I have tried a lot to get upc for mnp from reliance communications. But still the company still not sending me upc and tomorrow is the last day of reliance communications. What should i do? I lost my contact number which is in use for more than 12 years. Please help me.

Please help me if anyone knows how to get upc on or before[protected]

    My reliance number has stopped working since 2 days without prior information or at least an sms. It shows the signal but no outgoing or incoming. I have enrolled this number in all my official and personal works. This number is very important to me. I cannot do any tranaction without this number. Please. Please provide some solution at least the way to get porting code.

      The rcom service had been recently stopped without giving any prior information to its customers before. So customers like me are literally trapped because we cannot neither use the network nor port from the network since the non availability of rcom network. Eventhough there is range in some areas, because of the zero balance i cannot sent port message.
      I have been using reliance 2g sim for the past 5 years and i had given this rcom number in all the official matters and personal matters for these past 5 years.
      So reliance should give a solution for this! Existing users.. Either for port or should extend the cutoff period or should provide direct entry to some other network.

      Finally i want my number back

        I have send multiple times the port request on 1900 with proper details but no code is received till date and also my money is deducted. I have to urgently port my number from rcom to other network as many area now don't have the rcom coverage and i don't want to be one who will stuck in such problems. Please resolve it fast as i have only one sim & that to important one.

          Without any prior notification reliance communications has stopped its services in kerala. The existing clients are not able to port to any other network as there isn't any range to attain the porting code! We have linked our existing reliance no: to various sources likes banks, mails etx. If someone else gain these phone number then they could easily missuse them. Kimdly take some action and provide some criteria for the existing clients to move to other networks!

            This is dinkar chintaman bhosale having reliance mobile number [protected] facing this issue since last 3 months that i am paying access bill of almost rs. 300.00 per month.

            My plan is reliance jalsa of rs. 299.

            But unnecessarily the company is charging me rs.199+gst every month.

            I have also raised complaint no.[protected] &[protected] before 3 months as soon as i came to know the higher charges and forgery done by reliance sales executive but no revert on the same from the team.

            Also, still i am trying to call reliance cust care no. I. E. On toll free and on 3033333 and 198, but no one receives the call. I want my money back which were charged in excess to me.

            Also, give me reliance's nodal officer's no.

It's not our fault that the company is closing. How should we port to other network since all your service centres are closed. I need assistance.                     Past three days no reliance tower how can we manage? Without prior information how shut down? Any emergency or incident who will bare, i'm totally upset, port (Mnp) also not possible to change other network, there is no communication between friends & family, office, this number only i give bank, i can't to transfer the money bcoz of otp didn't get. Government what action take to reliance communication?

I want the same number to be retained as its been linked to many documents. Please help and fo not create such inconvenience if the company is shutting down the services!                       I have exchanged my older prepaid GSM 3G sim to new 4G sim and it is almost more than 20 days.Still I am not getting any messages to my number. This number of mine is linked to bank account and it is urgent. I have called the customer care hundred times and it will never get connected.
                      Kindly do the needfull.

                          So, will it be right that if my home members full fill the needs of papers you want by giving there sign on that, then i will send them to the nearest gallery; and if not possible so, i am requesting you to plzzz give me at list 3 months so that i can come to india and fullfill all the needs papers which are required for the reliance gsm sim card to continue furthur.

                                Dear sir / madam

                                I had applied for a jio phone & subsequently received a sms on 28th oct that the phone is ready for delivery & i should contact the nearest store for pickup.

                                I visited the relaince express mini store at mahipalpur, new delhi - 110037 on saturday (28th oct). Staff present there told me that they no have no stock today, so i should visit to the store next day (29th oct sunday) at 11.00hrs.

                                Accordingly i visit the store at 11.10hrs & got a token bearing handwritten serial number 21. I waited there till 13.00hrs. They told me that there is no stock so they will call me once the stock arrived at their end.

                                I visited the store again at 17.00hrs & enquired regarding the phone availability. The staff present there told me that i can ask for new sim but not ask for the new phone handset. On asking the reason he told me that they are not bound to answer & if i ask further than they will through me out from their store.

                                Is there any mistake i have done by applying for the phone. If yes than i have nothing to speak further. If no than can you please take of this matter with this store.

                                I hope the staff present there are not giving value to the company's promise & it may ruin the brand value of "reliance" in future.

                                  Am ashwin and i been using rcom number [protected] for almost 8 years. Its is my primary number which i have been given to all work and personal related documents. Since rcom is going to stop the network from nov 30th its time for me to change the sim to another carrier.

                                  So for that i been trying to do the mnp and still now i didnt have any conformation from the reliance. I am not getting any messages from 1901. Please help me on this issue.

                                    My number is [protected] i am trying to make a mobile number portability request from my reliance number to get my unique porting code; but every time i got "service unavailable” message as a reply from 1901. I have proper balance to request for upc but i had never received the code. I made a complaint several time for this problem in customer care as well as the local reliance office, every time they told the new problem and it will be resolved in next 24 or 48 hours. Please do send the upc code.

Many times I try to communicated to customer services but no help me from your side...I was complaints to but no one solutions provided ...my complain no is[protected] on dated 23/09/17 is in process and still waiting for registration. What is on going your system that my complain has no registered till date (17days) and system show wait for 6 hours good sir... ..salute ...sir am a army personal and no one reliance center nearest me ...last two month I have paid Rs.710 and 306 and 200 on 29/7/17 & 30/08/17, 13/10/17 Can u help to army personal... thanks sir ..

                                        Reliance tower at our place vinayagapuram arumbakkam mmda chennai not working hence i didnt get broadband connection from 15th july, aug & sep.
                                        I paid bill for july 1/2 & aug months rs.640s for which i have not used.
                                        Hence i requested reliance customer service to discconnet & terminate my connection
                                        But no response to my emails & customer care no not attending my calls instead send me repeated reminder bills for september & yesterday suddenly send me bill for rs.1413.64 which is inappropriate to my broadband plan thunder combo wcci549.
                                        Hence reliance customer service immediate take into consideration this matter & terminate my connection & solve the matter at the earliest.
