Had message twice

Port [protected] to 1900

But still not received upc code.
Want to switch rcom prepaid service to other service provider

Please give me a way out.

Had messaged twice and want know last date of rcom service provider.

Please help me out to resolve my issue.

Or any other method for porting.

I received text messages from rcom about closure of their 2g services in maharashtra so today (Sunday, oct 29th) i sent two port requests to 1900 but they have not sent me upc yet.

It appears that there is no one at rcom that i can speak with about this problem. Not sure if sending multiple port sms will help.

May be they don't have anyone to generate upc.

There is no network in my reliance gsm mobile no. [protected] since the last 3 days. I tried to call reliance customer care from another network but reliance customer care service is currently not operational. Then, i tried to call reliance appellate authority but this no. Also could not be connected. Finally, i am making the complaint through email.

I request to please solve the issue in my reliance gsm.

I just lodged a complain against flipkart (Com id[protected] and within a minute i got three emails and calls from [protected]@gmail.com & [protected]. They pretended to be part of https://www.consumercomplaints.in. They asked my debit card number to process the refund from flipkart and the otp to approve the transcation. I denied as it was clear scam. But many innocent people may get trapped into this.

I have made a payment of rs.772.31 to xportsoft technologies and it is successful. I got confirmation message from xportsoft technologies that the payment is successful but from reliance i haven't got any message or mail of confirmation of payment. I am mahesh, am using reliance sim past 2008 onward, i found frequently some network issues, even when am in on people cant call me, they got message like my mobile switched off or not reachable like that they got reply am already complaint several times but now my sim got 44h me error, i don't know why last two days am not able to call or get calls from others. I am trying to change from reliance to jio as there is no network of reliance at my workplace. But reliance is not providing me the unique porting code. I have send the sms requesting upc many times. Reliance guys please send me upc. As i am in dead zone of your coverage area.

I gave a land on lease to reliance communications for setting up tower there.
At the begining years i was receiving rent on time evry three months but the problem arrised since last year (2016). I have not recieved any payment since the month of january 2016. Please solve the issue as fast as you can else i have to take legal actions against.

I can't make calls nor can i use net services
This problem happens frequently & i am not even able to contact customer care which has made my problem even worse. Due to this problem many of my important calls could not be attended by me which has put in a trouble, so please & please solve this problem at earliest so that i don't get any such problem in future.....

My internet connection has not been working for the past 20 days. Since i work in it and a good part of my work happens from home. I have to use my mobile internet which comes to 570 for 2 days.

I have been trying to reach the complaint centre through the ivr but it drops the request at the end.

I have emailed the customer care for termination of my connection and have received no acknowledgement of that either.br...

There is no network in my region for last 4 days. I am using reliance services. I have been using this for many years and now i can't even port it.

It seems rcom has stopped all service without any notice to me. I have no idea where to complain. If reliance communication is planning to terminate service, then i should have been given notice and time to port my services.

In last two months when i recharged my relience gsm no [protected], the very next day it shows all the balance is nill/ u have insufficient balance. I have call so many times to customer service no but no customer care acquisitive pickup my phn and responded me.
So kindly short out my problem as early as possible and credited my all balance to my son....

My reliance number [protected] is showing ' not registered on network' since yesterday. As a result, i have not been able to make and receive any call from this reliance number since yesterday i. I have tried several times to generate port request number but same message received that "dear reliance customer, your request could not be processed. Please try after some time. Thank you".

I have also complained to the customer care he told me that within few days your issue will be solved but after waiting and months passes...

I m using reliance postpaid form 12 years till now, service is so poor, i m not receiving port code sms form reliance i have sms port to 1900 twice still not received the code. Went to reliance store they say, they can help only if you port into vodafone or airtel postpaid and not prepaid, i don't want postpaid connection and also i have paid bill extra so that afterwards there shouldn't be any issue but still, very bad service from reliance...

It is unfortunate that the service of reliance gsm is being stopped for 3 days in assam. As we are not received any kind of notification before we are facing many problems to communicate as well as to do official works. Reliance gsm also not providing me port out code no so that i can change my operator.
Requesting to look into this matter....
