I am reliance communication GSM customer and had used this service for 4 years. My mobile no is [protected]

I am facing problem with this number as this number is not working since last 3 months. The reason is not known to me and the service has got disconnected without intimating me.

Pls. let me know what is the procedure for re-activating this number....

Last few days i regularly send porting msg but that is not send and your customer care number is also not working and your walking outlet not giving me any suggestion
So plz i request to you give information how can i port and solve...

I am using reliance ([protected]) number from last 10 years. Suddenly from 4 days my phone network was not working. I didn't receive any port number. This is my important number. Customer care number not working. When i approached to your office at dwarakanagar in visakhapatnam, they closed the shatter. Nobody is responding. This is not currect. You (Reliance communications) are cheating the customers. I am facing many problems. Answer me...

It's already been a week since my reliance number got barred, incoming and outgoing, and still no news or updates from the company's side on how to get the upc code. My bills have been paid and upto date, yet no way of contacting the customer care as well.

Strict action must be taken against rcom for their lack of concern for their customers and their irresponsibiloity on the matter....

Hi i had sent a request for mnp on 28th october 2017 and i got a reply from rcom saying your upc has been sent to you thru a text message. However it has been more than 3 days and i have not yet received by upc code. I am trying to call rcom customer care but the call gets automatically disconnected as soon as the ivr transfers the call. I want to port my number to another network asap so requesting a resolution on this issue.

I have received the following legal notice from advocate manoj som via email, which seems to be a fake one. I have emailed to reliance customer care. But no response from them.

I have closed this postpaid mobile connection 4 years back and no communication was made for these 4 years. But i received this legal notice now to pay rs. 3509/-

My number is [protected], sending message to port but not receiving any port message. Reliance customer care does not pick-up. Twice sent. Where to go for help. What other measure i do have. Sending message as port [protected] to 1900 but no porting message comes back and completely frustrated. Suggest what to do. Sent this message twice no response....

I am using reliance network for past 12 years.. Now they have closed the network permanently without any prior notifications.. No network for past 4 days and we are losing many business calls... Why no news or info in the websites or news channel.. Now mnp is not possible without any network.. Why no action from government on this issue?

I am relaince post paid user mobile number and his really frustrating to tell you people that the reliance number which i have been using for the last 10 years someone did change the post paid plan on 14- july 2017 as i got the msg on my registered number for which i never requested.. Then visited reliance communication green park, new delhi, they didn't provide any information they advised to call customer care who never...

Kindly disconnect my broadband connection account no.[protected] and customer is no.[protected] immediately as it's not working. Customer care is not responding. I am trying to register my complaint through customer care and through e/mail but no one is attending my complaint. After today i will not pay any bill. Kindly send my full and final bill up to today. Thank you....

How reliance stop all services because due date also given year 2021. Reliance not given any compensation for account balance, validity and port charges. Reliance also send automatically message for port on my number and deduct charges.in my country some rules are surely given if registered company stop then give compensation or settled all dues to customers...

Reliance communications has stated shutting down its network, which was done without any prior announcement - when we wanted to port our numbers, i am not getting any reply message - from yesterday i. E.,[protected] i have sent more than 30 port messages to 1900 - i am not reply message - i have done this in different locations in and around 40 kms - you people think i am a joker.

My mobile number is [protected]. I don't know how the pack (Rworld pack-l0 and mms pack-mmsp1) was activate when sending port request. Please deactivate my these pack. This was charges to me on daily bases till now.

This was occur when i was sent the port request to 1900. After that these two pack are activate on my number. Port request was sent on[protected]. On the same day[protected] pack was activated...

I am a customer using a rcom post paid connection since a long time. As reliance is shutting down i am bound to port out. Since last sunday (29.10.17) i have been trying to send sms (Port [protected]) for upc but when ever i do so i receive an error "message sending failed". And also since yesterday my network bar is nil. I am trying to reach their call center but calls are not getting connected. Please look...

The bill which i received this month came along with late payment fee charges. May i know why i should pay late payment fee when its not the last date to pay bill. Without using your stupid network i have paid 1k bill last month now along with the bill you have included late payment charges. Please explain this dirty money making fraud business of yours...

I have been using relaind from past many days and i changed my plan to i was i a plan in which calling unlimited is free and daily 1gb 4g data... This was suppose to continue for 10 months at the cost of 1058 including everything without any monthly charges... After using it for a month i got monthly bill and asking me to pay, since i didnt pay the company had discontinued all my services.. This is totally a fraud... How can they cheat people...

I ravi kumar from bathinda (Punjab), i have a sim of reliance gsm from last 8 year. From last two week, no network show in my mobile number. When i gave the complaint to authorized reliance customer care. He said all the tower of your area was removed, so you port your mobile number. This is horrible, how can you do this without prior information. Because my all credit and debit cards, all other accounts connect...

My dad have been using reliance number ([protected]), since long.
We were asked to change the sim to gsm from cdma. We did it some 6 months or so back.

Few days back, the sim is not working at all. While trying to contact, its of no help... We have around rs 400 balance in this prepaid number. Its an important number for us, as all details are merged with this number.

Please take immediate action to rectify...
