it is my humble request that please do not cheat the consumer. even i am using your network more then 5 years. but still the satisfaction in negligible. i am using your GSM service on Number [protected]. for last few months my balance is automatically redacted by Rs5/- every day by mentioning a VAS service. even i had not activated any service like this.

so kindly so the need full for this other wise i have to take may other step to resolve this.

    I was port my phone number from Airtel to reliance postpaid connection with plan of 10425/- Rs on[protected] for one year zero rental but from that day i can't access internet 3G speed and its calling network is also so poor. I am so surprised that i am a foolish person after paying 10425/-Rs in one time i choose very poor quality Reliance network.and when you call its customer care you have to wait for 20-30 minutes if you are lucky. I think it's cheating with me i want my full amount refund and not suggest anybody for choosing reliance.

      July 30 at 9.32am, i got a sms from (RM[protected] reliance communication, in which they provide at the recharge of 123 rs you will get 2gb 3g data in the place of 1gb.and extra days validity for 28 days.Then after one hour later i recharge my reliance mobile for rs 123.When the recharge sucssesful message is come to my mobile its very emmberassing really.1 gb 3g data only for 14 days in the place of 2gb.I call atleast three times to the customer care service reliance india mobile.the exicutives are just time pass with me.Even they did not respond to my query and not give me any complaint number.Still my complaint is incomplete.very very poor reliance customer service.Is their any one who resolve my issue.Below the message snapshot which comes to my mobile.

      care number 198 but no one pick up my call.This is my final ultimatum
      to reliance communication mobile service providers rather solve my
      problem in one day or i am going to write fir to police station for
      such your fake messages towards innocent people mobile numbers.Also I
      have all proofs like your fake message and customer care members
      voice recording.And don't think i am just writting to
      you...

            i had 36 rs in my mobile then from 20-7-15 my balance starts cutting to 0 on 21-7-15.i was trying to complain for this but their support team always said that our system are updating i cant do anything now .every time this is the answer bt when i talk to their senior they told me i cant check for before 3 days i requested to help me but she dint and didnt refund my money.

              We are from Mansarovar Building, Off M G road, Kandivali west, Mumbai 400067 and wish to raise our complain about your New mobile tower coming up in our opposite building called Husaini Bldg, Off M G road which is just 15 to 20 feet away across the road.. Your work is in progress but looking at the Health hazard to our occupants, we have lodged our complain to their Secretary and their trust committee to stop installation of the same..

              If your company continue to go ahead in the installation, we will file litigation in the court of Law and get stay on the same..Kindly stop this till the matter is resolved otherwise your costly equipments will be useless till then...

              Kindly look into the matter and consider this as urgent...

                I have submitted my Pro3 dongle ([protected]) at Shri Sai Communications, Chinchwad on Jul 2 and till now there is no response from this authorized service center. I contacted Reliance Appellate Authority several times but they are doing nothing to progress this case further. Below are the list of persons with whom I have interacted on [protected] which is Appellate authority contact number along with the interaction ID: Mujahid Khan: [protected] Sheetal Pnsare: [protected] Manisha Kamble: [protected] Ishrat: [protected] Ishrat: [protected] There were many other times I have called and not noted the Interaction ID. Everytime I call, I get to know that they are waiting for response from the local office and I was asked to wait for another 72 hours. Its been 25 days now and they have not received the response. This is just unacceptable and a strict action must be taken against them. I have suffered enough due to this. Everytime I have to spent my mobile balance for more than 45 min call as they used to put me on hold. I want my device to be replaced and some compensation for the sufferings I have faced due to this irresponsible handling of customer grievance.

                This has been communicated lot of times but till today I didn't get any solution.

                O really! I have not got my dongle yet.
                Also, I need compensation of atleast Rs. 1500 for not be able to use internet services for almost 50-55 days. During this time I have wasted lot of my mobile balance in calling Rel Appellate authority every second day which is not toll free. They used to put me on hold for more than 25 min. If you want I can provide all the Interaction ID's.
                I will never suggest anyone to take your connection. Earlier I used to trust Reliance so much but now after facing such a harrasment, I will definitely be switching my connection and will advise everyone not to use your connection explaining them everything that is hapening with me.

I m tried using it in different computers, 3g phones, but It gives the same pathetic speed, I complained in the customer care but no help was received..                         Hi Mr Boban/Team, Sorry to come back again but couldnot help- your team has acquainted itself to such a bad habit of deducting balances that i have also thought not to compromise anymore and change the company's habit by escalating matters to TRAI and Consumer Court. I am not changing the subline of the email but tweaking it to reflect how many times your company has erroneously deducted the customer balances. The email chain is enough to speak the history about you guys. Now i believe this has become a habit for your company to do this on a month/ two month basis which i will definitely escalate to TRAI. The balance of 13 rupees was deducted on 29th July for which i have raised request[protected] i got an sms saying request has been processed but no reversal was made. Today again 5 rupees was deducted i have been trying to call cutomer care but unable to get thorugh any executive. Please take necessary action and revert my money back. You know what you can do is credit my account with 10, 000 minute balance and then start deducting everyday till the balance is not exhausted so that i don't have to waste so much time and effort chasing you guys for reversals, I think company is not learning from its mistakes and Senior Mgmt are not at all Serious about it and they have taken it for granted.                             Hi, Recently bought a Reliance Wipod with a postpaid plan of Rs 999 with data usage of 24GB per month. They promised i will be getting a speed of 1Mbps to 4 Mbps but i am getting speed at only Bps. Not even getting connected to Google website. The speed is pathetic that i have stopeed using it for the past 1 week. They really cheating by selling products with false promises which is really frustrating from a customer point of view. I will not pay my bills till this issue is resolved or please give back my money, so that i will surrender that stupid device. My sincere suggestion is not to buy RELIANCE WIPOD MINI.                                   I have applied for New Reliance Broadband on 26 JUNE 2015 And opted for 4 MBPS Plan and Payed INR 1935 towards the Thunder 1099 Plan. The Connection was installed on 3 July 2015. I got a call from someone from Reliance on 28 July indicating that I have to pay the Bill or else the connection will be withdrawn. So I contacted Customer Care and asked them. They told me that 29 was last day to pay the bill which I had already payed at the time of getting the Connection and asked them to change to 2 MBPS Plan with Quaterly Billing Cycle. After I got a confirmation message that my plan has been changed. I payed INR 1740 towards the new plan as told by customer care. Now the internet is down for more than 26 hrs and I got this bill Indicating additional INR 585 and when I called the Customer Care they say they have deducted the amount from the INR 1740 I payed and their billing cycle is 10 Aug and I will get the bill for 2 MBPS on that date. They asked me to Pay the amount after 10 Aug and said that I have 1155 left in my account. This is very poor service.

                                  Reliance is next level of Stupidity, instead of resolving they are still sending us bills of 5 thousand buck even when they cut the connection 1 month before the actual date.                                     I INFORM you that my reliance cdma prepaid no [protected] and [protected] is recharge with stv 138 on April 6 2015 my calls plane is 25 paisa per mint for 1 year but my offer is not working on my these no i also visited reliance world complaint is registerd but no response what i can do please resolve my problem immediately i m many times try to contact customer support but no response is given me. Reliance communications service is very dull

                                      Hi Team, Despite of several reminders through emails and calls to customer care center, my broadband connection is not deactivated till the time. Due to this latest bill generated on 27th July 2015. Can I know when are you going to terminate the broadband service???? Or Do I need to pay all system generated bills continuously and regularly even if my connection is down since last month (i.e. from June-2015) Please deactivate my reliance broadband connection: Name: Ganesh W.                                         I had rechareged 3G data on mb no [protected] for rs 289/-on 30.07.2015 at arround 8.15 am but till now the data not activated even after 27 hours .I had complained on help line no 198 trice but I was asked that there was some technical problem and he/she helpless to examine my problem.I had also complained at [protected]@relianceda.com but no response from there.Please get my problem solved at earliest.
