Balance deduction

My Reliance GSM having number [protected] is use for 3G Internet and
messaging only, Reliance is charging thrice as "Amount Charged for VAS
Evolve Subscription Rs:5.00"
AND ANOTHER SERVICE FOR RS 1, which I never subscribe any VAS since my connection.
