frequent network drops and limited connectivity

The connection works for like 10 minutes and then drops. Then it refuses to open even the reliance login page for around 10 minutes and then abruptly starts working again. It's really frustrating! Not a single technician has called or visited to resolve this problem.. even my complains are being closed with my feedback!!! worst ISP in the nation ...!! Never buy any quarter plans of reliance broadband internet. I had reliance broadband Internet and I terminated on end of November 2013. My plan is of quarterly advanced deposit plan, so balance of Rs1829 is left over. They said we have policy of return back within 45 to 60 days, now 6 months gone they haven't return my money.
