My Name is Shantanu, and I have recently relocated to Delhi (from Bangalore). My old number was given by my previous company so I had to leave it back, and bought a new CDMA connection (Zero rental plan) from Reliance.

Incidence - 1:
I have jointly paid Rs. 42, 000 approx. for the devise and 2 years postpaid connection in Advance (by credit card, which will convert into EMIs). I got my device in 1-2 days, however I found a lot of trouble in understanding from where will I get the SIM.
Date of Purchase & Online Payment - 6th August, 2015
Date of Confirmation from Reliance - 7th August, 2015
Date of Devise Delivery - 9th August, 2015
Date of Document collection - 10th August, 2015
Devise Purchased - HTC Desire 826 (dual sim) (picture attached)
Next day a person came, collected all the documents, and gave a Nano sim (for the purchased devise) and said the sim will be activated within 2 days and another 2 days if I want to change to a number of my choice. Its been almost 10 days now that I have been calling them and asking for sim activation. Each time I call they respond rudely to me and say some story. Some time making fun of me saying it will be done in 15 mins, or by tomorrow 12 noon, and if I call them to take update they say "ab to kal hi hoga". First of all they dont pick up the call, I have to call them at least 5-6 times (on 2-3 different no.s which they have given), then 1 person says to call other.
Yesterday after almost calling them after 20-30 times I called up at the no. provided at the reliance website and it turned out that they are not form Reliance but a 3rd party, (and off course after no. of calls that were missed by them) and they have only one thing to say that their is a back end problem.

If you see, it looks suspicious that how 2 sets of 4 people have same first name, and 2 people exactly same second name as well.

Incidence - 2 :
Parallel to this I have also been visiting to the Reliance Communications shop near my Home, and took a separate post paid connection with a payment of Rs. 300.
First they forgot to take my mobile no. then when I went for update they took my no. and till date there is no body who has come for document verification. And they are saying they will not be able to give NANO sim but cut the micro Sim (which is not the way)
