Uninformed deduction of phone number account balance without reason many a time

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am a consumer of the reliance smart telecom prepaid service. They cut account balance on no grounds from the account balance. When filed a complaint in their customer care they return it after too much of argument but also giving fake reasons of consumptions. Sometimes the calls to customer care personnel doesn't even reach....

Irrelevant balance deductions

Not getting speed as per plan

I have taken Thunder699 2MBPS plan of reliance broadband in pune.
But I am getting speed around 600 kbps as per Speedtest.in.

I did complained for the same to customer care they logged complain against it. but still no difference and now they closed the complned with status solved.

I am still not getting speed 2 Mbps as promised....
