Sir, my number is deactivated because of late payment... But after that i immediate paid all my dues but after many communication with reliance ada, they did not response and no one is trying to start my mobile number, they did not activate my number.. That number i used from last 6 years.. All my communication or banking communication or any other government or non-government plans connected with this number.. So i request them please start my mobile number is [protected]

I have recharged my account with rs stv24 on 28 october which have free unlimited calls, but this time it's showing that u dont have sufficient balance in your account. YOU PROMISE AND SHOWING YOUR OFFER AS UNLIMITED . BUT THIS IS CHEATING BY RELIANCE COMMUNICATION.
Please slove my problem as early as possible.

i paid Rs400 to Reliance Communication on 24/10/17 against my outstanding Bill. But he is not Credit my amount till and now he disconnect my Line.i mailed to coustomer care, nodal officer and appleate officer. but there is no respone till date.
i think this is the very worst company of world now.

      Sir this is srajan gupta from noida. Sir i would like to port number from reliance to vodafone. For that i have tried sending (Sms port "mobile number) to 1900 multiple times but everytime i send an sms it shows"insufficient balance" for no reason whatsoever. Also i would like please help me in this case otherwise the ownership of this number would be transferred to somebody else which will be a big problem to face. Kindly help me as soon as possible. I would be happy for the same

        I tried all the possibilities but none worked out for me.

          Pathetic, they have announced to shut down and not giving upc code. Tried 1900 number, calling and sending port messages so many times. No response, no network. The balance i'm there was automatically exhasted. Seriously law less country where only people like anil ambani can enjoy and have no care for customer. No response from customer service. Trai also can not do anything in this. Need this urgently my number is [protected]

            All customer complaining they had not received any Upc code from company side by default plz help to server this customers by providing Upc codes numbers as below

              Activated plan data89 on 2nd november, i was supposed to get fresh 1gb data after 12am, but was not the case as promised. Are you waiting for the residual data of 2nd november to get over and start deducting from the main balance? Tried calling customer service, but calls could not go through beyond ivr. Resolve the issue & stop fooling your customers. Seen people complaining about the same repeatedly, still you're​ not mending ways.

                Sir i have a reliance no [protected] and for last 20 days there is no network... I changed sim tray ànd also changed mobile but there is no network... When I am searching network it's only shows bsnl and idea ... In this regard i tried so many times to contact to customer care on 198 but unable to contact...so please solve my problem as soon as possible...its very urgent... my contact no [protected] sub inspector agasta pandit

                    I tried many times but did not recieve UPC code from reliance. I am using Reliance GSM number about 10years and this is my primary number. I tried to get UPC number by sending sms as PORT [protected] to 1900, but didn't recieve the UPC code. I tried 6-7 times, it was sent successfully all times but not received any code.

                      I own the following reliance postpaid number since 2014.

                      I've been moved out of India now. Hence I am trying to close the postpaid number for more than 6 months. But there is no response from customer care. But every month the bill is getting generated and somebody from customer care calls to my alternate number and chasing me to pay the bill which I never used.

                      I immediately want to close the account and I also want to highlight that I've settled the bill until now.

                          Dear sir, i am a reliance customer from last few years.. I am using a reliance mobile number [protected] since from almost 2 years.. On[protected] i visited a reliance customer outlet in kadapa and upgraded my 2g sim to 4g. Same day my old number has losted signal then i inserted new sim.. But my problem is my mobile showing network but outgoing and incoming calls are not working.. Iam trying to contact customer care from last 25 days but am not getting connected.                             60 rs amount has been deducted without any call/msg alert.
                            I contacted customer support[protected] and complaint helpline (198) but there is always server issue and they are saying to call later again and again.

                            60rs amount is deducted from my number - [protected].

                            I didn't use internet/calls/ msg.

                            Now its showing 09.09 rs in my account and i also have promo balance of 8rs but 60 rs is deducted from my main balance.
                            Before deducting, my main balance is 69rs and now it's showing 09 rs.

                            Refund my money back.

                              I have recharged my reliance gsm no:[protected], for rs.150 on 24th oct 2017. Now, reliance network is completly down in my location. I am not able to use my recharged amount. Please refund my amount.
                              If you are really concerned about your customer. You should have informed all your customer about your shutdown plan prior to 3 months. Big company like you cannot plan for complete shutdown just like that in 2 month notice or else atleast before recharging you must told or informed you customer to recharge for less amount. Because of these you will loose you dignity and customer now. Its like bigcheating for your customer. You are looting customer money.
                              Next time, whoever go for reliance network (Whoever it may you or your brothers network), they will think about this fraud attitude.

Today when i ringing to any number, there is comming a voice that your sim is attached to vodafone. How automaticaly it happen. I have not done anything.                                         My reliance number [protected] was disconnected without any prior notice. I had my yearly 3g plan worth rs.11, 000 running on it which was supposed to work up until february 28, 2018. But my number just stopped working yesterday, and their customer care is of no help at all. I tried calling their executive in my city but he can't do anything as well. Now, either they provide me with the full services up until the above mentioned date, or return my money which amounts to roughly rs. 2750 for 3 months, the remaining time.
