Hi, i am trying to mnp my rcom no. [protected] to other service provider, but while sending multiple mnp sms, rcom didn't send upc no.
Mnp is our right we can change the service provider, but rcom is not allowing it.
I also tried to communciated with rcom customer care executive, but no one is answering the call. It is complete dadagiri & fraud from rcom.

Dear team,

I want to port my reliance gsm number ([protected]) to another operator, for this i have applied for upc code.

I have received my upc code, but unfortunately that message is deleted by me without noting my upc code.

Neither customer care number is connectable nor upc code is sent by you

Requesting you to kindly provide my upc code for the mentioned number

This problem happens frequently & i am not even able to contact customer care which has made my problem even worse. Due to this problem many of my important calls could not be attended by me which has put in a trouble, so please & please solve this problem at earliest so that i don't get any such problem in future.. I regret to inform you that i am facing much network issue from reliance operator so i want to port my reliance no [protected] to other operator so i did many times port [protected] to 1900 but still i did not get my upc no so i request to concern person take action and order regarding this issue.

Sir/madam,

I bought reliance broadband stick years back that i do not even remember the number. Due to bad connectivity i was not able to use it and after uncountable calls and complaints, i had to get it disconnected. I went to reliance center in gurgaon and gave the dongal back and paid the dues which i shouldn't have but i was threatened. Months later i got a call about bill payment then i said i had it disconnected and then they threatened me that i will have to pay for it. After daily calls and abuses i had to block their number.

Now years later they are sending me an email with legal notice.

Please look into this and find out what is happening as i cannot take this anymore.

My reliance postpaid number is [protected], now my number not working in my area. So i want to port my number ([protected]) from reliance to some other network. Because reliance voice service will stop from 1st dec-2017.
Please provide me the upc. I have been sending many msgs to 1900 but it doesn’t work. Its my business number.

My number is [protected]. I am trying to make a mobile number portability request from my reliance number to get my unique porting code; but every time i got "unable to send message” message. I have proper balance to request for upc but i had never received the code. I have called to customer care for this problem and every time they disconnected the calls. Today[protected] i have called reliance customer care three times but every time they disconnected the phone. I don’t know why they are doing this, maybe reliance blocked the porting system, with this reliance wants the customer to stick with their poor network services. I will lodge complain in consumer forum if reliance will not give me the porting code within 2 working days. My email id is [protected]@yahoo.com.

Last three days in my areas (Especially machilipatnam, vijayawada in krishna district, andhra pradesh) some areas light signals and some places are no signals from this network, kindly be a necessary immediate action and solved reliance gsm network signal not only for me i am asking to all the reliance gsm customer.... And also i visited to near reliance communication they are said i cannot do anything this is entirely india reliance gsm network stopping.

Reliance communications in the month of jul 2017 sent me a bill of rs. 749.24/- + taxes to me against my monthly rental of rs. 349+taxes for my postpaid connection. When i lodged a complain for the same then i got a call from customer care, kolkata that they have upgraded my plan and the bill is two months advance rental. When i asked how they have upgraded my plan without my wish/request they informed that it was done for all the customers. After that i said i don't want new plan as my old plan was enough for me and i don't want to pay additional rs. 50+taxes for new plan rental to which they said that my rental will remain same and they will give rs. 50/- waiver in every bill. They also told in my new plan i'll be upgraded from 750 minutes of calling to unlimited calling and from 500 mb data to 6gb data per month. After which i agreed as my rental was not increasing. Then i paid the full bill including advance rental. But next month they gave only 1gb free data against promised 6gb. I tried contacted their customer care but there was no response and my call was never connected to customer care executive. I even mailed then twice on 21 sep 2017 & 25 sep 2017 but got no reply. Now they are shutting down their services and asking the customers to port to any other network. My grievance is that reliance communications is not contactable through any means. My advance rental and my security deposit which i've paid at the time of connection is pending with them. Kindly help me in recovering my amount and i also want to lodge a complain against then as how without making a single call to existing post paid customers they are shutting down their services and why they have collected advance rental in jul if they were planning to shut down their services in nov or dec 2017. It is a fraud done by them through which they have cheated many customers like me.

I am unable to port my rcom mobile number from reliance to some other network. While the message has been delivered to 1900 (Port 93*), i am not receiving the response with upc code.

I have made three attempts sending the messgae but no response each time.

Further i tried to contact customer care, visited customer centre but all in-vain.

Can you please assit.

I had recharge on 23 octomber with 152 plan, on 28 it telling to reghare again, my mobil no [protected][ titus gonsalves], last month it also done like this 6 day are gone waiste. When i call in customer care they does not give to talk to customer care. Why this company doing like this to customer, my mobil is not going out going call. Last 2 day no call.

I ve been with reliance for the past several years, which now the company has been shut down without any notice or any alternative guidelines
They have to guide us properly for any alternate procedures to retain our number, which we have given as registered mobile number for banks, it dept, salestax, etc. Now each and every transactions asking otp, so, we cant do any online operations without this number

Mobile 4g lte services stooped since last 5 days and i have a balance of rs.135/- before the services interrupted. I send a detailed e mail to the company as well its nodal office at meerut. I have not received any reply from the co. The contains come into my notice when i see the advertisment in local news paper hindustan hindi, meerut edition.

Recently my network signal not showing i tried so many times but not working. Recently i know this reliance gsm network stopped their network without information how can they stopped. Reliance have to give answer for me. This is my primary number. I linked to my banks accounts. I want to login office by using this number otp. So take action immediately and they have to pay penalty and loss of pay.

I'm recharged on my number [protected] data recharge plan was of rs 89 which means 1 gb data daily for 28 days i got 1 gb data for few day but after that not access data balance so plz solve this problem on today even though i will email about this problem on trai... Also ur customer service number not working... Thats also issue... If my problem not slove i will go on my way...

Sir i have a mobile phone connection since 2004. My phone number is [protected]. From september 2017 my mobile connection was disconnected without notice. My sim is valid upto 2021. I have lost all correspondance with my friends and relatives, lot of incoveniance caued the reliance communications. Kindly do the needful. Restore my mobile connection.

I have been using reliance sim card since 8 years. But unfortunately i have lost my phone yesterday.

Apparently it seems reliance is shutting down and so there is no customer care available any more and not a single reliance outlet is to be found anywhere.

The number is very important to me as all my bank and official documents are linked to that number.

Please help me get that number so that i can port it to a different network before reliance is completely shut down.
