my name is prasad kadam and my mobile no is [protected].illegal deduction has be done from my account of Rs40/- AND WHEN I COMPLAINED THE COMPANY EXECUTIVE SAID THEY WILL CREDIT TO MY ACCOUNT BUT 12 HR HAS BEEN GONE NO BALANCE HAS CAME TO MY NUMBER.

    Dear Sir, I am old member of reliance. the amount of 3 rupees has been deducted from [protected] today. and the same amount of 3 rupees has been deducted on 13/12/2014 from [protected] . i have tried many times on 198 but not contacted with reliance costmare care. so returned the amount to the both numbers .       Kal[protected] ko pehle maine rs 246/- ka online apki reliance website ki help se sbi netbankingke dwara apna reliance [protected] number recharge kiya jiska receipt number :- amir65009570 hai aur transaction refrence number :[protected] hai. Iss rs.246/- ke recharge mein 30 days ke liye 1.5 gb 3g data use karne ke liye milta. Yeh recharge karne ke baad maine apni sim apne 3g dongle mein lagai aur internet chalane ka paryaas kiya lekin internet nahi chala kyunki connect karne par kabhi eroor 628 or kabhi error 720 dikha deta tha toh maine apne dosre [protected]number se apke customer care number[protected] par pehli baar phone kiya phone pehli baar maine phone 19:55 p.M. Par kiya pehli baar meri baat 5 minute 48 second tak hui. Iss darmiyaan aur doraan meri baat aapke customer care ke jis particular person se hui usne mujhse bola ki yehrs.246/- ka net plan recharge jo aapne kiya hai weh mobile mein internet chalane ke liye hai aur aapne yeh recharge karne ke baad iss rs.246/- ke plan ko 3g dongle mein chalane ka paryaaskiya hai isliye aapki itne rs.245/- mein jo benefit mile hain or milte hain weh lapse ho gaye hain aur aapko ab agar internet 3g dongle mein agar chalana hai toh or mobile mein bhi chalana hai toh aapko rs.255/- ka recharge phir se karwana hoga jismein or issmein bhi 3g 1.5 data 30 days ke liye milta hai lekin dono mobile aur 3g dongle mein chalane ke liye milta hai. Iske baat saari baat complete hone ke baad maine phone disconnect kar diya.

      And then aur dobara se kal[protected] ko maine phir rs.255/- online apki reliance website ki help se sbi netbanking ke dwara apna reliance [protected] number par recharge kiya. Jiski receipt number :- amir65012240 aur transaction refrence number :[protected] hai. Iss rs.255/- ke recharge mein bhi same fatures milte hain 30 days ke liye 1.5 gb 3g data use karne ke liye milte hain. Yeh recharge karne ke baad maine phir se apni sim apne 3g dongle mein lagai aur internet chalane ka paryaas kiya lekin iss baar bhi internet nahi chala kyunki dobara se connect karne par wahi same problem kabhi eroor 628 or kabhi error 720 dikha deta tha toh maine phir se apne dosre [protected] number se apke customer care number[protected] par dosri baar phone kiya phone dosri baar maine phone 20:31 p.M. Par kiya dosri baar meri baat 26 minutes tak hui. Iss darmiyaan aur iss doraan meri baat aapke customer care ke jis particular person se hui unko maine yeh saari samasaya aur difficulties batai bhi aur inhone meri complaint bhi register ki aur complain number :[protected] hai.

      Phir uske baad maine[protected] ki morning 02:43 a.M. Par aapke 198 customer care par apnereliane number [protected] se call kiya kuch samadhaan aur solution ke liye iss customer care number par meri baat 10 minute 57 second hui iss dooraan meri baat jis particular person se hui hai usne mujhe bataya ki aapke number par toh rs. 246/- waali facility activate hai aur rs.255/- ka koi plan aur recharge facility hai hi nahi ab inhone solution dena toh doore ki baat hai mujhe itni morning mein aur pareshaan kar diya aur ek new tension aur de di.

      Main yeh saari baat aap sabhi logo ko isliye bata raha huin ki kyunki ab aap log mujhe batayein or suggest karein ki mein kya karuin aur kya naa karuin

      Aap logo ke customer care par call karne aur aap logo ki customare care ki poor facility dene ke karaan mere toh rs.501/- ka chuna lag gaya aur mere rs. 501/- paani or water mein chale gaye.

      Ab aap log mujhe pehle yeh batayein ki mere reliance [protected] number par kaun sa rs. Ka plan activate hai rs.246/- ka or phir rs. 255/- ka.

      Meri aap sabhi logo se haath jodkar vinaram prathana aur prayer hai ki bhagwan ke liye for your god sick ab aap sabhi log aur persons meri ek income chahe weh rs.246/- ho or rs.255/- ho innmein se ek income meri waapis karein or phir agar income waapis nahi ho sakti toh koi beech ka raasta nikaal kar mujhe best solution dein aur saath hi saath aisa solution dein jisse aap logo ka or ko koi nuksaan na ho aur mujhe bhi koi nuksaan naa ho.

      Mein apni baat ko sahi saabit karne ke liya aur aap logo ko viswaas delane ke liye ki maine kalrs.246/- aur rs.255/- ke recharge karwayein hain aur yeh recharge successful bhi hue hai aur rahe hai yeh baat sahi saabith aur vishwaas dilaane ke liye mein aap sabhi logo ki inn amount ketransaction receipt bhi aap sabhi logo ko iss application ke saath attach karke bhej raha huin.

      Please help me urgent please for god sick please help me as soon as possible...

        Dear Sir, Good Afternoon, Please Note That for Last 7-8 Months i have been Facing The Proble of Slow Internet Speed, While I am Using 3G Plan. In Comparison to Other Service Providers Reliance 3G is Much Slower Than 2G of Others. Now The Matter is Paying for 3G, Even i am not Getting The Speed of 2G.                 hi, i got a call from this to number [protected], [protected]. and one on this call from calling from office and asking to get a new connection of reliance card with new plaind and good . so i said ok i will and next day a guy coming from company to give me new connection of reliance card and i give him 300rs as card cost and he said the connection will be active in 48. hours but now almost 3 days gone not activtion and even the numbers of that company is switch off so thats why i am complaining aganist that number to reliance . and i attched the receipt o recivied.

                  Dear Sir, My Reliance Net connect No is [protected], Bangalore I have Canceled this Connection on July 27th and paid full Settlement 650 with my ID Card Xerox copy and the complaint number is [protected], The reliance Service people told that in 1 week this will get canceled and from next month on words you will not get Bills generated, as I was relocating to other place. But still now I am getting this kind of emails to pay amount. And they make calls to pay amount. I am getting irritated at work time, I will file a case against reliance if this continues. Please Resolve this ASAP and Close my connection Thanks Satish.

                    Hello Reliance officials, Customer ID:[protected] AREA: SEC-31 GURGAON, NEAR HUDA MARKET. I am fed up with your call center support and the services provided by your service staff. Firstly, Its been 6 months I have taken broadband connection. And every time electricity goes Broadband connection stops working. Secondly, I have logged numerous complaints against the issue and every time support associate tell there is DCL battery problem in my area, it will get resolved in next 24 hours. Thirdly, After logging several complaints and making call to local lineman of reliance one associate has visited my place and said problem will get resolved in 24 hrs. Fourthly, Please tell me this thing I am charged full amount in the bill. Am i getting discount on the bill for the loss of service? The answer is NO. So when then reliance broadband doesn't take care of the issue and listen to customer's problem. Lastly, PLEASE RESOLVE THE DCL BATTERY ISSUE AND INTERNET SHOULD BE AVAILABLE TO ME EVEN IF ELECTRICITY GOES. AIRTEL, TIKONA AND OTEHR SERVICE PROVIDER WORKS FINE. BUT< MY QUESTION IS THAT IF I HAVE PAID TO RELIANCE FOR INSTALLATION AND INITIAL CHARGES THEN WHY WOULD I SWITCH TO OTHER SERVICE PROVIDER. IN THE END, IF THE PROBLEM IS NOT RESOLVED AND PROPER ACTION IS NOT TAKEN I WILL MAKE POST (FACEBOOK, TWITER, and OTHER MEDIA) THE NAMES OF ALL OFFICIAL TO WHOM I HAD TALK, ALL THE TICKET NUMBERS I HAVE RAISED WITH RELIANCE CUSTOMER CARE.                       Hi, I have used the reliance dongle for more than 2 years with the No: [protected] and recently I closed the number by paying the complete amount Rs:423/- on[protected]:47 hrs and provided relevant documents and spoke with customer care folks too, to terminate the number. Everything done and they said it will be terminated within 3 to 4 days. But today, I got a bill for the peroid 14-Nov-2014 to 13-Dec-2014, Amount: Rs.248.00. I called to Customer Care folks just now i.e. 17-Dec-2014 9:30pm but they said it charged as per TRAI and said termination process will take 15days. If its 15 days why did they charged for 30days. Also, If the termination process takes 15 days then why would the customer has to pay/bare for that period which the customer is not used the service. I feel its cheating, kindly please look into it.

                        I have applied for Reliance 599 broadband plan in Bhopal E-3, 289 Arera Colony 10no.stop, the name of sales person is Anand collected documents and cash on 06 nov 2014 and promised to get the installation done in 2 days. But after 2 days he told me to call person named Mohanlal and for next 10 days Mohanlal kept repeating that "cable is unavailable" and after that he not pick my call and if i call to anand he abused me, he also threat me " when I called the manager first he didn't pic the call and after sometime switched off the phone and now when I call the sales person either he doesn't pic my call or someone else receives the call and says the he forgot the mobile in his home as there was a very urgent call from office and he left for office without mobile.                           Me Mukesh Dhameliya I got reliance broadband connection at 8-Aug-2014 and my user id is[protected] . I request that my connection was not properly work from 31-Aug-2014. I complaint about it but I didn't get effective solution and response my complaint id is[protected] and talk with Dipali my complaint id is[protected] and talk with shishang my complaint id is[protected] and talk with amit my complaint id is[protected] and talk with shidhdharth and then finally i request for close connection on after[protected] and my complaint id is[protected] also further process on this request by my complaint id is[protected] . i don't used connection 2 month but reliance ahmedabad head say u pay bill of two month which i not used then we start your connection because of no any company except Reliance available in my area i pay bill and the tell me that that bill rupees are settle in my next bill and after 2 month my connection was start from[protected] and i pay two month bill 2200 Rs. But after 20 day my connection was close due to my request for closing on[protected]. also I want to mention that I requested for close my terminate request after connection start. but they close my connection base on my 2 month ago request So, I want to know that if any Reliance customer who want to close they connection need to request for closing before 2 month then close it ??????? If no then I want about my pay bill which not used by me so kindly I want to back my money back which is 2200 Rs. In further they not send bill to neither address nor email id after complaint to it they send bill to me . and give each time late bill pay as 100 Rs. How I know my due date without send me bill ??? Because of no any company connection in my area I take new connection from reliance . They charge to me for new connection Rs 1400 and not give any modem on[protected]. But after 5 day they connection was also stop and not work to till now[protected] . so finally i want to my money back that is Rs 2200 + 1400 . list of my complaint id is [protected] for bill request[protected] pm [protected] rewards request [protected] for bill request [protected] reward request that it's .

                            I have already submitted my all the documents to my near reliance store(Chinchwad, Pune) and paid the outstanding bill 2 weeks back. But the Data card is still not converted to prepaid connection. I asked to Reliance store's guy, he told me that it'll take 15 days to convert and also I asked to Customer care they told me that it'll all the procedure done by Reliance store. Please let me know how soon it will be resolve?

                              Sir Iam Prince, [protected] some days back I complaint about Rs 95 recharge not done.You helped and complaint to them and a message came after 3 days that your data services are activated.But now I have 1 GB 3G data but there is no range for 3G and even for 2G.They are not taking any complaints on 198.Please sir help or the 1 GB data will be lost. They were not attending my call then and now also I could not connect to the customer care. Please see to it sir.I think taking reliance sim was a big mistake.

                                Dear Sir,

                                Please solve mine query also. My Office is in Seepz Unit 105. On Reception we get 3g network but from 8 days we facing problem that we don't get 3 g network we have to move into 2 g & than it show Roaming. Same problem happen with airtel & Vodafone n they have solve their problem & reliance network still pending, . Please do the needful. My contact no is [protected]. Also note in Full Seepz area reliance network is low in there respective offices ares bt in outside office network was OK not good as Vodafone or Airtel.

                                    I have reliance post paid connection from May 2014 and every month I found that wrong calculation of bill. After raising concern to customer care they promised to waive of charges but in next bill calculation it is not applies. While applying for post paid connection lots of services were commited which is not satisfied and they are applying extra charges on those services Network is so pathetic and extra charges are getting applies on my bill

                                      Dear Sir/ Madam, My self Mrinmoy Pal & my 3G net mobile no. is [protected]. It is a Kolkata based number which usually used for net surfing through mobile. Yesterday I had done a recharge of Rs.177/- 1 GB 3G speed for 30 days at 9:00 P.M. but till now my net balance yet to shown. Regarding this issued I had several times called your customer care executive but each & every time I had refused by all of them & they are not able to resolve my problem.
