Hello,

After the reliance mobile network services shutdown in assam, i'm trying to port my phone to another network. But whenever i try to sent the sms of port to 1900 it doesn't get sent. Always there is an error. But i can send sms to other mobile phones.

As all the reliance mobile phones are facing this issue in assam, everyone is frustrated.

I think they have blocked the port message service to 1900

My name is manju. I put sms to 1900 for changing network operator reliance to other due to reliance stop 2g service. But i didn't get any response to reliance and i didn't get any upc number and also tried to contact reliance customer care but customer representative not available.

Since reliance network is downand having problems and we wanted to port our mobile numberto another network company. But reliance rejects the port request saying its corporate number and we cannot port that number. Since i am using this number from many years and this number is given to n number of people and service provider, i want this number only but could not port. Please help.

My reliance number has stopped working since 2 days without prior information or at least an sms. It shows the signal but no outgoing or incoming. I have enrolled this number in all my official and personal works. This number is very important to me. I cannot do any tranaction without this number. Please. Please provide some solution at least the way to get porting code.

For porting my existing reliance gsm number i send request for generating unique code for porting, which was successfully generated and received by me. However, while placing request for mnp at other service providers viz. Vodafone and airtel unique code for porting is not being accepted. Even reliance has shutdown its customer care number, none is responding for any kind of support. Please help in this regard as the existing mobile number is vital and important for almost every services.

I had closed the account but still reliance kept harrassing me to pay the bill of rs 515 for the dongle device which i did not use after asking for closure of it.
Still i went ahead and paid the amount to save my self from mental harrasement and did net transfer as per their instructions.
When i tried doing it the system kept showing error but then checked my bank account to know that transfer of rs 600 was done 3 times instead of once.
And after writing mails and calling them still the excess amount has not been credited to my account

Off late, heard from other service providers namely airtel & jio that reliance communications 4g post paid billing services will be discontinued whereas the news paper article showed that 4g services will continue.

Please confirm on the same asap as we have three billing connections for my family & would like to continue till its very end.

I am reliance communication GSM customer and had used this service for 4 years. My mobile no is [protected]

I am facing problem with this number as this number is not working since last 3 months. The reason is not known to me and the service has got disconnected without intimating me.

Pls. let me know what is the procedure for re-activating this number.

I am using reliance ([protected]) number from last 10 years. Suddenly from 4 days my phone network was not working. I didn't receive any port number. This is my important number. Customer care number not working. When i approached to your office at dwarakanagar in visakhapatnam, they closed the shatter. Nobody is responding. This is not currect. You (Reliance communications) are cheating the customers. I am facing many problems. Answer me as early as possible. My alternative no. [protected].

It's already been a week since my reliance number got barred, incoming and outgoing, and still no news or updates from the company's side on how to get the upc code. My bills have been paid and upto date, yet no way of contacting the customer care as well.

Strict action must be taken against rcom for their lack of concern for their customers and their irresponsibiloity on the matter.

Hi i had sent a request for mnp on 28th october 2017 and i got a reply from rcom saying your upc has been sent to you thru a text message. However it has been more than 3 days and i have not yet received by upc code. I am trying to call rcom customer care but the call gets automatically disconnected as soon as the ivr transfers the call. I want to port my number to another network asap so requesting a resolution on this issue.

I have received the following legal notice from advocate manoj som via email, which seems to be a fake one. I have emailed to reliance customer care. But no response from them.

I have closed this postpaid mobile connection 4 years back and no communication was made for these 4 years. But i received this legal notice now to pay rs. 3509/-

Dear sir/madam,

On instructions of my clients, reliance communications limited and reliance communications infrastructure limited, i hereby serve upon you with the following legal notices:

1. That you had subscribed to the telecom services being provided by my clients on the basis of terms and conditions of the customer application form which was duly signed and executed by you. Our client, reliance communications ltd. Have from time to time raised bills for the services availed by you.


2. That my client on your specific request had agreed to provide the services as desired by you and in lieu thereof you had duly signed and executed the customer application form and other related forms duly agreeing to all the terms and conditions thereof. You by signing the caf had duly understood all the terms and conditions of the agreement and one of the conditions being that all payments with regards to the said services shall be made by you in time without failure or delay. Upon your agreeing to the terms and conditions of the agreement and by signing the caf form and other related forms, the aforesaid fixed line phone connection and a customer billing account number[protected] was duly allotted to you.

3. That as per the terms and condition of the agreement, you were under legal obligation inter alia to make payments on time of the periodic invoices raised upon you in respect of services availed by you. However, in spite of the receipt of the said invoices from my clients, you have grossly failed to make the said payments. Due to the non - payment of your legitimate dues, my client was compelled to disconnect your aforesaid fixed line phone connection. Further as on date a sum of rs. 3509.84/- is due and payable to my clients, in this regard. It is further submitted that despite the agreement being entered by you with my clients, you have intentionally and deliberately breached the trust of my clients by violating the terms and conditions of the agreement which clearly amounts to a punishable offense under section. 406 ipc., by violating the terms and conditions of the said agreement you have also made yourself liable for criminal prosecution as well as of civil liability for recovery of the said amount which is due to my clients.

4. That my client assumes that your conduct was intentional and deliberate by not making the payment to my clients after duly availing the services offered by them. This act of yours is indicative of a dishonest intention of causing wrongful loss to my clients and wrongful gain for your-self, inter alia amounting to cheating my clients which may culminate into a criminal offence punishable under section 420 of ipc with imprisonment or fine.

5. That in the aforesaid circumstances, we have been instructed by my clients to demand from you immediate payment of the aforesaid amount of rs. 3509.84/- and to give you this notice, that if case you fail to make the payment to our clients the aforesaid sum of rs.3509.84/- together with interest thereon within 7 days from the date of the receipt of this notice, we have definite instructions from our clients to adopt appropriate legal proceedings, criminal as well as civil, against you in the competent court of law at your entire risk, costs and consequences.

6. That as per the agreement you are also liable to pay 2.5% interest per month on the aforesaid amount from the date of default till actual realization.

My number is [protected], sending message to port but not receiving any port message. Reliance customer care does not pick-up. Twice sent. Where to go for help. What other measure i do have. Sending message as port [protected] to 1900 but no porting message comes back and completely frustrated. Suggest what to do. Sent this message twice no response.

I am using reliance network for past 12 years.. Now they have closed the network permanently without any prior notifications.. No network for past 4 days and we are losing many business calls... Why no news or info in the websites or news channel.. Now mnp is not possible without any network.. Why no action from government on this issue?

I am relaince post paid user mobile number and his really frustrating to tell you people that the reliance number which i have been using for the last 10 years someone did change the post paid plan on 14- july 2017 as i got the msg on my registered number for which i never requested.. Then visited reliance communication green park, new delhi, they didn't provide any information they advised to call customer care who never respond and disconnect the call.,, howcome my plan can be changed without my id proofs & documents. This is something illegal.

Now today i got the porting msg, which says ""your porting request code number is xxx again i never request for port out the number.""

I tried to call reliance customer case multiple times as usual call not getting connected everyone know how pathetic reliance customer care is, and also paying more to reliance than any other service provide for nothing as no benefit in my current plan and always pay my bills on time why i have been keeping this number because my relatives & friends have this is my old number which i don't want to loose.

I need the explanation for this else i escalate this further, if require i will go to consumer court.

Kindly disconnect my broadband connection account no.[protected] and customer is no.[protected] immediately as it's not working. Customer care is not responding. I am trying to register my complaint through customer care and through e/mail but no one is attending my complaint. After today i will not pay any bill. Kindly send my full and final bill up to today. Thank you.

How reliance stop all services because due date also given year 2021. Reliance not given any compensation for account balance, validity and port charges. Reliance also send automatically message for port on my number and deduct charges.in my country some rules are surely given if registered company stop then give compensation or settled all dues to customers

Reliance communications has stated shutting down its network, which was done without any prior announcement - when we wanted to port our numbers, i am not getting any reply message - from yesterday i. E.,[protected] i have sent more than 30 port messages to 1900 - i am not reply message - i have done this in different locations in and around 40 kms - you people think i am a joker.
This is not the way to treat a consumer. I have linked this no for other services also. I need a proper answer on this. My number is [protected]

Hi sir,

My mobile number is [protected]. I don't know how the pack (Rworld pack-l0 and mms pack-mmsp1) was activate when sending port request. Please deactivate my these pack. This was charges to me on daily bases till now.

This was occur when i was sent the port request to 1900. After that these two pack are activate on my number. Port request was sent on[protected]. On the same day[protected] pack was activated on my number.
