I an a reliance customer from the last 4 years... i have 2 reliance numbers and my dad too uses reliance GSM... But the problems i am getting while contacting reliance customer services is ridiculous... I have lost my Mobile phone on 23rd August. and from 24th morning i am trying to get my Number from reliance Office... I went to Lajpat Nagar office, Nehru place office, Govind Puri office... All said Reliance is not sending duplicate Sim cards... Finally after waiting for 4 days i got my Duplicate Sim from CP office but still waiting for it to get activated... When i cann customer care @ 198 they don't have any information or knowledge... I dont know whom to contact now. Please help me.My number is : [protected]Duplicate Sim Number is :[protected]

    They cheated me with fake promises to start broadband service within a day but still the connections are not activated. i lost Rs.10000/- rupess without internet connection. How irresponsible can one be. They will give fake promises and ideas to sell their product. Even the customer representative doesn't reply properly.         Hi, I had requested to terminate the service from July 1, 2014. I had sent a mail in this regard on June 2, 2014. But for some reason, I continue getting bills and threating SMSes with it. Please note as per my mail to customer care service, If you FAIL to terminate the service when I asked you to, then that is not my concern. Please make sure you stop sending me bills. ID:[protected]

          I recharged with Special Tariff Plan FRC 43. (I should've known what FRC means!) Now I call up customer care and they say refund or conversion of recharge to any other department is not possible and the talktime for such a recharge is a 'punishable' 0.01 Ruppes. Pathetic as it sounds, they (including the floor supervisor) reassure me that all other companies providing this 'punishable' service will do the same. I think this has to go to TRAI to regulate such miscued transactions to just let go into the pockets of the biggies.

          I received a call from [protected] claiming he's talking (in Hindi) from freecharge.in and he would refund the amount to my account. He also said he will not be able to refund to a net banking account so I told him I have a credit card and I can give him the number. Well, I gave him the credit card number (OK), he asked for the expiry (Still OK), he asked for the CVV number (NOT OK, but I had security measures), then he made a transaction and asked for OTP (Dangerous, didn't give him) and cut the call.

            Dear Team, I bought a reliance SIM on 3-Aug-2014 from Gurgaon Sector 40. I have submitted all required documents. But It is not activated till date. He told me that there are some issue in activation of the number and this number will not be activated. So he will give me a new SIM in my office premises in Cyber Park(Sector 39, Gurgaon).                 i bought new reliance netconnect+ dongle number : [protected] with 10 GB plan. It got activated on 21st Aug 2014 but when i connect it gives error : "The PPP link control protocol was terminated". I registered the complaint with cust. care but no help. I have already given tonnes of call to customer care but i they are all unknowledgeble stupid fellas.                   Reliance Broadband Account Number :[protected] Complaint No:[protected] /[protected] /[protected] Complaint No. (through portal) : CNM[protected] The first complaint was registered on 26th July 2014 that our Reliance Broadband is not working. It was been told that there was a fiber cut due to which there is an issue and it would be resolved in max 4 working days, Though 4 days are more, we decided to wait thinking the services would be restored in the time committed. We have been tracking our complaint status with customer care officers as per there provided date and time repeatedly However its now more than a month already, and we are still waiting for a resolution to this. The Customer care officers on phone give baseless answers and ask us to wait for couple of days more every time. We also have written to rcomappellateauthority.[protected]@relianceada.com and Rcomnodalofficer.[protected]@relianceada.com on 9th Aug 2014 but it seems all efforts are in vain. As we are using connection in our office premises and that too as a primary connection, it has led to a lot of inconvenience and business impact to us. Any service provider.. I mean any good broadband service provider provides resolution in max 24 – 48 hours irrespective of the complexity of the problem. However in your case, it seems even after one month you do not have satisfactory resolution to your customers issues.

                    TO the concerned person, I sanchit makkar, had bought one reliance post-paid net-connect data card few months ago with monthly rental of (730), but after few months o[censored]sage i call reliance customer care and ask them to terminate my number ([protected]) because i have stop using it and my all dues were clear till that date . Even after telling them to do so they don't took any serious action against it, and keep on adding next month bill in my previous bills .After keep on calling them again and again they don't even took any of complaint for next one month and keep on sending my unpaid billing notification . Even after talking to their senior executive she made a statement that they will re-adjust my bill (as i asked them to take my request earlier also but they did not ) with in 2 days and send it back to me, (service request no[protected] even after 2 days i did not get any response from their side and now they are sending me a threat of legal notice against my unpaid bill without even taking any action against my request . Till date my unpaid bill is (1930 Rs) in which i ask them to re-adjust to the date ( I used my data card and asked them to terminate it ) but now they are saying that they don't have any record of such complaint that i ever made and even stop responding to my calls and today they send me a message that they are going to file a case against me without even resolving my complaint. PLEASE help me to resolve with this issue ASAP because they are not responding to me, ( and i am ready to pay my bill till my usage date ). as i mention them earlier. sincerely Sanchit Makkar

                      Dear Sir, I am trying to contact reliance customer care from last three days but every time i got a voice saying that ALL OUR CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES ARE BUSY. My balance is reducing on almost daily basis with uneven amounts. Even i checked through auto message system that no Value Added Services installed on my phone. Even though they are deducting balance from my account. Details of deductions... 25-Aug-14 VAS USSD Rs.3.00 26-Aug-14 VAS USSD RS.3.00 27-Aug-14 VAS Techzone Rs 5.00 28-Aug-14 VAS Techzone Rs Rs 5.00 + 3 as VAS USSD Mobile Number : [protected] Refund the money and make sure this doesn't happens again in the future. In past also the same thing happened to me by reliance mobile. Today (28-Aug-14)a customer care executive spoke to me @ 6:07 pm his name was rahul and said some technical issue is there so he can't do any thing and he is not the owner of reliance Please Tell me How to get rid of this. I hadn't activated any VAS Packs. And when i sent sms enquiry for subscribed VAS, it reply's no VAS Packs subscribed. Then why are you charging me Rs.10 and Rs.3 on daily basis.

                        Dear Sir/Madam, I had this broadband connection in 2009 for 9-10months. I had terminated this connection in July due to its poor service and no connection during that time. But still I kept getting bill for Aug 2009. I spoke with Reliance Customer Care team and it was resolved and they waive off additional amount they had charged on my account, as I had terminated the connection and there was no service and no usage. Now after so many years I got calls from Delhi-Noida stating advocate Mr. xyz and they will raise legal case if the amount Rs 4130 is not paid. Call abc person and pay the amount immediately. This sounded like fraud calls and I had ignored it as I never had any due with any of the companies. Aug 2014 - I got mail from Adv Amit Kulkarni from Pratikgroup asking for due to paid Rs 4130. I had couple of mail to the reliance customer care and their team but I haven't got any response from them. I have attached below proof mail where I had discussion with customer care and it was said to be resolved. I believe reliance bill system was still active till date and they forgot to reverse / system couldn't reverse the charges as said in the mail. When you have customers paying bill before time and communications were resolved and when you see such mail and getting calls from authorized goons from the company I can clearly see the intention. I have all the bills till termination of connection and all necessary mail communication.                         Issue – Incorrect billing post termination of service

                        Details --
                        Billing Cycle - 11th day of month
                        Last active billing cycle date – 11th July 2009
                        Last Payment for active connection – Rs 937
                        Last Payment Date for active service – 27th July 2009
                        Service Termination request from user – 11th -13th July 2009
                        Service termination action from reliance – 16th Aug 2009 (Delay from Reliance)

                        Reason for termination of service – No broadband service working since 11th July 2009

                        Problem– Billing post termination of service. Below screen print shows problem in billing calculation and additional charges for non payment. Though the service was terminated on 11th July post user request, Last outstanding Bill amount is Rs 960 for Bill Date 11th Jan 2010 ? and Current outstanding amount Rs 4130 is been charged for non payment ? Service request for termination was raised 11th Jul 2009 and no service was available for data usage. How the billing has been generated post termination and additional charges been imposed on the user ?

                        I got reply from customer care stating their billing system is charging correctly.

                        I had asked for which month i have been charged and why Rs 4130 ( as system is showing billing date as oct 2009 whereas I had terminated connection on july-aug 2009). Again I got the same reply.

                        Reliance customer care is not able to furnish any detail for what i have been charged ?

                        Can reliance officer call me to resolve the issue.

                          I wish a senior person who realy works and have some responsibilty to do some work for the company and for the customer should read this and take proper actions against concerning persons and resolve my issues.

                          I am going to tell you how reliance employee's (Customer care & applett athority) work and how they lie and cheat to their customers.Its the people who working in reliance who is making the company name bad.My internet is not working from 8-july-14 and i have internet connection only from reliance. After making so many complints to their customer care (9 complaints and 4 written email) and apllet athority (Sevrel comlaints, many calls which are paid ) still they are giving dates but not any solution.

                          They are saying a edp box is down becuase their is an financial issue as reliance have a rent issue whith the house owner they have installed the edp box but after 2 month still they are not abel to resove the issue.Please find complaint no and dates and reliance emploee resonse. All details mention below.

                          The main issues is with the people who work in reliance becuase they wont tell you the senior person who can make decision if i ask them to give me the contact no they say they are not athorized.They just want to save themself and their co-workers.But no one take any responsiblty.They all have one common line "we have escalted your issues to concerning department" but if a customer who is facing issues ask they dont have athority as per relince communication.When i ask them to tell me where your guidelines are wriiten they said send us an email.

                          Please read below my complaints from last 2 months.

                          ( complaint no. 7 ) no :[protected] complaint date :- 16-july-2014 closed without resolution and confirmation.

                          ( complaint no. 6 ) no :[protected] complaint date :- 14-july-2014 closed without resolution and confirmation.

                          ( complaint no. 5 ) no :[protected] complaint date :- 12-july-2014 closed without resolution and confirmation.

                          ( complaint no. 4 ) no :[protected] complaint date :- 10-july-2014 closed without resolution and confirmation.


                          ( complaint no. 3) complaint date :- 30-jun-2014 docket no/reference no :[protected]

                          ( complaint no. 2) complaint date :- 28-jun-2014 docket no/reference no :[protected]

                          The above mention complints are just 5 percent of the followup i did with reliance customer care and applet authority . I have make several no. Of call for which i hold many times for 20 min or more so many lies and commitment their exactive have done which is realy why reliance is going down day by day because a compony is made by its people and i am now sure why rcom is going down.

                          One more update i got a bill from reliance yesterday in which i have not given any deduction.

                            I have never activated any value added services but I don't know why my balance is deduced to 10rs today. I have tried STOP to 155223 but it says that you are not subscribed any VAS packs. So why is my balance deducted. I tried calling customer care but the lines are busy.

                            I am also facing the same problem. As I left my phone at hometown and my parents kept recharging the phone, there have been unnecessary deductions in the name of VAS techzone. I have faced deductions in 100s (in chunks of ₹15, ₹10, ₹5, ₹3 etc.)

                                I am using two mobile numbers of reliance GSM prepaid, namely-

                                [protected](RAJASTHAN)

                                In every 9-10 days messages came to my both numbers saying that you have been charged for value added services(VAS), amount charged for VAS Video Store, your missed call alert service have been activated etc...

                                (1) On 18-AUG-2014 at 8:35 a.m. a message came from reliance on my '[protected]' number saying that your missed call alert service has been successfully renewed at Rs.19.00 for 19 days.
                                Actually from years i had not subscribe any missed call service and in the message it is written that the service is "RENEWED".


                                (2)On my [protected] following messages came to my number-
                                -Amount Charged for VAS USSD Services Rs:3.00 (21-JULY-2014)
                                -Amount Charged for VAS Video Store Rs:1.00 (22-JULY-2014)
                                -Amount Charged for VAS USSD Services Rs:3.00 (29-JULY-2014)
                                -Amount Charged for VAS Video Store Rs:1.00 (27-AUG-2014)


                                And when i called the customer care then they are not able to solve my problem, and when i forced to submit my complaint regarding the above charges applied on my phones then they used to say that we are not able to help you, please contact after some time and cut the calls.

                                Present days i am unable to contact the customer care, as the phone automatically cuts.

                                These things forcing me to go to the consumer court and port my both numbers to another network.

                                    Our net connection is not working since july 25th and we have registered one complaint on 27th july by calling customer care. 2 weeks gone, nothing happened. Whenever I call I got same reply from costomer care "with in 24hours it will get resolved." then I sent one mail to broadband(at)relianceada(dot)com. as usual, we will solve this issue in priority. nothing happened.last week on 21st Aug I have called Reliance Secretariat office(something like that). they told me another hope maximum, with in 4days they will solve the issue. and today 28th Aug. still the same. On every call they gave us hope and in today's call its with in 7th of sept. they will resolve our issue. 30daYs I doubt whether they have any responsibility towards their customers.

                                      I have a prepaid reliance netconnect and it was working well. It's number is [protected].Whenever I used it, only the green light used to blink and there was no problem with the speed of data transfer. Now instead of the green light only red light blinks. Now the data transfer is dead slow and I am not able to browse any website without any difficulty. I am not able to download anything because of the dead slow speed.Called CC but they are clueless.Give email complaint to netconnect.[protected]@relianceada.com but no response from their side and even didnt sent a conformation mail.Their chatting service is worst and i have waited for hours still no response

                                        We had got a reliance data connect no. [protected] for internet. But, past 3-4 months, the net connect dongle is not working, hence, we called the reliance customer care to disconnect the number. But the number was not disconnected with regular bills were generated monthly. even after repeated calls to customer care it was not disconnected. Also our email to reliance customer care were bounced. It can be checked that we have not used the data card since long and the present amount claimed by reliance exceeds even our credit limit. Now, we have been getting repeated mails, messages and threat to go legal if no payment is made. We are attaching the recent mails we sent to reliance on this issue but no revert.

                                        I disconnected my netconnect+ service numbered [protected] on the 30th of july 2014 and made a full payment of Rs 1610 to get it disconnected. But then I again received a bill of Rs 510. I e-mailed your customer care but received no response. I keep getting reminders for this amount which I am not liable to pay since I got my service disconnected. I tried logging in my rcom.in account but it does not recognize my account anymore hence I cannot login online. I am currently in US and will be here for about 4 years so there is no way that I can go and talk to your customer care either on phone or in person. Kindly look into the matter and resolve it as soon as possible.
