I have taken recharge plan of 500/-,, from reliance outlet jabalpur, for which i was supposed to get, 500mb daily n unlimited calling for 4 months,, payment was made through paytm in advance,, now as i m not satisfied with the reliance services,, i applied for portability to another telecom service,,, but your company messaged me that i have dues to be paid, so i can't port to another service,, they have already taken advance from us of 500/-,, now why this message, we tried to contact your customer care and all other executives,, but not satisfactory answer or communication. No one recives,, all your outlets are closed,, there is no source for communication,, this is highly unprofessional behavior of reputed company,, pls take action against it or we shall have to complain to trai,, the phone. No. Of the providers of sim are [protected], [protected] they have switched off their phones or don't reply.. Pls help and take action.. Sim is activated since 27june, and we received sim on 4 july. Hope you will soon consider our complaint..
