This is ashok khorade having reliance postpaid connection with. Number [protected].
I am not getting network form reliance gsm.
I want to port out from reliance service for that i already sent sms on 1900 but i did not received upc code.
I trying to contact reliance customer care but they did not answering the call.
I am facing lot of problems my all contact has been stopped due to reliance.
I request please provide me upc code so that i can port out from reliance.

I am using reliance for around 7-8 years, but since last 1 month facing high network issue, i can't call anyone and no one is able to call me because of this serious network issue. What has happened? Today i am going to get it port to some other number but no network what can i do.?
Hello reliance communications..
Could you please show some courtesy towards your customers & help us with our port number so we can switch our network. We would really appreciate if you take a bit effort in this concern & address our problem.

      My name is kiran. I put sms to 1900 for changing network operator reliance to other due to reliance stop 2g service in hyderabad on december. But i didn't get any response to reliance and i didn't get any upc number and also tried to contact reliance customer care but customer representative not available.

        Myseif dsarathy mohanty, my mobile no.[protected].
        I did an email yesterday about my main balance deduction, and i got back rs.30 back as main balance. But this morning when i checked my main balance, again my rs.30 cut from my main balance. I still can not understand why my money is being cut from my main balance. I have not activated any vas as well.. Whenever i call customer care 198, it can not connect.
        Please help me sir.

          I want to port my reliance number to airtel.
          So, i am sending port mobile number to 1900, but i am not getting any response.
          I have tried so many times sending the sms to reliance and no response from their end.
          I have tried so many times to call the reliance customer care, no one is picking the call and responding the calls.

          This is very bad from the reliance. I am using it since 2015.

          Could you please help in this regards so that i can port it to airtel.

              Dear sir, i remained a regular customer of reliance gsm customer since last 9 years. But due to services withdrawal from my city, i want to port my number in some other communication network provider. Kindly provide my port code.

              I am staying in etah, district o[censored]ttar pradesh where services of reliance 2g has been closed. My number is spread all over. Being a office bearer, this can loss a lot to me.
              Further news that reliance would withdraw his complete 2g service within one month from all over india jolted me.
              Being no network available here, i myself can not download port code. Kindly provide me port code of above number.

                Reliance 2g network is not working for almost 1 month. My reliance phone number is the center key for all my government and official account. I had send port request to 1900 but i haven't received any reply from it. Please do something about this issue. I also tried costumer care but its also not working. I read the comments and a lot of people have the same issue.

                  I am ranjan. Using a rcom post paid connection since a long time. As reliance is shutting down in odisha so i have no option but to port out. But when ever i am trying to send sms for port out an error occurred "message sending failed". I am trying to reach upto their call center but calls are not getting connected.

                    I had paid an advance rental of rs.1600 for 4 months, but still bill was generated in the month of sept 2017. I had complained about the same at reliance store at thane west near khopat signal. I was ensured that this problem will be resolved. But then 14 days back my ph no is been disconnected for non payment of bill. I have been following up for this issue since day 1. But i get to hear that there is only 1 person handling issue in mumbai so it will take long time.

                    This is my official no and all my work and business had been effected. I cannot even port my no because in the system its showing as bill payment pending.

                    I need an immediate solution for this and start my no asap. Because the tat is for 3 days in case the no is disconnected and here its been around 14 days.

                      This is regarding the access payment we have made rs. 3255/- in a/c no[protected] on dated 04th oct.2017 against data card on behalf of frontier autoworld pvt. Ltd. We are using 2 data card since 2011 which details are as below.

                      We have made the payment twice in same day due to site hang up. Both the payment mode are different like (Amex card & icici net banking). We have also send our employee to their office address, rwsl - reliance web store limited, gb 5a ground floor gb block hari nagar near om sweets near lal bahadur shastri institute, new delhi 110064 but the given address was not correct.
                      Is this reliance company or their franchise work dose like that. You are requested to arrange the refund amount rs. 3255/- asap. Kindly look into the matter on top priority.

                        The connection is not working since lat 10 days and the customer care are unable to connect. I want my connection on asap. The problem is always happen and very poor response of the reliance connection.
                        Fixed line connection i have & i also mail to reliance customer care but from there side no replay yet. What i am do now? Any number from the customer service are unable to connect.

                          I have a mobile with reliance no. [protected]. This number changed postpaid to prepaid from last 15-20 days before. But this number is not in used for outgoing since plan changed. And also not recharged from any sources, i will try my level best. I went yesterday in nagpur offices located at telephone exchange sq. & ashok sq. Nobody can console & support me, against my issue. They said company workers at top levels and customer center executives not in work due to company policy, so we will not able to help you. I m afraid now that my cell number is not recharged, not outgoing use, not able to port, and company declared closed shortly. My number linked all over offices, we need my cell number, pl. Save it. And send me porting no. Before close the company, i suffered to much.

                            This is the second issue i am facing with sim number [protected] since last two days people are contacting me asking if it is reliance customer care number. One person said that he got this number online for registering complaints. I dont understand what this problem is. So far 10-15 people have called and said that is this customer care number. Day before yesterday i registered complaint against balance deduction from my reliance sim in name of anchalvideoswsub which i never subscribed and skygame i am never subscribed but yesterday my network out off service no incomeing call and out going call full blocked no bank massage no gst massage what is going one my network i am 1 days not soulution with my network i am for legal case with telicomunication otherity

                              I own above mentioned no. I. E [protected]. I had 612 rs balance. Now it is showing 499 without making a single call, sms or any vas services or even internet also. Refund my 113 immediately. From last month your all customer care services are down. I tried via facebook, twitter, email, phone calls also. But all are in vain. Now tell me what to do? Poeple are completely hackled by your service.

                                  Previously i called freely but now there is no network or signal in my living area.

Reliance guys please send me upc. As i am in dead zone of your coverage area. And your customer service is pathetic which never gets connected to your customer service. Every time you will be facing congestion in the network. When we are unable to get in touch with your customer service for our problem what is the use of providing so many # numbers to contact customer service.
