Port sms sent to 1900 is not getting delivered.
I am using reliance communication post paid number since more than 3 months and i have cleared all my balance.
I have paid rs. 467 extra to reliance communications.
Please help me recover the amount.
Please help me port out of reliance as reliance communications is closing down.
I am using reliance for more than 3 months now.

Sir,
I have been using the reliance broadband internet for more than 4 years .My internet connection is not working properly from last month and now it stopped working completely, I'm not able to use the connection from last 10days.

I have tried MANY TIMES to contact CUSTOMER CARE but they say "apatkalin paristithi ke karan apka call connect nahi ho shakata".
please solve the issue as soon as possible.
If you are not able to solve the problems soon please terminate my connection .

Sir, i would like to inform you that reliance gsm network is down from last 2 days no signals therefore we are not even able to port our number to other network. Thus it is creating a lot of fuss as all my official documents contain this no. I am not even able to receive otps and other important messages. This problem is just not faced by me but other family members who use reliance gsm are facing the very same problem. We now want to port our no. To other network. Please do something about it asap. Thank you.

I am varjang bhadka, a reliance ADAG postpaid user ( no. [protected]) since 2009.And applied for portability to jio user, but came to know that on 2nd October 2017 there has been an illegal portability of my reliance number to jio number, this process has been transparently illegal.I request you pay sincere attention to my complaint as it is case sensitive and investigate the illegal done. I sincerely request you to process re-portability to the number which I own and which is also linked to many of business banking accounts. I have been trying to reach to various help since many days but could not get satisfied help.

I have been using the reliance number for more than 10 years, suddenly now i'm not able to use the connection. I really want to have my mobile number as everywhere i had given my reliance number. I'm from kerala. Kindly at least allow me to port my number as i already said this number is very much important for me. You just can't stop the service on a morning getting the customers to trouble.

But when i am requesting reliance gsm for porting number by sms there is no reply from reliance's end. When i try to contact reliance complains (By dialing 198) or customer service, ivr tells me that this service is not available. Please help.

I received text messages from rcom about closure of their 2g services in maharashtra so today (Sunday, oct 29th) i sent two port requests to 1900 but they have not sent me upc yet.

It appears that there is no one at rcom that i can speak with about this problem. Not sure if sending multiple port sms will help.

May be they don't have anyone to generate upc.

Also could not be connected. Finally, i am making the complaint through email.

I just lodged a complain against flipkart (Com id[protected] and within a minute i got three emails and calls from [protected]@gmail.com & [protected]. They pretended to be part of consumercomplaints.in. They asked my debit card number to process the refund from flipkart and the otp to approve the transcation. I denied as it was clear scam. But many innocent people may get trapped into this.

Your platform which is running for the welfare of people is like forest for hunting for the scammers.

So i request you to come up with an innovative idea to solve this issue.

I have made a payment of rs.772.31 to xportsoft technologies and it is successful. I got confirmation message from xportsoft technologies that the payment is successful but from reliance i haven't got any message or mail of confirmation of payment. Thought my outgoing is still barred. I have sent email to reliance about my billing issue but still no efforts taken from them. No confirmation nothing. The mailing address of reliance is [protected]@relianceada.com. I have tried many times to contact customer care but they say apatkalin paristithi mule apla call jodu shakat nahi. This is all going #. I went to the reliance store but the guy said i cannot help you in this case. Then i don't understand who the # is going to help. Where is my payment gone. I want my money back or else start my services and i want confirmation about my billing from reliance

I am trying to change from reliance to jio as there is no network of reliance at my workplace. But reliance is not providing me the unique porting code. I have send the sms requesting upc many times. Reliance guys please send me upc. As i am in dead zone of your coverage area.

I gave a land on lease to reliance communications for setting up tower there.
At the begining years i was receiving rent on time evry three months but the problem arrised since last year (2016). I have not recieved any payment since the month of january 2016. Please solve the issue as fast as you can else i have to take legal actions against.

I can't make calls nor can i use net services
This problem happens frequently & i am not even able to contact customer care which has made my problem even worse. Due to this problem many of my important calls could not be attended by me which has put in a trouble, so please & please solve this problem at earliest so that i don't get any such problem in future..

My internet connection has not been working for the past 20 days. Since i work in it and a good part of my work happens from home. I have to use my mobile internet which comes to 570 for 2 days.

I have been trying to reach the complaint centre through the ivr but it drops the request at the end.

I have emailed the customer care for termination of my connection and have received no acknowledgement of that either.

There is no network in my region for last 4 days. I am using reliance services. I have been using this for many years and now i can't even port it.

It seems rcom has stopped all service without any notice to me. I have no idea where to complain. If reliance communication is planning to terminate service, then i should have been given notice and time to port my services.

Manually search network and select Aircel 2G or 3G (with whom Rcom has ICR contract) then send PORT and send to 1900 . Wait for a few hours, you will get MNP CODE. With that code move to other network. Don't worry, they are sending port code and service will be LIVE till 30Nov, 2017.
