Hello Sir/Ma'am

I would like to tell you that I didn't subscribe any Services but my mobile balance is deducted daily without any intimation. When I try to make a complaint through reliance customer complaint number 198, they are not answering my call, At the mean time I have called them so many time they were telling the same thing again and again that the money will not be refunded. So I want to register a complaint against reliance communication...
I am not the only person who face this type problem. Many of my friends & relatives face the same problem. Unnecessarily the amount get deducted form our balance. Please you need to take the serious action against this and also need to check your systems.


Now, I kindly requested you to please take Strict action against him and told him to refund my balance.

I am totally tired to complaint often against Reliance Communication. I had to recharge tomorrow Rs 50 on my two Numbers. But some time later deducted my money.
Why you create this Consumer Complaint Website i[censored] don't solve the problems of Customer then You must close this website.
Reliance means unreliable, not to trust, their service is always bad, Their business model is such that, they find ways to loot the customer and don't care about giving service. Their motto is money first, service mediocre, loot customer
after this complaint, i get a reply but nothing is resolved, the same thing repeats after 6 months
Moral of the story is NEVER EVER TRUST reliance.
Please do check it it and return the amount to my account balance. this is my 4th complaint against reliance I don't know why reliance is using such illegal tricks to earn money.

      my postpaid no is [protected]. and alternative no.is [protected]. i have complaint on[protected] regarding billing dispute but no waiver adjustment done is there is no resolution for customer so then plz closed the company dont harrased customer by doing financial lose even i have narrated all my problem when a call comes from reliance dakc navi mumbai desk but till now there is no resolution at all in reliance company.

Incoming call not connected properly 2. When I trying to call any one then call not connected properly network busy message show me all time. 3. Call auto disconnect & echo problem 4. My Rs.1995/- has deducted from my account on 5th May, 2014 and the reason is Internet access. But at the same time I had net pack activated for the same mobile service at same time . I called custmer service executive regarding this issue; Earlier they told the amount will be refuned within 48 hours. But after 40 hours when I called back they are not properly answering.               I am really disappointed from your worst service i am keeping one of your CDMA no. [protected] it was postpaid and i put request for make it prepaid and they did it after 2 or 3 days your company stopped my outgoing and incoming service then i moved to your reliance head office jaipur rajasthan (D-69 sardar patel marg c-scheme ) on the date 8th May 2014 to know what is the reason to stopped my services your executive told me nothing is there your service will active within 24 hours but nothing happen on 9th i moved again to same office and told to same executive this no is circulate in my business and he told me again sir please give me 24 hours more and your service will active 100% but nothing happen because you guys don't wan't to work and you want make fool to customer. When i saw nothing is happening i called to your appellate authority and had words with sheetal regarding the same case and she assure me to resolve my problem and provide me compliant no.[protected] and ask for three days to resolve this problem and by today when i checked my no that was not working i again call to your appellate authority and talk to devratan and ask the status and again he ask for 72 hours. i was not aware that your appellate authority is also like the same executive those attend me in your office and make me fool. your company give me lot of mantel stretch and a big loss to my business. i want my loss back from you.i am putting this case to consumer court also.

                I am getting e-mails for court petition for payment of bill but I've taken this connection in year 2009 and after this I was transfered
                to borders of Rajasthan where it was not working because there was no
                network. And I think you can check that I've not used it for last 4 yrs
                then how come this much amount is to be paid when I've not used it.
                Please recheck the amount and connection.

                    I was using reliance broadband with customer id[protected] for past few months with only minor problems.But one fine day on March 18 my laptop started showing that the connection is disconnected. So I made a complaint with reliance customer care. They told me it will be resolve in 24 hours. But when I called back next day they said the case is closed and issue resolved.They closed the ticket without even informing me and checking the issue. And again i had to make another complaint ( as for some apparent reason reliance is still in the stone age where tickets can not be reopened). This same sequence went on for a week without any resolution. After a week I thought of investigating the issue myself so I checked the reliance switch placed on roof of my society and it turned out that only my Internet cable was disconnected. The reason behind it being there was an extra connection than what the switch can serve. So the brilliant reliance engineer instead of installing a new switch just removed my wire and installed another connection. So I resolve my issue by creating issue for someone else(removed others wire). But by the next weekend same thing happened again.And when I tried to apply for waiver of bill for that period, reliance refused saying that the issues were resolved same day which were never actually resolved.This is how pathetic Reliance as a company is. You can never rely on Reliance for a good service. And their customer care is filled with who will only repeat one thing every time.                         I have reliance broadband since February and it is not working
                        since past week. My id is[protected].
                        I have called customer care for around 2 hours and no one comes online, such a
                        pathetic experience. Also no one is replying to email. I am not going to pay
                        for which I did not get service. Also, if it does not get rectified I have
                        to move to some other network. Because my all work pending on online has
                        suffered and I am into losses.

                          my reliance gsm prepaid number is [protected].On 6th may 2014 i contacted reliance gsm prepaid customer service on phone about plan of reliance gsm free std pack of reliance to reliance and they send me message regarding this that recharge with Rs.799(which include 10000 minutes reliance to reliance std, ulimited reliance to reliance local calls, and daily 30 mnutes to any other carrier either local or std).so on 6 th may 2014 i recharged with 799 and enjoyed the benefits till 10th may 2014 and suddenly they stopped the service and while calling to any reliance std number amount got deducted from main account.even not getting the daily 30 minutes for other carrier.starting from 10th may to 14th may i made several contacts to their customer care and they said it would be resolved within 48 hours. but even after making several complaints the problem is not solved.from 12 th may only they barred me to contact customer service and now i cannot contact them.i have lost my money and feeling like mentally harassed by them.i need immediate action.

                              I received a threatening email from Reliance Communications that I need to appear before Prelitigation Lok Adalath Sitting for Pre Litigation Case - 77416/2014-[protected]. Looks like there was a due amount of Rs.1535/- and they've been sending communications to my home address. I have been living abroad for several years now and hence, I paid the amount and contacted Consumer Support with the information. They promptly closed the ticket saying that my reliance number and my phone number does not exist - of course it will not exist because I have been living outside of India for several years now!!! I don't know how to contact them and explain to them that there are no more dues from my side and being abroad I can not appear before the Prelitigation Lok Adalath on the due date. Since I have paid the amount as well, why should there be a need for me to appear? Hopefully this forum can help me get the message across or maybe someone can provide valuable suggestion. Thanks in advance!

                                Dear Sir/Madam I have recharged my mobile [protected] rs156 for 1GB data.but i did not get the data.. than i called to customer care and confirmed the same. The executive name sanjay said that your mobile was recharged with only 100rs.I checked my last recharge with an option available after dialing *333. It was recharged by Rs156. Again i called but every time i had to be on hold for an hour..after 4 days i spoke to one executive and he said that i am sorry do not have the detail of before 3 days. Where i should ask for my money????? which i have recharged.Reliance is very cheap company always deduct the balance with any reason. is there any way to get the money back.. Please help me anjita

                                  I was using a Reliance Internet Data card, No : [protected] for more than a year. In the month of December 2013 I started facing no signal in Data card problem and it was impossible to use internet services.very rarely the connectivity happens that too for a little while. I was not even able to use 100 to 150 MB / month, where as the service was a unlimited data usage package. I reported this problem many times to customer care center for next 2 months but issue didn't resolve till Feb 2014. I have been asked to pay the Bill month amount of Approx 1900 Rs for Dec 2013 and Jan 2014 and I paid with the hope given by the Customer care executive that the issue with be resolved shortly.Even after that I was facing the same problem so I informed the Customer care and stopped using the unusable Data card.But I was getting frequent call from Customer care executive regularly for making the payment for the Feb and March 2014. these are the months I not even used single byte in my data card.Even after explaining the customer care many a times about the problem that I already made payment of 1900 Rs for not using the service for the month of Dec 2013 and Jan 2014 but no proper response.Now today I received a SMS stating that a Demand Notice has been generated against HSD [protected]. for Rs 2203 and make the payment to avoid legal issues.I am very much in needed of your support. Please help.

                                    Hello, I Nitin Sharma requested for a new broadband connection on 28th april 2014. I was told that I will surely get the connection as the services are available in my city. I waited for a few days but there was no further communication from reliance. I did not receive any calls from reliance or their local office. In fact, I have never received any call from reliance or any email about the new connection. It has always been me calling[protected] and asking for an update. Every time I call I do not get any clear update but I am
                                    assured that I will get a connection. This assurance has disappointed me very much. I have called many
                                    times and there is no clear update that I will get the connection or not. I am complaining not because I did not get the connection but because Reliance have WASTED MY TIME, NO CLEAR COMMUNICATION FROM
                                    RELIANCE, NEVER SENT ME ANY UPDATE and none the less FALSE ASSURANCE that I will get the connection very quickly. I feel cheated and reliance has broken my trust.

                                    A COMPANY WHO TREATS ITS NEW CUSTOMERS LIKE THIS CAN NEVER TREAT ITS EXISTING CUSTOMERS WELL!

                                    Well I have done that, also an email has been sent to your appellate authority. And if you check with the call center[protected] you will find out that I have called many times for past few weeks(since 28th April 2014). The thing is your executives have taken things so lightly as if they do not want to sell a connection. I still don't think I am going to receive any calls or updates from reliance. Worst customer care ever.

                                      Hi my name is jaspreet singh, This morning I received a Threatening Call form [protected]. The tone was very rude at first, I enquired about the person and he wouldn't divulge any information explained that there is some outstanding Bill of Reliance Broadband and that I would need to come to Delhi Court to address that matter. Who allows such to operate in this manner? Can Reliance Broadband explain is this how your customers are threatened? Reliance Broadband takes advance rentals so how does one default?

                                        Dear Team,

                                        Myself has given MNP request of my mobile number [protected], on 25/04/14 by submitting proper documents at your reliance store.

                                        Till date my number is not activated. It’s a CDMA SIM that I requested to convert it to GSM.

                                        Please do needful and resolve the issue at the earliest.

                                        Till date my issue is not resolved.

                                        I had submitted an application for conversion of my CDMA SIM to GSM bearing mobile number [protected], with porting request code number RA 777249.

                                        It's been 10 days that my number is not activated.
                                        I even purchased the GSM SIM also the same day.

                                        Why it has been getting delayed?

                                        Resolve this issue at the earliest, as facing problem with my current CDMA SIM.

                                        This is for your information and necessary action.

                                        Day before yesterday I received a mail from them stating that my application got rejected without any information, why it got rejected.

                                        It's been a month, I placed a request in regards to MNP by providing proper details to the store with relevant documents.

                                        I got a mail, from the reliance team that my application has been rejected.

                                        They didn't even mention the proper reason, for the rejection and simply closed my request.

                                        This is not the way they should handle customer concern.

                                        Please do needful and revert at the earliest.
