I am fed up with your call center support and the services provided by your service staff.
Firstly,
Its been 6 months I have taken broadband connection. And every time electricity goes Broadband connection stops working.
Secondly,
I have logged numerous complaints against the issue and every time support associate tell there is DCL battery problem in my area, it will get resolved in next 24 hours.
Thirdly,
After logging several complaints and making call to local lineman of reliance one associate has visited my place and said problem will get resolved in 24 hrs.
Fourthly,
Please tell me this thing I am charged full amount in the bill. Am i getting discount on the bill for the loss of service? The answer is NO.
So when then reliance broadband doesn't take care of the issue and listen to customer's problem.
Lastly,
PLEASE RESOLVE THE DCL BATTERY ISSUE AND INTERNET SHOULD BE AVAILABLE TO ME EVEN IF ELECTRICITY GOES. AIRTEL, TIKONA AND OTEHR SERVICE PROVIDER WORKS FINE. BUT< MY QUESTION IS THAT IF I HAVE PAID TO RELIANCE FOR INSTALLATION AND INITIAL CHARGES THEN WHY WOULD I SWITCH TO OTHER SERVICE PROVIDER.
IN THE END, IF THE PROBLEM IS NOT RESOLVED AND PROPER ACTION IS NOT TAKEN
I WILL MAKE POST (FACEBOOK, TWITER, and OTHER MEDIA) THE NAMES OF ALL OFFICIAL TO WHOM I HAD TALK, ALL THE TICKET NUMBERS I HAVE RAISED WITH RELIANCE CUSTOMER CARE.
