I have a reliance broadband connection. Few days ago I have requested on reliance to suspend my broadband service temporarily, on this request customer care executive told me not to pay next bill so that they could suspend my broadband service on temporary basis. When I make payment my connection will be activated again. After 2-3 months I have enquired for Bill amount and paid the same on 12-June-2014 for the sake of service activation but yet my service is not being activated. I have made 45-50 calls in Reliance Customer Care but They are not solving problem after 40-50 calls. They disposed off so many complaints of me without intimating me and troubleshooting my problem. They are lies again and again and assuring me to rectify the same. After great irritation I have told him to refund my advance payment if they can not solve my problem but they are paying the same. Even they are sending Bill for Next months without any service. So I have decided to apply in Consumer court for compensating me for inconvenience and reimbursing my advance payment. Please Suggest...

    Hello,
    I had a reliance data card with number Account No :[protected]
    RIM No : [protected].This data card stopped working long back
    (few months back) but still i keep on paying the bill as such no body was listening to my request to close the connection.
    I never used the data card(in fact its been assigned to some one else now) and still paid the bill.Inspite of this I still keep on getting mails to pay the bill, its very much annoying and frustrating. Please check all my bills and mails and close this ASAP.

      I am costumer of Netconnect+ Reliance Communications ltd.
      The company could not proper provide service in my area of Rahatani Pune. So I raised complaint regarding range and speed as I am receiving around 10 kbps and company claiming 3.1Mbps when they marketing. After my complaint Costumer representative promised me that your monthly rent of Rs500 will be waived off for next three month till that we will resolve the service. But they charge me Rs 480. When I did enquiry about the bill the another representative told me that last representative is not authorised person and I will forward the issue and you will get your facility from next month. Next month against they charged me Rs 561 and saying again we will see the problem. So they keep promising and forcing me to pay bills. Not providing service and not waiving off the charges.

        Dear Sir/Madam, This is annoying. There is a limit of any ignorance, but this has crossed the limits. I have closed this connection last december by paying all the due amount. Now how could you charge me for the month of Jan when the connection itself is terminated. I am asking for clarification from ever CSR but itseems like there is only one way I should listen to your CSR and I am not supposed to speak. For your reference I am attaching the reference number I have used to close the connection. Please find attachment below

        Now I have got a lawyer notice for that. When I speak to them they are telling me that closure of the connection is not their department.

        The main thing is they do not want to close the connection

          Hi, I took reliance Internet connection 4 yrs back - 2010 and after using for one year, i have disconnected the connection. I left to US for job assignment 3 yrs ago and iam still in US. In 2011, Reliance said that there is some outstanding payment amount to be paid and connection is not closed. I asked my brother in India to pay the amount reliance request of Rs.4000/-. Now in 2014, they are sending a lawyer notice that i have balance due payment of Rs.927. Not sure why they are doing, Such a big company doing these cheap activities. Please let me know whom to contact to resolve this issue.

          Finally had to pay the amount after all harassment.RELIANCE Not again in my entire lifetime. They might not even consider this with billion people in india.

            Hi, I bought a reliance netconnect dongle a couple of years ago. I put up with the constant low speeds, loss of network, and zero cooperation from their customer service staff. I had paid for 3mbps... I would RARELY get 1 mbps.. and most times- NO INTERNET! Finally, a couple of months ago, the service reached its worst. I tried calling customer service, and was unable to reach any agent( probably due to high call volume- which is their problem, not mine). I put up with the nonsense for a couple of weeks more, and then simply switched the service provider. I was so angry at their service that I decided not to pay them for the last month of service that was so worthless, that i was hardly able to use Today I get excellent service from a local service provider. Now however, i have received a lawyer notice from reliance, advising me to pay my bills!!!..I cannot afford a lawyer, else i would have sued them first, for not providing me with the speed that I PAID FOR!!!... EVER! I checked online, and found multiple customer complaints in different forums, against reliance broadband... however most people are unsure how to proceed. Google searches for complaints against reliance broadband, run pages deep. Yet, because its a Huge company, i doubt the customers ever win I myself, cannot afford a lawyer, but I sure don't want to pay them!... What can I do

              I am one of the customer of reliance communication my SUB . ID[protected]. From last 4 days their lease line is down. I have talked to every body from their office even manager to customer care but they seems help less. They asking that they can't do anything than who is repsonsible in reliance. Some of guys from relience is saying that they are facing some rental issue that they didnt pay rent for their device that's why these are down. Some guys saying that JVVNL disconnect our power supply and they dont have enough deisel for genrators. Today I went to their head office and their service manage asked us that it will also down for coming 7 days and i can give you in written than who is coming to help us. They don't care that how much we have loose and how much we are in trouble they are only giving fake promises.                 My Customer ID :[protected] Connection Termination Date :[protected] Last Bill Generated(Account settled[protected] For Amount [ -5272.81/- ] Voucher Generate Date : 6-6-2014 They Are Telling I Am Gone Receive My Money In 45 to 60 Days. In customer care But In Financial Department They Telling Me 90 Days. They Giving Me Every Time New Complain Number And Keep Telling Me Our Representative Give You Full Details in 24 Hours.(No One Called & Replayed My Email) The Days Between[protected] To 6-6-2014 Is = 54 Days(Almost 2 Months) Why My Refund Request Is Escalated? They Are Not Answering. After 131 Day(4 Months) Still, I Am Not Received My Refund Money.

                  Reliance netconnect: My Reliance Netconnect No. [protected]. I have already complaint through Reliance website on[protected] mentioned below) but no call from Reliance. If i asked through customer care for extra charge Rs 78 for my postpaid plan on today they are simply telling dont know. Then whom will i ask. My dongle also is not working properly(dongle problem), but no support from reliance. So i plan to terminate this, if no support from Reliance. Dear Reliance care Reason : 1. I got the bill amount of Rs 78 for my postpaid plan. Why have to pay this additional charge. 2. I want to terminate this plan because of my Reliance dongle is not working properly. For that, no support from customer care. So i plan to switchover to other network. My contact number : [protected] Please consider my request do the needful ASAP.

                    Dear Sir, I have used Reliance number ([protected]) last 10 years last month I have change post paid to prepaid and submit all documents. Around 12-15 days back my phone outgoing suddenly stop and when I connected call then the voice message come" You have insufficient balance" after that I have call customer care and every time customer care person said your problem solved around 48 hours. On 23rd July I have make call and shouted customer care person then he checked and tell me that "you submit the ID proof of address and photo then the phone outgoing active". Please solve my problem.                       Such a pathetic service provider Relience is. I have been using Relience prepaid connection and so much bother just because of it. Networks of Relience are really worst. Every time call get disconnect in between and voice get muted. Agreed with above all...really third class servies.

                        I disconnected reliance broadband due to poor service and they send a bill for 20 days in which more than 8 days connection was not working.This was not adjusted and also 1 month advance payment is also not adjusted and i getting continuous call that pay bill first then they will return my advance by draft but when i took connection they told when i leave connection i don't need to pay the bill for last month. In that respect i should get a refund of 18 days My billing a/c number -[protected]

After that i also decided my sim convert to post paid connection, then visit Reliance Store then he ask me voter ID & passport size photo & Three hundred rupees deposit date[protected], reliance store. My Sim plan is 348.00 rupees After[protected] my sim is post paid, two days my sim is all ok . Then[protected] . my post paid sim out going call is number barred only incoming, till now .Then again deposit voter ID & passport size photo. Every time visit Reliance Store but not response .                               I got recharge of Rs. 65/ done in my mobile [protected]. There was an offer from Reliance that on recharge of Rs. 65/, 65 rupees talktime would be given. Validity period was 07 days. Out of Rs. 65/, Rs. 46/ was diverted as promo balance arbitrarily without taking my consent. After this, this promo balance of Rs. 46/ was also withdrawn before validity period.

                              Such kind o[censored]nethical and unfair game is going on in Reliance.

                              I think name of Reliance should be changed to NON-RELIANCE, keeping in view it's fraudulent activities.

                                I am using reliance prepaid number since 5 years and facing problems since beginning like deductions from account balance for no reason, activation of plans without me giving any request, the latest is since 8-10 months my number is not reachable all the times. Even after having full range network people trying to call me gets not reachable message or out of range. I myself tried once calling on my number from another number and i witnessed the same problem. After getting irritated from such services of reliance i applied for port out from reliance on 21st June 2014. Today its 23rd July 2014 and still my port has not been accepted. Third time i have generated my UPC code now and given it to my proposed network operator. However their response is also saying that even after re-punching in the correct UPC code reliance is not doing anything to accept the port out request. I am seriously fed up of this reliance now. Being a consumer i have all the rights to take action against reliance. Even TRAI guidelines says that donor can not reject the port out request without a valid reason, and if it is done they will get penalized for the same. I hope my complain gets ressolved as early as possible else i will be compelled to take strong actin against the same and forward the matter to next level.

Even though our nearest Reliance customer care center, at Nizamabad but they ask me to contact tool free No.but we contact several times but its vain.                                     I recharged my netconnect + no.[protected] with 649 (3gb)+happy hrs 1am-8am(free time)before recharging i also called them and asked about the same they told it is available for sure..but after that today i used between 5am-8am balance is deducted from main a/c eventhough it is happy hrs..when i compliant the same they said its not available for your circle..so what should i do now?
