from past few months reliance is unable to provide good service...i called several times to customer care regarding 3g speed on my number but the problem is not resolved...technical problem is the main issue what custmr care always say...i am sure no help will be provided after this also...worst ever service wid 10-12 kbps of 3g speed on my Reliance Gsm...

    Hi.my name is paresh using reliance broadband connection user id[protected]...contact number [protected]...have asked them to increase my plan from 550 to 699 rental.on 15th of july i got a call that your bill due is for 6months advance rental for which i have not even applied for.Despite of the billing error i got a call from the reliance broadband billing team stating that i am calling from reliance head office and if you dont pay the bill then you have to face the consequences..i told him that you have the right to ask me for a bill that is been paid on monthly basis but why would i pay for 6mnths advance..So after talking to him i called reliance care on[protected] to understand that why they have sent me this bill..they said we will check and get back to you in 72 hours so i said okey but make sure you change my plan from months advnace rental to one month..after waiting for their call i only called them so they said we have rectified your bill and now you have to pay only one month bill that is 795 and from next month you will get only one month bill..but then they disconnected my connection..on calling them they said you have not paid your bill.i said you tell me the amount i will pay online as in jaipur the server at reliance billing office was not working .after the call as per the call with the person from reliance i deposited 800rs ..and still after 2hours i was waiting for my connection to get started but it didnt happened.so called them again and this time they came up with new thing that out of 6mnths rental 3100is still left which i have to deposit to resume my services.i said that as per your call i made a payment of 800 now what..they said whatever info we have given you might be wrong and we appologise for this but now pay 3100 more.Despite of calling them again since 15th july they are just fooling me around..Very rude behaviour from the billing team plus irrelevant information provided by the reliance side..they are not even ready to make the correction for my plan that they activated from their end..and as a consumer i am really helpless that what kind of behaviour do they keep with a customer who is using their sevices since 2012.They are not even helping out on the issue..In simple words i told them even if you have activated my 6mnths rental plan make a change and send me a bill for a month rest of the bill i l pay once i start using my sevices for rest of the months..but still they are just wasting my time and not even ready to accept this mistake..

    Even after two days nobody from your end has mailed me my correct bill for a single month and even you said you will be sending me on mail that my current bill for a month and the amount i have paid you plus what plan is applicable from now..But you again sending me bills for 6month plan only..Can you please revert as such why it is happening..why even after you said you are not doing it..
    It seems like reliance is really not bothered about their commitments given to customer.After my complaint about bill issue somebody called me that we are really sorry for the issue.and we are just sending corrected bill and details on my email id plus the amount been charged wrongly will be waived and you will get one new bill as per one month..22nd july you terminated my services.23rd july after my complaint you resumed it saying that whatever mistake is been done we will send a new bill right away.but today you have again terminated my services.may i know am i been fooled by your end or what.one day you send wrong bill..another day you say that we will rectify and then again you terminate my services.there is no senior authority who can come up and solve this matter..So is it a customer who has to suffer..Been in contact since 15th july till now you have not even rectified that error...Can you please tell me whether you will help me out ..or we should stop using reliance pathetic services..Feel free to contact me on [protected]..
    Now Reliance have stopped taking my calls also..Dont know what service they are providing to their old customers.Dont know who will help me out on this.
    Hi, I got a call after putting my complaint here from the number that is +[protected] stating that we have gone through the issue and we will refund you that 3100 amount and that i have to deposit in my billing account.for which they asked me to send the bank account number also but then they called me today that i have to go to ATM and they will generate some transaction Id.and then they can transfer that amount.When i went at ATM near by they said once i enter their account number and 3000rs and second time 2000rs they will get that Notification and then they will transfer that amount by 8pm same day .this conversation is been going since last sunday and i really doubt now whether its a fake call or what..but the person said he is from reliance head office and he has all the details of my case..and just because i have mentioned my complaint here they have to take this case to higher authority and refund this amount.

      Sir, I Sitaram Mundada, am a post paid user ( no. [protected]) of reliance from more than 8 years, from last 6 month this is 2nd time my connection is disconnected due to their mismanagement . I have paid the bill through cheque but in their system its not credited but as per my bank details same has been paid in their a/c. In 1st instant also same case was their of which they realise their mistake & corrected the same after 10-15 days. That time also I suffer mental & financial losses. This time also for more than 1 week my connection have been disconnected due to same reason & for the same I have communicated to customer care & also their service office .           Dear Sir, Name : Debendra Kumar Nayak Subscriber ID:[protected] AC:-[protected] This is my second time complain in consumer forum and still my problem is not resolved from reliance broadband. After getting my connection terminated still this reliance broadband has not terminated my connection and charging unnecessary internet connection with late payment. I am now helpless from whom should I seek help. I have complained many times and they said 2 month of money will be refunded/rebate from our side and still they are charging internet connection. And what a surprise is this, That my internet connection is terminated from reliance EDP system from may month and the reliance customer are saying that my connection is still active, Now who fault is this and who is suffering. Now On 18.08.2015 reliance customer called me and said please pay the outstanding money Rs836.00. I said my connection was terminated and why should I pay this amount. The Customer care told me your connection is still active and unless and until u will not clear the amount your bill is charged and connection cannot be terminated. I said what prove do you have if I pay the amount you will terminated because I don’t have faith anymore with these idiots’ peoples. They said 15 days of payment is to been done as internet was active and you were using the internet, I said Ok I am ready to pay 15days of payment of May month Now the problem is they are charging Rs.420 for 15 days and the real amount was 625 full month half Rs.312.00. And I can’t understand what type of calculation they are doing and looting money from me. Please I request you to help me out, I am getting mental pressure due to your own fault and I am suffering from this thing. My days and time are unnecessary getting wasted. Please terminated my connection and make the final 15days Bill. And don’t call me again and again asking for payment. I am again saying my reliance broadband is down from may month and Reliance Technician came and cut down the fibre optic cable on may end month which clear states that my connection is totally terminated and dead from reliance side.

                I have just recharged if 55/- on my rel gsm mobile. Company has deducted my total balance forcefully by showing some nonsence VAS CHARGES. is this a joke that is going on past few months. I complaint against it but they never taken any action. Please solve thus problem. And rcom should be takr responsibility for it. I am a sincere customer since 2010. Just stop this stupid activities in order to deducting the balance cleverly. Don't think that you are smart enough to do this with us. We the people, who are taking your company with us. So don't ever cheat us. I will take serious action.

Kindly deactivate VAS Services from my phone.                     My broadband user id is[protected] and my complaint number is[protected] and I had made a request to terminate my connection months ago but no action has been taken on the contratry I'm only getting bills for a service I've not been using, I get a standard reply that they can't reach me and that it is the most blatant lie I could hear, I never remember receiving any calls from them and let's say I did miss the call, are they not supposed to call me back? Kindly help and suggest me on how to handle this, my Bill amount stands at 1681.70

                      I bought a prepaid reliance data card with number - [protected] at Poorvika chromepet chennai on July 14th. I had submitted the xerox of my driving licence during the purchase and the televerification was done on July 20th - 11AM . But now iam unable to recharge online as it says the number is not existing. When I call the customer care[protected] they say they are unable to see my number in the database eventhough they can see that the televerification is done as positive. They are unable to give me the reason for this or the solution. Iam really frustrated with this delay . The customer care is merely washing the hands off saying some useless reasons

                            Hello ! My name is Rajesh Dugar. I had opted for portability from Reliance CDMA postpaid to Reliance GSM prepaid. But all in vain.I have even got portability UPC code but they are not porting my number and when I contact customer care (more than 15 times till now), I am hearing different answers on my different calls. One person said your postpaid bill is not paid, which is not true as told by another customer care representative and verified by me as well, one says you have refund pending, again another says your portability form was marked as Rural and so on. I am getting many different answers from different representatives. On top of it I had visited Reliance Store more than 10 times, but they are not helpful at all. They only say your port is being rejected, with no further action or reason. Is this a type of service I expect from Reliance, highly dissatisfied and upset with Reliance. Representatives of such a big company as Reliance should be organised and must provide their customers accurate information. The last option to me is portability to another operator.

                              Dear Sir/ Ma' am, I've a sim for reliance using last 5-6 years. SIM- [protected] I've a complaint against relience strore (Krishna Telecome, Sec 31, Gurgaon, Contact person Mr Naveen- [protected]) reference no[protected] My connection was prepaid. i applied for post paid on 27th June 2015. But my connection not activate till now after all docs (id proof, address proof) 3-4 times submission in relience store. After 23-24 days my sim not working. I've submit also my docs [protected]@relianceada.com via mail. But no response. Request to you if my sim not started in postpaid, please activate my sim prepaid. And refund my security amount Rs 300.                                   can I know how the reliance team work ..I am using reliance pro 3 WiFi dongle using in kothagudem but I have given the request for prepaid to postpaid unlimited 999 plan today at 6:30 pm but its not happen..I contacted that store person kishore after several attempts he lifted the call and said it will activated with in 1 hour at 8 pm ..but not activated how ever he is not lifting the call also n times I have called ...I have urgent office work with internet ...why u guys are not responding and also not lifting the customer calls is this your service now its switched off how can I use it...
                                  Kindly take the feedback and get to me..
                                  And today I called to helpline executive talked very rudely .and also email sent to reliance and applate team is also not responding..kindly help me no one taking the issue ..at should I do to resolve my problem..

                                    I'm complaining in Reliance broadband customers care because my internet is not working since 16 july. They say they will send technician at my home but the technician doesn't shows up. My connection is dead n I'm facing problems in my college projects. My user id is[protected]. Every time I call customer service they the problem will solved with in 24hrs but they don't. I don't have any proof or any digital image.

                                      I am a reliance netconnect user no.[protected] The plan on my no. is 999 Unlimited But these guys have wrongly put plan of some limited 40GB. ( The bill they send is according to unlimited tariff but in actual my speed get downgraded to 312 kbps from 3.1 mbps after 40GB consumption. I have made frequent complaints to their customer care but their inefficiency is indeed a concern. I am planning to shift to a better datacard service provider or any local broadband provider. Attached are the proofs in my Bill and their server.

                                        Sir, I have been using Reliance Broadband from more than a year . I have been facing with "Internet not working " problem for long. Customer care dept. is not helpful User ID[protected] Latest Complaint No.[protected] Contact No. - [protected] Email @ [protected]@gmail.com Important points : (1) I have lodged dozens of complaints to the customer care dept. (2) I have written at [protected]@relianceada.com . (3) Every time my complaint is closed from their end saying that it has been resolved from their end (4) I don't get the status of my complaint (5) I have contacted my area service manager and many more people but none of them are a bit helpful (6) Still my internet is not working Attachments: Mail conversations with [protected]@relianceada.com To bring to your notice, i have tried every possible way .
