Reliance telecom — don't send me my number upc code

Sir,
Reliance 2g & 3g closed from 30 oct 2017 and riliance closed 2g network. Thats why i decide my number port in airtel. So about portablity need o[censored]pc code. I send sms on 1900 from last 3 days but i have not recive upc code so please help me. My mobile number reliance company [protected] donot send upc code me. Reliance store donot help me, my number 5 years old. Please send me my upc code on my new idea number is [protected]. Or if possible please send upc code on my reliance number is [protected]

As reliance is shutting down it's service in ap, i applied for mnp to port my reliance gsm to airtel. I applied for for mnp on 27.10.2017. Till now my request is not processed by reliance. Already i am not getting signals properly and i couldn't make any call using this reliance number. I used mobile number for all personal communication, it is very important for me to get ported to another network asap. Could you look into this with high priority and resolve my issue?. I have recently requested for the portability code by sending message to 1900 but i have not received any portability code it has been sent for more than 10 times. Many of my friends are also complaining the same thing it is really a shame on the part of organization like reliance (Adag) cant keep the promise they made to the users and also making users fools by not allowing them to port to another number

R. Com declared to close 2G 3G services wef 30/11/2017.
Accordingly I SMS on 1900 to PORT my number [protected].
SMS received on 1900.
But R. Com is not generating PORT code and not intimating the same via reply SMS.
Kindly help all R. Com subscribers.

It has been 11, i have resigned from Reliance Communication but till date i have not recieved my PF or Grauity from the company, as have submitted PF forms 2 times but still with no reply.

Yesterday as on 1 nov 17, i did not get otp number and did not receive call so i checked at all and went to showroom where is shut down and suddenly, i got information that reliance communication has been shut down. Today, i tried calling customer care but failed to receive them and no service available. How to resolve for porting because port is not working. I want this number lifetime.

I found sms of 30 Oct 2017 that Reliance itself sent porting request code number into my mobile number from 1901 and again also got sms from the same on 4th nov 2017 itself so I did port for mnp into idea so please check the date if you got the porting request sms from 1901. If porting request number did not get in sms, try on customer care- 18001234567 through any telecom company. It is linked with vodafone so they will guide how to send port number via anyone of your friends or relative's vodafone number to 9167500500 / 199 and type as (UPCN)space(Reliane Mobile Number)space(State Code) as UPCN 0000000000 MH . Customer care says that the code number will get after 48 hours so try on it by all. I got information that Reliance GSM mobile numbers can be ported upto 12 lacs and it is already packed up so we have to convert into vodafone for postpaid plan and after 3 months, it can be changed into prepaid after applying form of postpaid to prepaid.

I found sms in my no [protected] on 30 Oct 2017 that Reliance itself sent porting request code number into my mobile number from 1901 and again also got sms from the same on 5th, 08th and 09 nov 2017. I am not requesting porting. then why the RT number send to me and my number is not working. Resolve it immediately and your customer care is always engaged.

Since last four days we have no network coverage and certainly we are receiving airtel or aircel network. We have done 220 recharge of reliance which is not credited.

Hi, mobile no. Is [protected]. From last one month facing network issues. Call disconnecting, no one can contact me, pathetic conditions! However, bill is coming timely every month. If you forgot to pay & due date is over, they put rs. 100 as late payment.
Last week i've contacted reliance social network (Facebook) & also sent an email to customer care & nodal officer regarding the same, however, they are never responsible for their customers! No reply from them! Then i've have requested for port out but still have not received port out reference no!
Another network provider said that reliance is closing their network. So what is that?
I'm not going to pay single amount to them.
I want to port out.

For porting i need to have some upc code, with a blocked network how will i generate the code.

And what about the balance i have in my number

The reliance communications retailer is asking for money to generate the porting code

What am i suppose to do. Rcom should take some action immediately.

Reliance has blocked my no. For port... I have messaged to 1900 but i have been blocked by them, the msg is not going... Their 3g services is going to shut down n now they are blocking port... Worst company... My no is [protected].

If they are going to shut down then at least they should allow mnp port. Is this is how the company is going to write debts off their balance sheet??? Or are they planning to make bucks in their last month?

Port your number and contact vodafone.
What is all these, we have paid all bills regularly for more than 10 years, we have also given them deposits, our numbers are in business and we are facing problems. We are out of communication with our customers and associates. How come they can stop all of a sudden and that to 1 month before the date of communication. Also non of customer care numbers are functioning or giving any response.
Need support and solution. Otherwise we will be in huge loss. Its a big torture. We feel, no law and order exists.
