On 16th July, 2015 I have purchased a “post paid connection of Reliance Wi-Pod with unlimited plan (1299) .Reliance advertise that speed will be upto 14 Mbps. And during demo also the speed was satisfactory. But since the activation the speed is very poor when checked via speedtest it shows 0.5 Mbps. I have registered complaint with reliance customer care on 23rd July with complaint number[protected]. After repeated calls there was no response from your side. On 31st july I complained to appelate with complaint no[protected]. I was assured that net will start within 4 days. Still no action was taken. I was made realised that reliance has not paid rent for the box installed. So the net was disconnected. It has been 12 days the internet...

What is this, I have tried 100+ calls to customer care from morning to evening but all time they take me on waiting... Recently I have recharge my Reliance number with 3G, but internet not working...when I'm try to open google.com then its takes up to 5 minutes to open it. Please resolve my problem... I used Reliance broadband connection for almost a year. Though the service wasn't great with frequent down times (4-5 times a month), I still used it hoping it will improve. D/L xerox. I was said that SIM would get activate in 24
hrs but till today my sim shows "NOT REGISTERED ON

I was port my phone number from Airtel to reliance postpaid connection with plan of 10425/- Rs on[protected] for one year zero rental but from that day i can't access internet 3G speed and its calling network is also so poor. July 30 at 9.32am, i got a sms from (RM[protected] reliance communication, in which they provide at the recharge of 123 rs you will get 2gb 3g data in the place of 1gb.and extra days validity for 28 days.Then after one hour later i recharge my reliance mobile for rs 123.When the recharge sucssesful message is come to my mobile its very emmberassing really.1 gb 3g data only for 14 days in the place of 2gb.I call atleast three times to the customer...

I have recharged my Reliance Netconnect USB ([protected]) from Paytm site for an amount of Rs 449 vide Paytm Order [protected] dated 23 Jul 15. The plan as depicted by Paytm site reflects validity of 30 days (Valid till 23 Aug 15) wherein validity reflected on Reliance Netconnect site is 06 Aug 15. Kindly clarify the ambiguity.
