Sir, on 6Th December I charged rupees 145 in my daughter's (Soumyashree Panda) mobile bearing number [protected] but i got a message as under "Dear Customer, You account has been recharged with rupees 0.01, amount payable is rupees 145, Thank you reliance." But she didn't get any talk time balance. as a result i had to charge again rupees 110 for talk time. Immediately the matter was taken up with the shop owner who said i can't help u because my balance has been reduced u can talk to customer care. Customer care was contacted but they also could not say any thing and told we do not have any package for rupees 145 so your money is lapsed.Finding no other alternative i contacted the manager of reliance yesterday who also expressed his helplessness and advised me to make a complain online. I am therefore sending this complain for consideration. If there is no package first thing reliance should not charge the money more over in such cases atleast the nearest package that is rupees 120 could have been given back as talk time. A company like reliance should not harase its customers such a way.     Dear Team, Reliance customer care team confirmed that, Due to incorrect billing Rs.813.66 has mistakenly added. However the company can’t do any waiver, you (customer) pay the amount and the company can do a refund as soon as possible. As a customer, I’m not ready to distress one more time with reliance netconnect+ billing system. I paid the amount in advance but the service was not provided by reliance Case History : Netconnect+ number [protected] ; I was using 5 GB, 3 months advance rental plan from the day one. During July’14, I was contact the retention department and they have introduced me a new plan of 10 GB advance rental plan for Rs. 1800. My bad I was chose this connection and paid the amount on same day. I also got the confirmation that, your connection will changes to 10GB. However nothing happen. and I have contacted the customer care and they have confirmed me that, the connection was already changed to 10GB 3 months advance rental plan. But my connection got disconnected before the eligible duration and got it back I wanted to extend my plan, so I have called the retention desk and paid Rs. 1800 on Oct’14 to extend the connection. Post this; the monthly bill was generated for me. I have called around 10 times and spent around 7 Hrs of my time and spend around Rs.300 for mobile bill (talking to the customer care). But every time I’m getting different answers from different agents. As per their advice, I visited reliance outlet and they have confirmed me that I have to contact customer care again. First level discussion, seniors, Special desk, Retention desk – You name the team. I spoke. But no solution. Few agents are mentioned, As per our system as per our system, You have not paid the amount  hahaha … I was paid the amount and but not availing benefits and asking reliance team confirm me the meaning of customer services. There is a wrong billing occurred [protected] – Complainant no for Waiver [protected] – Complainant no for connection reactivation Sample Interaction id – [protected] – I have many like this id. I will wait and if no responses then try to attempt some other way-out to get my issue resolved. Regards, Ram

    Not sure the reason why you want to provide fraud confirmation and made deception statement to the customer and in this portal ?
    No one from your company contacted me and the concern has not resolved. (Forget about satisfaction)

    My connection is still in suspended mode and I'm not getting any service for the period which I have already paid the money.

    How you treat this satiation? And how you consider yourself?
    Company which have some values and integrity OR Fraud & cheat and take customer’s money?

      I have not given any service request, still reliance has deducted VAS charges from my account. I spoke to the call centre executive Sandeep Kherade and he did not registered my complaint. Credit all the VAS charges back into my account which has been deducted in the last 6 months asap. Regards, Dipesh Savla.

        My balance was deducted on 11/12/14 of Rs 350 (approx) and was said that it will be credited to your account within 6 hours and its 15/12/14 and no balance is been received. Senior exective are saying its still under process we cant do any thing. No Reply Via mail on this topic. No exective is ready to resolve problem. I complained nearly 17 Times. Its really shame for reliance company. Reliance make profit by deduting unnecessary balance from its customer...thats the fact.All told me not to take reliance but its totally my fault.If i call customer care regarding any deduction then its ok otherwise they say "SORRY SIR WE DONT HAVE DATA MORE THEN 3 DAYS"...ITS YOUR FAULT. Relaince deduct lots of money... SHAME ON YOU AND YOUR SENIOR EXECTIVES AND SERVICES. AND YOUR EXECTIVES DONT HAVE MANNERS HOW TO TREAT THE CUSTOMERS.. RELIANCE NO- [protected]

          Today from my account Rs 1 is deducted for VAS video store and your customer care is not picking up the phone. My no .is [protected]. Please refund it and deactivate the service. this is not the first time almost daily it happens that RCOM deducts the money for any service. Why are troubling the customers without any reason .Do you want us to switch to other networks?????

            Dear sir/madam I am having rel. number as [protected]. on 11/12/2014 a message came at 11.18pm as rs.10 charged for vas techzone smss. on 13/12/2014 at 9.19pm rs 5 charged for same reason. i have told to sales excutive that i have not activated any offers through mobile. He told me that u are asking after 4 days (i.e on 15/12/2014), but have to ask with in 3 days. so rs 10 can not refund. and rs 5(second) can be refund. and he refunded also. but again on 15/12/2014 7.17pm again rs 5 charged. again on 16/12/2014 morning a had a conversation with sales excutive. but of no use.                 Reliance customer care never responds to emails. What they message and what is actually available on their portal is different. Problems are never resolved. I have been trying to recharge with 282 since yesterday but have not been able to do so and customer care seems to be sleeping. Reliance has become worse than Government. I have been their customer since 2008 but now am seriously considering switching over to some other provider.

                    I have ported to reliance last week because of its new promotional offers in kerala, yesterday I did a recharge pack of 198 which offer 36000 local seconds, I confirmed it by dealer before recharge, but after that I realised that the porting to reliance was a wrong decision, They are deducting as minutes pack even a 10 sec call, I callled cc again & raised complaint but the irresponsible executive didn't give me an explanation, he only said that it 'll charge as minutes pack ! then I asked him y do the company promoting the pack as a 36000 sec pack instead of 600 minutes pack? no reply & he hangup the phone, still I didn't get a positive response, please everybody be aware of their fraudulent offers don't choose reliance.

                          I have a complain against Gajanan for cheating, abating, false promise, carelessness and keeping customer in dark while selling a RELIANCE COMMUNICATION Broadband connection. Dec 1st 2014 -Gajanan from Reliance collected documents with Check (Receipt No [protected]) for a Broadband connection with phone line. - He promised to provide modem and phone instrument. - He promised to provide the connection next day or latest day after tomorrow.- He also confirmed that he will come for the installation Dec 2nd 2014 - No activation yet. I called him late evening. He said some delay and would be done next day. Dec 3rd 2014- No connection. I called him. He said he needs more time. - I told him to AT LEAST call and inform if there is delay.- I was very upset that HE DOES NOT EVEN BOTHER TO CALL CUSTOMER. Dec 4th- No call from any body to update on the status.- I called Gajanan who DID NOT PICK UP THE PHONE Dec 5th- Check encashed. No call from Gajanan as if he does not bother. HE DID NOT EVEN PICK UP MY CALL. Dec 6th- I called Ashish (who I first contacted on Dec 1st for a new connection) and updated him that connection is pending. He was surprised. He promised to do first thing in the morning. After several phone call and WHEN I LITERALLY SCREAMED, he came in the afternoon and just laid the wire. He left without connection and said he will come in an hour. Dec 7th- No connection and no response. Dec 8th- I called and literally pushed to install the service.- After several phone calls, Ashish came with Prakash tried to start but did not succeed. He said some problem.- Both of them left without the service being started.- Prakash was rude and was not responding properly and was little careless. - They did not bring the phone instrument.- When I asked for the phone instrument, Ashish told that they have left in Viman Nagar and will come in 2 hours and left.Both Ashish & Prakash was giving vague answers.- They left without installing the connection. Dec 9th- No response either from Gajanan/Ashish.Contacted customer care, cancelled the request for connection. Dec 10th- Response from customer service to reconsider my decision and they promised to check and respond. Dec 15th -No response from customer service Gajanan calls to check the status. SUMMARY OF CASE- No connection was provided as promised. No phone instrument was provided as promised.Not a single call from any body updating on delay in connection. Not a single call from Gajanan who made many promises while selling the connection.Many follow up calls made to to start the service.Does not pick up phone calls.Gave many promises to start the service and kept us waiting. It is so sad that sales people like Gajanan from reliance are so IRRESPONSIBLE and does not care the customer. There are many false promises made in the process.RELIANCE, such a LARGE AND PROFESSIONAL COMPANY that people know but the name is being spoiled by few people like GAJANAN AND ASHISH. I request the company to look in to the matter and take serious action against these people for CHEATING, FALSE PROMISE, LYING.Note: While I have sent an email on 9th to cancel the new connection request, Neither I have received any communication regarding the same nor my money is refunded. I also request my money to be refunded at the earliest.

WITHOUT PREJUDICE Ref No:- xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Name :- MR SHAISHAV SHAH Address: – xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject:- Demand Notice for Recovery of Outstanding Dues Account ID – xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx E-mail ID - xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Dear Sir/Madam, M/s. Reliance communication Limited (hereinafter referred to as reliance broadband), which is a Company registered under the Companies Act, 1956 and having its Legal Office at pratik associates b2/3 new freinds soc near kinara hotel kothrud pune 411038 serve you this notice of demand, the contents whereof you may note as detailed herein below- 1. Reliance communication Limited is a leading Unified Access Service Provider in India and provides various Telecom and other services in various telecom circle in India by virtue of Licenses granted by Department of Telecommunications (DoT), Government of India. 2.                                       Hey,

                                      I've not happened to discuss with any of your customer service associates. I don't who you spoke with to affirm that this issue has been resolved to my satisfaction.

                                      Even today also I've received such outstanding demand email from Amit Kulkarni from Pratik group.

                                      I am in dilemma how issue is resolved to my satisfaction, even though I've not discussed this with any of your customer service associate.

                                      And if this issue is resolved, why am receiving such emails again and again ?

                                        I m using my reliance no. [protected] from last 3 months. And i m really disappointed with the service of this company. The executive whatever say i do exactly like that, but they didn't help me once.they were making fool of me. When i called them back they transfer call to other person after that to another person. This company cut my 8gb data. I forget that after that they cut approximately 150 rs of my balance. Then for this complaint i called them many times and every time they cut my call. Really shameful for reliance communications. I ll say that the customer care of this company is worst. Thats why they cant compeit to other companies like Vodafone and airtel. And reliance is down in the telecom market.

                                        Same issue i am facing..worst customer care in whole india...are you guys don't provide training to you executives..why do you want to spoil your own image.
                                        i have tried calling to customer care and they laugh at me and says the call to other number then cut...this happen twice.
