I am Reliance gsm customer. I have many relince sim approx nos 5 from 3 yerars. Here means in my area (bermo landmark subhash nagar) full signal but Internet speed is very very poor speed is less than 1 MBPS really. so i face many problem. or my area no any mobile network service provider has good signal. please help.

    To, Consumer Complaints Department Respected Sir, I Abhijit Paul today recharged a amount of Rs.741.00(spl rech., spl promo benefit of 6 GB 180 days of 3G data, voice tariff @ 1p/s.) through my account on reliance gsm no.-[protected] but fortunately I did not get the benefit on the mbl I recharged([protected]), I tried to contact reliance customer care but failed only once I was able to speak to reliance customercare ex. but they said it is not a valid recharge and told me to contact later but till later this evening I could not able to speak to reliance customer care ex. again.Sir I have recharged the amount after seeing the spl tariff list as it is given in the list.So I request you to cancell the recharge and refund the amount in my mobikwik wallet as I can make other recharges or in my account .I will be obliged if you do the needful as early as possible.The recharges details are below given and my registered ph. no. and e-mail id.       Hi, I had placed a request to discontinue by reliance broadband service on 15th Jan 2015 but still my service is not disconnected and bills are getting generated without any usage from y side.             My services is terminated of reliance broadband on 24/11/2014 and i have confirmation mail send by rcom but my bill is still generated after the termination i complaint many times in reliance customer care And when i went to reliance communication office in Bhopal then they told me that i have 1200 rs. dues and also told me that my service is terminated in Jan, 2015 not in Nov, 2014. i showed confirmation mail of rcom of service cancellation but they told me this is not termination mail.               I have deposited Rs. 1, 650.00 vide chq no. 384694 dated 20.09.2014 (CAF No. [protected]) towards new broadband connection at our Office – Plot no. 21, Sukhdeep Complex, Zone-1, M.P. Nagar, Bhopal – 46201. At the time taking the deposit your personnel had told us that you will get connection within two days. When nobody showed up even after seven days, we cancelled the connection and asked for refund. However I have sent eight e-mail communications to your customer service department; every time I heard from them is refund of deposit is under process. I don’t how such a big organisation is not able to refund Rs. 1, 650.00 even after 5 months. If you are not able to refund, please let me know.

                  Hello Sir, My name is Mandeep Singh and I wanted to port my numbers to Reliance telecoms from Vodafone. I gave my home address to the executive just for verification however there was small mistake in the address. Instead of S83/2 I gave 82/2. The verification was done while I was speaking to the concern person however that person was very irate and the 2nd person who was on phone and was talking to me was more aggressive then him. I told him please make it fast because i am in office and can not talk on phone for long time but I got reply " HUM BHI OFFICE MEIN HAI, KAHI SARAK PE NAHI GIRE HUYE" and disconnected the phone. What was that. I am not ever the part of Reliance service and I am getting response like that, what will happen when i will start using Reliance service. Such a bad customer service. Very bad.                       This is 2nd time I m registering the complaint .I have made recharge of rs 36 which is for std call in which the call rates get 35 ps. per min .I have done this recharge twice 1st on 18th feb and then on 3rd march .but still I m being charged 64 ps per min .and my extra balance I consumed .kindly look forward to the matter and take necessary action and refund my extra balance deducted and I should get the benefit of making this 36rs recharge.

                        I have done recharge of Rs.125/- (Mob. no.[protected]) on 24th Feb, 2015 on wrong number using Free Charge application. I have recharged on wrong mobile no.[protected] instate of [protected]. I try to contact on this wrong number but this number is not exist (Not Active) but recharge transaction has successfully done. Free Charge service provider ready to refund my full recharge amount after transaction revert by Reliance communication. But Reliance team is not ready to revert recharge transaction even reliance mobile number is not exist or not in use. They are not agree to reverse transaction even recharge not use. They have no policy for that type of complaint. I am not follow to reverse transaction If mobile number [protected] is in use.                             Hi Reliance Team, My mobile number [protected] is not able to register in Reliance network from today onwards. I have recharged my mobile for 3G of Rs 95 on 02Feb2015. It was working fine but suddenly it is not working from today. I tried calling customer care, and they are saying, [protected] is not reliance number. Then how come I recharge my number [protected] successfully and was using this connection for last one year. Please clarify. After sending multiple email to [protected]@relianceada.com, they cannot resolve this issue. Attached: Receipt copy of last recharge in number [protected].

                                FYI my Relience netconnect no is [protected] (broadband+) used only for internet. I have been using this connection for internet from almost last 5 years & never had any payment related issues. (every month my bill was RS 1067/- fixed)...But since last year the connectivity was a big issue & the connection speed also became worse. I requested reliance to look into this matter & get it resolved….but nothing worked. So I requested for a bill plan change (a lower tariff) Since more than 4 months I have been requesting regularly for a bill plan change, but still it’s not been changed. Every time a false commitment was made. It seems no one cares whether customer stays on relience network or not. I am using this connection (broadband) from last five years, but it hardly matters to them & ...the service provided overall was pathetic. I have regularly raised this issue with their cc (All my communications (mail/telephonic) made with relience cc since last 4 - 5 months regarding my My Relience Net Connect No [protected]) can be checked & verified. First time I requested for my bill plan change & complaint about their pathetic service was in the month of August 2014. Hence, since then I have endless number of communications/emails sent to reliance cc...But sadly no one ever tried to resolve the issue. I repeatedly asked cc to ask their supervisor/ manager to call me, but not even once, they bothered to call me back. So finally, I told them to stop my connection & send me the bill for the last month, as per the requested tariff….but none of the above was done for another month. Though my connection was barred & was not able to use any service, but still they kept me charging for this useless connection. They are finally asking me to pay Rs 2200/- to close this connection After using it for 5 years I have to stop this connection, because every time there was a False commitment made by cc about change of my bill plan. But it never happened. I continued paying more as per my previous bill plan even without its worth. But finally my patience was over as since few months I have been paying more (as every time a false commitment about my bill plan change was made)but was never done & at the month end I ends up paying more money. Their bad internet service & very bad cc service has in fact made my work suffer a lot. Above this today (04/03/2015) I received a call from Saket court (Anushka), she told me that a case (File no: DL432/15)has been filled against me by Manish & asked me to speak to him at [protected] to check for the details about the case filed. On checking with manish he told me that my case/file will be forwarded by today evening for legal procedure & the FIR will be registered in Ghaziabad police station. This is purely a fraud/cheating done by relience. But i don't know what to do know? I am afraid as i do not want to end up myself dealing with police /FIR. FYI: I have not received any written notice for the same, so what shall i do? These last few months have been very hard on me not only I ended up paying more money, but resulted in metal & physical stress as well.                                   My Reliance number - [protected]. I sent a mail on November 4th 2014 to the "[protected]@relianceada.com" asking to terminate my reliance netconnect account. I got a reply from Pooja Gupta, Customer Care Officer on the same day. She asked me to provide my reliance datacard number and my mobile number. She said that I will receive calls from customer care executive. But I didnt receive any calls. I sent a follow-up mail again on Nov 5th and 14th. No response. I again called the customer care on Nov 26th. They said they will terminate my account and will send mail. I didnt receive any mail but got a bill again asking me to pay Rs.842. This is the usual amount that I pay every month. I called again and they said that its their mistake and asked me to pay this time alone. He said they are willing to less Rs. 200 for their mistake after checking with their manager. To close the account they asked me to pay additional 300. Finally I paid Rs. 900 without using net connection. Again on Jan 7th I got a SMS (but didnt receive any mails), asking me to pay Rs. 420.23.The next month I got a message that I need to pay Rs. 520 for late payment. I dint receive any mails from Reliance regarding the payment of Rs. 520. I have copy of all the mails and service request numbers with me as proofs of our communication. I also met the Reliance customer care office, Velachery on 30th Jan 2015 and met Ravi (his mobile number - [protected]) who spoke to me. He said not to worry of those calls and messages and that he has updated to the head office and also no need to pay this amount. I also received calls from head office on 12th Feb 2015, asking me the reason for the termination of my account. But today 4th March I have got a message saying that if I dont pay, they will file legal action on me. For the last 2 months they are calling me and harassing me for this payment. They are giving me mental torture. Today 4th March I called Ravi (Velachery office) and he is not responding properly. I tried again to reach him and he is not picking the calls. They are not sending any mails instead calling and sending SMS. If they give me torture like this again then I have to go to the consumer court.

He says that my account is only suspended and not terminated and asking me to pay Rs. 520. I have asked them to terminate my net connection 3 months before. I asked him to send him a mail regarding this payment and also the receipt of my account termination. But he is only concerned about the payment. He says if I pay, the account will be terminated. This is what I heard for the past 3 months from many customer care executives. If I pay this amount now, surely they will send me a bill again next month. If I ask them that time, then they will tell again that my account has been suspended and not terminated. These people are cheating. Feb 12th & 23rd 2015, I received calls from the head office and they asked me the reason for terminating my account. But today one person is calling and telling me that he is from Social media team. I asked him to send a mail of the telephonic discussion I had with him, but he says that he cannot send mails and only the mailing section is responsible. I need a confirmation mail from Reliance regarding my account termination and also the details for why I was charged Rs.520.
                                  I also got the following message from Reliance now " Demand notice has been generated against non payment of Rs.520. Please make payment to avoid legal action". Can reliance send me the proof of my account termination along with the receipt for charging Rs. 520?

                                    Hi, I have a broadband internet package with RCOM. Since 27th Feb it is not working at all. On 1st March I called RCOM and was told that the DSL is down in the area and will take a day and opened a complaint. They also said that some one will call you but no one did. I waited for a day more and called back and was informed that still the problem has not been resolved. However, even on 4th March when the problem persisted, I called back and to my shock was told that the complaint has been closed on 3rd itself. I was furious and wanted to talk to a superior. Was transferred to a superior but never got thru as was on hold for more than 50 mins. Again on calling back, same issue was repeated and this time was transferred to a wrong department. On calling the 3rd time again was put on hold to talk to a superior but no one answered for 20 mins. Horrible experience!! Then I called the Appellate Authority but even there only a new complaint was open. I realised that the complaint was closed unilaterally because if the connection is not working for more than 3 days then RCOM has to deduct the pro-rata amount from the bill. Since they did not want this to happen, they closed the complaint without resolution knowing that on calling back a new complaint will be opened with a new time-frame and hence no deduction from the bill. This is a FRAUD and someone needs to take it up. I will raise this in every forum possible. If anyone has any suggestions where to raise for maximum impact, please let me know.                                       Dear Sir, I would like to bring your kind notice that I had deposited a cash of Rs200/- on Reliance retail outlet DSM mobile GF-12, Khazana Market, Ashiyana Lucknow on dated 27 jan against my CDMA mobile No [protected] bill of Rs192/- . At the time of deposited a cash they said that there server was not working so they credit the cash amount within a day or two. When I received a bill of Jan-Feb I came to know that the said amount was not credited in my account as they add the previous with penalty. My wife had already visited there many times each time their staff was making a commitment that it will credit within a day or your penalty will be waived off but it was not done till date. I had deposited a cash of this month bill. Today also they said that by 6PM it will be done but nothing had been done till now. But now my services is resume from last one week. I already connected to customer care and also visited to reliance customer store but nobody help me. And also beard 1000 loss my ICICI bank and Slandered chartered credit card because I havn't received OTP due to resume my services. I called to customer care they tolled to me that one person visited at your home your home is locked and I have already said to verification department that is my office timing please visit Sunday if you come in office time so please call to me I will available within 10 mint for verification my address but till now nobody take action.
