My internet is not working from last two months i have made so many compaints with custimoer care for the first month then to their applet athority which took again one month but they all tell lies a compony cant fix internet issue even after one month this shows how reliance emplooes work they all lie to save themself to do any work and becuase of that a good compony is loosing faith of people from which it grew on first place.

Now it really dosent matter reliance fix my internet even after two month or not but i will tell everyone how they work .If a customer delay their rent they have to pay panelty and i[censored] delay more they will open a 420 case in court. But if they do not provide services to customer for months their is no rule in reliance to atleast ask question to their emploees who are getting saleries to solve problem instead all emploees try to run away from responsiblty becuase no one is asking them any questions.Whenever i ask them to let me know their senior name or let me talk to any body responsible they always say same line we do not have any athoruty.Well they all are getting sallery just to do email and pass massages to customers nothing else.

      Dear Sir/Madam, This is to inform you that they have deducted my balance again consecutively from yesterday i.e, 30/8/2014 and on 31st for VAS which i didn't activated any such services.Total Deduction was of Rs.9(Rs1. for video store + Rs 3. for USSD service + Rs5. for IndiatimesVPak).Its being untolerable and i want my blance refunded as soon as possible.And also their Customer service is always down.

      It is recommended to solve my problem as soon as possible because if you have the facility to check my account balance deduction information then why you people keep on calling me during my college hours when i am not able to respond it is better if you either refund my balance by going and checking all the details or you can call me after 5:00pm to confirm which you already knew it is being deducted for sure.

      It is recommended that i provide you an alternating time instead of another contact number because i am a student and it is impossible for me to use phone during college hours.I would be glad if you'll look into my matter sooner and resolve my problem by calling me either before 9:30 or after 5:00pm.First thing first if you can check all details and i have provided exact date and cell number then why you are consistent by calling me, you can just resolve my issue by looking all details and you can also see that your customer care service is always down probably because it might be the best way to rob your customer till they get back to you.And in this you are just making conversation to go longer and wasting my precious time which is not quite available for btech students.Second thing if there is a chance to make a portfolio i would gladly make a good one and write in giant bold letters "RELIANCE FRAUD" or "DON'T OPT RELIANCE". that is so because they will trap you by their plans and ruin you in long term course when can't go for MNP.

          Dear Sir, I lost my reliance cdma (LG) set with the number [protected] in April/May 2012 some time in Jaipur. I made a call at Cust servic and also visited Gaurav Tower reliance outlet and requested to block the number. But I checked that the number is still active and it still shows registered in my name.             hello, this is chanikya battu i m the executive customer of reliance net connect +. here is the problem my data card card bill was unauthorized . Because of my bill date is every month of 5th. then I m converted to post paid connection of reliance net connect + was on 24th June 2014. and my data card is not activated till bill date. but i had charged for data usage Rs.234.88. Then i m called to your customer care and they told to me when the next bill will generate we can deduct paid bill. after that the bill generate without deduction of paid amount. when u will deduct my last unauthorized bill then i will pay my present month bill. okay thank you

              This is inform you that my balance(25 rupees) has been deduct many times since last two three months for your VAS service. But I never ever request for this service.Every time your agent refund my balance and assured me that this service will not activate again but after few days again that service activate.This time this service activate on 27th of August with another service I don't know name of that Service.Total amount you people deduct from my account was 30 rupees.When I call customer care then your agent refund my 5 rupees and told me remaining 25 rupees will be refund with in 48 hours, I have registered your complain. But till now I did not get back my balance and now your customer care senior agent Ms.Nancy saying we are not able to refund your balance.This is absolutely nonsense thing First you activate any service without any request and then said we are not able to refund your amount.Sir I request you please do some thing.This is not just a matter of 25 ruppes .I hope you will take appropriate action.

                  I have almost no Internet connection for past many days. I have registered complaint numbers[protected]th aug),[protected] aug), and finally today[protected]aug) but Internet connectivity is not restored. I have been always assured that the base station is down and will be up in next 4 hours but it never works. There is no direct way to reach wimax customer care. Moreover I have to attempt 2-3 times because customer care executives keep on forwarding call to related departments.

                    I ratheesh v r, is using a reliance netconnect modem for the last three years( No.[protected]). On 12th july 2014 I reached at the reliance outlet in my hometown(polimel towers, near municipal office, attingal, kerala) and they forced me to make a postpaid recharge plan of Rs. 1350.00 and they told me that i will get an unlimitted data usage for the next three months without any further recharge and i will get a monthly bill of Rs 0.00. Unfortunately i made the recharge.But recently the reliance company people called me in my mobile number ([protected]) and told me that the bill of the last month(august) is not paid by me till now. I told them the matters and then i got realized that the reliance outlet people have't done the recharge and i got cheated. Now i am in a big trap so that I have to spent a huge amount at this moment. WHAT I HAVE TO DO IN THIS HELPLESS CONDITION????????????????????????????? pls say...

                      sir,
                      i m using a reliance netconnect cdma mode for the last 2 years. on july 12, 2014 i have reached at the reliance oulet, polimel towers, attingal, trivandrum, kerala to make a recharge of Rs.1350.00 to get three months unlimited postpaid plan. they have given a bill for the money paid by me. But they have't activated the plan. now the company have called me in my mobile and they informed me that a postpaid bill of almost 950 rupees have to be paid by me. now i came to know that i got cheated by the reliance outlet holders. i feel so sad that, i m going to lost ahuge amount due to the cheaters...

                        Sir,
                        I had a Reliance post paid Phone @ our Home no 3295651,
                        on[protected] i gave an application for Termination of my no.[protected] registered at name of smt. Neeru Chadha.
                        Bill paid your Reliance communication center @Sriganganagar,
                        They Received an application & the BILL Amount+ extra amount (for time to be taken in the processing).
                        They assured me that the phone will be disconnected within a few days & there are No Dues pending against my account.
                        Termination Request No.[protected]as per RIM Commu. center) dated[protected].
                        in short, ALL was done on my part & i had nothing else to do,
                        but
                        Recently we Received certain calls Regarding a case no 687 Registered against me U/S 420 & 458,
                        & the caller claimed to be calling from Jodhpur High court.
                        With Due Respect i would like to Warn you against such illegal activities carried on by your company to DEFAME me & my family.
                        As i have paid my dues on time along with some extra amount for the Grace period, plus i havn't made a single call in this period from this no. 3295651
                        Still i am facing such Illegal Molestation by Reliance & some advocate hired by the company...
                        So Sorry to say This, but this Letter would be My Final WARNING to Reliance communication Against its illegal activities carried out for Molestation & Defamation of a Law Abiding citizen of this country.
                        Kindly -Stop your Phone calls, -Terminate the connection immediately & -issue the No Objection Certificate against my phone no. 3295651 OR I Would have to initiate some Strict Legal Proceedings against your Company & Those involved Conspiracy for Defaming me & my family

                              dear sir, i m a reliance communications mobile customer with mobile no [protected] in the name of Dolly Bansal. Since 2002 i am using this number since 2002 and is totally being used by me as this is my main number... On visiting reliance gallery for changing my sim to a upgraded sim they asked me my KYC and i was shocked to know that the KYC details updated on my number is of some other person whom i dont even know.. I want to ask Reliance how was my details changed as i am continuously using this number. Pls help me make the number back in my name urgently as i have to upgrade the sim with a new one...

                                I had registered the following complaint on 28-AUG-2014.

                                I am using two mobile numbers of reliance GSM prepaid, namely-

                                [protected](RAJASTHAN)


                                In every 9-10 days messages came to my both numbers saying that you have been charged for value added services(VAS), amount charged for VAS Video Store, your missed call alert service have been activated etc...


                                (1) On 18-AUG-2014 at 8:35 a.m. a message came from reliance on my '[protected]' number saying that your missed call alert service has been successfully renewed at Rs.19.00 for 19 days.
                                Actually from years i had not subscribe any missed call service and in the message it is written that the service is "RENEWED".


                                (2)On my [protected] following messages came to my number-
                                -Amount Charged for VAS USSD Services Rs:3.00 (21-JULY-2014)
                                -Amount Charged for VAS Video Store Rs:1.00 (22-JULY-2014)
                                -Amount Charged for VAS USSD Services Rs:3.00 (29-JULY-2014)
                                -Amount Charged for VAS Video Store Rs:1.00 (27-AUG-2014)


                                And when i called the customer care then they are not able to solve my problem, and when i forced to submit my complaint regarding the above charges applied on my phones then they used to say that we are not able to help you, please contact after some time and cut the calls.

                                Present days i am unable to contact the customer care, as the phone automatically cuts.

                                These things forcing me to go to the consumer court and port my both numbers to another network.

                                A call came yesterday regarding this complaint and the customer executive convinced me that my complaint will be resolved as soon as possible.

                                But today i.e. 30-AUG-2014 one more message came to my [protected](RAJASTHAN) saying that-
                                "AMOUNT CHARGED FOR VAS USSD SERVICES RS:3.00".

                                  I'm using a reliance post paid connection [protected] with rental amount of Rs.249. Also i have activated a data plan for Rs.98 for 650 MB. My monthly data usage exceeded by 99 MB and was charged at a rate of Rs 10/MB.Total of Rs.990 was billed for the extra data usage alone.However I received a call from [protected] on Wednesday, 20th August 12:08IST from a Reliance Executive, Mumbai Office. He said to me about the extra usage charged levied against me and promised me that if I opted a 1 GB data plan for Rs.123, the extra charges on data usage will be waived off.So i opted for the plan and the executive confirmed that the extra Rs. 990 charged will be waived off once the detailed bill is generated on 26th of August.But when the bill was generated the extra data usage amount was also billed. I tried contacting customer care regarding the issue but the executives disconnected the call without hearing me out. I also tried to raise a complaint via Reliance chat support.I described the whole incident and even gave the number from which i got the call.But the executive denied to raise a complaint saying there was not enough details regarding the waiver.They have also cut my outgoing calls as of now. Kindly resolve this issue at the earliest.

                                        I had got an sms on 17 Aug that my call rates will be 30p/min for the next 30 days. I used it for couple of days at this tariff. But today I noticed that I was charged at my base plan. This sort of duping is unwelcome and unexpected. Please stop these cheap marketing gimmicks and refund my money !!
