information and I don't know what is the next step.
                I checked today, still not able to recharge. Its going to be 2 months with the issue.

                Have already shown you enough of my patience and co-operation in this regard.
                Am only given dates and asked to wait. Am sure you are not going to resolve it.
                Please replace device with new number or refund the data card charges.
                Inspit of complaining so many time to the reliance customer service-for network issue, about very poor network in Davadi gaon Dombivli east 421201 area, my problem is still not resolved. Customer service people are picking up calls and putting call on hold instead of giving proper resolution.

                They have registered my complaint few days back having Ref. number[protected] and without giving any resolution they closed my complaint If this is the way to handle valuable customers then kindly provide me portable number i want to switch to another service provider.

                  I am not a reliance customer still I get repeated calls for many years regarding payment of bills for my friend's number ([protected]). Although her phone is always available, customer care representatives always call on my number for her bill payment. She has complaint many times earlier through phone calls and emails to stop calling me on my number but it was never stopped. To solve this problem forever, she ported her number to other mobile service company two months back. Still the phone calls are not stopped. Yesterday I received calls on my number ([protected]) from reliance customer care ( [protected]) saying legal notice has been issued against the customer for not paying the bill. They said 1400 Rs/- is due on my friends no. I contacted my friend and told her about the legal notice. When she inquired about her last bill it was only 486/- Rs. and she has not received any copy of bill on email or hard copy. WHY the customer service agents asking to pay extra money without sending the copy of original bill?? PLEASE! PLEASE! PLEASE! stop calling on my number. I was a reliance post-paid customer a few years back and because of irrational bills and such issues of customer care people I ported my number to other service provider and I'm so happy with the decision but your people still troubles me using different numbers... Please make them stop calling on my number. I will be highly obliged. Meenu

                    Offer given to me that if you will recharge with 125 you will get 125 talktime and .25 paisa per min all local and std call . But when I recharged with above amount I will get only 109 rupees talktime. Then I call to reliance consumer care He doe's not help me.

                      I have purchased samsung televsion from a reliance store on 12th august 2015 and was told i wud have the delivery on the 13th which is the next day. However the delivery has been made but the instalation they say will be done the next day. This is a detail which was not mentioned to me and now i have my completele work shcedule upside down because of this error This is not the kind of service i expect from such a big firm as reliance.                           Cust ID :[protected]. 1) Broadband wired internet connection not working from 20th June 15. 2) Raised multiple tickets but no resolution still. 3) Was informed on 7th Aug that Reliance has not paid the bill from June 15 for the DSC Hub next to my building hence the disconnect. 4) I have raised a request to disconnect my connection and need a waiver. 5) Cust. Rep. told me that it will take 60 days. Pl revert with my payment for JULY-AUG-SEPT'15 of INR 1997 and pro-rata rebate from 20th June to 30th June'15. I am tired of Reliance and don't want to rant on this forum. Just give my money back and spare me this nightmarish service.

                            I have been using your service in the Bangalore circle for over a year on my GSM number [protected]. I have moved to Mumbai a few months back and once the National MNP was introduced I visited the Reliance Store in DN Nagar Andheri West and submitted the documents required for MNP and changed my circle to MUMBAI still retaining my Reliance service and number. There was some confusion during activation and after numbers calls your customer care finally managed to activate my number in Mumbai on the new SIM card. For the last 2 days my outgoing has been barred without any intimation. I called 198 and I was informed that I need to resubmit my ID and address verification documents to the same Reliance Mobile store which I have already done a month back. I am travelling on work and not in Mumbai but still got in touch with the store and did the needful. Since yesterday my incoming also has been barred and since this is my main number for communication it is causing me extreme inconvenience and loss in business. I have already called 198 numerous times and even the Reliance Store in DN Nagar. The only response I get is that it will be done soon without giving me a definitive timeframe. Please look into the matter immediately as I am going through a lot of problems because of inefficiency of your staff firstly by not updating the documents when I submitted initially and also their incapability to solve the issue even the second time.

                              Myself kumud ranjan mobile no [protected] had already recharged my account rs 149 free calling pack on 16 th of july 2015, at that time i confirm my validity through customer care, he confirmed me that it will work till 13 th of august 2015, i am again queried him that on whatever date i am recharging is included with that period, they confirmed me that not excluding that recharged date.it have the voice recording of that matter in my mobile, i will send that voice recording to you so that i was dam sure that it will work till 13 of august 2015. but today i was normally called my reliance nos, afterwards my call was disconnected, and afterwards after calling, they remined for recharging that my complete Rs 136 balance was deducted. Recently this balance is already setteled by the reliance by wrong recharge coupan, but finally they deducted my complete balance. i am completely shocked by such type of activity by the reliance company, becuase me and including my family members all are using reliance, but after doing such type of activity i doesnt recommend any more for reliance my query is this why reliance giving wrong information to customer and afterwards they deducting the complete balance . because i am again cheated by the reliance, i just have to want my balance Rs 136 returned back . whatever y take action in this matter kindly inform me on my no [protected]. afterwards i have to move this matter to the higher authority, if i didnt get the correct solution. kindly inform me as early as possible on my no [protected]. thank you

                              reliance is targeting me for the last issue that had complained on the consumer forum regarding issue of rs 136, again it deducted my complete balance and i have no more option to reatin yhis issue, i will move to the cosumer court taht reliance had cheated me twice within a month, it targeted my account specifically.

                                I have Reliance WiPod CDMA Wireless router(Dongle). It is a postpaid connection. I have been having trouble connecting to internet for 25 days. It connects sometimes but it is really slow. This problem is new because I have been using this for last 2 months and there was no problem before(Previous month). It is not related to the location because I was using it in the same location. I have called their customer support many times, they always ask me to follow some steps, register a complaint and do nothing about it. Some of the representatives mentioned that the problem is being faced by many consumers in this area because they are doing some technical changes. My problem is I don't pay money for unreliability. My business depends on it and because of this I have to use other Internet options(3G) which is really expensive. I don't have any problem if they warn me in advanced. I would like them to compensate me for the expense that I incurred by using a different internet in terms of money or free data. Also future guaranty of not happening this again without any prior notice, or they can give me my money back for the dongle I am happy to return it.

So, I decided to move to AIRTEL, I Have submitted all necessary documents in Airtel store on 25.07.15 with UPC code, I got SMS from Airtel your port-in request is in process, As of now everything is Done from Airtel Side.                                     I have registered complaints against wrong deduction of Rs. 113 rupee which was also confirmed by your customer executive GURDEEP, he told me that I would get refund of my money within 4 hours but i got only 33 rupee of refund where the rest money ??? Everyone in my locality is just looking for any other option. This time I made a complaint, got acknowledgment but then complete silent.                                         While as of today no one tried to resolve the issue, but I got a bill to pay. Tell for what should I pay you a bill, almost every month 15 days remain I used to busy complaing issues.
                                        This is to inform you that yes it got resolved and worked for few days. After again the same issue, its not working since last 3 days. Also I am getting calls from[protected] to forcibly pay the bill. I do not understand what to do and just looking for ways to get out of these.

                                        I got wave in the bill of August for internet not working issues and this month I got a late payment charge in bill. After paid the waved bill as I get that. Also I am not getting the bill over my email. September month bill I got on 28th Sep after a call from executive and due the date is 29th Sep. I made a complaint regarding this yesterday. I got this reply "The billing complaint is registered vide Service Request IDs[protected] and[protected] and it will be resolved within 72 hours; post which a confirmation will be sent to you from our end.".

                                        Now I have got hanged on both side:
                                        Even if I get late fine waived off this month. I know you will add it next month. And next month this same thing will continue.
                                        Please I need the updated bill by today so that I can pay it before due date or give me assurance that there will not be a late fine next month.
