I am using reliance telecom postpaid number, there is no network in my area. Some how i got the porting code but reliance rejected while porting saying bill is pending. If there is no service why are they charging. Really poor service, customer care not working, also i paid security amount. When they will return my security fee. My number is [protected]

    I have complaint to reliance custmer care manier times about not receving upc code from 1901
    They always say that u should send a correct sms to 1900, i always use to send sms i. E.
    Port [protected] to 1900 they says me i am not sending correct messages. Kindly help regarding it some complaint no given by custmer care.

      The reliance broadband services close its broadband wifi services without any information through messages, emails or any calls. I paid m next month bill 1610 rupees but the next day the service was terminated. Then i know it that the company closed. Now, i want to refund my money in my account.           I am using reliance number but since monday i am unable to use network to call. I had selected 4g still unable to call.

          Please help me on this. Other's are not able to call me also. I am totally stuck yaar. All call outgoing plus incoming both are blocked. Sms also not able to send. Only able to use 4g data, dude's i don't want net connection allow me for call or give me solution.

            I am resident of j&k. My number is [protected].
            I want to port my number to some other network for that upc (Unique porting code) is needed.
            So as suggested i sent text message "port [protected]" to 1900 several times from yesterday. But till now i could not receive any upc (Unique porting code) from the service provider. Kindly look inyo the matter and probide solution as early as possible.

              My reliance hello no.[protected] was terminated by me on 06.05.2016 and security deposit of rs.2000/- was to be refunded to me within 60 days. Thereafter, i received final bill dated 06.06.2016 which showed rs.1863/- due to me after adjusting bill dues from security deposit. However, it has been more than 18 months since then with constant but fruitless follow-ups with reliance customer care and their appellate authority over phone and emails but it my security deposit is not being refunded by them. Everytime they say the same story that the cheque is ready and it will be couriered within few days and then the complaint is closed but no refund cheque has come till today. With reliance communications going bust with rs.47, 000/- crores of debt is this how the company plans to repay their debt by stealing the security deposits of their customers!!!

                I came to understand that balance in my account has come down to rs.0.01p.
                In spite of my earlier requests for unsubscribing for all vas services, you are not bothering about customers service.
                I am now at bangalore and unable to receive calls.
                For your negligent attitude i am taking another service provider's services vide my another cell.

                I am requesting to credit back my account for wrongly charged amount.

                I am using Reliance for the last 15 years and now because of some service issue and closing of outlets i am trying to port my number. But after sending porting request to 1900 no porting code is receving.
                I'm facing an issue from many days that in my main balance the amount has been deducting everyday and I'm also trying to contact customer care but no response they are not picking up my call all lines are busy and not working I'm not able to recharge because of this deduction so please slove this problem as soon as possible

                For the past one month I am very frustrated about the network in my home place even it doesn't display single point too so i planned to jump into the another network through the MNP but i didn't get any response when i send SMS reg to the MNP process, i need to change my network as soon and quick as possible

                  I would like to mention that my phone was ported from reliance communication to reliance Jio on 28th April 2017. Prior to porting I cleared my bills and was told that my security deposit will be refunded within three months. But till now I have not received my money.

I failed as the customer care ivr is saying due to unavoidable reason our customer care executive would not attend your call. My number is very important for me.                         Our call center is down from almost 8 days due to reliance have not paid payment to there vendor.

                        We are not getting any support from them and no update by when line will start. We spoke to mr. Sanjay khemaskar and mr. Sanjeet savant but now there are not responding our calls

                        We are loosing our daily business due to reliance incompatibility.

                          I have been a customer of relianace since 2007 and a a good expereince regarding connectivity and continued to enjoy good services but during last one week i am not able to get signal i am told at your loacal at virudhunagar that communication towers are closed and go to some other operator there was a message yesterday recived in mobile as under
                          Reliance you may expereence nw issues as we are optimizing it in tn voice service will stop from 1 dec opt for our 4g data service or port to any other nw. Rcom

                            I am a very old customer using postpaid 2g voice services. As the company has announced to stop its services, so i had applied for porting my existing phone number on 29/10/2017 after making full and sufficient additional payment required for porting. (Almost double of the last monthly bill)
                            Payment confirmation has also been received but to my utter surprise the company is not providing me the upc code since sending sms to 1900 with text port mobile no. Continously from 29/10/2017 to till date.
                            Request you to advise reliance communication to provide me the upc code for porting immediately.

                            Iam bharan kumar my number is [protected] chittoor district Bangarupalem not getting signal in my area since 2 days very problematic and disgusting please resolve my problem as iam unable to get my bank and company messages which is very uncomfortable to use your network i thunk tower is not working here in bangarupalem
                            I am not able to generate UPC code. Everytime I send a porting message on 1900, I get a reply "Dear Customer, Your request could not be processed. Please try again later." I tried several times but everytime I get the same message.

                                I have been using your card originally from around 2009 and suddenly you have stopped serving with short notice also i am facing following practical issues to migrate:

                                01. I couldn't portable to another network as it was short notice and now porting code has also been expired on 30.10.2017.

                                02. Also unable to make payments as my registered mobile number on which otp of bank was being received has been stopped by your irresponsible company.

                                03. So even if i want to do mnp i am unable to make payment as stores are closed and unable to receive net banking otp so portability to jio will also get rejected due to non payment of dues.

                                04. I have been using this number for more than 8 years and cant tolerate to lose this number as everywhere its my registered mobile number.

                                Pathetic service by rcom gsm and very bad service by them.

                                I am going to fight it legally if you people are not going to solve my issues and if you will reject my portability request to jio on account of non payment of dues or non active mnp code.

                                Solve as soon as possible or i will write to trai for the same. You will be liable for all the financial loss which i will bear due to your neglegence and bad decisions of stopping service.
