I am using a GSM Postpaid SIM of RELIANCE - [protected]. I get regular popups of SIM application w.r.t chargeable extra services on Travel Tips, Finance Tips, Horoscope services, Caller tunes, Cricket, Entertainment, etc... These popups are so cunningly displayed on view port of my smart phone - NOKIA Lumia 525, such that the moment my phone wakes up from sleep mode, there is 99% chances of clicking to those services. To get rid of this I even registered with DND service, hoping that I could get rid of this trouble, but in vain. I am really fed up with this frequent popups. It hinders my work flow. It's like a torturing your customer. I was previously using VODAFONE GSM SIM, which also had such SIM applications, but they never used to popup every now and then. Due to certain circumstances I had to opt for Reliance. But these guys are hopeless in terms of customer service. AIRTEL GSM has a 'STOP' option under SIM application. So I request to include the same in Reliance GSM aswell Please help me out of this torture!

    Reliance Communications - Automatic activated VAS CRBT service Hi, I am using reliance GSM sim ([protected]) and on 28st july Time.5.49 got one message the Amount charged for VAS Shemaroo VP Prepaid Rs5. Even if I have not subscribed this service, its automatically activated on my mobile and amount Rs.5 deducted. Please credited to my account. Could you help me to get the amount reverted?       Even after repeated complaints messages from this number have not come to halt during night times specially.

        Hi folks, we all know that Reliance Communication's tactics to loot people. Now what they are doing with me is strange. 1. They keep reducing my balance to zero without any calls being made. Its just like I recharge with some amount and after few days I check my balance and apparently drops to near zero. I am telling you they are just stealing my prepaid balance and nothing else. I recharged 2 times with 150Rs and same thing happened with me. I called customer care but they always disconnected my phone. So I failed to register a compliant. Many times they said route is busy which is nothing but blacklisting of my number from customer care service. 2. Fed up with this, I tried to go away with Reliance, I sent a message to 1900 for porting my number to another operator who do not steal my balance. But here comes the new innovation of Reliance, They blocked the message which contains the UPC, which is needed for MNP. That's awesome, I mean Reliance guys are really innovative when it comes to stealing people's money. I tried 5 times by sending message and they always charged me for message but no message containing UPC ever arrived in my inbox. 3. Since I am not able to MNP, to continue with my number, I have to recharge with at least 200 Rs.in 6 months just for incoming since any new recharge is stole by Reliance Guys without any usages. It is just free money flowing in the pocket of Reliance. I am telling you people, beware of reliance, they may offer you cheap rates and blah blah, but they know how to extract money from your pocket through other means. Do not ever go for Reliance. BTW if Reliance guys are listening to it, My number is [protected], do send the message containing UPC or otherwise I am going to complaint for this with TRAI. This matter is ripe for an PIL, and I am seriously thinking to file it.

        However my issue is still not resolved but what I like to mention here is that since I am educated and Tech+Lawyer guy, I can deal with this matter by posting online and by filling complaint with TRAI. But what about those poor villagers and uneducated people who do not understand the technicalities of the issue and forced to live with it with the operators stealing their hard earned money. I will surely file an complaint for the interest of those people.

          I am facing frequent network coverage issue since 14-July-2014 on my Reliance Broadband+ device. I have complained many time to reliance about this problem but they say that there are technical issue in my area which will resolve soon, so i waited for couple of days and on 21-July-2014 my Internet started to working again but with frequent loss of network but not too much. After some days, from morning of 27-July-2014, I have no access to Internet again till now. When I tried to call customer care they told me that there is network up-gradation is going on UP West so I cant use the service till 30-July-2014. This cause me loss of Rs. 433/- which is equal to the amount of 10 days Internet fee. This also cause a huge loss to my business as this is the only Internet which I use in my workplace. Due to unavailability of Internet I had to use Cybercafé to complete my office work which is very frustrating. This cause me economical loss as recharged it with Rs. 1299/- for 15GB data for 30 Days. So I require either extension of 10 days in my HSD+ data validity or if possible than reimbursement of Rs. 433/- which are equal to 10 days( as I did not get service for these 10 days).

            Hi, We have a home phone of Reliance in Surat. It has number of issues since year. machins are not working. Wiring are always bad. It never works in rain. We never receive bills. (Yes, but we do have to pay late charges) We have complaint about this too many times but nothing happens. Employees at reliance tells us who asked you to buy the line of reliance. We are in losses if you want to use it use it the way it is. The technician called, Munnabhai, keeps on asking money to do anything. Threatns to hold the services. I have send number of emails requesting the ebill, but that also has not worked. Our problem is hat as this is a old number, till now we were not able to change the same. On relinace website, they are showing Anil Ambani speaking at vibrant gujrat. What a joke. Can provide service, please close it. I am more then sure even this mail will be in vain. IF some get time and read this, please send us the procedure to cancel the number and assure that we do no get into the trap. Thanks for all the pathetic services.               Hi My name is Amit kwatra. I have Applied for a broadband connection for my office and it was installed within a week. I was not getting connectivity in my area. I asked them before installing it but they said there will not any problem with static ip connection i got that but i was not happy the way they work even don't have manners how to talk with customers. I have complaint about it couple of times to customer care but the pathetic services I have seen in my life.i want my money back any how because they are giving me excuses for last one month.

              Hi I had applied for a broadband connection and It has not been working since It has been installed. There is problem from their backend team which they are not bale to fix it yet. I have coordinated with couple of people but no resolution finally I want my money back which has been charged 1700 Rs. This is the pathetic service of Reliance broadband I have seen ever and people too because they don't have manners hot to talk. I am really fed up. my cust id no is[protected].                 My Reliance GSM having number [protected] is use for 3G Internet and
                messaging only, Reliance is charging thrice as "Amount Charged for VAS
                Evolve Subscription Rs:5.00"
                AND ANOTHER SERVICE FOR RS 1, which I never subscribe any VAS since my connection.

                I tried STOP at 121, it response "Dear Customer, You are not Subscribed
                to any VAS Packs." and MYVAS at 55333, it also response as "Dear
                Subscriber, you have no VAS packs currently."

                Please rectify the problem, I'm looking forward to your valuable consideration and quick resolve of my problem.

                I am reliance gsm user, SIM-[protected] and [protected], often it happens that the balance of my mobile has been reduced again and again and on enquiry from customer care, The response is unsatisfactory, many time i register my complaints but every time result is the same.
                there is a continuous messaging of deducting balance by activating many services automatically.
                So kindly take some strict action against this and try refund my all balance soon.

                  I have Reliance India pre-paid mobile no. [protected] and service to my mobile terminated since last 10 days. Your customer care service is also not available. Finally we visited Reliance shop and i am told to deposit Rs.300 as deposit and number will be activated after three months and if i need post paid then number will be activated after 15 days. May i ask you why service to my number [protected] is terminated without any valid reason and without any notice? You are requested to activate my number immediately. Also make sure that customer care people are always reachable. Awaiting an early action. Regards.

                      Worst ever management : 23mail in 23days to mr anil ambani and directors of the company about the broaband not working due to commercial (rent, eletric bill ) not paid by the company . No a single feedback when will be the line restored...                       They usually do this to all areas, I am in chennai. I too faced the same problem, I send more and more emails and no use even their aplette officer didn't replied, whenever I call to customer care toll free no even after hours of waiting they won't pick the call. I gave the disconnection letter to Reliance Infocomm, Nungambakkam, Chennai, the representative Mr.Karthick, said that my charges will the waved out for the upcoming bill, today a lady from reliance called me and asked when to come to get the modem, I said her any day and asked is there any arrears I have to pay, she answered Rs.500/-, I asked her my payment should be waived out, she told that she has no idea. Why reliance fooling their customer. I won't pay the balance amount which I didn't use for.

                        Hi, The date I am filing this complaint is 26/07/2014. SCENARIO: I am using Nokia C3 Set. I am using 16 INR per month Watsapp pack.I was having main balance on 23/07/2014. and today i.e 26/07/2014, My balance is 5.232. I have recieved a setting for using this Watsapp pack from RCOM on 22/07/2014 and 25/07/14. EXPECTATION: Watsapp I should be able to access since the setting has been sent by RCOM and there should be no deduction from my main balance as long as I am not uploading any pic or browsing any other website. REALITY: Now Below are the issues: 1.I am not able to access Watsapp since 23/07/2014 since there is no E symbol since 23/07/2014 2. My Balance of 14INR went from 14 to ZERO on 24/07/14. I got a message on 26/07/2014 it has been refunded but there is nothing in my account yet!! RCOM guys said We are raising ticket, they raised, resolved but my account does not reflect any balance, Ironic! 3.My Main Balance is getting continuously deducted as on 26/07/2014 since I don't know when. Now, it is 4.232 INR. On calling Rel Customer Care, the NAVEEN KUMAR, RCOM Office, Bangalore tells me you are browsing Internet!! Now, Did you escape point 1 Mr.Supervisor Naveen ? There is no E symbol on my cell, then how can I browse internet? When asked to forward the call to his supervisor, he tells me to call before 10 PM or call between 1PM to 3PM, When called at 1PM, they say no one is available. So practically there is no correct response from NAVEEN KUMAR, RCOM Office, Bangalore. Mr.Naveen, You just told me on call at 4PM on 26/07/2014 balance will keep on getting deducted from my Main Account even though I am not making any outgoing calls, No E symbol is there, No Watsapp Access is there even though I have recharged with 16INR/Month Pack and deduction is because I am browsing Internet??? This explanation of yours does not makes any sense at all.So please work on this issue carefully and give me a proper solution. Also, RCOM has given me GPRS setting on 25/07/2014 saying that on using this setting, No further deduction from main balance will take place. But still, Main balance is getting deducted. Am I a trial and Error Experiment for you guys? My questions are below: 1.Who is responsible for this deduction from my main balance when the setting has been sent by RCOM and also given the fact, still the E symbol itself is not there, so obviously I am not using Internet. 2.Why even after the new setting sent by RCOM on 25/07/2014, E symbol is not coming and watsapp I am not able to access. 3. Who will pay for 16INR that I paid to Rel for watsapp pack, and still I am not able to access Watsapp for last 5 days. 4.I have done a recharge of 10, 20 and 10 in last 5 days.All have become ZERO and I don't have a clue.Keeping in mind that I have not made anysignificant outgoing calls and E symbol is not there on cell, so No Browsing! Want a complete solution on this. I have been calling RCOM for last 5 days and all they are doing is raising ticket. Today they told me it your loss since u r using Internet. Is this the service of RELIANCE? Don't you understand that E symbol itself is not coming? If I am browsing internet, then write here the website name that I have browsed, even I will come to know. Give me a detail of my browsing history. Note that the end loser here is customer i.e me and I do not even know why? Give me a point wise answer with proofs.                         **** I have Heard enough of this line in last 5 days, there is no proper solution, only this line is given at all the issues
                        By the time you will raise another ticket, I will loose another 10INR due to this issue***

                        ******Ask a person, May be a Senior Consultant, who is technically sound and has good communication skill, plus can undersatnd issue, to call back with a proper soultion, pls don't give update as above on this issue*****

                          Dear Sir/ Madam, My name is Daljeet Singh. My reliance number is 91-[protected]. My address is: House No. 151, Shivakhand, Vishwakarma Nagar, Shahdara, Delhi 110095. I am facing very very bad network in my area. I need to come outside of my home to make a call. Mostly, call gets failed, and if not, my voice breaks so much, due to which the person on the another side of call is not able to hear anything. Calls often gets disconnected. Yesterday I went to Tilak Nagar (west delhi) to visit my relative. At their home, I received the full signal strength and network was very very good. I could use the 3G services on the optimum level as well. By in my area, Shivakhand (near jhilmil colony) network is very very poor. My friends often told me through other communication medium, that my number is not-reachable. Internet is not working at all. I can't even access a basic and frequently used websites like www.google.com. I have filed complaint regarding this issue twice with Reliance customer care. But still there is no improvement in the network. They always say the problem would be resolve within 3 days, but the network condition is getting worst day by day. For your information, I am facing very very bad network in my area. I need to come outside of my home to make a call. Mostly, call gets failed, and if not, my voice breaks so much, due to which the person on the another side of call is not able to hear anything. Calls often gets disconnected. Yesterday I went to Tilak Nagar (west delhi) to visit my relative. At their home, I received the full signal strength and network was very very good. I could use the 3G services on the optimum level as well. By in my area, Shivakhand (near jhilmil colony) network is very very poor. My friends often told me through other communication medium, that my number is not-reachable. Internet is not working at all. I can't even access a basic and frequently used websites like www.google.com. I have filed a complaint about this twice in the customer care, but still there is no improvement.                               My name is Daljeet Singh. My Reliance Broadband Subscriber ID is[protected]. The service provided by the Customer care team is worst. My Internet was not working from June 4 to June 6. After that it again stop working on Sunday, June 15 and the downtime continues till Wednesday, June 18. And then it again stop working on Friday, July 4 and was down for more than two weeks. I've also launched a complaint in this regard on Sunday, July 6th at 7:36 PM (Complaint ID:[protected], which was never resolved. And a new Complaint ID[protected] has been assigned for the same issue on July 8, 2014 at 10:38:50 AM. Customer care executive assured me that my issue would be resolve within 24 hours. But, no one come to me. Then, I have words with the Local Engineer of Reliance. He told me that in my area (Shivakhand, Delhi 110095), they placed the main hub at House No. 193 Shivakhand, Vishwakarma Nagar. And that resident have a dispute with the company, as they might be not getting rent for that or whatever the reason is. And, for this reason they just switched off the hub, as a result, the Internet didn't work. Relaance personnel don't know the meaning of CUSTOMER CARE. Local technical team members are so arrogant, they are shouting on the customers like anything. Before, I used to pay the bill on time. But now I am not getting a promising service. I have already requested for the Termination of the connection. Due to the lack of Internet, I had to refuse all my projects in the mentioned time period. Due to which I faced a loss of around Rs. 15000. I want to file a consumer court case for the compensation of my project against Reliance Broadband. Also, I need a cent percent waiver on my total outstanding bill which I didn't pay because of the worst service.                                 Hi, I have been using reliance netconnect +([protected]) from august, 2013 and availed the plan of Rs 750(5 Gb).I am from chennai and i moved to mysore for my work related issue from february, 2014(for a period of 3 months)..so, i asked the reliance customer care to deactivate my service from february 2014.But they suggested me to use the service and offered me to use the service for free of cost for the next three months till april 2014.But for the march 2014, i received a bill of rs 100, and then for april-may 2014, i hv received a bill amount of rs 2400..on contacting the customer care, they are saying that i have exceeded the 2 gb limit for that month, so i have to pay the bill amount.They didnt mention anything about the limit during that offer. previously i was using that 750 rs plan, which is of 5gb and unlimited usage.then, they said they will take a service request and contact me in the next three days.but they didnt call me regarding that issue..and now, they have sent me a message that they will take legal action if i am not going to pay that bill.Also, they are refusing to deactivate my service, and every month they are adding up the amount.now it is of rs 3100..please help me resolve the issue. with regards, Dinesh Kumar M

                                Hi,

                                Based on the above complaint, a reliance customer care representative called me, and asked me to explain the issue that i am facing.On explaining the issue, i.e, for the period from feb-may 2014, i have asked them to deactivate my service and they have suggested me to use the service for free of cost for those months. Now, he is asking me, why i have used the service for those months, if i have opted for deactivation of service for those months and accusing me of not asking about the plan they have changed for my account..He is talking as though i am the one who asked for the change of plan.But the truth is, they just said that i can use the service for free of cost for those three months and after that the plan will change to my default plan(750 rs plan).And Now, he is blaming me for not asking about the plan.It is their fault not to explain about the plan and the data cap limit.Then, he said, that they cant do anything about it and i have to pay the amount.On asking about the process, he was just repeating the same thing again and again.And then, he again asked me to write a mail to netconnect.[protected]@relianceada.com and i have done it.Waiting for their reply.Help me to resolve the issue.

                                  Hi, My internet is not working from 7-7-2014.I have complained lots of time in reliance customer care, but there is no proper response from there.The main problem here is there is one bungalow near your reliance DP.The man who lives in that is removing all cables.He wants to change his DP location to another place.(around half meter change in location). I would like you to pay serious attention as there are many users associated with this problem.My connection has been temporary fixed, but I am not getting proper used.Mistakenly you have activated 1 MBPS plan.My current plan is 4 mbps. I have talk with responsible guy for this problem whose name is sandip. His response is also not proper.I would like you to resume my speed to 4mbps and solve to solve this DP related problem.                                   I got a new Reliance wired broadband connection around 15th May 2014. I really wanted to go Airtel but had chosen Reliance only because Airtel wouldn't provide me speed more than 2MBPS in my area and Reliance could give me 4. But, I beat myself over every single freaking day for that decision. My internet hasn't been working since June 5. That is 3 weeks since I got my connection. Oh wait, they fixed it in July first week and it worked for 5 days. At only 1 MBPS. So, pretty much effectively from June 5, my internet hasn't been working and I did pay the damn bill too. I have called the customer care like a million times I can recognise every person's voice. The least I asked for is an explanation why I am paying without any connection whatsoever. The best response I got was "I understand your problem Sir, and very sorry.. It will be fixed in 2 days". And it has been 2 months. My connection and complaint details are below..

                                  This is Siddharth and I've been the most unfortunate and annoyed Reliance customer for the last 3-4 months and this has literally been the worst consumer experience for me.. My broadband connection with Sub ID:[protected] hasn't been working for about two months now and I have no idea for what reason I've been charged full amt.. The same happened last month and I was told issue would be fixed in a couple days and hence I paid full amt last time even though I barely had the connection working for a week. And now this has gotten out of hand.. I have no intention of paying this bill when I haven't used 1 byte worth of internet for 2 months. I hav applied for another internet connection after getting tired of waiting. You can disconnect the connection as and when you guys please.

I dont want to pay this if not going to be able to use my connection. Please solve my problem fast. Please dont make me complain again.

Now when I called to customer care regarding the same matter they said where you have paid the bill he had punch entry on 2 July 2014. But that was not my fault Last but not least when I went to ujjain reliance office, I had shown receipt to him & escalate my problem but they replied we can't help you.                                         I am using Reliance GSM Number [protected].I have seen Balance 19 Rs in my account but today 25 july 2014 I See my Balance It is only 0.2paise only.
                                        This is the 2nd time reliance doing this thing. When I Called customer Care For further Detail for what they deducted My Balance They Can't Give a Satisfactory answers & They Disconnected Call or they give excuse that our system is not working Please call after some time.So i am request to you please properly check and refund my balance.
