Myself Mohit Goswami inform you that I wanted to change my current plan of Rs.299.00 into SRP plan of Rs. 200.00 one month ago, however I am suffering with the same problem and using the plan of Rs.299.00 after requesting for the same, I had a call from Mumbai reliance office regarding SRP 200.00 plan, company executive assured me that the plan will be changed within seven days in May, but the problem is still lying. My request no is –[protected], dated 28/5/2014 this is only request that is pending right now. Due to not changing the plan I am in critical situation and my bill amount is too much, and for all this company is only responsible.

I believe that the action should be taken against the company’s behavior & treatment with the customers.

      Hi, Whenever i try to connect my data card, it disconnects several times and connects. After Half an hour though i have full signal my data card stops receiving data. I m facing this issue for the past 1 week . I have tried in different laptops still i m facing the same issue. Help me in sorting out this issue.

        The reliance toll free no as mentioned in the website[protected] never picks the call from customers. Kindly provide another toll free number, so that we can directly contact them.
        Please find the attached Snapshot taken at the time of recharge. It clearly shows only 12gb of date has been credited.

          i visited reliance web world on 15 may 14 for change of my number to blackberry handset which is non sim based i gave my id proof and photograph to web world according to web world this change would be done in 24 hrs on 17 may i again visited web world because the number couldnt be transfred.According to them sum of rs 325/ was balance on old blackberry no. i deposited this amount on web world again they gave 24 hrs time but on 19 may i visited web world for this problem they told me that old rsn no. on blackberry is not cleared they gave me 24 hrs time.I visited web world on 23 may again i got same answer that old rsn no is yet not cleared i am not able to use my blackberry hanset and no satisfactory answer is given to me kindly do the needful regards bunkim sabharwal [protected]

            We have taken Reliance broadband connection and the subscribe ID is[protected]. From the day one after taking this connection we are facing many problems because Reliance does not have a process and any system. We have opted for 5GB unlimited plan and the executive of Reliance made a blender by entering in the system as 10GB which we were not aware .Finally after receiving the bill, we have inquired with the customer care of reliance which is of no use and they are just dummy only for name sake. We have escalated the issue to all the possible higher authorities referred by the customer care where all our efforts are in vain. Every time they assure us to wait saying that they will do the waiver and finally add the late payment fees and have cheated us. We are helpless because the higher authorities of Reliance are not bothered about their customer / customer complaints then what can we expect from the customer care executives? Last month we did not have internet connection for 20days, but they have collected the entire amount. Now this month from past 1 week the internet connection is not working, to escalate the issue the customer care toll free no:[protected] never works only . I would request the Reliance Management to change their IVR/ Recorded message from:” Your call is important to us” to “We take our customers for granted”. We tried continuously for three days and final we got the Mumbai office number which is of no use. They have transferred the call to corporate office from there again they suggested us to call the toll free no: 1800 3000 7777. This is the best example to show how much Reliance care about the customers. Finally after informing them regarding the non-functioning of toll free no: 1800 3000 7777. They have transferred the call to customer care. After listening to entire story they just gave the complaint number to wipe our tears. Till date the issue is not resolved. Reliance is good at collecting the money and very very bad at rendering the service. 1. The customer care sounds as if they are helpless and most of the time they are not trained on how to attend to a customer 2. They do not have any answer to the customer issues, if you ask for any higher authority to raise the issue for that also they do not have an answer. 3. The poor customer who is stuck with all the above decides to waste his energy and time to go personally to the Reliance office to escalate their issue, but they are not left with that option also as there is no office in Bangalore. Just imagine how transparent the Reliance Company is. Seriously very frustrating and helpless. End of the month Reliance will be very prompt in torturing the customer with reminders to pay the bill without finding the opinion of the customer about their service (atleast to take feedback about their services). Overall it looks like the strategy which they are following because nobody can question them; nobody can raise voice against them. End of the day they are getting their profits by penalizing the customers for their faulty services. Is there any solution to save the customers from these kind of “HARRESEMENTS”????????????

                My reliance data card no: [protected], i was supposed to cancel the connection last 3 months back, But they told me to take 3 months advance rental plan, i used the connection but speed was very low, I'm trying from past 110-15 days to reach the customer care, but no body is receiving the call, no i tried[protected]. how to get connected to the customer care - i need to cancel the connection immediately now! For details iam trying to contact 198 for last 12 days but they are not attending it. yesterday my whole balance (20+) has been deducted without any reason and any message. still they were attending my call.                     I went to Reliance center in Lokhandwala market, Andheri West, Mumbai to buy a new SIM, but their representatives said that they dont have SIM, so I should buy it from a nearby market and they will process it after that. So I went to buy it from shops near my home in Goregaon, where one shop provided the SIM for Rs. 200 with 0 talktime, another provided it for Rs.100 with Rs.60 talktime but thhis one was a preactivated SIM. I bought the 200 one and went to Reliance again to get the SIM cut as my phone supports only micro SIM. But they said they dont have a SIM cutter so I should get it cut from outside. Again I had to go to the same shop for SIM cutting where he charged me Rs. 80 to cut the SIM. Now when I inserted the SIM it is not catching up the network at all. In total I have wasted Rs. 300 for a SIM which is not working. I am fed up with the way Reliance works.

                    There is no response from Reliance after their first comment. I even went to Reliance office regarding the complaint but they said we can't do anything, contact the shop owner you bought the SIM card from.

                      I recharged my number [protected] with an amount of 599 from reliance website on 25th May 2014. The transaction remark is BIL/[protected]/rechrg/RELIANCECOMM_MI. When i called customer care then they are denying that any recharge did not happen. I am quite helpless as this is a big amount.

                        My netconnect number: [protected] was cancelled in the month of Jan-2014 because of the all the wrong and false information from the Reliance customer care. They made me to pay excess of Rs. 1500/1600 for activation of 3 months advance rental plan which was suppose to be Rs. 1000/- advance rental plan, and didn't activated but they were insisting me to pay more. So I denied and cancelled the connection, hence Reliance had to pay me back Rs.1100/- back after all the deduction they made and they said it will take 45 days to refund the amount. So I contacted the customer care after 45 days and customer care people denied to provide information on the cancelled connection and suggested to visit store. As suggested I visited Yelahanka New Town stores, where they said they also don't have information about the refund amount and said it will normally take 90 days and asked me to wait till April end. As suggested I waited till April end but no refund happened. Hence I visited their store again in May 1st week and they were renovating the store so told to visit some other time due to maintenance issue. So I visited today and still the store is renovating but they had a step up of store in the same building garage space. I went their and asked about the details and they said to contact customer care, which I did in front of them but it was no response from customer care and call went on hold for more then 25mins. So again I started to ask about the next escalation metrics where I can get the solution instead of visiting stores or calling customer care. They started saying they do not have any other solutions and they said they don't care about this issues and all. So an argument started between us and store owner came in and started threatening that he will beat me up in front of my mother, they even said that they will close the shutter and beat me up, so my mother got anxious and we had to leave the place as they were 3 people started abusing us and tried to hit also. But due to few other peoples interference they couldn't do anything, I even tried to take video of their rude attitude and misbehaviour but couldn't. We wanted to file a criminal case but I don't wanted to because my mom was feeling uneasy about the situation and had to take her back home. This is really not tolerable issue, hence I would request to take a serious action against those goons immediately.

                          Hi, My name is Jaspreet Singh and phone number is [protected]. On May 08, 2014, I recharged with College plan. It includes free whatsapp and facebook. However, whenever I access whatsapp and facebook my account is charged for the data plan and as of now I have spent around Rs 50 on this. I complained earlier also and even received a call from your Mumbai office and the person assured that it will be resolved soon and I will get refund for all the data deduction amount. However, I still have not received the refund and I still can not use Facebook or whatapp as it deducts my balance.                           It is still not been resolved and I have been contacted by your customer support and they assured to resolve this within 2 -3 days, But it is still not resolved...Poor Poor Service...How can you survive like this in this comepetitive world...Other players will soon make you History in this country...Bye Bye Reliance from this country...I am not goona spend any other money on your pathatic company...Thank god, I have so much other better options

                              Hi, I requested for a new broadband connection Thunder 1099 online on RCom for my home in Sec 22A, Gurgaon. My request ID is[protected]. Later I was contacted by rajiv.[protected]@relianceada.com and Subodh janghu from Sec 14, gurgaon relianceada office. Subodh visited my home to collect the documents and told me that there is no such plan exist with name Thunder 1099 and instead forced me to take plan COMBO 1249. Despite being told him and showing it on reliance website, he told me that the plan has been discontinued by reliance and no more exists. When talked to his senior Rajiv Janghu, he also forced me to take COMBO plan and told me that there is no such plan with name Thunder 1099. Even I told him that I want to purchase it for half year in one go, he was not ready. As I really trust reliance and been a past customer of reliance for so many years, this disappointed me a lot. Even I believed them and gave them total amount of Rs. 2050/- on 20th May (1250 connection and 800 installation). He provided me with a receipt with application no. [protected] and promised me that the connection will be put in Max. 2 days. Even after completing almost 5 days, no follow up has been done from there side and instead when I called them every time they responded in an unprofessional manner. Even telling him that I will register a complaint against them, he told me to go ahead as they have no fear. I just want to let you that this is not the kind of service I expected from reliance. Even if this has been done to a totally new Broadband customer, what will happen in near future and what kind of service can be expected from the same guys. I request you to please look into the matter and please install plan Thunder 1099 for which I am interested in for my home. I also request you to please take appropriate action on these guys and ask them to refund my excess amount. I really trust Reliance and don't want to lose that.                                   I am using Reliance GSM for the last 6 years now. For more than a year I have been using the postpaid service. But for the first time I have received inflated bill. I have never used internet through this number and so my mobile data always remains off. But this time my bill shows about 27.5 MB data usage for which I have been charged Rs. 280.70 !! I never faced such issues in the past. The customer care is reluctant to provide any assistance. I even contacted the appellate authority on the number provided on the bill but I didn't get satisfactory reason. Another issue is with the voice calls usage. On 5th May I contacted the customer service to inquire about the free minutes remaining on my number. Your executive told me that I have about 83 minutes on my account left for this month. Hence to use those remaining minutes I made calls on the following days. But to my amusement when I got the bill I found out that I had been charged for calls made on 6th and 7th May. Therefore your executive had provided me incorrect information regarding the minutes remaining due to which I went beyond the free minutes given. I am charged Rs 28.70 for those extra voice calls. Hence, I want that amount to be waived off too. I am totally frustrated with this way of duping customers. I have paid bills totaling more than Rs. 8000 in the past one year. But this time if you are not going to help me then I have to surrender this service very soon.

                                    Dear Sir, I am UTKARSH, writing to inform you that NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN TILL DATE WITH RESPECT TO MY COMPLAINT NO.[protected] DATED 06/05/2014, FOR THE EXTREMELY POOR NETWORK CONNECTIVITY TO MY MDN NO. [protected]. Moreover, the complaint has been closed with a statement that the issue has been resolved but till date it persist. Apart from this, whenever I am complaining / reporting my issue to your online technical support team, they give me chat reference no. [protected],[protected], ETC. and always tell me that your issue has been subjected to escalation to senior executives, but till date no action has been taken. Its either the senior executives are not efficient enough to resolve a simple bandwidth issue or might be the technical backend team are not efficient enough. The most interesting part for me is that, I have complaint for this issue on 06th May, 2014, and till today I am not even getting a proper minimum bandwidth of 144Kbps, but the bill generated on 20th May, 2014 is amounting to Rs. 2422.10 with an excess day usage beyond the granted data limit. I would like to make you sure to re-evaluate my data usage that has been mentioned in bill, as the bandwidth which I am getting from 06th May onwardz, doesn't even support to open my gmail account properly, so how could i make an excess data usage even. I therefore, request you to kindly take necessary action on priority and respond me with a proper support and rectify this poor network bandwidth alloted to my mdn no. [protected], so that my business may not suffer and i do not have to switch to another ISP. Please respond soonly and positively.

                                    I would like to inform you regarding my issue that no action has been taken till today 01/06/2014. It has been informed to me via mail dated 25/05/2014 that my complaint, registered with Service Request ID:[protected] would be resolved within 03 days from the request date, but no action has been taken yet.
                                    I made a consequent mail reagrding my issue again, but got no reply from your end.
                                    Apart from that I also made a sppedtest of your service as adviced from your CCE who are there for live chat, and has attached the result but still my issue remained. I am enclosing the attachment here also for your kind reference in order to take a clear report for this issue. Moreover, I am not even getting a single signal bar on HSD mode where i always see a cross and only 02 bars in Hybrid mode or a cross.

                                    I want to know whether the issue can be rectified by your technical team or not ?

                                    If not, please tell me clearly, because when it comes to payment of bill you keep sending 6-8 sms daily, emails for making payments and all but when it comes to services, it has been pending with zero efforts since 06th of may.

                                    Kindly response the actual status of the issue so that I can take necessary action in this context and switch to another ISP.

                                      Hi Team, I had terminated my Reliance Broadband Netconnect (Data Card) postpaid connection (Subscriber number: [protected])on 24-Mar-2014 by raising a request (ref:[protected] via e-Chat. I was told in the chat that the connection would be suspended within 7 days and it will be terminated within 15 days. I have also paid my final outstanding dues (Rs. 381) for the month of April 2014. However, I have now got a bill for the month of May stating 'Monthly rental' charges. When I enquired the customer care, I was told that my connection is STILL in suspended state and not yet terminated. They are advising me to pay the bill (for the month of May for which I have not used the service) post which my connection will be terminated. The issue here is they delayed terminating my connection and now they are asking me pay the monthly charges. Process is not followed here properly for which am suffering now. I have decided not to pay the outstanding amount since there is no fault at my end. Requesting you to look into this issue and do the needful. Regards, Surendar

                                        Sir/Madam, We've purchased a SONY 24"TV from Reliance digital ( Shop No. 1, 2, 3 / 4, Level III, First Floor, Shipra Mall, Plot 9, Vaibhav Khand, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, UP, 201012 ) one month before. While deliver of the product, the wall mount for the same was missing in the package. The service engineer promised to install it on the next day. However, as one month passed, we've not received the product though we've made payment. We're getting very bad response from the store when we make a call regarding this. Please note that we're making regular call to reliance HQ, store, etc. Still they are betraying us. Kindly consider this issue of serious interest and take necessary action to the issue.
