On first of April 2015 i lost my mind & bought Reliance 12months unlimited GSM plan for Rs11000. I have faced problem since the day 1 of buying this plan even regarding order as there was a delay in order completion & reliance is famous for that. Somehow got the SIM but it didn't work after around 725 calls made to reliance customer care, complaints department, local activation team head, chennai sales team & appellate authority SIM started working. Since then i can't stay on a call continuously for more then 45seconds without it getting drop, 3g works on a speed of 0.5 mbps (50kbps) slower then 2g but yes as Reliance promised everything is unlimited its different if you can't use it. Customer care staff can't speak English or Hindi & unfortunately i can't speak Marathi as calk center is based in Mumbai. I was told some device called DG battery has gone faulty in the tower & will be fixed soon. Its been many months nothing happened so far. Ironically DG battery fixes itself as i get good speed between 6Am to 8AM then it goes bad again & it happens daily. So guys bottom line is that don't near reliance for anything even if they are giving you anything for free & as far as i am concerned i will go to consumer court.

    I am your customer having MISDN-+91-[protected]. I use Reliance 3G services and It is very unfortunate that your 3G-service is just a vague in Guwahati. You are just charging for this service and not providing such a speed. Your connection is waste during awake periods (i.e. 8 AM to 12AM). Slow speed of even not opening a single page. Kindly take this matter under consideration. I am fed up from your Internet service. I will complain this to TRAI also.

      Sir, i am having my mobile no. [protected] in panchkula circle. My balance is getting deducted on daily basis as vas ussd charge sometimes rs. 3 or even rs 10 . I have not subscribed to any such offer nor i am interested. I have also deactivated this service by sending sms but they are telling no such service is activated.         Even after clearing all the dues billed as on date, my phone number is still inactivated and even all incoming/outgoing calls are barred. In spite of several complaints and calls, there is no reply from Reliance communication. I just want to know the reason as to why it is happening so.           Dear Reliance, It's happening again, like you said in your previous reply and initially I was happy to see my amount was back into my account BUT at the same time it's again started deducting the charges for VAS services from my account even though I was received a message on 07/20 saying VAS pack has been deactivated. Please see the below amount details as it was deducted so far, please look into this and refund my amount. Kindly deactivate all VAS pack services from my number so that this type of deductions will not be happen again in future.               Hello mr. reliance broadband i am user of your broadband net from the last six year and i had faced so many problems bt every time i have to said please disconnect my net and every time your superior told me that sorry sir you never face any problem again in future. Recently i am facing a problem from your side again. In last month june i didnt received bill either in soft copy or hard copy so that it will charge late fee to me and i complaint a issue in july, there was some technical problem in your server so that m not using your services for the week. and i call to customer care for that they given me complaint id[protected] in two days they closed my complaint without my concern and i faced the problem whole week, from till date i didnt received any intimation regarding closing the complain. Today i call you customer care and told them whole issue, after that they disconnect my call three times without solving my problem, even one executive said i have to disconnect your call because the issue is ridiculous... If there is any quality department please check how the executive talk to client and disconnect the call. Till date my complaint is not solved if this happnd than please terminate my connection i dont want to use it because of your very poor services. my user id[protected]

              still i dont get any solution for the same problem and i called your customer care regarding my problem bt still they said tommorow your problem will solved and you get a call from our side bt i dont get any call from your side and they closed my every complaint from their side so please i request to you to take some intiative to solve my complaint so that i easily used my net. my alternate no. is [protected] .

                  I Vinay Kumar Srivastava ( Mobile No:[protected]) are using reliance number from last 8 year.but now i am not satisfied with reliance services because you are deducting the money without any reason.same is happen from now also you deducted the somewhere 100 rupees by saying i had played the games when i am not in home and i am not using Smartphone.when i called to customer care they told mistake is happen but they cannot refund the money.when i ask him to tell his name and id number he disconnected the call. so please refund my money as soon as possible and send me full details of my number uses through mail so i will how and when you deducted the money. and please provide the your higherup number so that i will talk to them regarding this topic.and if my problem is not resolve i have no option to complain to consumer court� and TRAI regarding this type of service and behaviour.

                      Dear Reliance,

                      Please stop charging again and again. It's been more than one year I have been suffering from this issue and every time I call costumer care number either 198 or *333 I am said that "connecting you to our executive." And then call is disconnected after some time.

                        On 04.08.2015 Rs 60 was deducted from my reliance GSM balance for activation of some ADPAY VideoMlySUbs service which I never activated. I immediately contacted customer care at 198 but they were not able to resolve my query regarding how the service got activated without my consent and how my balance got deducted. I opted for unsubscribing from the service which I never even intended to use in the first place. I request you to kindly credit the balance in my account as soon as possible and stop harassing customers with undue and unwanted services and unauthorized deduction of balance.

He even dont know how to talk with a lady. Earlier also i faced such problem. If they dont know how to talk then why reliance give this job to such peoples. And even my problem is still there .                                 Respected Sir, One of my neighbours Mr. Sudip Mukhapadhyay, S/o Smt. Shefali Mukhapadhyay residence of 13, Aurobindo Road, 14 no. ward, Municipality and P.O.- Konnagar, Dist- Hooghly, Pin- 712235, West Bengal, India is about to install a mobile 4G tower at his residence from the very surface of the land and there are residing most of the aged people surrounding to his house and whom have heart, kidney disease problems and high blood sugar, azma disease. Even a child baby also resides there with his family having Hydronefrosis disease. It is very congested residential area and having no sufficient place to install tower. And if it installs then it will be very much harmful for the public health and environment for its radious power.                                   I am reliance user my no is [protected] my balance getting deducted constantly and I have complained to costumer care also regarding that and today again they charged money from my main balance and I have confirmed that there is no value added service activated to this no. I want to know why they are doing this and I am not setisfied from servce

                                  Thanks to resolve my issue but yesterday again reliance deducted my balance and now i am trying to contact at customer care but my call getting disconnected before anyone receive from there. as i have no value added service activated but still they are deducting my balance everyday just because of this issue i am scared to refill my balance. I m using this no. From 4yrs so i cant Discontinue this..please care to resolve this for furure also

                                      I got message for Reliance 289 unlimited 3g offer so i have recharged before 31st july 2015 and now this plan is activated but it is very very slow even airtel 2g is much faster.It can't open webpages even which are mobile optimized.It can only open web page content a text matter but can't open images within that webpage even while downloading am getting speed of 10 -20 kbps and at night upto 30-40kbps.
                                      Please refund my money and how to change to other operator please someone explain.Pathetic Network

                                        I have started using this reliance number [protected] two weeks ago. At the time of obtaining it from the Reliance Shop, I submitted all the documents. Within two days, it was temporarily disconnected for want of proof. Again I submitted the paper, One week it again was disconnected for reasons i dont know. I made regular visit to the Reliance shop at DB Gupta Road, Karol Bagh and request him. The official knows nothing nor he collected any papers. I made complaints in the [protected]@relianbceada.com. Whatever it is, the number is not working.
