i bought new reliance netconnect+ dongle number : [protected] with 10 GB plan. It got activated on 21st Aug 2014 but when i connect it gives error : "The PPP link control protocol was terminated". I registered the complaint with cust. care but no help. I have already given tonnes of call to customer care but i they are all unknowledgeble stupid fellas. Mental harassment and Unjustified billing.

Reliance is pathetic and i have connectivity issues everytime. They do a temporary patch up everytime i lodge a complaint within 2 days it goes off again.
