I have a postpaid data card no. Is [protected]. Today i conveted to prepaid because of bad service, internet service. Mr. Raju khan which is sitting at customer care outlet sector 5 dwarka new delhi that person have no manners when i was paying the bill they didn't give me a recipt. On that outlet not a single person for helping a customer and no way for complaingfor that person. Harshment with customer.

    Hi, My Name Is Jiwan Das Bansal, +[protected] And I'm using a reliance network, And From Last 1 and a half month i'm not recieving a single message on my network can send but can't recieve. Called Many Times at 198, But the company agents use to tell every time, that the problem will be solved with in a week. I've called them near about 10 times and they used to tell me the same thing. I'm tired of this thing. Please some one tell me how to solve this issue. Thank you.

      I am totally tired to complaint often against Reliance Communication. I had to recharge tomorrow Rs 50 on my two Numbers. But some time later deducted my money. Why you create this Consumer Complaint Website i[censored] don't solve the problems of Customer then You must close this website. Reliance means unreliable, not to trust, their service is always bad, Their business model is such that, they find ways to loot the customer and don't care about giving service. Their motto is money first, service mediocre, loot customer After this complaint, i get a reply but nothing is resolved, the same thing repeats after 6 months Moral of the story is NEVER EVER TRUST reliance. Please do check it it and return the amount to my account balance. this is my 4th complaint against reliance I don't know why reliance is using such illegal tricks to earn money.         I am from chennai, We had connected our broadband through reliance, Since almost from May 24 up to till date June 3 2014, I had given the complaint on 26there is no connection problem resolved. After sending the complaint i received a mail as of Dear Customer, This is with reference to your e-mail dated May 26, 2014 for your Reliance Broadband Subscriber ID [protected], regarding connectivity issue and service cancellation. We regret the inconvenience. We have registered your complaint vide Service Request ID[protected] and it will be resolved within 24 hours; post which a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you from our end.           I had 6-7 years old prepaid number and recently one of the reliance personnel contacted my father converted it to prepaid to post paid but to my surprise he also changed the ownership without my knowledge and my father's knowledge. When I contacted Web World they says without my knowledge and consent this illegal to change ownership. Now the number is working and when I tried to contact the Appellate they said its deactivated due to negative feedback and I have not provided enough information about this negative feedback.

            I Niranjan Thakkar as per verbal direction from customer care recharged Rs.599/- for 4000 minutes talk time but it never disclosed that it is possible only Reliance to Reliance . I want immidiate conversation of Rs 599/- so that I can talk with other persons also . This is cheating by Reliance customer care service . If it is not changed to normal talk time I will go to consumer Forum and I will mention it in Face Book and everywhere . My mobile no is [protected] and I hv recharged Rs 599/-today at 8 PM .               My reliance connection is not connecting (trying for 20 mins then only it will connect everytime it happens), for this i m trying to call customer care[protected] for several times in morning, afternoon & night in several days .Every time about 25 to 30 mins call is on live position & receiving as all the customer service executives are busy. Not only getting assistance, i m trying other options also but no use.If there is no man power they should stop publishing about their customer care. I experienced the pathetic service of Reliance customer care.

              If a customer wants to with draw the service, kindly give the details to whom/mail id.
              I have got reliance data card and have paid 6 months advance rental plan but the same was not registered in the account of reliance, this amount was getting used for monthly installment of 750+ charges and at the end of 6 months, i am told that i have to pay additional charges.

              Also, i have complained after paying the 6 months plan that network issue is persisting and unable to use the service at all. I am given the complaint no in Nov 2014 but till date it is still in solving stage as per reliance customer care...so called executives...

              When i have asked them to cancel the connection and waive of the charges and return my funds, that complaint is also under solving stage and nobody in the company wants to solve the issue.

              I have spoken to their executives Piramu (committed on call that complaint is registered but when checked after couple of days, found no such complaint was registered in the account...it was all false promises made to resolve the issue, Raghavi (executive, who is absolutely rude and does not know how to speak to customer though she is working in the so called customer care) who were absolutely helpless

              Supervisors i spoke, have committed the resolution to be done in 2 hours to 2 days but all in vain...nobody responds back and update nor resolves the issue...vijay kumar, Leema, Karthik, Divya,

              Final hope and resort to help (i thought) and spoke to Mr Arun (Manager), who committed that he will call back within 24 hrs with approval to solve the issue. But all in vain, since 28th Jan 2015 he is not reachable neither he lived up his commitment of calling me back in 24 hrs for solving the issue.

              All of them has spoken to me as if they are GODS GIFT TO MAN KIND...none could resolve the issue.

              Since July 2014 to till date Feb 2015, the issues raised are not resolved...

              GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH GREAT OWNERSHIP...HATS OFF.

                I am karthik.V my mobile number is [protected], reliance is charging me often for the services called VAS TechzoneSMS S and VAS USSD which I did not activated itself. I have complained many times, after complaining they will return my balance but still it continues. On 19.05.2014 they charged rs.3.00 for VAS USSD and on 29.05.2014 they charged rs.10.00 for VAS TechzoneSMS S service. As I mentioned above is up to my knowledge but reliance had charged me more than I mentioned above but I am not remembering the exact date but the amount they charged till now will be rs.50.00 approximately. so please take action and make reliance communications to return my money which they charged for services which I did not activated itself till today (02.06.2014) balance so fare from my balance as soon as possible. thank you

                No I did not received any call from reliance communication today (16.06.2014) and my problem is not resolved yet. Again reliance communication have charged me rs.10.00 by today (16.06.2014) for vas techzone. Why this hell? If I called to 198 also no response no body is attending my calls and it is better to change network. Guys please to buy reliance sim card it is a worst network which I ever seen.

                    I am a reliance broadband user from new Delhi with subscriber id[protected] is not able to use your Internet service for more than a month's time.I contacted your customer and your appellate authority many times but
                    was given the same excuse about some payment issue of EDM server's owner. They assured me to resolve the problem as soon as possible but still in vain.Please try to resolve this issue as many of my research project are stuck due to non-connectivity.
                    I also gave a option to your technical team to change to a new edm but they did not agree to it.Please resolve this issue.

In which, i supposed to be get Total 36 GB of data ( 30 GB + 6 GB Promotional data) with 180 days of validity as it was shown in your advertisement against that i have got only 30 GB data I am fed with your services. i have called several times on your toll free number but i am unable to reach your customer care. Then i have tried at[protected] and talked to customer care representative 3-4 times..but each time i am just getting a assurance but not result of my problem..because of calling this no through my airtel network i have lost a lot of money...even i have mailed you many times but i am not getting solution Here i am attaching your advertisement and my data usage from 24th to 31st imagesIs 36 GB means not 36864 MB.Please credit 6 GB data also.                                 Hello, Sir I Bought New Connection From Kerela of[protected], the outlet guy given me 1499rs plan and said you have 5gb free 3g data . it can be used any where in India but since the day bought this sim i was never able to select even 3g in my phone . its saying that we are unble to connect this network and try again later .i try to aproch relince customer care via phone and email but there no response from last one month . and they charging me 1499rs plan i want solution of it . i want to use 3g in my phone therefore only im paying this much rent . right now i am at rajasthan where relince 3g is available but i am not able to use it

                                  Hello, I have applied for a reliance connection and paid required amount via cheque to agent Ghanesh ([protected]) on 18-May-2014. Check was cleared next day and got an RCOM Order Acceptance email form Reliance on 19-May-2014. [protected] We have received your application and processed this for activation. The activation may take upto 5 days. As per your application your details are as below. 1. CAF no.:[protected] 2. Subscriber ID/s : 1) POTS - [protected] 2) DIA[protected] [protected]-- After that no body came for activation and when I tried to reach Ghanesh over phone, he did not answer phone. After trying many times over a week he gave number of Yashodhar ([protected]) to follow up. He also repeated same story and after a long follow up, he finally sent an SMS saying servive installation is not possible due to port issue. Now as activation is not possible, I would like my money to be refuned. Please start the process and let me know the time frame when I get the refund. I would like to go for other service provider.                                     I hav a Reliance broadband 4mbps Thunder plan 1099/- + tax = 1220/- After repeated verbal request to Reliance broadband's Costomer support & Mails that was replied & confirmed with my Customer ID . Reliance broadband still continues its Serivice with following problems 1. DHCP servers fails ever 5 - 30 mins 2. DNS freezes in every 30sec - 2min 3. DSL fails every alternate day 4. Toll Free no. Fails 99% call after 20 - 30 min hold 5. Not a single Hard or Soft copy of bill received 6. Ratio for home user is so bad 2mbps is wht we get maximum time & decreases to 0.15mbps at peak hours 7. No doubt DSL hav average ping & data loss but 60+ ping to same city Servers is too BAD

                                    Having the same problem for almost a month now... They have resolved the problem after almost 3 weeks and also its stopped working again... I am not [censored]ing going to register a problem again and again. My user ID :[protected]

                                      I am having Reliance Landline Prepaid[protected]. The Instrument for Landline is LG Nortel LSP 450R. I am facing problem with the battery of the instrument. Fully charged battery gets drained out in 4-5 minutes of disconnecting the charging. I had registered a complaint for this at reliance store under complaint ID[protected] on 12th April 2014. This complaint was disposed off by Reliance unilaterally without calling/intimating me. I tried a lot to submit a complaint from their website, but it seems Reliance website do not accept customer complaints. Also I tried to contact & talk to reliance customer care on *333 from my Landline & [protected] from my idea phone but only IVR Messages is being played on the number and not customer care officer is available. When I dialed 198 the customer care person told me to call on *333 & disconnected the call bluntly. I am facing severe problems with my landline phone & not getting any solution from reliance. And I am unable to talk to reliance customer care Reliance should improve their customer care on top most priority and arrange for technical support to all the customers like me.

                                      AGAIN PATHETIC RESPONSE !

                                      PLEASE NOTE: Reliance has placed only a Phone Call but Complaint is not at all RESOLVED.

                                      We were told by the caller from Reliance that we will have to purchase the battery from market.


                                      But the fact is that the said battery is not available at Reliance Stores nor at LG Electronics. More over Batteries available in open market are not compatible with the given instrument.

                                      This Battery is not a normal OTC Product and it seems specially manufactured for Reliance only.

                                      Hence Reliance should make this available to Customers thru their stores or should tell customers where exactly these batteries available, with specific brand & store names.
