Hi, My reliance broadband subscriber ID was[protected]. Since I was moving abroad I’ve given a request for internet termination on March 21st 2014. The compliant number is[protected]. I’ve followed up with the customer care continuously regarding the termination status. I escalated the issue on March 24th and again on March 28th. Even after continuous follow up there was no response from them. Customer care mentioned their team will contact me with 2 working days. I was there in India for 2 weeks after giving the termination request. Even after my continuous follow up no one has contacted me. I vacated my house on March 30th and left to USA in April 1st week.. After the termination request on March 21st I even paid the bill for next 2 months in April and May. Even though I’ve not used the internet in April and May. Again they had sent me the bill this and asking me to pay. It appears the connection is not terminated even after number of requests through phone and emails. I request you to look into this matter and resolve the issue. I’ll not be paying the bill even 2 months after the termination request Regards, Naveen

    hi, I am a old customer of reliance communication. I made a recharge of Rs 255/- on 28 may 2014 for 3G data pack from reliance website for the no [protected]. message received recharge successful but data balance not credited. i am surprised to see this type of fraud made to the customer by the reputed company. you are requested to do the needful.

      I use Reliance Netconnect+ for my Internet needs. For the past 2 days i.e. May 28th onwards, the Internet has not been working. I have called the customer care 'n' number of times[protected]. But nobody picks up the call. Instead we keep getting the recorded message that all the representatives are busy on calls and it will take more than 5 minutes to connect us to a representative. THIS IS A BIG LIE. Even i[censored] hang on to the call for an hour, u still get the same response. These people are cheating customers like this and testing our patience. Why the hell cant they pick up the call and tell us what the problem is? This kind of irresponsible behaviour is causing a lot of inconvenience. I hope the executives from reliance wake up and resolve the problem ASAP.

      Its been 1 week since this problem started and there is absolutely no trace of a resolution. The contact centre still plays the same recorded messages and no one from reliance has got back to me regarding my complaint. How can a company of such repute be so ignorant of its customers and the problems they are facing? I am tired of calling the customer care everyday hoping that somebody will pick up the call and resolve the issue. Or is it that Reliance Communications just does not care? Anyway i cant let them test my patience anymore and will be switching over to a more reliable network. Reliance is just not reliable!

        I recharged my Reliance Smart GSM Mobile no. [protected] for 3G services of Rs.156 for 1GB 3G Data. After one hour it shows that I have 0 MB Data left in my account. But I didn't use any Internet data in that one hour. When I called customer care then he told me He don't have any idea about this and he can't help me. So, I am registering this complaint.           This is now the third day Netconnect is inoperative with connecting/disconnecting every 2 seconds and ongoing...I live right in Bangalore postcode 001 and am a foreign journalist...this is most disruptive and perturbing in this day and age right in the middle of the most famous IT hub in South Asia! Wake up Reliance and appease your loyal customer base; fix it NOW!

          Have been facing the same issue. Its been 4 days and they have done nothing about it. And their customer care sucks big time. Tired of calling them again and again and there is absolutely no response. Reliance is least bothered about its customers.

            Hi, I made a recharge for Rs.46 for a whatsapp and internet pack from Reliance website on 28th May 2014 for mobile No.[protected]. I was unable to use Whatsapp and facebook after recharging this. I called up the Reliance customer service number 198 at 10.34 am on 29th May and couldn't get connected to a CS guy for 6 minutes. Once connected, I explained to him the entire ordeal, to which he asked me what mobile and OS I am using? I told him that I am using Android OS to which his response was that this recharge of Rs.46 is only for Symbian OS mobiles.I asked him that he should initiate refund of my Rs.46 to which he flatly refused and on top of it asked me that I should have called the customer care to check whether the recharge is valid for Android phone or not?? How illogical was that reasoning?Secondly, I told him that I made the recharge online and there is no information whatsoever about the OS requirement on reliance website when someone does a recharge. 46 40.94 NA 30 Days MRP (Rs.) 46 Admin Fee (Rs.) 40.94 Service Tax (Rs.) 5.06 Benefit NA Valid for 30 Days Data Usage Face Book, Twitter & Whatsapp Note NA Rules NA This is simply a cheating and daylight robbery by Reliance guys.I mentioned him that I will escalate the matter to Apellate of Reliance and other forums to which he said you can go ahead..Well, may be he was sure that I could do nothing and he may be getting similar complaints too often.                   Reliance Internet Service User ID:[protected], Reliance broadband not working since 20 Days and no response from customer care after 100 calls, i have made numerous phone calls to the customer care and even written to the appellate authorities and Nodal Officer, No reply, No acknowledgement, No effort to find the problem. NO actions for the complaint that I registered with customer care. RELIANCE The worst broad band service in Chennai. A mental harassment. I tried calling Reliance Broadband, customer care call centre[protected] or[protected], but I wasn’t getting through. I kept calling their customer care but to no avail. I get connected to the IVR, enter all the numbers that they want me to and wait till I get connected to a customer care agent – but it just keeps saying “All our customer care representatives are busy on calls, kindly stay online, your call is important to us”!. For 20 whole days this is all I got. Listening to the IVR saying the same thing over and over again for the past 20 days “I’m sorry! All our customer care representatives are still busy on calls. Please stay online. ” After 30 minutes the call gets disconnected and I try again. Now how do I go about the problem of getting connected to the customer care?

                  receiving my bill payment notifications from May 2014, I've already reported
                  this problem by mailing [protected]@relianceada.com and no action has been taken
                  so far, and I cannot make any payment for this period. What is this? It’s so unreasonable.
                  If that is the case why those executives
                  mis-leaded me. I want proper explanation. I Will NOT pay the bill. I am not ready to loose
                  my money for someone who do not even know how to convey the message properly. Still
                  not activate my broadband connection.

                  are now planning to go to consumer court.
                  Its the same with me and I am fed up listening to the IVR and no one answering my calls. It is impossible that the customer service guys will be busy on calls for that long. I was on the call for an hour but was still receiving the same recorded messages. Its been more than a week since my broadband (Reliance Netconnect+) stopped working and these people have done nothing to resolve the issue. I am sure they have sent all their customer care executives on paid holidays as nobody picks up the calls. I even called them at 4 am this morning and it still says the same "All our customer service representatives are busy on calls.Please stay online. One of our customer service representatives will answer you shortly" c*ap. Better to move on to a different network.

                  My subscriber id is[protected].. I wrote to reliance broadband customer care and also to appellate authority on 1st june on repeated disconnect, no battery backup issues.
                  Reliance team doesn't have courtesy to either acknowledge the problem or reply on issue
                  I don't even know if is there any desire to work on the customer grievances.

                  I complained number of times within 35 days of my connection started.

                        Please note that reliance broadband has power backup issue as soon as the power goes the internet is also gone and when power is back it takes 2 hours minimum to start. The problem is power backup at their server end, they send a service manager at my place this shows that they don't want to understand the real problems. The same complaint has been registered so many number of times however they are not listening the same every time they just send a mail stating that my problem has been resolved this time I have decided not to pay the bill till the time the same problem is resolved

                          I ordered for a Reliance Datacard on[protected] from a local dealer/franchise of reliance. As I have already purchased few from the same dealer I knew it would take maximum of 10 days to get delivered. But I was wrong. It got dragged over a month. Every time I approach him, he puts the blame on the company stating that due to poor network the datacard cant be activated. Iam surprised to hear that a place can witness 30 days of poor network which I haven't seen or heard in the past 5-6 yrs. Another stupid reason that he threw at me was sending the courier through a slower courier service! Just because reliance has become a big brand doesn't mean they can stop caring about their customers. To add to the woes, their customer care is the most horrible. I put on the speaker and go out, when I return after 20 minutes I find its still waiting to connect to the customer care. Shame on Reliance Communications.

                            Hi, This is siva my details Account No :[protected] Mobile No :[protected](netconnect number), bangalore, karnataka, I bought Reliance netconnect device on 9/25/2013, from 3rd month device not working properly, what i requested is to replace the device, reliance people not interested to resolve issue, even in guarantee period they are not supporting properly, reliance people just redirecting me to go and get service from ZTE service centre, i have no direct relation with ZTE company and ZTE people asking me bill of device purchase which i don't have, and reliance people don't support in the issue, in fact reliance has every details of customer because i purchased from reliance not from ZTE. and ZTE executives asking me to pay 750 Rs for new device because i dont have the bill, surprising thing is seller(reliance) and producer of device(ZTE) don't share customer info then how can they serve customer with out coordination, now a days even 150Rs faulty pendrive (sandisk) also replacing immediately why cant you people not support customer pays around 1070Rs per month, i tried reliance customer care informed about situation many times but no resolution, i willingly stopped paying dues until issue resolved, Now they sent me court pre litigation notice, my question is simple why should i bear loss of faulty device price, i have no issue to pay dues but i want working device, just replace the faulty device, otherwise i am ready to fight in court

                              Connection ID :[protected] I had raised a complaint since my reliance broadband connection was not working. The first complaint[protected] was raised on 30 Apr 2014. When i called back to know about the status of it, i realized that this complaint has been closed without even checking if my connection works. I registered a new complaint[protected] on 2 May again for the same problem, because the associates told me they cannot reopen the complaint. Now it has been a month and the issue is still not resolved. The last time i called, a floor supervisor named Javed was connected to and he said "by no means, will your issue persist after 6 pm today." This was a week back. Now again when i called the customer care, and asked to connect to Javed, the lady tells me that she cannot connect to a floor supervisor by name. So i ask her to connect to any floor supervisor and she connects me to a Shahnaz Shaikh. This lady again gives me the same promise of 6 pm and i ask her what guarantee and she says that she is sure. The same words of the old Javed guy. I ask her to send me the log of the complaint to make sure that the ticket is updated with the details and she says she cannot. I dont know if there is meaning in waiting any more time for this. 1 month is more than enough for a network issue to be resolved. Had this been an IT firm, Reliance would be having to pay millions for such a fault.

But it's surprising to see the deductions for services which were not asked or subscribed by me during last week.                                   I am from kolkata but i was working in chennai and i needed a dongle on immediate basis, i wanted to take prepaid but the reliance people forced me to take postpaid by telling that it would be activated within a day, however it took 5days to activate, i took a plan of 5gb for 650 but everytime bil used to be 730 and above, they will tell that my usage has exceeded limits thogh records will tell that my usage never exceded 3.5gb, i am in bangalore right now and i want to get the dongle converted to prepaid but reliance is telling that i can only do so from chennai but when i bought the dongle they told me that i can get it converted if i wish to from anywhere in india. So this is how they are misguiding, misleading and cheating innocent people.I urge you to sincerley take action as plenty of people ar being unnecessarily victimised..Hoping for a positive response from the consumers forum Thanks

                                    I recently ported my number to reliance network. on 24 may at 11:30 pm i called for verification and they said that sir your number would be activated within next 2 hours ie by 1;30 am on 25 may . at around 2:00 am i again called them that my number has still not been activated. they said after 4 hours my number will get active.but since then it has been more than 4 days and my number is still not active i am neither able to make calls nor able to receive them.my reliance number is [protected] thanking you Abhinav Gupta Alternate Number [protected]

[protected] Vaibhav Bhanarkar [protected] I purchase a reliance netconncet+ from nikhil Hadke & Vaibhav Bhanarkar On 12 May 2014 He Said device cost is 1600 Rs. Jisme Apako 1 Gb to 1 Tb browsing is free (unlimited plan) @ 350 Rs. without any speed limitations Now on 14 may the is activated still he didn't said any hidden conditions I recieved a msg of finishing 1 gb i shock now he told me this hidden condition i want my 1600/- return.. I will pay my 15 days Half bill... But I want my 1600/- Rs. Refund...
