Unfortunately a customer of Reliance Broadband connection no.[protected], usually not working, customer care telephone. No not responding even after wait of 15-20 minute. My connection not working from last more than 3 days, no response of customer care. This problem I am facing from last 5 month have done 15 complain regarding it. Every time I call customer care they just say "Sir, We will take care from next time" But again and again every week my Internet goes down. Also called Appellate Authority of Reliance many time but even they are replying same words. Now I don't know whom to complain about this issue. Need a permanent fix for this issue.

It's about one week I am still facing issue every don't get any call from Reliance. Already complain to Customer care, Appellate Authority and now on this forum.
it's more then a week and I have not got any call from your side on this. I am still facing this issue.

    we regret to inform you that i am a bonafied customer of reliance communication since last 12 years along with my 6 family member they are also a customer of reliance paribar, off late we observe that last few years without any intimation VAS charges has been deducted from our mobile balance after noticing this kind of act i informed the customer care no 189 a reply from 189 for appolizing of being VAS charges and also credit the same in our mobile balance. this kind of act should be stopped otherwise we have no option but to shift another company for our save to prevent this kind at malpractice . but before shifting it is our moral duty to inform you to take necessary action to prevent your customer care for not deducting any charges before information us . we hope you shall accept and take necessary steps to prevent this kind of malpractice. thanking you. sandip pramanik [protected] [protected]@gmail.com

    This complain is for the no. [protected], which is a reliance cdma phone. On 22nd october an amount of INR 10.00 was deducted for a value added service One97 Subscrip. I don't even know what that service is for! I tried calling customer care at 198. I didn't get any response yesterday. I tried again today and the reply I got was I'm sorry I can only see details of past three days and I can't help it. Your money cannot be returned. Now this has happened before multiple times for me to activate do not call service. But even after that these services keep activating themselves. Last time this happened I asked my call to be transferred to a senior who told me he can access details up to 7 days and he returned my money. There was a time before that when a lot of services were activated continuously for a month and a senior then told me that your deductions up to 30 days can be refunded.
    Now for a fact I don't know who can and who can't access the details but all I got this time was complete refusal that it can't be helped even though 22Oct was three days ago! So this senior executive gave me the number of reliance communications secretariat [protected], and said to call there for further assistance. When I did, through the IVR I was to be connected to some executive but all I heard was an automated reply of "Our executives will be with you shortly" after which she said "the lines are open from 9.30 am to 6pm on all days except Sunday and public holidays" after which the call would disconnect. Is today a public holiday I don't know of?
    Regardless I'm tired of the hassle. Of cancelling a service I didn't even activate nor know that it exists. It did stop for awhile but restarted I guess. So kindly look into the matter.
    Sir always this company charge vas amount without any notification
    VAS charges are deducted from my Reliance mobile number on regular basis. I am not activating any VAS.
    Reliance communication should stop such unwanted deductions. Customer care do not have adequate resources to check such deduction, &

      I have charged rs.1548 0n 3/7/2014 By Reliance Broadband for a new Broadband Connection. Mr Chandan Das (salesperson) had came and said that i have to pay Rs1548 cash or by cheque then within 5 days we will deliver your connection and activate it. after 5 days He said Kolkata Municipality Corporation Is not giving them Permission for new connection in my area then he said that your money wil be refunded within 45 days... Now 3 Months Gone But Not Got My Money Back...I had Visited Reliance communications headquarter in chowringhee to speak to mr.mantu khan but he always told that i will get my money back...i am frustrated and i will never trust reliance... my details as i have taken my connection my my grandmothers name... 1.         I own a reliance GSM up west number [protected]. As i am not satisfied with the network & services of reliance so i wanted to port my number to some other operator but reliance is not providing me Unique porting code. Everytime i send a massage to 1900 i get a reply saying "this service is temporarily unavailable". I contacted reliance customer care & lodge many complaints about this issue but everytime i was just given a fake promise that my complaint will be resolved soon. It's been more than 3 months since i am trying to get UPC code but unfortunately i am still getting the same reply .

        I want to change Reliance GSM service provider to the Airtel but after at least 50 attempt i am not getting UPC code since last six Month every time i am getting Error in reply as "Your Request Could Not Be processed"

        Please Help me to get out of this Problem.
        This kind of behaviour from the Service Provider increases the anger quotient and hosts a negetive advertisement toward the provider.

          I have received call from reliance communication costumer care . One girl was ask me for my mobile bill payment. then I told her that I will pay in next month with fine . She told me that 'jab bas main nahi to use kun karte ho' . I am 4 year old costumer of this company service . I am shoked that if costumer pay with fine then why she told like this way .             My reliance netconnect+ is not working from last 13 days . I have connected with an unlimited plan of 750 rs / month . whenever i connect with it, it gives an error saying "remote computer did not repond" . I have complaint on customer care call center, complaint ids[protected]. but still getting no response . Now i call at customer care, they say their computer is down so they can't check my complaint. I am fed up with this system . Also they dont know the problem . I told them that my dongle is not working in roaming (it is working fully from the home area of connection),

              I, Arup Mallick is a good customer of your reliance communication. My mobile no. is [protected]. I was a postpaid service on my umber till 20th sept 2014. I have change the service postpaid to prepaid service on 20/09/2014 as your service is very bad from customer care as well as reliance world. After paying all outstanding my prepaid service is verified from your end and your customer care executive said that my prepaid service have been started.but till date I have unable to recharge any plan on my number. I have called many many times to you but no solution provided by you.its very painful to me..I have tried to port my number into other network but you have disable the option. I have lodged the complain to DOT ad TRI today about your service.

                I was in hyderabad and before leaving the city to permanently come to Mumbai, i had informed the centre to shut the services of the Dongal. That did not happen and a lawyer called to pay the previous bill. I cleared the bill (which was also an over payment for me) and still the dongal is not in use. I called reliance to again shut the services and still they say that they have technical issues due o which it cannot be done. I am continuously getting monthly bills without using the dongal and reliance is not ready to shut the services. This is like forcibly asking payment for nothing.

                  I would like to inform that I used Reliance datacard for about 3 years from 2011 till 2014 (Sept) for official purpose while I was in Bangalore and when I got transferred to Hyd (May 2014) last year, I informed Reliance (through several mails listed below) to keep the connection on hold until further notice since I was changing my project and also did not used the connection, but to my surprise they keep on sending bills and asking to make the payment. This is very unfortunate that Reliance company is doing such tactics for which I am surprised. Why should I make the payment when I did not used their services ??? And today they sent this mail asking to make the payment in 3 days.. Please let me know how to address my grievances ?? Below are my details.

                    My Cell No. is [protected] .Previous month u have deducted Rs. 30 for Vas Services but when I complained about this U refunded the Amount and assure me that no further deduction will be made and all the services have been deactivated but now again Rs 30 have been deducted for renewal of VAS Services and when I complain about this they told me that this is not their fault and they cannot refund the amount. Now What should I do . I am using this reliance number since last 12 years. should I approach for Portability to other network. please advice.

                        You idiotic reliance people as per your promise you have to update Worst ever rcom.co.in website. I'm getting wrong recharges by looking at your recharge plans in website. As per your promise you have to return my money i'm not at all satisfied with the feedback u have taken from me and you just thrown my feedback into trash. If you won't consider customers as valuable one's just throw away your company. I'll suggest everyone who i know to change from reliance network to any other. I'll also change.                                   My number is [protected] and I had sent the below complaint last month but it isn't resolved yet. Every time I get a call from customer service team that I will get the benefit soon but it has been more than 30 days now and it still unresolved !! "I had got an SMS on 17th August that my call rates will be 30p/min for the next 30 days. I used it for couple of days at this tariff. But today I noticed that I was charged at my base plan. Please stop these cheap marketing gimmicks and refund my money !!"

                                    I am generating complaints online because Reliance is a big cheat because of their untrained selfish and unprofessional employees in Applet authority and in customer support who just lies to consumer .

                                    Well everybody I am a user of Reliance from many years and when everything works it looks great but a company dignity comes to test when some problem occurs .Well Rcom is the biggest lie I don't know how come they cheat their consumer like this .I have a advance payment of 6 months of Internet out of which I was not having their services from last three months and still they are not Abel to resolve it because they are so cheap that they don't have money to pay to house owner where they have installed their ADP BOX (works as a wan) from last three month they are not Abel to send a cheque and so landlord is not letting them use the box .But reliance did not forget to take rent though .They did send me the bill and adjusted my whole advance.

                                    SHAME ON YOU RELIANCE AND THEIR EMPLOEES WHO JUST CHEAT WITH THEIR CONSUMERS LIE TO THEM .MR. ANIL AMBANI I WISH YOU CAN READ THIS AND THEN YOU WILL KNOW WHY YOUR COMPONY IS GETTING DOWN DAY BY DAY BEACUSE YOUR EMPLOOES DO NOT WORK THEY ARE TRAINED TO TELL LIES TO CONSUMER A TOTAL SHAME.

                                      I am trying to contact reliance customer care from last three days but every time i got a voice saying that ALL OUR CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES ARE BUSY. My balance is reducing on almost daily basis with INR-3 amounts. Even i checked through auto message system that no Value Added Services installed on my phone.                                         I am using Reliance GSM service since last 8 years. I have two sim cards of reliance gsm prepaid . My mobile no is [protected] which is running well but my other sim card which no is [protected], was deactivated on 7th Sept., 2014 without informing any call or giving such notification . And to activate my that sim card ([protected]) i visited reliance store and i had submitted my documents on 9th sept., 2014 and i was said by authority that my sim card will be activated with in 48 hours, but even after 14 days . my sim card was not activated . And for that, i had called to reliance customer care for 12 times but each time, customer care executive said to wait for 24 hours and your sim card will be activated . I had also called to Reliance GSM Appellate Authority for two times and they give me a complaint no[protected] and to wait for 48 hours . And even after 48 hours, my sim card no is not activated . So that I went to reliance store again and i submitted my documents again on 23rd sept., 2014 . And till now i am suffering the same problem . Now i am irritated with Reliance GSM Services and want to change my service provider but as my sim is not activated, i cant do even that .
