    I used reliance broad band plus data card for internet connection for aprox. 2 years. When I started this service charges for my postpaid plan were around Rs 650. Then recently reliance launched 3G service and they put same charges i.e. around Rs 650 for 3G service and reduced broad band plus charges to Rs 250. Unfortunately I didn't know these updated changes and I continued to pay them Rs. 650 + taxes till last month i.e. August 2012.

    No body from reliance contacted me to update about the charges. Also the online bill I used to get was Rs 650 + taxes on the reliance my service website. Now I have stopped this service permanently.

    "But I should get my extra money which I paid to reliance". Below are my details.

      Dear Sir/ Mam,

      I am a Reliance Broadband Customer from Chennai. My Subscriber id is[protected]. I had taken this connection in Anna Nagar , Chennai. Recently( from September 2012 onwards) I shifted my residence to a new home in Saligramam Chennai. I had requested for a shift of the connection. After a week's time, I was told that the connection feasibility is not available in Saligramam and I had to apply for a disconnection. I requested the customer care people to disconnect my service with immediate effect as there was no other option. A person from the reliance office called me and informed me that "OUR MUMBAI OFFICE WILL CONTACT YOU TO CONFIRM WHETHER YOU WOULD LIKE TO DISCONNECT YOUR SERVICE". PLEASE INFORM THEM THAT THE CONNECTION WAS CUT FOR THE PAST 20 DAYS DUE TO SOME PROBLEM BUT THE ISSUE IS SORTED OUT AND THERE IS NO PROBLEM IN THE CONNECTION NOW. When I inquired why I had to say so, they said, it is a formality to effect the refund amount. And the mumbai office people contacted me and as instructed, I informed them that I do not want to disconnect the service. Now after 2 weeks, I rang up to Reliance to inquire about my refund and to give back their modem. The shocking reply I got was that " YOUR SERVICE IS STILL ACTIVE AND IT IS BECAUSE YOU TOLD THE MUMBAI OFFICE THAT YOUR CONNECTION IS ALRIGHT AND YOU NEED NOT WANT TO DISCONNECT IT."

      I tried explaining the customer care people and their superiors through many phone calls to find out the person who contacted me from their office and instructed me but no correct response other " SORRY SIR, WE DO NOT HAVE THE INFO IN OUR DATABASE" was all that I got. I got the info from the database that on 3rd SEPT , the mumbai office had sent a report to Chennai office that the customer is satisfied and need not cut the connection. Now, I also found out that a person named SUNDARAVADANAM from CHENNAI AMBATTUR OFFICE tracked all these process with the Mumbai Office. So, he is the person responsible for misguiding me when I had applied for disconnection. He was the one who had falsely instructed me to talk to the mumbai office like this.

      Reliance does not want to reveal his details and they are sure to bury this issue and issue me the bill for this whole September Month for which I had not been using.

      Also, a person named RAJA from reliance office contacted me and promised me to continue with the service and told that the connection will be given as soon as possible in the new area. His number is[protected]. He is also not picking up the call and is responsible for my delay.

      I would like to get a solution for this problem and it is not justified to charge me for this month which I had not been using and for which, the reliance people are responsible in the form of a delayed action.
      I would also like Reliance to take action against the person who misguided me.

        i have highly disappointed with your service i have complaint in you customer care number but they have not attend complaint call and mostly time not connect to customer care complaint officer so i am very disturb.
        Your company deduct the balance in my number ([protected]) in 3 or 4 days permanently without any information and without any activate service by me..
        22-September-2012 again deducted my Rs.10 balance in my reliance gsm number ([protected]) so plz refund me my deducting balance and stop unnecessary deducting balance without any activation request for service i am very highly obliged.. rinsey

          I made my number mnp to reliance 1 year ago, it was working proper, suddenly on 20 sep 2012 my all services are blocked and also shut my number permanently,
          I had tried my level best to start but they are not giving me a satisfied answer and not starting it.

          My Name is Devesh Aggarwal i have purchased a new Reliance GSM No.[protected]. dt:-13.11.2010. this number netword very poor condition that is ways i am close this no. i have gone Reliance Comminication Out Lat Mandoli Road Shahdara, Delhi-110093, I meet miss Naina Thakur, Naina Thakur says this no. not closed my moblie no.[protected] before six month but i am request but not any respone.

          That is way sir please help me and closed my mobile no.[protected] because i will not able to pay any futur bill payment.

            Reliance GSM Connection — Uninformed Subscription of CRBT

            sir,

            I hereby inform you that I, mr Sumanta Chowdhury, the sole simholder of reliance GSM service PUNJAB. On 16.10.2009 at 16:35:58 pm I received a message, informing me that my subcription to CRBT had been renewed for 30 days at 30 Rs/month. Without informing me they also less ny acc balance by Rs 30.

            In this circumstances I want to inform u that Rs 30 is not a very big amount, but it will mess the
            customer loyalty, as well as they less 10 Rs even to subscribe CRBT at a time without informing me.
            Even I call the cust care also, but I dont get any possitive attitude. so I earnestly requesting you to
            handle the case as quick as possible, otherwise they less my acc by another excuse without
            informing me ever and forever.

              Hi,

              I have prepaid connection ([protected]). I received a call 25th Sep 12 from Reliance communication ( TA-95, 2nd Floor, Street no. 1, Main Road, near Reliance Fresh, Tughlakabad Extn, New Delhi-19) for postpaid connection and i gave the document 26th April' 12 ( PAN CARD, voter id card and aadhar card ID photo copy and 1 photograph) and 250 Rs. to Mr. karan who came form reliance communication and i received a receipt ( No. 3465).

              Still my No. is not converted in postpaid connection, before yesterday i called to Mr. karan and he said that i would check your document, and he cut the phone. After some hour i tried to call him but he did not pick my phone and then i was trying to contact in office but customer care no. ([protected]) was switch off which is print on receipt. Last 2 days i am trying to contact in office but i am unable to contact them.
              Mr. karan no is [protected], [protected], no activate but not pick up my phone

              Please take the action ASAP.

                Its the worst service that have seen, reliance is offering to me. From the last more than 15 days i have no access to internet what you are charging for.
                Please terminate my connection and refund my money back to me.
                I am sorry that i bought your connection and rely on you for my internet. I am also going to file a case against you people.
                Sabse Bekar services provided by reliance.

                Relianece Bradband — No service and no response

                Dear Sir,
                I had applied for reliance wireless broadband last week. This sunday(7 June 2009) the executive of reliance came to my room for the demo of there wireless broadband. It was quite good and impressive.
                They told me for this modem I have to pay Rs 3500/-, so I gave them a cheque of Rs 3500/-. The executive told me that they will take around two days of time to activate this modem. After the activation they will deposit the cheque for cash. They took all required documents from me and told me all documents are ok and there will be no problem in the activation.

                For address proof I gave them the letter from my comany(Letter head of the company where I am working.)

                Next day, Monday (8 June 2009) I got a call from reliance and that guy told me that they need company stamp on the letter head of company. I told them it was not mentioned in the documents which your executive gave to me and if it was required then why your executive took all documents with the cheque from me ? Why didn't he tell me that time?
                After this he told me it is company policy and the stamp of company is mandatory on letter head of company and without which they can not proceed further.

                I ask them to give me that document where it is mentioned that stamp of company is required on company letter head so that I can show that in my company and get stamp of company on the letter head. But they are not able to produce the document, and also they are not ready to give this in written.

                After this next day I saw my bank A/C debited by Rs 3, 500/-. I was shocked as I was told that untill service gets start they will not use this cheque.

                From that day there is no response from there executive.

                Please suggest what should I do.

                Now I don't want there broadband connection I just want my money back.

                  I am having reliance gsm SIM prepaid. Unnecesory they use to deduct money(balance) from my account when i call to customer care they say you have activate jok/shero-shayeri/fun/cricket/internet pack thats why your money has been deduct. i am fade up with this relience. I was checking TRAI website for complaint but they have not mention the procidure to complaint.
                  they deduct money and i am not able to complaint. they are just sucking the blood. what to do for the legal procedure. kideley let me know.

                    My reliance no. is not working. I am getting the message: to resume services contact customer care. They shut down my services yesterday night. 2days back I recharged it with 200. Kindly tell me what is the reason, I'll submit the docs if they are missing. Resume my services or I am going to the consumer court tomorrow.

                    I am frustrated, I have ~Rs 90 balance and I cant even talk to customer care. Kindly resume my services.

                      I am new customer to reliance bearing mobile number +91 [protected] in Maharashtra circle. my balance was more then 250 rupees while I have switch off my mobile due to visiting my native village in orissa. now the balance in my account shows Rs 5/- while I have again switch on my mobile. as my mobile is switch off and i am not using above number since last 1 month also I have not active any service.so money should not be deducted from my account.

                      I have requested customer care to deactivate all my service before recharging to my mobile and also got a conformation from them that there is no service activated to your number.

                      Now on contacting customer care they told so many service is activated in your account like bollywood service, fusion service, VAS etc. and they also told me that we can't refund your money and disconnect the line from there side. As my number is switch off since last 1 month how this service are activated. It is cheating to the customer.

                      In case of switch off mobile how the service are activated and balance is deducted????

                      please let me know why by balance is deducted and take the necessary action to refund the same amount which are deducted from my account. otherwise I am bound to surrender this connection.

                      Reliance Communication — Illegal balance deduction

                      Today illegaly some service has been activated by reliance communication on my number [protected] & 49 rs has been deducted towards it. When called customer care around 10:15 am , he told he can deactivate service neither refund my balance. Even the was he was talking was also very rude. This reliance is completely cheater. This problem i am face around past one month that they are activating service on their own & deduct balance for it.

                        I am very sorry to inform that your reliance customer service is the worst.

                        I am (T.Surya, S/o Suri babu Thiparthi) using broadband and fixed land line service with the below mentioned details, requested to terminate the services immediately on 10.09.12 as we are shifting house on 22.09.12 and intimated the same 12 days in advance. But till now the services were not terminated, apart from that i got the broadband bill for the period of 19.09.12 to 19.10.12 which i am not going to use the service. Waste of money for me as i have to pay the bill for the service which i haven't used.

                        On 25.09.12 & 26.09.12, once again i called customer care and requested to terminate the services immediately as the status of the service was still active. It is ridiculous that no one responded properly and din't gave correct information.

                        In dismay i wrote mail to [protected]@relianceada.com mentioning the above complaint, which was given by customercare staff (Mr.Lokesh), but got the return mail saying that the mail was not delivered.

                        I hope this get to concerned reliance officials notification and shall repeat to other customers.

                        relliance broadband @ fixed line services — AFTER TERMINATION BILL

                        SIR,
                        I HAD A RELLIANCE BROADBAND CONNECTION FOUR MONTHS BACK WITH NO[protected] . I GOT IT TERMINATED AFTER TWO MONTHS.THE PHONE EQUIPMENT AND THE LINE CONNECTION WERE TERMINATED AND COLLECTED BY ONE OF THEIR EMPLOYE WHEN I WAS NOT AT HOME WITHOUT ANY RECEIVING.I PAYED THE BILL AMOUNT ON THE DATE I RECEIVED THE BILL AND CLEARED OF MY DUES.BUT STILL I AM RECEVING THE BILL FROM THEIR SIDE EVERY MONTH.I TRIED TO TALK TO THEIR CUSTOMER CARE BUT THEN ALSO MY PROBLEM IS NOT SOLVED I STILL RECEIVE THE BILL FROM THEIR SIDE.
                        PLEASE TAKE THE POSSIBLE STEP AGAINST IT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

                          I recharged my reliance net-connect account (no-[protected]) on 22nd September,2012 at around 11 pm with unlimited prepaid plan of 98 Rs which gives me validity of 2 days and unlimited net usages. Along with that I also recharged Rs 20 in the same number which added to my core balance as 18rs and some paisa.(because to access network there must be some minimum amount in my core balance). Till 23rd September 2 pm it was all well. But then in between 2 to 3 pm they started deducting my core balance though i was using unlimited plan. In no time my core balance become zero(21 paisa actually) and my line get disconnected. I called the customer care (no[protected] and asked the reason, then he assured me that it might have happened by mistake I shall get my money back. But I cant wait for that because my validity was for 2 days only. I told him about my problem and he suggested to recharge my account with Rs 20 to access net immediately, he also assured that it will not happen again. So I recharged Rs 20 again which went to my core balance, and I started using the connection but within a few minute the same thing happened again and my core balance again went to Rs 0. Now I called the customer care and he(named RAHUL SOURI, as he told me) took my complaint (no-[protected]) and assured me the solution will be given within 24 hrs. On 24th after waiting for 24hrs i called the customer care and checked for solution, but there was no solution. Instead they gave me another complaint no[protected] and transferred my call to floor manager (NISHANT, as he told me). He said he will personally look into the matter and forwarded my complaint to the technical team and assured that I will get back my money (if my complaint is true) within few hours so i can use my unlimited plan within time. After few hours I called again but this time they gave me a time line of 48 hrs. After 48 hrs on 26th I again called the customer care to know the status, but now they told that their technical committee has not found any record of deduction, so money cant be funded back. I argued with him and finally he transferred my call to their floor manager (STEVEN), who again gave me the time line of 48 hrs. Now I am faded up with their behavior. My question is-
                          1) Can I get back my total 40 Rs which was wrongly deducted from my core balance?
                          2) Can I get an extended validity for my Unlimited 98 plan which is ended due to their fault?

                              I have a pre-paid connection of Reliance Mobile (CDMA) [protected]. I had activated DND services after within a week of activation of my mobile connection. But after two months again sms come started. I complained to Reliance customer care. Sms stopped after one month. But after two months again sms come started. I again complained to Reliance customer care. Again Sms stopped after one month. It is happening with me continuously from 6-7 years. These days, I am receiving 10-15 sms and 2-3 calls daily. I have been harassed badly.
                              Please help me to stop sms permanently.

                                I have taten postpaid reliance net connection.The reliance store hide many things at the time of purchase.
                                So i discontinue to use the device.I have outstanding of around 1100 to pay,which i think is not true.
                                The reliance is disturbing me many times for one year.Asking that calling from courier company & asking address.They have done it more than 10 times.Today a call came from-[protected].A girl called me.She used abusive language.Which is very painful.

                                Reliance sell the products forcefully with malacious intention & use this type of bad practices to disturbe citizen.There should strong action agnaist these private companies.

                                  I have been billed continuously by Reliance Communication mobile service providers, in fact i don't use a reliance mobile.
                                  They have entered our names and contact address for other customers and trying to collect the amount form us.
                                  To wonder, they have also send us a letter form a lawyer to collect the money. Please everybody be aware of this shameful act by
                                  RELIANCE COMMUNICTIONS.
                                  If this act continues further, i may take legal actions on RCOM. I have twice complained to RCOM center about this and have given a letter to stop this nonsense, but they have not took any action on it. This is waste of time for me.
                                  I HAVE BEEN CHARGED FOR SOME VALUE ADDED SERVICES WHICH I NEVER SUBSCRIBED.I AM HAVING RELIANCE GSM PREPAID MOBILE (NO. [protected]).I HAVE CONTACTED CUSTOMER CARE CENTRE AT AURANGABAD (M S), BUT NOT SATISFIED WITH THE LAME EXPLAINATION WHAT IS THE WAY OUT?

What's their process I can't get it....I have reported this several times to the customer care but they seem to be neglecting....I don't need these value added services though my balance cuts anyway....what to do about that????

                                      Dear Sir

                                      I have a reliance prepaid no. [protected] from Bihar.
                                      I am in Karnataka right now so I am on roaming.
                                      Reliance communication is following a mal-practice of automatically deducting the balance for the Value Added Service which I haven't opted for.
                                      I had been pre-informed about this by a message from Reliance Communication, so I called at the Call Center[protected] to deactivate all the Value Added Service, as the toll free no. 198 and *333 were not working. (Here I aques Reliance Communication for another mal-practice of making the Toll-free number unavailable).

                                      But as the message said, the amount Rs. 30 got deducted on 23rd Sept 2012. When I called the Call Center at[protected], I got to know that I was also charged Rs. 15 for Voice chat which I was completely unaware of. The guy said that he cannot take complain, and to call 198 to place complain to revert the charges, but since 198 wasn't working I raised for complain for 198 toll-free not working on 23rd Sept 2012, and was told that it would be resolved in 48 hours. The request no. is [protected].

                                      I tried calling 198 on 25th Sept 2012 in evening, but the number 198 was still unavailable.
                                      So again I lodged the same complain and this time the reference/interaction no. is [protected].

                                      In a summary, I want to raised below 2 complains
                                      1. Deducts balance without information
                                      2. Makes toll-free no. unavailable so need to make call at chargeable no.

                                      Please take the above complain in the interest of general public, and take necessary action so that this doesn't happen to anyone else.
                                      I would say that the company should be made to pay heave fine, otherwise, the company would happily pay the fine as the company would have already gain more using the mal-practice.

                                        Here I want to use polite soft descent words, but I’m so sorry to inform you that Reliance is the most pathetic, disgusting, irritating network service I have used in my entire life.
                                        In this past 15 days I have called your customer support executive junior and senior more than 20 times religiously every damn day to deactivate my automatically activated services and begging back your customer executive to give me my back money.
                                        The day I recharged my no with Rs 110 from that very day I have started facing the problem.

                                        My mobile number is [protected] and i am using this number from past 5 years, but from last 3 months i don't know how they are deducting money from my prepaid account. Whenever i call (Customer Care *333) they used to say that they used to say that you data will update in next 24 hours.
                                        After 24 hours they used to say that u had activated some services but there is no such, according to them after deactivating the service the situationis still same...
                                        I think that reliance has stolen my money and now i am going to file a case in Consumer Forum for that.
