Dear Sir,
I Mr. Rajeev Lakhera using your Relince GSM service for mobile.My mobile No is [protected] . My Rs.1995/- has deducted from my account on 5th May, 2014 and the reason is Internet access. But at the same time I had net pack activated for the same mobile service at same time . I called custmer service executive regarding this issue; Earlier they told the amount will be refuned within 48 hours. But after 40 hours when I called back they are not properly answering. As a custmer I got fed up and I am expecting help from the custmer service department. Expecting your reply on immidiate bassis or I have to drop mail to Consumer court portal.
