" wait for some times, we are not have sufficient permission to send a mail to you" and cc personal said "we are not had mail and account details" with out details they are customer care personal?. anyway reliance always fooling the customer, everyone known status. kindly unsubscribe/disconnect my broad band connection. " if a person fails to pay bill u call thousand times but once money paid u provide service worst ever company service. " I don't need your connection even if it is provided give my money(refund).

    Hi I have taken connection of reliance broadband of 1 Mb speed. But from the very first day I am facing issue regarding the connection and speed. Half of time the net not working and half of time the speed is very poor (the google home page took approx 20-25 sec. to get load). So totally I was not able to use that connection, I complaints many time, for the first moth the adjust my bill but they did not resolve the issue. I tried all possible cases. 1. I complaints at customer care by phone 2. I complaints at local center by visit there 3. I complaints online at all of possible email address But still not solved the issue, Even no one taking it seriously. No one come to check the issue. And now they are forcing me to pay the bill, they have inactive my connection. The customer care not listing my complaints, they are forcing to pay bill first. It has taken more then three moths From the very first day I am saying i don't need this poor speed/service. Either refund my complete money or resolve the issue, But no there is no solution. There are some local technologist who install the connection they are saying that there are permanent issue at my area that could not get resolve but the officers are not accepting it. And no one resolving the issue, even no one listing it and proper responding. Every time I have to visit or call to the local office, they just say we will call back to you but no one do that, even the ma'am (head of the office) not getting meet.       Instace 1: I have bought a Reliance Wi-pod data card ([protected]) on 3 July from ZR communications Marathalli Bangalore. From the day one I am experiencing poor speed and I logged complaint. I did get a complaint number from Reliance[protected]. I did received the call from the technical team to know my location and they assured that the issue will be resolved. When I checked I found that the complaint ticket is already closed.I still experience poor network speed. I contacted the reliance customer care through chat. I asked the advisor to reopen that complaint. He said he cannot. Then I asked him to open a new ticket and keep that open until the issue is resolved. He denied my request to open a new ticket and told me he will not be creating a new ticket as they have already created one. How this can be done, Customer has a right to keep a problem ticket open if the problem is not solved. Reliance customer care informed me that this will take 90 to 120 days to get resolved, what should I do till that time? I purchased the datacard as I needed one. How can I wait for the issue to get resolved in 90 to 120 (Almost half year). This is not at all acceptable as a customer who will be paying for the service. Now: Reliance still closed my new complaint[protected]. When did I confirmed that the issue is resolved. You again closed the ticket[protected] without asking me to close it. The slow speed issue is still there and it's not been resolved. I don't understand why you are in a hurry to close the ticket. I want the ticket to be kept open until the issue is resolved completely. If you cannot reopen the ticket open a new ticket but I want this issue to be resolved.

      Whay the complaint[protected] is closed when the issue is still there.
      Customer care executive lied to me when I called this Sunday.I can see that the complaint is closed but the customer care supervisor I spoke to lied to me that the complaint[protected] is still open.I asked him my complaint should not close until the problem is solved. When I did a chat with reliance customer care the person told me that the complaint is closed. Why did the supervisor lied to me?

        I got reliance broadband connection on last week of July 2015. Everyday there is one or another problem since. There was upload issues for more than a week. I was not able to send any email or upload anything to facebook or any website. After chasing for 1 week with local area technical guy, now my download speed is drastically reduced to less than 256kbps. I am using 2MBPS thunder plan. Please help.             Hi This is to inform you that i am Mr.Ravindra Tapila bearing postpaid no and i have been using this no for 7-8 years, promptly paying the bills and i avid fan of Reliance products which is having blackberry services, since 4 to 6 months jam not using blackberry phone as i have lost it. as reliance mobile store is not present in Anantapur town Andhra Pradesh, you have authorised to (i received n no of messages to contact him since no R Stores at Anantapur) contact Mr. V.Mohammad Rafiq bearing No[protected] to look after issues here.i have sent him mail requesting in this regard on 17 th july 2015. to my surprise i came to know my request was not attended and iam getting usual bill, n i politely requested my issue today over phone to Mr. Rafi. it is disheartening to note his way of reception is rude n he does not have patience to here customer voice. pls warn him to behave himself. we are leading a civilised life i don't know how he is working in RIM.                 Hello, Internet not working since JAN 2014 I don’t think there is a customer service in India which is worse than Reliance Broadband Internet Service. They do not understand the meaning of the word “escalation” and they do not bother if their actions are a real harassment of the customer. no person turns up to fix it BUT THEY GENERATE BILL ROYALLY EVERY MONTH I went to marthahalli office asked him to close my broadband connection he says you need to talk to customer service only toll free is a waste of time and money am on hold for hours and gets disconnected I have paid double payment in one month any issue u call customer support they dont check anything just say you have not made the payment It’s high time that there should be some action taken against such a disgusting customer service

                  My self is Suril Patel. I have reliance wireline broadband connection at my home. My User Id is[protected].

                  Since last week (28th July 2015) my broadband connection is not working. I talked to customer care regarding the same and they opened ticket (ticket no[protected] for my issue but same was closed automatically without informing anything to me.

                  Then I approached your local office here in Ahmadabad where I explained my issue. Here responsible person opened new ticket (CNM[protected]) and assured me that my issue will get resolved in next 24 hours but till date my broadband internet is not working.

                  From last two years, I am facing frequent issues in internet connection. You can check the history of my complaints and every time without informing to me tickets are getting closed.

                  I never received confirmation call your local team who is responsible to work on my issue.

                  This is really frustrating me and now I decided to disconnect your service if the current problem will not get resolved in next 24 hours.

                  Hope you understand value of customer service and will take necessary action on urgent basis and fix my internet connection issue.

                    Dear Sir, I have port my no. from Airtel to Reliance with the commitment of Rs. 350 plans benefits inclusive -1000 calls, 3G -1 GB n 2G - unlimited and 1 no. free reliance to reliance, but i shocked my activated plan was Rs. 350, inclusive 900 locals n 100 sms, no mobile data, no facility of one no. free service.Even the complianct desk 198 not even given properly reply they just hold my line for more than half hour and their response was also very unprofessional n rude.They have assured me resolve the same with 4 day time period but when i called them after seven days i shocked to know that they have close my compliant without my consent. Even when i again told them to lodge a fresh compliant they simply denied that they couldn't lodge my complaint. I was totally surprised that howz a customer care excutive can deny to lodge a complaint. Authorities are requested to took proper action agst. my complaint. regards

                        I had taken one connection from reliance mobile store sector 37 chandigarh . The lady by the name monika updated wrong address, due to which my connection got disconnected. I spoke to the branch manager harish he behaved rudely and said you please call monika...300 rs security was taken from me for which receipt was not issued, when i asked for it she said it cant be given as all papers have gone to mumbai, whenever i ask for it she says server is down, please look into the matter urgently.                           I have recharged my a/c (Reliance Netconnect+ [protected] Number is registered in the name of Mr. Ravi Kiran I, my brother) with Rs. 797(Transaction reference no.[protected] on 03.08.2015 at 11:47:04 AM.Mode of payment is online (ICICI Bank). But till (06.08.2015) the service is not provided by Reliance. I have lodged a complaint (Complaint No.[protected] with Reliance customer care on the same day (03.08.2015).When I called customer care on 06.08.2015 regarding the status of my complaint the response provided by a lady on the other end of the call was very rude. She is not ready to understand the problem instead she was giving the vague answers (Technical Problems) and trying to divert the issue. She replied that there was a technical problem and she cannot help. This was my 4th call and I got the same reply for all these calls. I am feeling cheated by the service provider. When I asked her by when can I expect the service she told that it cannot be said and everytime she would ask me to call back after half an hour, at 3:00 PM, ... Its a shame that such a big service provider is not sensitized with the concerns of the customers. Atleast they should have trained their staff on how to behave with the customers and to be sensitive in handling with their complaints. When I asked, "whom I should contact for resolving my problem? she didn't even bother to respond. She even told me that there is no alternative way of resolving the problem. A copy of payment receipt is attached for reference. I would be thankful if my problem is resolved at the earliest. Regards, Neelesh I

                            Due to nonservice of dongle MDN No. [protected], wrote an email to customer care of the company that we no longer want to continue the same, but still no response from their end until Jully 2015, when I received a call that now the said dongle was being discontinued for nonpayment. Today August 5, 2015, I receive a call from them saying payment is overdue and if I do not pay then they are threatening legal action!

                              My name is shraddha and my reliance no is [protected] . I had buyed the sim 1week earlier and the first recharged I had done on it was lapsed... I recharged with rs175 which should give me unlimited 2g data for 28 days on 2nd of august but on the other it got expired and I left with no data... I filed the complaint on 3rd august and was told that it will be resolved within 3days but after three days that is today I again contacted customer care and now they are saying that its been more than 3days so they cannot check the details... This is complete fraud... I want the value for my money that is my lapsed 2g unlimited data with appropriate validity...

I kept following up with the customer care for some days but there was no response for the complaint. Finally I have decided to terminate the reliance connection and called up the customer care but they rejected my termination request as there termination team is not at desk. I called the customer care on the following days for terminating the connection and the response was same. I was put on hold for around 20 minutes saying that their back end team will terminate the connection, but no response again. Today I have got a new bill saying that I will have to pay for the days I have not used the datacard. I called up the customer care again and end up in the same situation that I had to finally disconnect the call after I was put on hold. And also I was informed that the connection will be terminated only after I settle the bill. I am planning to raise a formal complaint in consumer court if Reliance do not resolve this immediately as I am fed up with their service. And now they are trying to loot me.                                     I have an Reliance connection however i had stopped using in service stopped by them and they didn't bothered to solved the issue.My connection was dead since Jan-22 and I have paid the bill till Jan24. So.So there is no question of paying any further bill.Every time I called the customer they told that don't have to pay the bill. Till today there is call given to me from Reliance person. Today(5-Aug-2015), I received a threatening call from Ms. Alka from Phone No. [protected] stating they have issued a legal notice which was refused by me to accept. She was threatening either to pay Rs 600/ right away at any of Reliance Office or face a legal case. I told her about everything but she refused to understand and asked to pay the amount. I told to mail me the same what you said but she refused. This is really a harassment and disrupting my work causing me mental, physical and emotional loss.

                                      I would like to file a complaint against Reliance Service company here in Bangalore, India. I first lodged a complaint in the first week of May 2015 with Reliance (authorized dealers of Panasonic) from where I had bought my fridge in 2012. The only problem with my fridge at the time of the complaint was that it was building ice in the ice compartment (By the way it is a frost free fridge). Reliance people sent a technician "Ravi Kumar" to attend to it. But he messed up my fridge. After his working on my fridge, it simply stopped cooling my top fridge area as well and would not freeze any thing in the freezer compartment also. Then Reliance people took my fridge to their service center and kept it there for 2 weeks but even after their bringing it back, there was no change. The fridge was still not working any differently. Anyway, since Reliance Service center could not figure out what their technician Ravi Kumar had messed up in my fridge, they suggested that I contact Panasonic people now because they will be more knowledgeable as they dealt with the same product day in and day out. So basically they washed their hands off after messing with my fridge. I finally called Panasonic people and lodged a complaint. They sent their technician to look at it. Their technician, Nayaz, declared that it needed gas filling. They keep saying today-tomorrow but no one has visited my place so far. Since June end, 2015, they have not been able to resolve my issue. I again called Reliance who is responsible for messing with my product and they said they are going to take this issue to the higher authority and will find an alternative solution but still no action so far!!! I don't understand how you can treat your customers so badly! When you have to sell your product, you make so many false promises of giving good after-sale service etc. So, you tell me, who will solve my problem? The authorized dealers of Panasonic that is Reliance or you Panasonic whose product I have made a mistake of purchasing? Future customers, please be aware of Panasonic products. I am warning you, they Panasonic or Reliance, don't have knowledgeable and competent technicians for after sale service. Their service centers are no good. They will frustrate you to the extent that you will repent why you purchased their product.

                                      Frustrated customer, incompetent service staff! Your product is simply a tool for them to be used to learn, make mistakes that they can not fix. Basically your product is guinea pig for them!
