We had bought big tv hd with recording couple of years ago.it's not working now.local reliance dealer told to replace.we told them to bring they told we dont have it contact customer care.we contacted customer care they said the same we dont have.So now wat to do.When asked the same to them they spoke rudely.complaint number is[protected]. Mr.Ankit the manager speaking on phone was very very rude. Now customer care is only not helping then from whome we should expect. Please look into the matter.

    I am very frustrated from your unnecessary deduction of balance. As Today morning, I had Rs 229 in my main balance and Rs 54 in my promo balance. I had 9.. MB for net pack. I just on data connection for 2 min. Your system have deducted my approx Rs 125 from main balance and 5 MB data pack. I have still reaming 3.? MB data in my pack till 9/8/215. How you can deduct my balance. This is happening with me many time. Please revert my balance. Otherwise I will change your service.

      Reliance broadband did not provide services for a month and more last year and I had asked for cancellation after lying my last bill that was due. The company representative clearly mentioned in his email attached that billing will deduct the amount for period of service not active. However the service never resumed and since then reliance has been harassing me with threats of court cases if dues are not paid. After multiple emails and providing evidence they don't seem to budge. Why should one pay for the services that were not availed and even after company has agreed to their mistake.

      Where does one go to get relief from such harassment ? Kindly help !

            I have ported my number from vodafone to reliance in lieu of good network from Reliance as been assured by one of their store. Network is relay very bad i keep on getting complaints from the people who called me that my number often showz not available or wrong number, for an alternative i activated m.call service, to my suprise i last 2-3 months i haven't got even a single alert but yes i got a lot of complaints from people about my unavailability of network. i have send 7-8 mails to the corporate office but there is no reply from them. I am feeling cheated twice first when i got an assurance of good service due to which i switched my plan and secon no alert post activation of m.call service. would request you to please do the justic to all the inconvienence which i faced.               HI had services for WI-FI pad from Reliance Communications, my number is [protected]. Since starting I am facing the issue of dis-connectivity of network. As per my plan, I should have 14.7 MBPS speed of net.But I cannot connect anything.I am calling since 12th July, Now 29th July. There is no resolution. I raised ref [protected] on 12th, Ref[protected] on 19th and [protected] on 29th but there is no resolution at all.

                Dear Sir/Madam,

                I am a consumer of the reliance smart telecom prepaid service. They cut account balance on no grounds from the account balance. When filed a complaint in their customer care they return it after too much of argument but also giving fake reasons of consumptions. Sometimes the calls to customer care personnel doesn't even reach.

                  I was not getting proper speed in my area as well as out of chennai; however I made two bill payments but was not able to use the internet since it was very slow. Very slow means extremely slow Have been making phone calles to the Customer care and they will cancel the bill due and say that they are having problem with the Internet servers hence I am facing the issue Then later I decided to cancel the service went to the chennai office they said that the issue will get fixed in a week time and they gave me 3 months free service But nothing happened no free service got added and no improvement in the speed. The phone support perple are not efficient enouch to take care of the Customers request It was a lot of inconvenience for me to get through to the Customer care on the phone each time and finaly I went to the Reliance main office in Chennai and said the cancel the account I amd stll receiving Demand Letter for service that I was not able to use Kindly let me know what can be done about this..

                    I would like to inform that i have a Relince CDMA number which is [protected]. I Recharged to my number on 20/07/2015 with the amount of 351 Rupees.But from your side Recharge banifit Not credited on my account and I complained customer care they told me that within two days problem will be resolved and they gave me a Complain Number that is SR[protected]. They claim that your benefit has credited in my number but on my number no credit addeed till now. in addition to that they have blocked my all customer care no and I am unable to contact Reliance customer care any more. Kindly look in to this matter and respond this mail with the solution of above mention problem.

I have internet balance but reliance india deducted the balance from my main account . [protected]Wrong charges deduction detail-------- On 24 july 2015.[protected].16 rupees deduct. And again next day On 25 july[protected].86 rupees deduct.                           From last 3 days, there are irrelevant balance deductions from my reliance number [protected]. Every time a message for VAS deduction containing deducted amount come. On calling reliance customer care either they do not receive or if they receive call, they said that due to some technical problem in there server they cannot tell the reason of deductions

                            As per my email conversation with Reliance Communication (toll free customer care is not working), they are saying that in your area the intermittent network issue will be resolved in 90-120 days. And the same response i got 2 months back on toll free customer care service. Reliance netconnect area manager said that in your area no one is interested to take RCOM store/business as there is no benefit to company. But i want to ask how the service/ network was running excellent 5 months back ? And what happened now? Why they are selling the dongle then? Atleast reliance should give me remission of payment of dues for that period. Hope reliance communication will take necessary action and do the needful.

                              I am using Reliance GSM sim. It is being deducted some time Rs, 5/-, from my balance at alternate days as several VAS packs.It is requested to stop deducting balance. Please return my deducted balance. Not only give option to talk to customer care executive but also make talk to them. Please not compel to your customer to go to consumer court.as i have already caledl customer care but not yet solved my complaint.

                                I have taken Thunder699 2MBPS plan of reliance broadband in pune.
                                But I am getting speed around 600 kbps as per Speedtest.in.

                                I did complained for the same to customer care they logged complain against it. but still no difference and now they closed the complned with status solved.

                                I am still not getting speed 2 Mbps as promised.

                                Hi Reliance Communication Team,

                                I had dropped a mail to [protected]@relianceada.com 3 months back and since then the mail chain is still going on. I have not got any satisfactory explanation regarding the above complaint. Hence I had terminated the connection and have requested for the refund of my paid amount - Rs 1800.

                                Also I have requested for any higher authority/escalation contact persons details to discuss the issue. But I have not got any details yet.

                                Kindly provide the required information asap.

I Have Submitted My All The Documents For Ownership Change And Also Ownership Change Is Succesful But Faurd Person Mr.Sagar code Is Generated For Portout Relaince Cannot Cancel The Portout Request.. Now Number Is Portout In Vodaphoe Using My Number For Last 5 Months Faurd Person...                                         Sir, I want to Terminate my Postpaid Connection of Reliance but there is no proper forum available for the same. Neither the Reliance Representatives are attending Phone on Customer Care nor there is proper procedure. Instead of it I am receiving Every Month`s Bill for Payment. Sir, I don`t want to continue this Company, so kindly help me in termination of this connection.
