A recharge of rupees 177/- for the 3G data usage on the mobile no. [protected] of reliance GSM was done successfully by using mobile app ''free charge'' on 23 June 15 Order id was FCVA[protected] According to the information on your website rcom.co.in the recharge of 177 will allow the user to use 3G data of 600MB + unlimited whatsapp and twitter and facebook data for a validity of 28 days repeat 28 days.. I suffered a loss of 200 rs due to confusing and misguided deed from your part .. On 11 jul 15 I recharged my phone with 200 rs talk time and this talk time was just gone like nothing as I was told by your customer care executives that you have used the data without data pack recharge.. I asked him that i have recharged my phone with data pack on 23 june. On which he replied that this voucher of 177 is valid for 21 days repeat 21 days only..but I thought that I still have 7 more days to use this data pack but it was already finished 16 July as per the information of customer care executive... But as on today (18 jul) also on your website it is showing that the 177 rupees voucher will be valid for 28 days. I don't think it is adviceable and necessary to send a copy of the page on which this information is displayed on your website as you can follow it better.. Though I have kept one for my further reference. This is the whole matter I thought to bring into the knowledge of the administrators of reliance. Now I just simply want to know what is the easiest possible way of getting my 200 rupees back.. Just by online complaining to you or by complaining about this misguided information i received from your customer care exeutives(16 July I talk to Mr. SUKHWINDER at 1532 from reliance who cut my phone after 13 minutes of talk mostly of which was just waiting from my side.. Then again I made a call to other executive for 34 mins who gave me this misleading information and transferred my call to his senior Mr LOVE KUMAR ) and confusing situation created for me as a user, in a consumer forum.. Or you want to throw the ball in my court and blame me again by more misguiding and confusing statements, and then create more exhausted situation to me. With all due regards I want to add that this will make me stronger to get my hard earned money back. This is for your information and quick necessary action please.

    Dear Sir / Madam, My Mobile Number[protected].. As per SMS Reliance Prepaid offer for Rs. 160 Recharge will get 320 Talktime .I did the same but I recieved only Rs.160/- Talktime only... Also this complaint I tryied to contact Prepaid customercare *333 so many times but its connecting to Postpaid Department... My money also deducted for the same each in every calls to customercare... Finally I got Complaint number for Always connected to Postpaid Department Complaint No :[protected].. Even I tried for Live chat for this issue No response after 4 to 5 hours waited in ques...on dated 04/08/2015. Please provide my balance talktime & also let us know the correct number for Prepaid Customercare Number.. Thanks Jain

      My user id is[protected], my conncection is not working since 27th july 2015 and i made the complaint regarding this on 29th july (Complain No.[protected] which has been closed without any resolution and intimation then i complained again on 31st july (Complain No.[protected] which is still in solving status and there is no working or Engineer visit has done till now. I also made complain to Appellate Authority on 3rd August (Complain No.[protected] and there is no response from them also.i have never seen this type of worst after sale service. So kindly Look into this matter and solve today only or else i have to switched to another ISP.

                Hi, My no. [protected]. I switch off the data on 02-Jul, 2015 but still from the main balance Rs 130 deducted. This is regular habit of Reliance . Last month also the same case. Do not make fool to the customer and refund the money back to my account. Tried many times to reach reliance customer service to solve this issue but not getting the success to connect with them.                   I purchased a new premium mob no [protected] on dated 31/07/2015 from reliance store in Faridabad. I asked reliance store person to do the recharge of 949, In which all local and std calls from reliance to reliance are free and 3000 minutes are given for others no. I am not able to callon other no from local area as well as roaming area also not able to call reliance no from local area. I have given lot of complains to relince store but they are not able to resolve my problem. Also I tried to contact reliance cutomer care at 198, *333 and 30333333 but I was not able to talk with them. Cusomer care is not woking and I think this is shut down but not working since I purchased my no. So kindly resolve this asap HARKESH

                    On 16th July, 2015 I have purchased a “post paid connection of Reliance Wi-Pod with unlimited plan (1299) .Reliance advertise that speed will be upto 14 Mbps. And during demo also the speed was satisfactory. But since the activation the speed is very poor when checked via speedtest it shows 0.5 Mbps. I have complaint to customer care with complain number[protected].But till date nothing has been done and I have to call again again to customer care but with no help.                     Hi Team,

                    I'm also facing the same issue, where i paid 1200 for the Rel Wifi pod and promised as speed upto 14.1 mbps, but after connecting its struggling to reach 100 Kbps speed. Now the speed limit has also decreased to "Up to 3.1Mbps".
                    What is happening, why there is a product released that cannot fulfill the customers need, we don't expect the 14 mbps speed and in reality that is not possible for a dongle at-least we expect a 2 to 3 mbps. Being a reputed brand we don't expect a false commitment and promises. So kindly support to solve the issue. I hope many customers are affected with the same issue.

                      I have registered complaint with reliance customer care on 23rd July with complaint number[protected]. After repeated calls there was no response from your side. On 31st july I complained to appelate with complaint no[protected]. I was assured that net will start within 4 days. Still no action was taken. I was made realised that reliance has not paid rent for the box installed. So the net was disconnected. It has been 12 days the internet is down. I would request you to look into this matter as soon as possible

                        What is this, I have tried 100+ calls to customer care from morning to evening but all time they take me on waiting... Recently I have recharge my Reliance number with 3G, but internet not working...when I'm try to open google.com then its takes up to 5 minutes to open it. Please resolve my problem...                           I used Reliance broadband connection for almost a year. Though the service wasn't great with frequent down times (4-5 times a month), I still used it hoping it will improve. In the month of June, 25th June 2015 onward, the connection stopped working, after that I raised several complaints with Reliance Customer Care to no avail. They used to close the service requests without providing any solution. Finally after a lot of frustration, I raised a request on 10th July (a day prior to the next billing cycle) to terminate my connection. Please note mine is advance rental plan. i.e. I pay in advance for the next month's usage. I have always paid my bills on-time which even Reliance can't deny. When I called up the customer care[protected] on 10th July to terminate the connection, the Customer care Exec. asked me to send an email to [protected]@relianceada.com with my Broadband subscriber-ID and Billing Account Number. I complied immediately and sent the required email. On 11th July, I received another email, asking for more details. I complied immediately. On 14th July, I received another email from Officer - Customer Care stating they regret the inconvenience caused etc. And provided me a Service Request ID[protected]. The below are exact words in the email received from Reliance Customer Care Officer. "The request for cancellation of service is registered vide Service Request ID[protected]. One of our executives will contact you within 48 hours." Although it was stated that I will receive a call from one of their executives within 48 hours, I haven't yet (3rd August) received any call from Reliance Broadband Customer Care. But instead I receive lot of calls from some Pratik Group harassing me for bill payment. Further, on 15th July 2015, I received an SMS confirming "Service Request ID[protected]" has been processed. On 16th July, I received another SMS stating "Your service Request no. is[protected]. Your request will be resolved in the next 9 days". After going through all this ordeal (almost daily), the reliance customer care are still saying that my request is in process. They even informed me on number of occasions that this service request has missed their own SLA (service level agreement). Every time I call up Customer Care number, they tell me the same thing "your request has been escalated and will be resolved in 24 hours". This is going on since 14th July. In the meanwhile, I receive daily calls from Pratik Group, almost threatening me, to pay bill for the services that I am using. Pratik Group's executives don't even reveal their identity. The lady executive talk very aggressively and at times in threatening tone. Today (3rd August) Pratik Group's Executive told me that if I don't pay, her legal team will handle this matter and then I need to pay for 3 months. I asked her several times about the service request id number, but she doesn't have that information. Today, 3rd August, I made 3 calls to Reliance Customer Care, and still the status of termination request is in-process. Again they made the same promise that it has been escalated and will be resolved in 24 hours. I asked them whom should I contact they say none but "Customer Care[protected]". I have sent email to [protected]@relianceada.com requesting them to intervene the harassment by Pratik Group. I even asked them to provide information to customers whether Pratik group is a legal face of Reliance Broadband for collecting information from customers and calling them on their behalf. Reliance Broadband user-id is[protected]. When I was using Reliance broadband services, I had make several calls to get it work. Now I need to make several calls and go through harassment to terminate the connection. I hope Reliance will do something to help improve their brand image and intervene to stop this harassment.

                          Yet the issue the unresolved and I am still getting emails/sms to pay bills. God knows when Reliance will terminate the connection.

                              Respected Sir/Madam,
                              I purchased a Reliance GSM sim card
                              of Rajasthan circle( Reliance no. [protected] and IMSN
                              NO. [protected])paid 100/-Rs. on 22 July 15 from a roadside canopy
                              (independent SIM seller) and submitted one photo and
                              D/L xerox. I was said that SIM would get activate in 24
                              hrs but till today my sim shows "NOT REGISTERED ON
                              NETWORK" message when i dial 59059 from it & phone shows no network signals. I went the
                              place from where i purchased it but i didn't found that
                              canopy person as he moved somewhere else. His cell is also continuously switched off. His no. is [protected] (sonu)
                              Reliance store officials also refused to help me even when I was ready to resubmit my docs.

                              I am ready to re-submit Reliance comm. store or MAIL Reliance the scan copy of my
                              photo and one/two ID proofs. Guide me what to do for its activation.

                                    Sir, I have been using Reliance Broadband from more than one and a half year . I have been facing with "Internet not working” problem since 3 months. Customer care dept. is not helpful at all. I have complained many a times but never received any resolution from customer service/technical executive or area field executive – Important points: (1) I have lodged dozens of complaints to the customer care dept. (2) I have written at [protected]@relianceada.com (3) Every time my complaint is closed from their end saying that it has been resolved from their end (4) I don't get the status of my complaint (5) I have contacted my area service manager and many more people ( (Name: Arvind, Ashu and Amitabh – East Delhi Tech Head) but none of them are a bit helpful (6) Still my internet is not working, I have tried every possible way . Now for my surprise I received a court notice for non-payment of bill for services which I didn’t use since couple of month neither was resolved. I would be very thankful if you help me in this.                                         I get a sms through Reliance GSM 3G "Unlimited 3G! Recharge with Rs.289 before 31-July 15 and enjoy UNLIMITED 3G Data for 28 days; at Full Speed!This is a one time special offer just for you! RCOM" and after seen that sms I recharged this but here 3g service not available this is the fraud with me because I used already 3G service. I located at east Delhi Nirman vihar it's a popular place and highly consumers area but no service here. it is only fake sms by Reliance 3g and fraud with costumers I claim to Reliance 3g that refund my money and return my old data and validity.
