Yesterday as on 1 nov 17, i did not get otp number and did not receive call so i checked at all and went to showroom where is shut down and suddenly, i got information that reliance communication has been shut down. Today, i tried calling customer care but failed to receive them and no service available. How to resolve for porting because port is not working. I want this number lifetime....

We have gsm prepaid service of reliance with m. No. [protected].
Since last four days we have no network coverage and certainly we are receiving airtel or aircel network. We have done 220 recharge of reliance which is not credited.

Very irresponsible behavior of reliance... I am not getting my porting code from reliance... Please help as network of reliance in mumbai is getting worst day by day... This creates a lot of issue in my daily routine... The loss which i will incur due to not being able to connect with my business network will be very high.. I request you to take immediate action and solve my issue...

My number has been blocked, how am i suppose to port to other services when my number is down.
For porting i need to have some upc code, with a blocked network how will i generate the code.

And what about the balance i have in my number

Dear sir,

I am having reliance gsm number [protected]. I had submitted request port request through sms but despite so many sms sent i had not received the unique porting code.
I tried to contacting customer by they said that due to emergency situation they are unable to provide this service.

Please resolve my problem and send me the required unique porting code.

From past month i am trying to contact to customer care but they are saying due to emergency we can't connect to customer care executive.
I am not able to send any sms even though i have enough balance.
Because of this i am not able to port my number to other networks as well.

As reliance is shutting down everyone is doing porting to other network so i also tried to port and send lot of time port request but not received the porting code. Can you please help me on this, so i can also port my number to other network and continue my number.

Reliance has blocked my no. For port... I have messaged to 1900 but i have been blocked by them, the msg is not going... Their 3g services is going to shut down n now they are blocking port... Worst company... My no is [protected].

If they are going to shut down then at least they should allow mnp port. Is this is how the company is going to write debts off their balance sheet??? Or are they planning to make bucks in their last...

As per declaration and sms from rcom, there services were suppose to discontinue from 1st dec. 2017. But from yesterday/today all of our mobiles are not working and a voice message runs saying you are connected to vodafone and you will not be able to make calls. Port your number and contact vodafone.
What is all these, we have paid all bills regularly for more than 10 years, we have also given them deposits, our numbers are in business...

I am using reliance telecom postpaid number, there is no network in my area. Some how i got the porting code but reliance rejected while porting saying bill is pending. If there is no service why are they charging. Really poor service, customer care not working, also i paid security amount. When they will return my security fee. My number is [protected]...

They always say that u should send a correct sms to 1900, i always use to send sms i. E.

The reliance broadband services close its broadband wifi services without any information through messages, emails or any calls. I paid m next month bill 1610 rupees but the next day the service was terminated. Then i know it that the company closed. Now, i want to refund my money in my account. I am using reliance number but since monday i am unable to use network to call. I had selected 4g still unable to call.

Please help me on this. Other's are not able to call me also. I am totally stuck yaar. All call outgoing plus incoming both are blocked. Sms also not able to send. Only able to use 4g data, dude's i don't want net connection allow me for call or give me solution.

I am resident of j&k. My number is [protected].
I want to port my number to some other network for that upc (Unique porting code) is needed.
So as suggested i sent text message "port [protected]" to 1900 several times from yesterday. But till now i could not receive any upc (Unique porting code) from the service provider. Kindly look inyo the matter and probide solution as early as possible....

My reliance hello no.[protected] was terminated by me on 06.05.2016 and security deposit of rs.2000/- was to be refunded to me within 60 days. Thereafter, i received final bill dated 06.06.2016 which showed rs.1863/- due to me after adjusting bill dues from security deposit. However, it has been more than 18 months since then with constant but fruitless follow-ups with reliance customer care and their appellate authority over phone and emails...
