    My mother had applied for porting of her reliance no [protected] on 15 nov to airtel... All pending bill have already been cleared... Airtel had tried to port the no twice but each time error of "error in port code" been intimated in auto genertation... She has already misplace her reliance sim as airtel rep told her that its was a normal procedure..
    We want to get the port code from reliance to assit in porting of same no to any other service provider

      I have given port my reliance number in airtel madhya pradesh 20 days before but my number is not port and i have totally disappoint the service of reliance. And now i am giving again to port my number so it is saying that you port code number was out and already in process and the shopkeeper saying that it is tough to port now. He do not know also what are actually being for my number being a law student i have to complaint in consumer forum if right remedy will not be provide to me because this my last option to get justice.

          I am an old prepaid subscriber of reliance mdn [protected]. I am trying to port out as company is discontinuing services but i am my number not getting mnp upc code. It give different errors and says to try later. I tried calling customer care also but in vain. So it is requested to help me and get the port code generated immiedately so i can port out,

            I was using mts network till oct 2017, from nov 2017 onwards i cannot use my data card service. Then i came to know that the reliance communication have taken over the mts, but still i cannot use network, and no one from mts or reliance communicatin communicated this service. I am trying to contact reliance communication on regular basis, but still i couldn't reach customer care executive, simply sending reminder for payment and nothing has been helpful for customer, please deactivate my mts connection,

            Don't think customers are fool,

            Don't send any payment reminder to me.

              I paid bill on 27 may 2017 internet is not working from 28 may and june 25th i requested for termination but still one month waiver amount is not refunded.
              Its 6 month over.

              I got email saying

              Dear customer,

              This is with reference to your e-mail dated august 25, 2017 for your reliance broadband subscriber id[protected], regarding refund.

              We regret the inconvenience and delay in response.

              The billing complaint registered vide service request id[protected], is resolved. The necessary waiver of rs.798.98/- (Including service tax) for the period 30.05.2017 to 05.07.2017 has been posted to your account.

              We have escelated your refund issue with concerned local authority and will get it resolved on priority. Once the mentioned issue is resolved, we will notify you via sms or phone call.
              We request your co-operation in this regard.

                Hi reliance,

                As i came to know that reliance communications network will be stopped at the end of the december. So, i have tried port out from reliance com network to idea network three times and two times to airtel but every time i have faced rejection with reason (Your request has been rejected by donor operator). Even i am not able to connect reliance customer support regarding this as it is always saying that due to emergency, we are not able to connect your call to the executive.

                Please help in this to port in to the other network. Thanks.

                  As reliance communication is shutting down operations i tried requesting port code but always the reply message comes stating that i have insufficient balance. And now there is no network on my reliance sim
                  I don't want to change my number but this problem is leaving me no other option. My number is [protected] in punjab circle. Please kindly provide me the upc as soon as possible as deadline of closing down of rcom is approaching

                      I have been trying to send the port message for a week. I have checked the format, it is correct. There is no signature attached to the message. My number is [protected]. I once got a reply from 1901 stating insufficient balance but my balance is more than 20 rupees. I suppose the fee is less than 19 rupees. The number is very essential for me and request you to process it quickly.

                        Dear sir,

                        I have been trying to get the upc by sending an sms to 1900. However this has been disabled and i keep getting the message that 'sending failed'

                        Trying to port my number from last 30 days through different vendors but it's not getting port as i'm not having valid upc code for my number, also tried contacting through rel comm office but they are also not helpiing in this matter.

                        This is gross violation of my rights to port my number to a different provider.

                            I disconnected my above mentioned postpaid number [protected] in the month of aug 2017 by paying bill amount irrespective of security amount deposited by me which was deposited earlier while commencing the connection and submission of requisite documents at dilshad garden customer care centre delhi. I had word with your chandigarh team they assured me for refund but failed to do so. I want my refund as quick as possible.

                              This mts-rcom company is like chit companies that runaway overnight leaving everybody in a fix. This is what these companies have done. I too have recharged rs 1599 for mblaze data dongle, but that money is swallowed by these two companies. They dont even have the courtesy to inform to their customers clearly what to do. But it was not done because their intention is to cheat customers and swindle recharged money. To my surprise, they continue to send messages to recharge otherwise there will be a disconnection.

                                Kindly solve the above complaint sir. So that I will got benifited. I have already 74.77 rupees on my mobile number [protected]. Yesterday also I have send same mail for providing me my incoming & outgoing service on this number. But till now no response from your site. It's creating customer dissatisfaction against reliance. I had connected with your network since last 8-9years.
