GSM Prepaid Number: [protected]

I use to get regular messages for VAS, i didn't paid attention on those as i have any VAS activated.

But when i checked yesterday my whole main balance of approx. 130 is gone
Then it came to my mind it might be due to reason of these VAS messages

I dialed 155223 to deactivate VAS if any on my number, but that says that you don't have any VAS activated.

I am afraid to recharge my account anymore, as i can again loose the balance.

Please look into this issue and update me, so i can recharge my account.
Attached are screenshot of messages i use to get on which i didn't paid attention

I also expect to get my balance back which is been deducted for no reason.

    i am reliance user but often it happens that the balance of my mobile has been reduced and on enquiry from customer care, The response is unsatisfactory, many time i register my complaints in nearby corporate office Moga but no response from there.
    there is a continuous messaging from the company and they keep on reducting the balance on my number [protected]
    Plz solve this as soon you can sir.

    i got a call from company and they request me to cancel my complaint and i refused it..and after sometime they retutned my balance..which was wrongfully reducted.. Thanx to consumer complaints. Sincerely, AAKASH

      Dear sir/ madam,
      i gave a complaint since my broadband wireline with the subscriber id[protected] wire was cut and needed to be fixed, and i gave a complaint on may 22nd 2015 and was registered as[protected], but the issue was not addressed but was said it will be resolved within 30th may 2015, on 3/6/2015 at 5.30 pm i got a call from customer service and said the service person is in your home pls guide him, when i went my parents said no one came, a call came regarding the connection. then they again called me and connected me to service person (Subramani) and he said ill fix the connection next day itself and was asking the person who connected the call to close the complaint now itself not knowing im still on the line. but no one came to fix the wireline connectivity issue. this is the main reason i asked to cancel the connection on 10th june 2015
      I got a mail stating that my connection was cancelled on 22nd july 2015, and has been terminated on[protected] only after i requested my connection status, and i got an email on 27th july 2015 stating that i ve to rs. 796/- as monthly bill, and i got an email on 30th july 2015 that i should pay rs. 1693/- without any bill breakup.
      the reliance company did not address any issues according to TRAI regulations, from service, response and bill breakups

        i have a reliance gsm no [protected]. on date 29/07/2015 i recharge my no with 123 rs for data pack. At*129# i got a offer in 123 recharge 2gb 3G data with 28 days validity. but i got 2 gdata with 14 days validity. i tried to complaint on 198 but my phone is not connecting to this no. computer always repeat one line thanks for calling in reliance customer care.

            Respected Sir/Madam, I had registered a complaint on June 29th 2015 through complaint number[protected]. Today is July30th, 2015 and still they are not able to solve the matter and doesn't even seem to be in mood to be solve it. Whenever I call them they make me wait for approximately 30 minutes to talk to person who has no authority. Luckily on July 29th, 2015 I was transferred to their team leader after waiting for around 45 minutes on call. The person who claimed to be a "team leader" gave me false promise of arranging an engineer's visit and a call from technical department before 3 PM on July 30th, 2015. As expected from this company no one appeared and not a call was received. Later when I called at Appellate Office the lady sitting there gave me a false explanation that they had tried to call me at 3:50PM on July, 2015 and my phone was busy. This is a white lie as I was right next to my phone and it was not busy. I can prove that. Also that lady at Appellate office offered me another complaint number which as per her will be solved by August 2nd, 2015. The number of complaint is[protected]. After complaining on this forum and still not getting any solution, now I have serious doubt about intention and ability of this forum which is called Consumer Complaints. I thought you guys would help me, but my hope was futile. Even they don't take this forum seriously which makes my suspicion even stronger. I seriously hope this matter is solved in a day or else my strong reservation about the ability of this forum will be proved right by inaction you guys. You can take it as a feedback from my side.

              Dear sir,
              I have a reliance mobile connection from last six year In my wife name of Pallavi Leela and my mob. no. is
              [protected]. Sir I have give a application to reliance communications R world Vaishali nagar office on
              06/07/15 to port this connection to Reliance CDMA to Reliance GSM service. When I go to R world office on
              12/07/15 for progress of my application then your executive ask me that my application is rejected, when I
              ask for reason then he said I don’t know, you submit your application again, then I submit a fresh
              application again. When on 16/07/15 I go to the office for progress of my application then reliance
              executive ask me that my application is rejected for a reason of not clarity of my photograph on photocopy
              of my aadhar card. Then I resubmitted my fresh aadhar card photo copy to the executive. Then my number is
              activate on 17/07/15. After 8 days on 25/07/15 my number is blocked by company without any reason when I go
              to R world office then executive ask me the same words that your application is rejected for a reason of not
              clarity of your photograph on photocopy of my aadhar card. Then I resubmit photocopy of my voter id card
              after this executive says that my connection is activated in next 12 hours. Till that day today is 30/07/15 my number is not activated I daily goes to r world office and call the executive but answer is same that my number is activated in next half an hour. So sir please help me in this matter because I have a big loss for
              blocking this number. Please help in activation of this number and please take some necessary action against reliance communication because they give me mental and physical harassment.

                Reliance netconnect number: [protected] Personal contact : [protected] As per my email conversation with Reliance Communication (toll free customer care is not working), they are saying that in your area the intermittent network issue will be resolved in 90-120 days. And the same response i got 2 months back on toll free customer care service. Reliance netconnect area manager said that in your area no one is interested to take RCOM store/business as there is no benefit to company. But i want to ask how the service/ network was running excellent 5 months back ? And what happened now? Why they are selling the dongle then? Atleast reliance should give me remission of payment of dues for that period. Same problem i am facing at VPO Mohri, Ambala cantt, Haryana. Hope reliance communication will take necessary action and do the needful. Thanks.

                  RELIANCE USER ID:[protected] I bought reliance broadband wireline connection on 06.05.15 and on 16.o7.15 it got terminated. It remained out of work for most of the time. Dates on which it did not work are; May, 15: 9, 13th to 31st June, 15: 1, 3, 4, 6, 10, 11, 13, 18, 19, 20 On 21.06.15 I asked for termination as the connection was not working. Connection finally terminated on 16.07.15. I called uncountable number of times for the proper connection but did not receive any good assistance. I paid 1500 in total for this worthless connection and had to go almost everyday to the cyber cafe for my work and internet use. Even now, they ask me for more as bill. I have not used the internet even for 20 days but still accept to pay for 20 day i.e. 380 + taxes, almost 425 bucks. I now ask you to please look into the matter and provide me the refund of my money in addition with the final settlement of my internet connection. I have all the details and even customer care has it all. Final amount that should be refunded to me is 1075 bucks. Kindly look into the matter and provide me the legal justice I am liable for.                     I have been continuously wrongly charged from reliance for one service or another VAS. I have complained many times via many modes such as calling, e-mail and via their insta Care app to stop charging but the problem is still same. Now they have even blocked my number [protected] and my call is not connected to an executive and is even disconnected.

                      Hello,

                      I am one your customers of reliance broadband connection and have been using your services for months now I have been trying to get the internet working for the last few days I have been complaining about the same for the last four days too however the area manager manually told me to call reliance customer services today AFTER FOUR DAYS and that’s not it …. I have been offered a connection with landline services however I have not been given the landline connection yet and by connection I mean its the modem and the landline connection not the phone cause I have been fed up telling you guys I know the meaning of connection its not ph but a line…. I have been waiting for modem and this line for months now
                      And I have been charged for such services since I started, this has been very disappointing since it has started cause I have complaint about my connection a lot of times.
                      I want the full amount back that you guys have charged e for such services since beginning and I have been fed up of this cyber outage so get the connection working properly. Cause I was thinking of getting a better services from reliance then any other service provider being a big name and big brand, but the services provided were not as expected.

This is to bring into ur notice that i am a customer of the reliance and facing a problem since 3 month which i have already raised to complain and mail mark to nodal off but they are not responding and unable to get solution.Now let me know the way how i can resolve my while ur concern deptt.Is unable to provide me solution. Fetching network error 3G net and fatching outgoing and incoming call attend. Reliance customer care not any update me. I have the honour to inform you that the network service of RELIANCE mobile is too poor in our locality.So I am not use proper to Reliance network.I have informed several times at customer care(198) about this, but no result.                         Still i've not recived any update and refecting attend and net using and bad network.

                        Provide me correct date and time i am wating in 3 months but not received any feedback.

                        When i am calling to customer care and ask question this reagarding but not provide any answer me.
                        I am bill paying in 3 month without calling and net use .
                        Check and reslove urgently otherwise any good response not received ofter that I am share comment on social media and news paper.

                        My Plan change in 350 to 399 but I've not received any message/call .
                        Something 11-14 Jun 2016 received a call customer Care Because I am request forward port out to other connection joined ( I am many -many complaint but not received any proper status), customer Care offer me of mention ..

                        01-350 Plan active my number for future .
                        02-100 waived 6 Month .
                        03-Netwrokr issue requires forward .

                        Today 25 Jun-16 I talk to customer care and ask from status but I've not received any update .
                        Customer Service provide me 3 offer request not process and not update .

                        So my humble request please check and resolve other wise refund my extra charger amount

                          Disgusting service that reliance provided and now i am waiting for my refunds from over a year now! Still everytime i call, I have to explain everything all over again to those executives. Now even i have changed my office and asked them to send the chaque to my residence address which is 37/1, first floor, vibhavari society, opp Dena Bank, , Vejalpur road, Ahmedabad - 380051 It is disgusting posting everywhere about this to get my own money back. Have called nearly a 100 times now as it is been over a year and have bunch of complaint numbers but the first/second complaint number is[protected]/[protected] and the last complaint number that i received today is[protected]. Today i am promised that i will be contacted by the dispatch team in 48 hours and will get the refunds in a week. Please see to it that this time you abide your commitments. Thanks, Dhaval Jani

                          What is happening!!! Its been 45 days from loggig this latest complaint and about 15 months since i am looking for my refunds! Very very disappointing experience. I would never ever suggest anyone to go for reliance!

                          Let me know what is the status of my refund?

                            Today at 9.22am, i got a sms from (RM[protected] reliance communication, in which they provide at the recharge of 123 rs you will get 2gb 3g data in the place of 1gb.and extra days validity for 28 days.Then after one hour later i recharge my reliance mobile for rs 123.When the recharge sucssesful message is come to my mobile its very emmberassing really.1 gb 3g data only for 14 days in the place of 2gb.I call atleast three times to the customer care service reliance india mobile.the exicutives are just time pass with me.Even they did not respond to my query and not give me any complaint number.Still my complaint is incomplete.very very poor reliance customer service.Is their any one who resolve my issue.

                            such your fake messages towards innocent people mobile numbers.Also I
                            have all proofs like your fake message and customer care members
                            voice recording.And don't think i am just writting to
                            you...

                              Hello, I have my reliance prepaid number [protected]. In last three days my balance have been deducted twice once around Rs 182 and then around Rs 56. Now my balance has gone in negative (-8 Rs). I am trying to reach customer care from last three days but not able to reach. I reached on tuesday twice but customer care was saying our system is down please call us after two hours. but after that I tried all number 198, 30333333, *333 and[protected]. But not able to reach on any of the numbers. It is very worst experience with reliance now I had 2 CDMA numbers, 2 GSM prepaid and 1 GSM postpaid number and 2 reliance netconnect in my family. But after this i am thinking of going out of reliance. Please check if anything can be done or else the option will be go out of reliance for all numbers. Regards, Pankaj Sen

                              Here you are saying the complaint has been forwarded to customer service team, but I did not get any reply or call form customer service team. Can you tell me the complaint number. The complete case is as below:

                              On 27-Jul-2015 11:01 PM I was having 184.47 Main balance. I was having my internet balance around 86 MB

                              When I checked on 29-Jul-2015 morning, It was showing me zero balance and I was not able to call. At this time I was having internet balance around 38 MB. Here my around 184 Rs was gone. I want this needs to be checked why it deducted and balance back

                              Then I recharged with Rs 150 on 29-Jul-2015 06:09 PM. And I recharged with Rs 98 data plan. and then when I checked around after 30 mins my balance was showing -8 Rs. and I was not able to do outgoing call. Here my 60 Rs gone. I want this 60 Rs balance back.

                              Then on 30-Jul-2015 recharged with Rs 20 with balance 15.54.

                              After that I launched the complain and got below response that Rs 7 balance is there. That is because of Rs 20 recharge with Rs15.54 talktime.

                              After this I got the balance 22.02 back on 30-Jul-2015 but my 184+60-22= 223 Rs balance is still not refund.

                              Moreover, after this complain yesterday I got the message for VAS Hungama Voice CKT Rs 5 deducted. It has happened my time in past that such kind of deduction with messages have cut, sometime I got the refund after calling customer care but sometime not reachable to customer care.

                              But this time this amount is 223+5=228 and I am not reachable to customer care. This is the worst experience I have faced in my 15 years among 9 Years with reliance on various numbers.

                              I want this to be rectified urgently.

                                I recently got this offer notice that on recharge of 359, i'll be benefited with unlimited 3G usage for 28 days. Upon recharging with the said amount, I received a message saying I have been benefited with only 3GB data and the internet got really slow.                                     as i ve given the cash rs 1600 to reliance executive saravanan and aravind on 27/7/2015 for new broad band connection. they told that within 1 hr their verification call will come from reliance.and i have not received any response till now.and the net is also not connected.they did not pick my call also.today 29/07/2015 i met their senior person m.santhosh, .manager, haddows road, chennai.i complained, but he is not responding.he told that we take 1 weak time, i[censored] dont want the reliance broad band, u call me and after 25 days only i will refund the amount .and also he told that reliance already sent a mail to u.but i didnot receive any mail verification from reliance. this is cheating.

                                      Internet Speed is very slow, on 3G Reliance Gives average 0.65Mbps (Download Speed) and 0.12 (Upload Speed), the PING while playing Online Video Games is Inconsistent, it is very unstable, 30% packet loss, PING is usually between 3000 ms - 20000 ms. I am just posting this complaint for Reliance to know, how bad their network connectivity is. Also Reliance, I've surrendered my Prepaid 3g SIM of Reliance, now using Airtel. and another thing if you want me back, improve your 3G Internet speed, it is slower than Airtel's 2g!
