not getting mera wala offer

I m reliance user and was using mera wala offer continuosly from 2 months. by hearing mera offer on toll free number 151. it was providing me 20p/min call to reliance for 30days with talktime of 20rs on recharge of 20rs. but it stopped giving this without any information... now, if i call on 151 then it is always telling continuosly the same offer.. but when i recharge.. it is not provinding... the company should either...

AMOUNT DEDUCTION IN RECHARGE

I recharged with Rs. 98/- (online through ICICI netbanking, Reliance Mobile#[protected]) around 6PM on 3rd Sep'2012 and even after receiving confirmation sms on successful recharge, I found that for local calls, amounts are getting deducted from my account in a rate much more than 1p/2sec. Then I called 198 to have a talk with customer service executive regarding that. Some Raj Mahar (I can NOT remember his name properly) took the call....

Fraudulent Billing & Service Activation to generate Revenue

I have a connection from Reliance [protected]. Month on Month I have been facing problem o[censored]nwanted and unasked service being activated and being charge to my bill. Then I have to keep requesting to get the invoice corrected. It has heightened this time, when reliance has charged me for Internet Usage when the handset being used for this connection do not have internet usage features. QUITE ASTONISHING...ISN'T IT!!!

Connection not working

My internet connection is not working since past 3 weeks but no solution has been provided by the Reliance customer care. The continue to give false assurance that it will be repaired within next 24 hours which ofcourse doesnt happens.
I am tired of complaining and they do no give any next step to take my complain forward. I am forced to talk to customer care execs who only speak typed scripts and could not provide...

Unauthorized deductions

not change my new bill plan.

I have reliance net connect. Data card No .is [protected].
Previously my plan was 10 GB unlimited data plan. I had changed my plan at 25th july2012 from unlimited to 1 GB limited plan.
My billing cycle is 27th to 26th of month.
but in August month they had charge me for the unlimited plan. I got massage of that u have consumed total 1 GB data of your allocation in first week of August. It means my plan has been changed....

I told the representative about the problem that the Model Videoclub service has been automatically activated...
