I am getting e-mails for court petition for payment of bill but I've taken this connection in year 2009 and after this I was transfered
to borders of Rajasthan where it was not working because there was no
network. And I think you can check that I've not used it for last 4 yrs
then how come this much amount is to be paid when I've not used it.
Please recheck the amount and connection.

We want to disconnect the reliance broadband services, what is the procedure for the same....

I was using reliance broadband with customer id[protected] for past few months with only minor problems.But one fine day on March 18 my laptop started showing that the connection is disconnected. So I made a complaint with reliance customer care. They told me it will be resolve in 24 hours. But when I called back next day they said the case is closed and issue resolved.They closed the ticket without even informing me and checking the issue....

I have reliance broadband since February and it is not working
