Network related

Sir I am having problem with reliance GSM Network service, right now I am staying in Vardman compound, Lalpur Ranchi. Whenever power goes the network in mobile will also goes, I cant able to call anybody. It happens while talking also it use to disconnect always. I don't know why it happens every time. Balance reduction automatically twice in a week since 2 months

I am using a reliance no. [protected]. I am staying in Delhi NCR. My balance have been deducted automatically regularly. When i call 198, they told me that there is technical issue, to call after 1 hour or 2 hr. But today, I am unable to reach 198. Please help me....

unnecessary deductions-Declaring complaint resloved without doing anything

Slow of internet speed
