The "Check usage Online" link in the Reliance website shows incorrect Data usage ant due to this error I am wrongly charged for this usage. My bills normally are Rs. 550/- but I was charged this time with a bill of Rs. 2308/-. I dont have that much money to pay these people. When I called them up to show them their mistake, they told me that the link was not showing correct data usage, but I still have to pay the amount for which I have been billed for.
Please help me.

    Hi,
    I am Raman Sharma. I am using reliance in Punjab and New Delhi.
    My number is [protected]. I have a sms pack of Rs. 26 (1p/sms loc and std) on my mobile. On 08th of the September there was a deduction of Rs 26 from my number so pck was activated for next 30 days but on 17th of September (today) i found that my sms pack is not working. So i called customer care no(198). I spoke with atleast 4 or 5 persons in your office. They all were very pathetic and did not even apologize for the inconvenience. i called at 05:43 pm.
    One of the floor supporter was very pathetic and i asked him to give me contact details for nodel officer but he did not provide me the same info and he disconnected my call after putting it on hold for more the 10 minutes.

    Then i called on 198 number once again from my another number which is [protected]. I spoke to Suraj he did the same thing. He did not provide me any information and said sir your email or phone call will not effect anything there is nobody here who will listen to you.

    Its so disgusting.

    please contact me on my number [protected] after 02:30 pm to 10pm any time.

    And provide me any resolution for that issue.
    I think Relaine GSM is the one who is providing the worst service to me or to all of other customers.

    Hi, i am Sandip Bhosale reliance gsm user My No. is [protected]. I had no complaints abt this service before 6 months. But nowadays i m facing problems;

    Since last week, various vas packs r activated & deducted my balance, i tried to deactivate it through sms, but unable to deactivate & then again on[protected] at 5.24pm i got sms as, RM-Reliance: Amount Charged for VAS One97 Subscrip Rs:15.00. Current Main Balance : Rs:25.03,

    earlier also 2 pks activated & Rs.15 dedcted.
    since then i tried calling 198, & *333 severel times, but every time they say, " ur request can not be processed, pkz call again later."

    Thus in a week, Rs.35 r deducted frm my balance as vas packs subscription. & in addition to it, Rs.0.50 per 3 min, for speakin to customer care executive. I m going to ask for refund of all these.

        I have surrendered my Reliance data card No.[protected] on[protected] after settling all dues. Inspite of the surrendering the reliance data connection they are repeatedly sending fraudulent bills and customer service people are torturing me for marking payments for false bills.

        Already I have mailed to Reliance Communication and TRAI above mentioned details on[protected]. Inspite of that they are repeatedly sending false bills for the data card which I have already surrendered on 24.07.2012. Kindly request you to take legal action against reliance.

        Please let me know how to proceed.

          Hi ,

          I don't know how its possible, its only 6hrs ago i am receiving the below mail, and now the different pack is automatically activated and Rs30 is deducted from my balance again, its third time in a week its happening , after getting so many assurance from the customer care,that there will be no further unethical, unwanted packs will be activated, but its again happened.

          I must say i am very much disappointed by so called Reliance. how the company can be this much unethical.

          i have to get my balance back right now. and please stop behaving like this.

            I would like to inform you that I am a prepaid user of Reliance Mobile and on daily basis I see a deduction of Rs.5/- to Rs 10/- with an SMS saying that Amount Charged To VAS Saregama WAP Rs.5.00.

            It has been happening since last week and on calling Customer Care at 198 I get assured that it wont happen again but still it’s happening every day. The Customer Care also issued a complaint Number[protected] on 15/09/2012 but nothing happened. The same amount got deducted today also i.e. on 16/09/2012 .Out of desperation I am writing this to Consumer Forum. Please get this issue resolved and I assure you all cooperation from my side.

            Relince Prepaid connection — UNAUTHORISEDLY DEDUCT AMOUNT

            Relince Mobile, automatically subscribed me to caller tune Service. When i requist to unsubcribe on the help line and they told me that i do no unsubscribe.

            When i called them asking that why i should unsubscribe to a service which i never subscribed to, they claimed i had indeed subscribed to their service (which i never did). And the icing on the cake was there was NO WAY for me to unsubscribe!! The only way to unsubscribe.

              I have a Reliance GSM card since last 4 years....But its being to a trouble with reliance nowadays......Actually they are deducting my balance as the rat of RS 3-5/- daily without any reason.....And when i am calling them they are not picking my phone and if they pick they are saying that they cant do anything about my number.......Moreover when i went to their reliance gallery they are giving assurance that it will not happen in future...But this is happening daily.................

                Dear Sir,

                I want to register a complaint against a reliance mobile tower installation in the residential complex on building DEV ASHISH, NEAR MITTALCOLLEGE, NAHAR NAGAR, LIBERTY GARDEN, MALAD (W),

                MUMBAI-400064

                The mobile tower is installed at a low height and as per supreme court ruling, such towers are illegal and should be removed. This tower has been instlled not on terrace but exactly in front of our drawing

                room.


                As this tower pose major healt risk to children and old people continously exposed to the harmful radiations being emitted from the tower and noise pollution it spreads day and night, I am raising my voice

                through you to help us maintaining the healthy environment around us by removing this tower from the residential complex. If not that at least it can be instllaed on the terrace not exactly in front of our

                drawing room.

                Please could you look at this complaint and escalate it to the right channel for proper action.

                  I submited documents for my prepaid reliance CDMA NO. [protected], to reliance web world, Mulund Checknaka, mumbai. now after submitting documents I recived a call from no.: [protected] that persone told me that you had submitted document to reliance web world for converting yur no. from prepaid to postpaid, but you had not paid deposit charges Rs. 250 as well as webworld persone are lessy they can take 7-8 days for transfer from prepaid to postpaid we can do it in 3-4 days. so you can REsubmit yur documents and Rs. 250/- to fellow visit you.he told give me add i sending my person he collect money and document.i think so this numbar is from uk and talking in hindi.he know about me only in 3 hours.this is serious mater.

                  Reliance CDMA — fake calls

                  i am disturbed by a call naming "unknown" where as no number is saved in my cell as unknown. it comes twice and if attended no responce comes from that. if not attended then it is not registered in the recent call. it is same in case received call. the number never registered in any of the call lists.

                    Hi Mr. Ambani,

                    I would like to add very amazing facts about your Reliance telecom. I would like to add this type of service cannot be given by any other telecom. Automatic deductions, schemes updation, or useless phone calls is the best part. Near about 1 week back the reliance boy took 250 Rs from me and i was told that my number will become post paid and it will become 3g and work effectively. However, it never happened, never i got any call or sms regarding the same. I would like to add on that till i time i said yes to get my number from pre-paid to post paid, i used to get 5 to 7 calls per day just to get changed. So you tell me on what ethics your company works.

                      I m reliance user and was using mera wala offer continuosly from 2 months. by hearing mera offer on toll free number 151. it was providing me 20p/min call to reliance for 30days with talktime of 20rs on recharge of 20rs. but it stopped giving this without any information... now, if i call on 151 then it is always telling continuosly the same offer.. but when i recharge.. it is not provinding... the company should either not say the sirf aapke liye offer or it should provide if it is telling.. kindly help me out.

                        I had put complaint to reliance customer care that reliance charged me extra for two years by not informing about latest plans and I didn't pay bill for my last month which was about 950rs. Now I am out of country and could and they called my wife and threatned her, she told them that we have 2 month old baby and cannot come to lok adalat, nor going to pay the bill and I had put complaint to reliance customre care which they were unable to resolve. I had put several complaints demanding the explanation that why we were not informed about the plan which is 700rs for unlimited downnload. and we were paying 950rs for 3GB plan for last 2 years. we paid extraa for two years. Also had bought device for 2500rs which they didn't take back and neither they refund the money for same. And now they are telling we have to give 4000Rs which we can't pay.

                        I request you to please look into this matter and take action against these corporate people, who first loot the customers by giving so costly device and charging extraa money every month and later harassing them. They are calling my wife again and again and are not ready to settle this matter. Please take actions against these guys.

                        This is with reference to a Lan Line Connection No 32952286 which i had got dissconnected on account of issue with the connectivity and bad service.

                        I am working at a senior position with an MNC Bank and am extremely annoyed with the harrasment done by your company.

                        In spite of surrendering my Lan Line connection with the hand phone at your Lajpat Nagar Centre as on 01/07/07 by receipt no :S[protected] and Case ID 51702215.i am being harrased by you.

                        I had made the payment of all the outstanding as on that date at the counter of yours in full and final for which i have a receipt.

                        Today suddenly i get a letter from some D&A ASSOCIATES dated 10/10/07 who claims to be your lawyer who is demanding a payment of o/s towards our telephone connection.

                        I fail to understand what in the world is happening in your company wherein u are asking payment of a telephone that has been surrendered im July'07 itself.

                        Kindly revert to the same at the earliest or i would be compelled to go to consumer court.

                        Hoping for a positive revert from your end at the earliest.

                        This is with reference to a Reliance India mobile (RIM) no. (0)[protected], CAF No [protected]

                        The above said connection was terminated as per my request on[protected]
                        FIRST Termination request No. :[protected]on[protected]
                        NEXT Termination request No. :[protected]on[protected]
                        NEXT Termination request No. :[protected]on[protected]
                        and I had paid all due amount till[protected] through cash on[protected] and recieved receipt for the same from Reliance web world at sector - 09, Chandigarh.
                        I got shocked and feel humiliated when I receive a legal Notice issued on[protected] from a company called “D. K. Singal & Associates” (on behalf of Reliance Communication Ltd.) on last week of December 2008 bearing Ref No. – Nil, dated[protected].
                        On contacting Sector-9, Chandigarh Relaince web world, I have not responded properly from the last two weeks,
                        On[protected], on of the official in Sector-9, Chandigarh Relaince web world, told me & that the bill is nullified without giving me the proof of the same.
                        I have already availed 04 sets of yours with 04 connections, & did cleared all the payments on time.
                        On what basis the Legal Notice of non payment is being issued, when the request for termination of conection is being given with all the payments cleared.
                        And, more than this one of your official used odd words at my residence in sector -34 D, Chandigarh, during his query, with my family members.
                        Why you people wont check your work system properly.
                        Kindly revert to the same at the earliest or I would be compelled to go to consumer court.

                        hi,

                        i took a reliance net connect a year ago (june) which was registered in the name of my friend (padmanabham) as i didn't had any address proof. however the reliance people stopped sending the bill at the address provided(permanent address) after two months. I was using the connection and made online payments for the same every month. However in the month of April before the payment date, they disconnected the connection, the reason cited was that address proof was not submitted.

                        When the connection was bought reliance had done proper investigation, they have sent a personel at the address provided before activating and provided the connection. My question is what were these guys doing for almost a year. Why was no intimation sent to us about the disconnection or whatever proofs they needed, why was the connection active for so long and why were they accepting payments.


                        Hence we stopped making the payment as I was not able to use the net connect in the month of April even before the bill was generated.

                        Now these guys are asking for the bill payment, Why should i make the payment when i was not able to use the connection and they stopped it without proper communication.

I have stopped using reliance data card 4 months ago, but still I am getting mail for outstanding amount. This time they have sent me a legal notice.                           I recharged with Rs. 98/- (online through ICICI netbanking, Reliance Mobile#[protected]) around 6PM on 3rd Sep'2012 and even after receiving confirmation sms on successful recharge, I found that for local calls, amounts are getting deducted from my account in a rate much more than 1p/2sec. Then I called 198 to have a talk with customer service executive regarding that. Some Raj Mahar (I can NOT remember his name properly) took the call. He told me that since 98 recharge was no more valid, I was NOT going to get any service with that recharge and entire amount was a loss for me!!! - Isn't it shocking???!!! If this 98 recharge is no more valid, then how can I get a confirmation sms!!!

                          I again called 198 to have a docket or complaint number. But the person told me that for my case there would not be any complaint number! Then I mailed to Reliance Customer-care with a hope that the Reliance authority would take an action in line with their fame, loyalty and greatness they are running the business with. I also got an email that Rs. 98/- will be posted in my account and would get added to the core balance. But I am yet get that! :( Every time they (RCOMAppellateAuthority) just reply me "the amount will be posted within next 3 days"! I really want to know how 3 days are calculated in their system. It is already more than 11 days since my complaint.

                          Everyone knows how plans change every day. But from my previous experiences I have come to know that even a user tries to recharge with an amount which is no more valid, the recharge will NOT be successful and if the amount gets deducted through online, the user will get the amount refunded back to his/her account. In this case they just deducted the amount! Ridiculous! Many people might have suffered like me with Reliance.

                          I am waiting for your suggestions/advise/reply.

                              Reliance data card service is pathetic & against humanity - t
                              1. Poor billing
                              2. Very poor customer service
                              3. Racism - abusement
                              4. Harassment & mental torture
                              5. completely un-professional

                              have bought a data card and the speed was so pathetic when I complained they have dis-connected the service without any prior information & reaso - when asked the same they said I need to pay again for the card & provide fresh documents.

                              When I refused to do so, they have sent a bill for Rs 4000/- for 15 days usage ??!!!!!!

                              When I refused to pay the bill -
                              1. They have called my family and abused them in filthy words
                              2. Theu have called my friends and said I am a cheater
                              3. Called me and said "All Tamilians are cheaters - you aguys giving trouble to Karnataka people always in everything, water issue etc and your entire family is a cheat blah blah blah (above all the one who called was from reliance marketing office)
                              4. They wiill threaten that they will file a case against you if you dont pay the exorbitant

                              One of the lady ADVOCATE FROM KARNATAKA called my home (though they knew my no but dint call me) and abused them that 'you & your total family is a cheat (WTH??) blah blah and they got so disturbed.

                              They will go to the extent of serving the legal notice and ask anyone to sign on bahalf of the customer they they will serve the notice to the concerned court that the respondent has accepted the notice and charges (its completely illegal).

                              NEVER EVER BUY ANY PRODUCTS FROM RELIANCE - THEY ARE RACIST & UN-PROFESSIONALS
                              THE ADVOCATES REPRESENT THEIR LEGAL DEPARTMENT ARE RACISTS - THEY DONT KNOW THE VALUE OF HUMANITY, FAMILY VALUES.

                                Reliance Communication Limited — charging for 51234/premium service without using it

                                I have reliance Land Line connection[protected].This complain is in reference to the bill dated 05 December 2011 received by me.

                                Reliance arbitrarily charging for Dial 51234 & Premium Voice services even though they are not used or dialled. I wish to clarify that I have not used the above services and your bill indicating calls amounting to this number for Rs322 is absolutely false.

                                There is no way my 07years kid will dial 51234 or use premium voice services as the phone is just used by them for receiving incoming calls and occasionally for making calls. Most of the time the phone itself is kept switched off. The extent o[censored]se of this phone can be judged from the fact that calls worth Rs 28.00 have only been made in entire month and same is the case for past months also. Most of the time we use our personal mobile which are in CUG.

                                But it seems Relaince has made it a regular habit of cheating people.

                                If you ask them to give the proof or lodge complain in their web site or talk to customer care person the they will ask Rs. 50 first to send itamized bill and simply reply that the service has been used. I know very well the bill is false. There is no way my 70 yr old parents will use 51234 service. I wonder how suddenly the bills start showing use of 51234 service and calls worth Rs. 200-300 after gap of every 4-5 months. I have absolutely no doubt that its business of reliance to cheat the unsuspecting customer

                                    I have a connection from Reliance [protected]. Month on Month I have been facing problem o[censored]nwanted and unasked service being activated and being charge to my bill. Then I have to keep requesting to get the invoice corrected. It has heightened this time, when reliance has charged me for Internet Usage when the handset being used for this connection do not have internet usage features. QUITE ASTONISHING...ISN'T IT!!!

                                    Thus I decided to put my foot down for such a malafied practice. I'm sure this is not my problem, This is a PROBLEM OF MASSES. Some doesn't look into the bills minutely, Some even tend to ignore after looking into the same. There has to be an end to such ingenuine practice.

                                      My name is chendan and i had brought one reliance data card and i was not satisfied with their speed so i contacted customer care regarding this they told there is some problem with the tower they are repairing it and it will take a month for it and after that it will be settled.after 5 months also it was the same there was no change in the speed. So i thought of disconnecting it and went to the reliance outlet and asked for the disconnection.
                                      In the reliance outlet they told that they cannot disconnect it and we should contact customer care for dis connection. So i made a online request for disconnection as i am not satisfied with the data card speed and it is not up to the speed you have mentioned and i also got a acknowledgement for the same. And after a few days when i went to pay my last bill i enquired about the connection they said that it is disconnected as i have lost my data card. So after that i called customer care and asked them they told they told that they have disconnected for the lost of data card. I told them that i have not stated that i have not said that i have lost my data card anywhere so they told they will look into that.So after four to five month they have sent a notice regarding the payment of the bill. So i called the person whose name was given the letter and he is talking all sort of rubbish thing and he is saying that my data card is not disconnected for disconnection i should have gone and made the disconnection in the reliance outlet but i had already approached the reliance outlet for disconnection and they told to contact reliance customer care and i did the same. Please help me regarding this.My reliance data card No is [protected].

                                        Since last more than one month I am facing harassment from Reliance Communication. My Name is Rambabu (Mobile No : [protected], Pune). I am using reliance pre paid connection. They are deducting the amount from my balance whenever they want. And when I call customer care, and asked why you have deducted the money they never responded to this question. And saying we have refunded the money which was deducted. They are refunding my money when I call them. If I forgot to ask within 2 -3 days, my money will be gone.

                                        The way they are responding to my question of why you are deducting my balance and activating new schemes without informing me, that clearly indicates that they are doing it intentionally. If consumer forgot to call them and if they don’t ask for the refund, they will get revenue from it. This is new business model has been adopted by the RCom. This has happened with me more than 15 times in month. Sometime they are deducting money 3 times in a day. They should at least spare a person who is consciously calling them and asking for refund. I am going to NMP to another service provider. I will urge all the people to not to use RCom service ever in their entire life.

                                        Reliance pre-paid GSM Connection — Deduction of amount from prepaid without subscribing for V.A.S.

                                        I would like to draw your kind attention in this month an amount of Rs.16/- on 13th Feb'11, Rs.30/- on 20th Feb'11 and Rs 16/- on 21st Feb'11 has been deducted from my prepaid balance and when i contact your toll free no.198 and *333 your customer srevice executive simply imform that it is correctly deducted giving reason that i have subscirbed for services,whereas i have never subscribed for any such services. Total amount of Rs.62/= is deducted.

                                        Another My mobile no:[protected] (Delhi NCR number)
                                        If you scroll through your records of last 6 months, you will find that similarly Rs.60 (approx) has been deducted citing the reason that tou have requested for the same which is a false allegation.

                                        Therefore i request you to kindly look into the mater and refund my amount. If i don't receive the same i am going to go to consumer forum. I also propose to camplain about the same to the higher executives of reliance couumnication.and if need be do a much higher level. This is not a threatening, it is only information to you. The issue is not about the amount of money but the reliability of reliance communiaction
                                        and in turn of Mr. Anil Ambani.

                                        Reliance GSM — Harassment continues without fail

                                        Hi, I am a reliance gsm customer with a prepaid number([protected]). Since April 15th I have been regularly complaining about the cricket match score being sent continuously on my number by the number:54321123.
                                        After wasting lot of my precious time and energy with the customer care, I had also complained to the consumer forum three times.
                                        But still the problem and the harassment continued.

                                        I am disturbed a lot by this. I had therefore demande a compensation.

                                        I still demand a compensation against this harassment. My mobile is full of messages and there is no space for any new message.
                                        Even after so many complaints and calls there is nobody to take care of this matter.

                                        I need an apology letter AND compensation against the mental harassment and against wasting so much of my time for this matter.
