Respected sir/madam
I have taken recharge plan of 500/-,, from reliance outlet jabalpur, for which i was supposed to get, 500mb daily n unlimited calling for 4 months,, payment was made through paytm in advance,, now as i m not satisfied with the reliance services,, i applied for portability to another telecom service,,, but your company messaged me that i have dues to be paid, so i can't port to another service,, they have already taken advance from us of 500/-,, now why this message, we tried to contact your customer care and all other executives,, but not satisfactory answer or communication. No one recives,, all your outlets are closed,, there is no source for communication,, this is highly unprofessional behavior of reputed company,, pls take action against it or we shall have to complain to trai,, the phone. No. Of the providers of sim are [protected], [protected] they have switched off their phones or don't reply.. Pls help and take action.. Sim is activated since 27june, and we received sim on 4 july. Hope you will soon consider our complaint..

    Dear sir,

    I have decided to port my number to other operators for continuing existing number after it come to my knowledge that reliance has planned to shut-down its voice operations. I have sent following message i. E., "port [protected]" to 1900. However, i still have not received unique porting code. I have tried connecting to customer care executive on 198/*333 and in both cases there was no option linking me to the concerned executive.

    I have used post paid connection for around 1year and recently converted to prepaid customer since last 2months. I tried port out in last month but they told me to wait for 90 days. Now as services are closing after 1 dec i want to switch to others operater.

    I was highly satisfied with your services. It is my humble request please release my number as i want continue this number.

      My name is champak dedhia. We all know reliance is shutting by 30 november.
      Also i am using my number ([protected]) since start, and i don't want to loose this number and hence i am trying to port, but reliance is not providing me the upc for porting.
      I have sent msg port [protected] on 1900 more than 4 times but not received any reply.
      I tried to contact them on toll free number customer care executive were not available and when i selected the option to talk with customer care executive there was a automatic msg and the phone was disconnected.
      Please help me to solve this matter.

          My reliance broadband connection with the id:[protected] has been terminated on june 1st, 2017. I was told that i would receive the adjustment amount of rs. 1163.87 by 1st august 2017. I have still not received the refund.

          I had registered a complaint regarding the service not being terminated, in response i was told that a refund would be sent within 45-60 days.

          Whenever i call their customer service, there is a minimum waiting time of 45 minutes before a representative answers. Their customer service representative asks to write an email as apparently, they cannot do anything about the refund, but they don't respond to emails.

            Sir, kindly solve the problem regarding terminated sim ([protected]) which had been ported to postpaid connection. But after two days the connection was stopped and after one month bill sent. But i did not pay because i am not used the service. The recent problem is, my e-mail, bank account and adhar number all related to this number. So i want to get back this number. Please solve this matter sir.

              My mobile no. Is [protected]. From last 1 month my balance is getting deducted by rs.5 each time. And now the total amount that is deducted is almost rs.70. Rs.40 have been deducted in last few days while my sim was not inserted in any mobile.
              I have tried many times to contact you from mobile and emails but all in vain.
              This should be my last email and look into this matter as earlier as possible and i want my money back.

                Hi, i am using wi fi pod my pod number is [protected], i have stopped my connectiob 3 months back still bill is been generated and everytime they call me to generate bill, i went to relianxe store also they are closed in my area i have asked that store only to close my connection they dont exist anymore"i went to reliance digital store also and head office also, nor they consider they are saying its jio office and not reliance office.. Really dont know what to do, company can chk 3 months statement of mine not even single gb is been used from my dongle because of network issue.. Please help

                    My sim validity for my number [protected] has expired. Can you please get it extended. I have created the request[protected] for which there is not response since last six days. The customer care service is not reachable. Please resolve this issue.

                        Inspite of payment of Bill of Rs 1500 for September 2017 in respect of 3G connection number [protected], and further payment of Rs 500 on 24.10.2017, my connection has not been restored by Reliance Communication till date i.e. 28.10.2017. Their Customer care Service is not of any help as none of the phone[protected] or 30337777 is working. I have already lodged three complaints with Customer care through internet since last 5 days but I have not received any response from the company so far.

                        NO RESPONSE RECEIVED TILL DATE FROM CUSTOMER CARE OF RELIANCE COMMUNICATIONS NOR MY 3G SERVICES HAVE BEEN RESTORED. THIS PROVES THAT THE COMPANY IS NOT INTERESTED IN CUSTOMERS.

                          I naresh kumar dewangan, i have using reliance mobile number [protected] for past 11 years. I have ported my number to reliance 4g on dated 10.10.2017 and also received massage from reliance on dated 10.10.2017 (Your sim is activated and ready to use. Happy calling..) but till now my new sim is not activated and old sim has been closed. I have visited every day to reliance office modi complex in raigarh (Chhattisgarh) but reliance store manager not solved my sim activation issue and speaks in every day your sim will be started tomorrow... Please help me.. So that my number could start.

                            I have been having issues with my number since i move to another city, people cant call me or i cañt call out, i cant even call to customer service, i had made several complaints they fixed it for 1 or 2 days and the same thing continues so i want to port my no to another network.                               Without any prior information, reliance communication cut (Switch off) their mobile net work signals since 21.10.2017 (More than 5 days) at rameswaran in tamilnadu. Now a days mobile number is mandatory for more application likes net banking, aadhaar, tnepds, train ticket booking, it department etc. Customers are face more difficulty in this situation.
                              What is the reason for above said problem?

                                I am reliance mobile customer my no. [protected]. This number is maharashtra state. Now i am in noida. (Up). I recharge my no. With roaming pack of rs. 194/- on 25/10/17. This pack validity is for 6 months. (As per reliance offer). And recharge of rs.75/- full talk time (As per reliance offer for 28 days) and confirm message sent by reliance. On 26/10/17 i made a call from noida for 12 sec and deducted rs.0.80 (Not understood) and balance shown rs. 43/-. Such heavy deduction is not understood. Hence request to refund my deducted amount.

                                My main Balance has been deducted 2 times each amount figure is Rs.85 and Rs.15 respectively and customer care also not responding, since I am very much disappointed by the service, and they cut the balance without any reasonable cause, I am not that much rich as MUKESH ambani so please return my amount soon.

I will provide port code in other company every company Your company disline other operator request. When u not provide any network why u not decline.                                         I m from dharwad my reliance Mobile no [protected] is not working from since 4 days and I search reliance store in dharwad city but no one store available in dharwad city so I m very unsatisfied about reliance service, , , no alert message from company and automatically deactivate the sim is very rash treatment
                                        This type of service is very bad showing of company, , , in our city minimum 3 lakh people but one customer care center is not available is shameful
