    Sir, my number is +91-[protected] and from past 2-3 weeks, i'm continuously charged Rs.1 regularly, every time VAS is activated on my number, i call to customer care, they also refund my balance, today at 6:19PM they have charged Rs.5 for VAS, any i'm unable to contact to Customer Care (198), answering machine talks for 10 min, and calls disconnect with the thankyou message. Each time I've complained, they say that it will not happen in future. Then why am I again and again charged. Please Sir, i need not any VAS and want to stop any further deduction from my balance. Resolve my problem as soon as possible. I have ported my number from other communication service provider but i'm not happy with this VAS problem.

      I have given my land for the erection Reliance Tower at Nazareth, Tiruchendur Taluk, Thoothukudi Dist., Tamil Nadu. So far till February 2014, I have received the due rent after making repeated complaints. Now as usual there is 2 months rent is in arrears.           Sir, Am in a great trouble and I need support as well as a remedy. Am using Rcom GSM number (MDN: [protected]-Prepaid); from this 18/5/2014 onwards some services have been activated and cash deduction was happening. NOBODY is attending calls n 198 or *222. It is just waste of time and money. (During the waiting time, IVR always keep saying ”Please save your valuable time”!!!). While calling the APPELLETE authority and Nodal officer, they are asking for Complaint number provided by customer care. Since all this system is FAKE at all… With this frequent incorrect billing and unnecessary VAS activation and cash deduction, am fed up with this reliance GSM contact number and want to :- 1.Deactivate all these services and refund the deducted amount. 2. RETAIN THIS NUMBER WITH ANY OTHER OPERTAOR.. 3. Please kindly inform the MNP procedures and time requirement.. Recently some unnecessary services are activated without any prior information. The details available are mentioned below. Please go through 20/5/2014; 2:44 am U have successfully subscribed to ASKSHTFRMT DMSUBS 90 SERVICE FOR 13 DAYS. SMS 1374 to 155223(tollfree) to unsub 18/5/2014 12: 42 am Dear subscriber, renewal for ASKSHTFRMT VT SUBS 50 service for Rs.50 is due on 21/5/2014. SMS 1629 to 155223(tollfree) 18/5/2014 01:11 pm U have successfully subscribed to ASKSHTFRMT VT SUBS 50 service for Rs.50 is due on 21/5/2014. SMS 1629 to 155223(tollfree) I had never requested for any of these above mentioned services. Don't needed any of them. In addition to this, I had activated caller tune service unfortunately. The billing is carried out for 30 days but it happens on every 25th day. !!! Please provide the solution as earlier as possible..

            Im using a CDMA sim and myn number is [protected]. When i attend a call, the call is active only for maximum of 2-3 mins... After that im not able to hear any noise on both the ends. I have already spoke to the customer care & still didnt get any proper solution.. Please do take necessary action for the same

              Hello, My name is ashish sonawane. My Reliance no is [protected]. I had recharged for INR 32 previous month for 10p calling scheme rate cutter. though the rate cutter was functional only for two days and later on normal rates were applied. Again this month I recharged for INR 43 which is again 10p calling rate cutter. The same thing repeated this month I am now being charged 35p/min instead of 30p/min (what I am normally charged without a rate cutter). What kind of service operations are these, I made a recharge to lower the local call rate but the call rate increased to 35p/min. This has been happening month after month. Above all, no matter how many times you call their customer service they are always busy with no one available to answer your call. Today itself my call was ON for 49:19 minutes but still nobody answered which is absolutely ridiculous. It is surprising that a corporate like Reliance has this kind of service. Its a shame. Would recommend everybody to not recharge the rate cutters as my friend too recharged it and has been facing the same problem. I hope for a response at the earliest. Ashish Sonawane

              My no. Is [protected] recharged with INR 64 but I didn't get benefit though custcare said I would b applicable only in roaming when your website is saying It work on home also. Now I recharged with INR 32 and facing same issue. I also remind u earlier I got benefit last month with these recharges. But not now. That's why people don't rely on reliance. U people should change your brand name. Consumers ko mutthi me know. Fraud krk unka paisa nhi.

                Sir I am having problem with reliance GSM Network service, right now I am staying in Vardman compound, Lalpur Ranchi. Whenever power goes the network in mobile will also goes, I cant able to call anybody. It happens while talking also it use to disconnect always. I don't know why it happens every time. I tried to contact with customer care people many times but they didn't responded properly, what I can do sir please help me, I am fade-up with this network.                     Myself shashi Gupta, Wants to lodge the complain that my reliance CDMA mobile number getting the outgoing barred service, on asking to custome care they reply that document verification have not been completed. Sir my number i.e [protected] of Daman, in previous month i have switch to this network GSM, , 15 days before i have made an application for its conversion to CDMA and after document verification it was started even thiird party verification was also completed then allso after three times verification yesterday i.e 18 may 2014, my outgoing services is getting barred by the company. I would like to ask why my number is getting barred service again ad again, is this service provided my reliannce telecom to the customers.. For how many times there is the provision for document verification in reliance.. I am totally getting dissatisfied with the service provided by the company. Hoping so that you will kindly lok over this matter and respond me immediately.Regards

                      I, Piyush sharma, have reliance CDMA no [protected]. I have recharged it with online recharge payment of Rs.95 on 17/05/2014 21:19:44 and receipt id is AMIR54901441. I want to inform you that around 60 Rupees has been deducted from my account a day after recharge, when contacted to customer care (Mr. Ganesh) they told me it is because of net use, as I told them further I have already 123 Rupees 3G pack active on my mobile he finally agreed to take my complaint after pursuing me a lot not to register it and even told me it happens it’s not a big deal and adjust this time will not happen again etc. On 19th May, 2014 I received a message Dear customer your SR No.[protected] has been resolved, but I didn’t get any balance in my account, again when contacted with customer care regarding the same they are neither picking up my call or putting my call on hold by making excuse of checking details. Please have a look into this matter, as this is purely unprofessional.

                          Hi, I have taken Reliance Net connect+ Data card([protected]) prepaid connection. After activation they deactivated within 2 days saying some verification issue.after all it was not activated.At the end of month I received bill Rs 130.49. I have called customer care but I didn't get proper reply.Now I got threatening call claiming that the call from Delhi high court to pay Rs 1200. If not to pay 10000 including legal expenses. The call is from the number [protected]. Without using the connect they are threatening to pay bill which I was not at all used. If they show me the detail report of the data which I used then I am ready to pay the bill. Please help me how to solve this. Thanks!a Pavan([protected])

                              Hi, I am fed up with super low / pathetic internet speed that i am getting from Reliance Netconnect broadband + dongle. I have been filing complain to them since 6 months but they haven't provided solution and connectivity is getting worst to the extent that i feel like throwing away the device. There is no followup either. I want my refund back if they cannot provide right speed as committed.                                     I am shihabuddeen syed mobile no. [protected], want to lodge a complaints against Reliance GSM services. i have recharged my no. through NET banking - indian bank of rs 125, ref no[protected] on 15/5/14 at 10:00pm . i did not recieve any message of activation on my phone while my money got deducted. Again on 17/5/14 At 1.06 pm i hav recharged my no through net bankin - indian bank of rs 125, ref no[protected] but i did nt received any msg of activation on my phone while my money got deducted. i am tryin to get line for customer call but for past two days iam not getting line. So, regarding this i want to get my deducted money refunded and i request you to take the serious action against the mobile service provider. Thanks & reg shihabuddeen syed [protected]/ [protected]

                                      iam the Relaince user of west bengal Area At around 12:03 am[protected] i have try to recharge with the value of Rs 78 during the transaction it is being showed that transaction is being failed due to technical reason which is unknown to me. I have try to recharge Rs 78 in this no. [protected] (Prena khawas's No. my friend) but the transaction is being failed and money is deducted from my account. Again after 5 minutes i have tried to recharge [protected] with the same value and it was successful transaction. Pls find the On-line recharge receipt of the successful transaction for your ready reference Rs 78 plan is for Night free calls for 28 days(11:00 to 6:00) i have made two transaction with the my online banking system out of which 1 was unsuccessful and other was successful. As i have tried to talk with the local customer care, they stating that two time recharge is being done but my question is this is due to the technical fault of the reliance so they should return back the money. But when i have seen my bank statement my money is being deducted twice. i want my money back for the unsuccessful transaction; pls do the needful Reliance user, Deepak sharma [protected]

                                      You had a talked with the rechargee i.e [protected].
                                      As per the telephonic conversation please be noted that the recharge is being failed during the first attempt due to some of yours technical fault again i have tried to recharge with Rs 78 and on second time it is being sucessful.
                                      This is not due to my fault so in this regard reliance has to refund my money.

                                      Today is 15th day for moving to Reliance from Airtle..Till now My number is not yet activated...

                                      Worst service among all Mobile network services..

                                        We are the consumer of above mentioned broadband provider from past few months. We are having a plan of 2mbps speed, but from last 2 months the Internet speed is very very slow. Its not even 1mbps speed. When we try to reach them they are not picking up our calls and put us on a hold. As on every month we are paying the bills on time for the 2mbps plan but not able to get the value of our money. So please take some immediate steps against it.
