My Name is Shantanu, and I have recently relocated to Delhi (from Bangalore). My old number was given by my previous company so I had to leave it back, and bought a new CDMA connection (Zero rental plan) from Reliance. [protected][protected]------- Incidence - 1: I have jointly paid Rs. 42, 000 approx. for the devise and 2 years postpaid connection in Advance (by credit card, which will convert into EMIs). I got my device in 1-2 days, however I found a lot of trouble in understanding from where will I get the SIM. Date of Purchase & Online Payment - 6th August, 2015 Date of Confirmation from Reliance - 7th August, 2015 Date of Devise Delivery - 9th August, 2015 Date of Document collection - 10th August, 2015 Devise Purchased - HTC Desire 826 (dual sim) (picture attached) Next day a person came, collected all the documents, and gave a Nano sim (for the purchased devise) and said the sim will be activated within 2 days and another 2 days if I want to change to a number of my choice. Its been almost 10 days now that I have been calling them and asking for sim activation. Each time I call they respond rudely to me and say some story. Some time making fun of me saying it will be done in 15 mins, or by tomorrow 12 noon, and if I call them to take update they say "ab to kal hi hoga". First of all they dont pick up the call, I have to call them at least 5-6 times (on 2-3 different no.s which they have given), then 1 person says to call other. Yesterday after almost calling them after 20-30 times I called up at the no. provided at the reliance website and it turned out that they are not form Reliance but a 3rd party, (and off course after no. of calls that were missed by them) and they have only one thing to say that their is a back end problem. Spoke to following People : - Ranjit Chouhan (1) :[protected]New Delhi-collected docuemnts) - Ranjit Chouhan (2) :[protected]New Delhi - boss) - Prakash (1) :[protected]New Delhi) - Prakash (2) :[protected]No. mentioned on Reliance Site, but he is not from Reliance) If you see, it looks suspicious that how 2 sets of 4 people have same first name, and 2 people exactly same second name as well. [protected][protected]------- [protected][protected]------- Incidence - 2 : Parallel to this I have also been visiting to the Reliance Communications shop near my Home, and took a separate post paid connection with a payment of Rs. 300. First they forgot to take my mobile no. then when I went for update they took my no. and till date there is no body who has come for document verification. And they are saying they will not be able to give NANO sim but cut the micro Sim (which is not the way) Name & Address of Store : AYISH INTERNATIONAL, Shop No 20/13 A, Ground Floor, Prop No 20, Mandir Wali Gali, Yusuf Sarai-Green Park, Delhi - 110016 Date of payment and document submission : 9th August, 2015 Application No. :[protected]picture attached) [protected][protected]------- Pictures attached for : - Mail from reliance - Mail from HDFC (payment confirmation) - Reliance new connections Receipt (Rs. 300) - Picture of delivered Handset - Picture of Nano Sim (given while collecting KYC document) I am so fed up of Reliance, no progress from both ends, feel like done a big mistake by choosing reliance.

    Dear sir I am anurag chaurasia. I have your broadband connection wit registration number[protected]. My broadband connection is not working since 28/07/2015. I have complained your customer care regarding this problem but they are not give proper answer and not able to solve the problem. Every one put me on hold Approx 20 Minut on the name of senior exective talk with you or call back arrengement. But not any single call back done by staff. and still problem not resolved

      2. I have just received a call from Prakash ([protected]-Bangalore) saying the Sim has been activated and gave me its number. However post dialing it I found the sim is still inactive. Then when I called him up, he said the mail will be sent in 30 min post which the sim can be activated.

      My feeling is this is again going to extend, and nothing will happen.

      Will have the update posted, whatever is the case.

        I have been given the offer o[censored]nlimited 3g internet at full speed on the recharge of rs 447... so i recharged it...the recharge was successful...after recharging i checked up my 3g data bal, it is showing that i have only 1mb of 3g data in my account none the less the speed is like 2kbps, it took forever to open this page...so much of their 3g at full speed offer, i want my money back, the date of recharge is today (19aug), my reliance no. is [protected]

          i have received one data offer rs 197 on 2 GB. i have recharge 197 but i have found only one GB data. mobile no is [protected].

          Its is fraud why is not coming 2 GB data on my no. i am surprise. the offer only for me. we received that type of mess.

          When you are not giving me full data.

          Second is my customer contact no is block. Why??

            Hi, I have a reliance subscriber id:[protected] and i have been trying to get the connection relocated to my new address for the past 15 days now. I was forced to pay the previous month bill amount and that too about 150 bucks extra, and i dont know why but i paid that. The people at the customer care are soo clueless and dumb that they dont even speak properly and disconnect the line most of the times. They would say the backend team is working on this and then nothing would happen. Yesterday i got a call from a personsaying he is the technician and he asked about my address : the guy was saying he is not sure whether the connection is available at my location and said he will check and callback but i never received the callback. If they are not sure whether the connection is available at my location then why did the customer care gave me the false promise of saying you will get your connection at your new location.? Just to mint money i guess. One of the customer care person said once you get your connection you can callback and request for a waiver since i didnt got the connection for so long. When i callback enquiring about the connection, another agent said you can submit a complaint for the waiver and then they will check. I have no idea what the customer care are doing.             The customer care support is pathetic.
            I have told them to update my number too. I provided them with my number also. I don't know what kind of support they provide. my number would be: [protected]
            When i got the reliance broadband connection i paid advance 750- bucks that was supposed to be the last month bill payment should i ever choose to disconnect the connection.

            I changed my location about 20 days ago. I applied for relocating the connection, the customer care said pay your last bill payment and then we will process the request. I paid 950 bucks for the last month bill payment. Now after 20 days of attempting to get the connection and after such a pathetic service from the customer care support now they are saying the location is not feasible and they cant get me the connection. When i called the first time, they were like pay the last month bill we will surely get you the connection at the new location. That was a false promise. I dont want anything to do with reliance anymore and i want reimbursement of the month bill payment i made. So please get me back my money and i will happily get away from your sight. I am just sick of reliance. Please do this one last thing.

                I am Reliance Customer, My Phone No. is[protected]. My email id : [protected]@gmail.com I was facing network problem for last six months. After several complaints Reliance has exchanged my old best condition phone with poor fwp set make "Global One" and written on phone "Powered by Reliance" When person came to exchange the set that this new set is free of cost and if I will return before one year I have to pay Rs 1900/- This new fwp set is use less. problmes with set: 1. When we charge the phone it continue with beep sound showing "charging". Usually we charge the phone at night which disturb very much. 2. Hearing sound is so irritating. 3. Network problem is still exist. I am sorry, I am unable to use ths GLOBAL ONE fwp set. I have several complaints regarding change the phone, My old fwp set was much better compare to this useless fwp set. Reliance suggest us that I purchase new fwp set from market, But I ask why they exchanged my old good working set with this poor fwp set and I will charged for Rs 1900/- if return the same. Reliance has trapped me as force customer. Remedy Required: Reliance is requested to exchange my poor "Global One" fwp set immediately free if cost or return my old good working fwp set. or Reliance surrender my connection with free of cost.                 ABSOLUTELY NOT SATISFIED.

                I GOT A CALL FROM CUSTOMER CARE IN WHICH I TOLD THAT THE INSTRUMENT PROVIDED BY RELIANCE WHICH WAS GIVEN FREE OF COST, 3-4 MONTHS AGO, IS WORST TO USE.

                THE SOUND FROM THE SPEAKER IS VERY SHARP AND IRRITATING AND IT EVEN MAKES IRRITATING BEEP SOUND WHILE CHARGING AND TURNS TO SPEAKER MODE AUTOMATICALLY WHILE A CALL IS GOING ON.

                THE FEMALE OPERATOR FROM CUSTOMER CARE WAS IN HURRY AND WASN'T LISTENING TO ME PROPERLY AND ON TOP OF THAT SHE SAID THAT I SHOULD HAVE NOTED THE PERSON'S NAME WHO CAME TO REPLACE THE OLD FWP WITH THE NEW ONE.

                I THINK THAT IT SHOULD BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO NOTE THAT WHOM DO YOU SEND TO REPLACE THE FWPs.

                SHE ALSO DIDN'T GIVE ME ANY SORT OF SOLUTION TO MY PROBLEM.

                THE PERSON WHO CAME TO MY HOUSE TO REPLACE THE FWP SAID THAT IF I WANT TO SURRENDER THE CONNECTION BEFORE 1 YEAR THEN I WILL HAVE TO PAY THE AMOUNT OF Rs1900 OR AFTER ONE YEAR SURRENDERING IS FREE.

                IT IS CLEARLY OBSERVED THAT I AM TRAPPED TO USE THAT LANDLINE FOR ONE YEAR.

                WHY SHOULD I SUFFER DUE TO YOUR COMPANY'S POOR SERVICE? DON'T THE PEOPLE OF YOUR COMPANY HAVE ANY SENSE OF RESPONSIBILITY? THIS IS THE REAL REASON WHY PEOPLE DON'T TAKE A RELIANCE CONNECTION.

                I WANT MY OLD FWP TO BE EXCHANGED WITH NEW ONE OF A BETTER QUALITY.

                IF YOU DON'T HAVE ANY SOLUTION TO MY PROBLEM THEN I'M SORRY TO SAY THAT I WILL HAVE TO SURRENDER MY CONNECTION AND I WON'T PAY ANY CHARGES FOR THAT.

                  Dear team, I want to bring to your notice that my postpaid mobile tariff has been changed from 1st April without even informing me. I think it is absolutely wrong since i have been a faithful customer for over a decade!!! Other operators are reducing tariffs whereas you have increased yours by more than 50%. I want you to explain your stand. I am also disappointed that in call drop has increased tremendously. My bills have inflated by over 2 times. Moreover your customer care personnel are dumb to the core. Its a pain talking to them. Please address my issues. Or else i am ready to change to a new provider whose services are reliable. After that I ve recharge my no with 300 but after 7days the no became in active.                       R/sir I am using reliance pro 3 connection (1)[protected] it is not working properly get long time to connect minimum 5 min to connect and after speed is very very very slow page can not be open I am facing this problems on both dongle at register address from more than 30 days before I was mail a complain but issue not resolve if you can not give service properly then refund my MONEY My mail id ( [protected]@yahoo.com ) do some thing as soon as possible thanks

                      it is not working properly get long time to connect minimum 5 min to connect and after speed is very very very slow page can not be open I am facing this problems on both dongle at register address from more than 15 days before I was mail a complain but issue not resolve if you can not give service properly then refund my 10, 000/- rs

                          I recharged my broadband with Rs2999/- and i am not able to connect to net also I called customer care they said there is some issue in connectivity but they never give any solutions for the same... no body is taking responsibility to resolve this. This really a very bad services provided by reliance. My MDN no: [protected] and the speed what is was getting is 20-30 kbps in the coverage area of HSD. I called the customer care for this but nobody has taken any steps to resolve. This kind of services is not expected by such a big and established company.

                            Hello sir, reliance net-connect giving cdma unlimited Internet plan for Rs.399 on their website. After recharged they give me only 15000 MB data only. After used that data they disconnect the Internet. Another one is i used only around 700 mb but when i checked their net it shows me only 12500 MB only left.

                                My reliance communications data card number is [protected]. It was wholly because of the problems with an inefficient organization headed by an eunuch that all my 5 attempted recharges had failed. In spite of writing to the eunuchs in reliance communications, they have still not responded and explained how the 5 recharge attempts could fail???? the data balance in the data card account was 4757 mb on 07-aug-2015 prior to my five recharge attempts. The purpose of my attempting to recharge on 07-aug-2015 was because it was expiring on the midnight of 07-aug-2015 and if my recharge transaction was successful, the balance would have got carried forward and would have got added to the new recharge. It was wholly because of the problems with reliance communications that all my attempted recharges had failed. Subsequently, i could only recharge on 10-aug-2015. However, the unexpired balance of 4757 mb was not added to the recharge of 10 gb done by me. Reliance communications is directed to immediately restore this unexpired balance of 4757 mb in this data card account and confirm. As i file this complaint, the data balance based on the last recharge done by me is 8247 mb and to this the unexpired data balance of 4757 mb needs to be added by reliance communications to provide me the correct data balance of 13004 mb for the data card [protected]

                                    All of a sudden in an emergency when you try to call someone, you will receive a voice message saying "You have no balance". I am frustrated with this message all the time. They deducted around Rs 200 for more than twice and when you call the customer care for information they say the server is down and so they cannot process my request. Every time I loose money I feel like a foolish person. Another problem is whenever we call this customer care, they will always speak in their regional language which we can never understand. We will die asking them to speak in English but they will never do because of which my complaint will never be taken. Please help me here. Date of Incident: 15th August, 18th August I requested a refund.

                                      Respected Sir, My name is sehul shah and i m using relaince prepaid no [protected].Reliance is deducting VAS charges without activation and usage.18/08/15 at 2:18pm they sent me the msg that they deduct rs3/ as VAS charge and the same date at 2:20 pm they sent another msg that they deduct rs1/ as VAS charge.every 15/20 days they start the same problem and every time i have to rush the grahak seva bcoz they dont take my complaint in customer care service they saying that they cant help me bcoz this is R World problem and saying that "ye baat k liye complaint nahi hota hai and complaint no nahi diya jaata".l m very dissappointed with reliance service.plz sir help me and try to find out the permanant solution.from my account they deduct the amount and also not ready to give the satiafactory ans.every now and than the small amt deduction will become big amount at the end of the month..plz plz sir help me and solve my problem.
