Have tried 100 times to send sms for port request but msg is unable to send. I call customer care number. I failed as the customer care ivr is saying due to unavoidable reason our customer care executive would not attend your call. My number is very important for me. I am a very old customer using postpaid 2g voice services. As the company has announced to stop its services, so i had applied for porting my existing phone number on 29/10/2017 after making full and sufficient additional payment required for porting. (Almost double of the last monthly bill)

I have been using your card originally from around 2009 and suddenly you have stopped serving with short notice also i am facing following practical issues to migrate:

01. I couldn't portable to another network as it was short notice and now porting code has also been expired on 30.10.2017.

All of a sudden tower signal went off & never returned for more than 30 days at a stretch now, emails to customer care not responded. Telephone requests turned down automaticaly when yoy key in your mobile number as requested
