Hi All, I'm fed up Reliance prepaid customer care services.I was keep on calling from past 2months no response & not connecting.I drop mail several times but no reply.I think all Reliance Customer Service Helpline is closed or thy had not paid bills to government.Every day new issues, amount deduction, signal prblms, internet not works..Wrost services day by day, cheating to public is not easy way to Earn money.Give importants to customers will b always in Market.Today new issues when I made out going calls I'm gettng response insufficent balance, but I have sufficent balance..No replies, not caring to customers...If customer care will gt connected I will fire like, , , , , , , , , , , ,

    It is extremely annoying to recieve calls from unknown numbers throughout the day. I have been getting incoming calls from unknown numbers since two days. These calls have been forwarded to my number by somebody. It is causing me a lot of inconvinience. Kindly take immediate action n this regard. The customer care number of the company is not getting connected which again is very annoying. My number is a reliance gujarat gsm number prepaid [protected].

      Why my netconnect+ no [protected] is terminated and number is alloted to somebody else? I come to know from reliance customer service that my netconnect+ no [protected] is terninated and it was alloted to some other person. I purchased it on 3.6.2012 but reliance customer service says that it was working from 2008 by somebody. What afunny thing. Last I used it 2/3 months back but now I am going to recharge it, it is not accepting. What I will do? Will I throw it? Who will pay me Rs 1200/- of this cost? Give quick solution. REGARDS, M. K.         Reliance has activated VAS on my cell number [protected] without my consent and charged me Rs 5 + Rs 5 +Rs 5 in may and april and march respectively. All attempts made by me to disable the VAS as described on their site have failed. I keep dialling 155223 and the they keep telling me no VAS is active on my number. I do not know what to do. Really disappointed with this petty theft that Reliance is indulging into with its customers. Shame on you Reliance !!! what is ambani doing sitting in the ac?? he thinks that we are fools comin in his trap???? and if yes he is a foool!! i[censored] even help me with this im gonna say that reliance is theive! :(

          I had recharged my mobile no. [protected] for 500 MB of data usage valid for 14 days. Still I have a balance of 5 MB o[censored]sage valid till 26.05.14. But since 18.05.14 I am unable to use the same as the same is restricted by Reliance. I have called up Customer care more than 10 times daily since 18.05.14, but there is no one to respond to my complaint, every time the call is hunged up for 10-15 mins & ultimately I have to disconnect the line. Till date there is no solution to my complain.

            I purchased Reliance Datacard(Huawei) in April-2010(with 2600 rupees). Then I used 2 years, after in 2012 I have deactivated the number([protected]), because due to business reason I moved to abroad. Now I'm back to India, would like to use card again. I have gone for Reliance web world, for activation, they said that Activation is not possible, only you need to purchase new datacard, i asked 2600 rupees it is not small amount, do you know the value of money..??? This is very bad service, i never seen in my life. Reliance is cheating to customers. Upcoming customers please don't purchase Reliance datacard connection.

Online recharge payment of Rs.92 (Tariff Plan )on 21/05/2014 00:47:55 was done . Benefit Details avialable for Rs 92 (Tariff Plan )on website was - LOCAL R2R AT 10p/MIN AND ALL other calls AT 25p/MIN valid FOR 30 days . But after recharge done this was not applicable as call rate on all other calls was not as directed . It was charged at 1rs/Min on local no other than reliance and for STD calls I was charged Rs 1.5/min . You can still check on website that wrong information regarding this recharge value .(I have attached screenshot of Wrong information citing on website and my payment details ) I had telecon with reliance customer executive and I am not getting help from their side aswell .                 Reliance Netconnect Broadband+ become frustrate dead slow in Internet speed and disconnections in arround area Rajarajeshwari Nagar Bangalore. The speed range from 0 to 10 KBPS from last month. I have raised complaint to customer care but they just tried to do regular process lke computer temp cleanup etc. but found speed is not improving. They said there is some problem in Reliance end in this area and will be rectified. But no update after that even with reminders. I would like to continue with Reliance Netconnect Broadband+ but pathetic speed and service. And even in good times the speed never near to promise speed of 3.1 MBPS anytime. Rajarajeshwari Nagar Bangalore is attached to IT hub Global Village, Bangalore. Where you will find big companies like MIndtree, Mphasis etc. I heard similar complaints in these IT companies from people who are using Reliance Netconnect Broadband+. Reliance really need to think proactively, otherwise I see lot of other service providers already in campus selling their data cards quoting issues with Reliance Netconnect.

                    The connection works for like 10 minutes and then drops. Then it refuses to open even the reliance login page for around 10 minutes and then abruptly starts working again. It's really frustrating! Not a single technician has called or visited to resolve this problem.. even my complains are being closed with my feedback!!! worst ISP in the nation ...!! PS: it took me several attempts to write this complaint !!! the net got DC 3 times already !!!

                    I can't book a ticket, can't work online ..n what not ... can't get a bloody stable connection ever...

                      Never buy any quarter plans of reliance broadband internet. I had reliance broadband Internet and I terminated on end of November 2013. My plan is of quarterly advanced deposit plan, so balance of Rs1829 is left over. They said we have policy of return back within 45 to 60 days, now 6 months gone they haven't return my money.                         THIRD TIME IN A ROW, RELIANCE NETCONNECT HAS REPEATED THIS ISSUE Funny part is, even after contacting their customer cell, they just said send their standard reply WITHOUT doing anything. ISSUE below I did a online recharge of Rs 849 for the 6GB Pack on 2-May. It was mentioned that additional 1228 MB of Data will be added with this recharge. However, it was not added. 1) Sent email to your customer care on following dates 3-May 9-May 14-May 19-May 2) Raised complaint on grahakseva on 14-May. Followed up on 17-May 19-May 3) Contacted the customer chat on 20-May NO RESOLUTION FROM THEM Best part is that, this issue is happening for THIRD time in a row and they are still not paying any attention to my complaint. It just shows sheer negligence on their part and I don't want to give up on this. Following are the details Receipt Number - AMPR54147733. Relationship Number[protected]. Subscriber Number [protected]. Transaction Date - 2-May-2014. I am also contacting the Ministry of Consumer Affairs. Will not give up, till I get my right. I will spread the word about this company's pathetic service to everyone.

                        Nobody had contacted and there is no resolution to this issue. You don't have any tracking mechanism of complaints, so you can just send your standard reply that, someone will get in touch to resolve the concerns and that "someone" does not even exist. Lets see, how far I can go to get justice.

                        I did NOT receive any missed call. Which number you tried to contact ?? i know, this is your standard reply to everyone.

                        The additional 1228 MB is still not added. I have sent 8 emails and there is no update.
                        THE ISSUE IS STILL NOT RESOLVED
                        As of today 19 Emails have been sent and there is no resolution.
                        Next week onward, I will copy the email to your CEO to check if everyone in your company treats the customer like this.

                          Dear Sir/madam, These is to inform you that I had taken a Reliance Net Connect dongle connection on 4th of April 2014 from a Reliance Communication agent named Mr. Kausik Barui.I had taken the 799 plan in which I was suppose to get speed up to 3.1 Mbps up to 10GB and after 10GB the speed will come down to 256Kbps.But after using only 4GB of data my speed came down to 15Kbps.I had repeatedly informed the agent to do something about the matter.But nothing was Useful.After that I told him to take back my dongle and refund that amount of money which is applicable as per the company's norms.He assured me while the time of purchasing that if any customer is not satisfied after using the service then there is a provision of returning the dongle and a few amount of money is refundable. I have purchased the dongle worth Rs 1200.00 and also deposited a security amount of Rs 300.00 of which i havn't received any kind of bill.Now I don't have any hard documents of purchasing the dongle. Now these is what i want you to note sir that the agent is not receiving my phone for the last 25 to 26 days.When ever i am calling from a different number he is disconnecting my call and switching it of after recognizing my voice. He also assured me that as you have used only 4GB of net so the first month's rental bill will be less for you.But today reliance had made a bill of Rs 707.00 for the last month and also an unbilled ammount of Rs512.00 for these month(May). I had taken the net connection with lots of beleifs and faiths that reliance is a good company with a good net speed.But the company's customer service is the worst ever I had ever seen.I am now totally frustrated about the matter as I have lost a total amount of Rs 2700.00 but got nothing other than loosing the huge amount of money. Kindly take necessary action against the issue and specially against the reliance agent( Kausik Barui ) as this is the last option of getting help for me. Waiting for your valuable response.                             Reliance GSM number - [protected] From last 3 days, I am getting expected call rates. I also recharge with 41 Rs yesterday to make it 20P/ min local calls of 225. But still my call rates are - 50Ps per min. I dont know - why its happening. I tried 100 times to *333 customer care but - its always busy busy and busy. So I stopped to call anywhere. Really very stupid service. Even from last 3 week, My network service is worst service. Reliance GSM is really not good service. If the support is exist then please give me response.

                              SirOn 17 April 2014 I bought a reliance CDMA postpaid sim with no.[protected] from reliance office located at sakhla mall Nashik for my father. by paying rs 300 as deposit & surprisingly the sales executive over there took 200 rs as cost of sim card without any receipt . i had clearly mentioned that I am taking postpaid connection because my father was going to Jammu Kashmir & will be converting the connection to prepaid when he return back after a month. Which they agreed for. But when I went to the main office of reliance mobile on 12/05/14 located opp rajeev Gandhi bhavan saharanpur road Nashik . to convert my sim to prepaid they said that your deposit will not be adjusted against your current bill . and will not be refunded . This is unjust and unlawfull i have mailed on 16/05/14 to reliance to immediately disconnect this no & keep 300 rs deposit as bill for month of april & may if the amount exceeds rs 300 i am ready to pay the remainig amount if any i will also mention that i will not be responsible to pay any bill for the said number from 1st of june . as i am not using the said no you can communicate me on mobile no [protected] Dr. Rahul gadakh.                                 I own a prepaid Reliance Datacard [protected]. Recharged for Rs.444 (5GB with 30 days validity) on 16-May-2014. After recharge i was unable to use the data available. Stepped into Reliance World, Vijayanagar, Bangalore. They checked and couldn't resolve the issue, hence registered a complaint[protected]. I'm waiting since then for a response from Reliance. Yesterday i got a message stating they tried to reach me but my number was busy, but i haven't got any calls from them in the past 2 days. Raising the complaint as its already 5 days and the plan expires in another 25 days. I kindly request Reliance to please respond to customers on time and try to fix the issue, or please refund recharged the money back.                                 I have got your reply to my email after posting complaints over the forums online.
                                Secondly none of the steps you have mentioned in the attachment are working for me.
                                Even the reliance world personnel couldn't resolve the issue.
                                Please provide a working solution as i can't keep visiting the customer center if it can't be resolved. Or i would kindly request you to refund the money if it cannot be resolved.

                                    As I am a regular customer of yours and I am from Modinagar, U.P.District Ghaziabad I have been facing the network problem since last year April, 2012 till the date may 2014 Even I used to call 198 and talk to them that i am facing the network problem so do something but they said please wait and your problem will resolved in a 3 days and our technical team visit your site and find the exact problem behind this but till the date neither they visit in my area nor they can solve my problem or sometimes when I call customer care no. They disconnect my call or even they never transfer my call to their technical department .the timings of facing network problem is in morning 1.00am to 9.00am, 11 .00am to11.30am, 4.00pmto 5.00pm, 7.00pm to 7.30pm, .But Now I am Facing the problem for a whole day That is the timings in which i am facing the network problem the basic fact is that in these timings our area electricity is gone, with gone electricity the strength of signal may nil up to the timing mentioned above and complaint no. [protected],[protected]. which till not solved the problem of network, Even when we make emergency call we can’t do it because of poor signal and my question why reliance services is act as a vampire who suck the blood of consumer regularly and why they are not interested in investing in our area to provide best services.My reliance prepaid mobile no is [protected], [protected], [protected] just because of that I had ported my reliance number [protected] to the other network but still I have [protected] No of reliance still facing a regular problem of bad network coverage area Finally I am disclosing the fact why it is so because when I Visited where reliance tower is.I found no one who start generators for providing electricity to the towers but after doing inspection I found that they didn't receive their income from reliance so that's why they cannot perform their duty due to that theft of fuel takes placed. But All I can say that to be a reach person in whole India and tenth largest richest man in the world but still poor in the eye of consumers who did not provide better satisfaction to their customer but to suck the blood of a normal consumer If this Is gone rapidly I think reliance broad network go down in Modinagar or may be distinct rapidly and In That case they will loose their goodwill Rest Is Ok

                                      i have made a complain for wrong debit of balance on 12th of may to customer care of Reliance. The amount under dispute was Rs.125. The Executive there confirmed that Rs.125 has been deucted from my no. due to their technical problem and my balance will be refunded in next two days. After two days when I did not receive any response, I called them again. They told that there is some technical error, so they cannot give me any information.After my 2nd call, one message came that Rs. 20has been credited to my account although it was not. I again complained for that. Now they have blocked my no. . I am not able to call them from my number. then i called from another no., and again filed a complain. now they have credited rs. 20 in my account and are denying for the rest of amount. neither they are refunding my balance nor providing me information regarding the usage of that balance. Please look into the matter and solve the dispute as soon as possible My ph. no. is [protected]

                                        Reliance harassing me a lot. My Reliance number [protected]. I want to migrate it to prepaid from postpaid. At first, the web world cheated with me. After a complaint they take the request of migration. Then I have to wait 5 days for processing my request. Well yesterday I got a call about the request. After the call I received a message that my request has been processed. But, till then connection not migrated in prepaid. I called them and they told me to wait 3-4 days. What is this? How many days should I wait? Clearly tell me what is the reason for delay. Contact number – [protected], [protected].
