Respected sir,
I am Nishant Sharma from banglore,i am a banker by profession & i had purchased a postpaid reliance net-connect dongle with number "[protected]" from reliance home delivery services on 20/06/2012.They had promised me to provide a speed of about 2.1 Mbps in an unlimited plan of 750 Rs per month.In the starting days the speed was quite good.but after 15 days the speed had reached to 100 Kbps maximum.At that time i had complained to their customer care more then 20 times but no resolution had been provided to me then in the month of september i had recieved a call from their side that if i'll recharge my account with 2000 Rs then they will provide me a better speed in the same plan.for that i had already recharged my account with 2000 Rs but after that also i am facing the same problem.i had called them many times but they are not providing me any solution for this problem.

This is the recent complaint number[protected] .

So i request you to please take appropriate action in my issue so that i would be able to do my work properly.

Reliance Communication — Reliance NetConnect Connection is PAIN & Poor customer service

I would like to make a complaint.
I had bought NetConnect on 12th Jan, that time I had submitted my documents. Again coz of some verification failure (Never understood what reliance was trying to verify & how? Reason not yet known), I had resubmitted my documents on around 24th Jan. Again the GREAT Verification Problem occurred (real PAIN. Can I really know what exactly reliance try to verify & how? Their person comes at around 5PM to verify that also on Saturdays still the customer has to face Verification failure drama) & on 5th Feb I had paid Rs.250/- as deposit (Now I guess it’s over 72hrs but still the connection is not activated).

I had called a lot of time to the customer care, but there again they easily get away with ‘Verification Failure’ excuse (when reliance has customer’s mail ids, tel. nos. & address, I fail to understand where & how this verification problem arises?)

When reliance don’t want to give new connection then why does they make us go through all this drama? When they don’t want to give connections to bachelors or a non localities, then they should mention it VERY clearly before selling the device. We the Customer pay Rs.3500/- for the device & then the drama of troubling us starts. What does they think, we customers have a lot of time to a part of all this drama & be behind them to get our connection activated, after paying so much & even though we submit all the documents & pay deposits?
All I want to know is when they r not interested in giving new connections & serves the customers then please don’t let them fall pray of their useless verification drama. Don’t harass the customers so much that they are made to write such complaints.
Now I only wish to get my connection disconnected & get the deposit refunded....
Reliance is being such a pain in a**...
I had to buy Tata Photon which I got activated in within a day & it is working smoothly. Hope reliance also learn customer service form them. I wish I had not bought Netconnect initially.

    I am writing to complain about the services I am offered through reliance GSM.

    My name is Arun Kumar and I am a customer of Reliance GSM with the mobile number [protected](Chennai Circle). On 24/09/2012 at 8.10PM, some of the services have been activated by their own without my notice and the amount in my balance Rs 30 has been deducted. Since the services are being activated without my consent (by their own and not by me) I request Reliance GSM to instantly stop all the services and refund the amount by crediting into my account and updating the prepaid balance.

      Hi Sir/Madam,


      I'am using Reliance GSM mobile # [protected], From 21st Sep onwards daily 20 Rs is deduacting from my mobile with out use. I'am getting the message like Amount charged for VAS one 97 GSM Rs:20.00. I didn't get any subscibe to this value added services. Even if i calls Reliance customer care also no one responding. I came to know that so many users facing this problem. Pls do favor.

      i have been facing problem with my reliance network as in whenever i get my account recharged they would activate some pack automatically and keep on deducting money. and even i[censored] call the customer care they would say that our sever is showing that u have activated a pack even though customers do not activate any pack. It is problem with there server so they should check with it rather than taking money from customers pockets.

        I Satya Kam Jawal is the user of Reliance Smart 3G GSM number [protected]. On 23 September 2012, Rs 30 was charged for VAS One 97STalkDP without any prior confirmation by my side from my main balance. The Customer care number [protected] of Jharkhand circle is always busy so i couldnot lodge any complaint in customer care .This is really shameless on the part of this service provider unknowingly deduction my talktime with undue charges withot my permission.
        I want all the undue activation done without my confirmation to be cancelled and the deducted amount to be refunded otherwise i will be compelled to changemy portability.

        Reliance Smart — deduction of charges without approval

        I am a customer of Reliance Smart.Recently many deduction had been made from my prepaid account balance without my request or approval.On repeated complaint of mine its not giving any result.The customer care people don't understand anything .How can these people deduct any amount from my account..?And this has happened with me many times.Sometime for any caller tune or some world music or other about which i have no idea what it is.

        Reliance GSM — Balance deduction without any prior information

        Respected sir/mam,
        I am using Reliance GSM service since 2 years.My mobile no is [protected].My problem is the balance deduction of Rs.30. I didn't activated any service still they deduct it without any information .I have been trying to call to cutomer care since 2 days but my call is rejected each time.They are not responding to me.I get irritated with all these because I had faced this problem in the past also.
        So please help me and respond me as soon as possilble.

        Reliance Smart — Balance Deduction without information

        Sir, from last one and half years , i have suffered from balance deduction of my reliance smart no. [protected] without information. though i had not activate any service ,its automatically activated many services in this no.i have complained to coustomer care, but they ignore my request sometimes.
        please give some proposal and take some necessary action, under the circumstances.

        I Satya Kam Jawal is the user of Reliance Smart GSM having number [protected]. On 13th of august Rs 20 & on 15th August Rs 30 was deucted without any prior confirmation from my side from my main balance. After talking on customer care they told that some chat service with Konkana sen has been activated and no refund will be given. This is really shameless on the part of this service provider acting like a white collar thief deucting my balance from my account. My balance has to be returned and all undue deuctions has to be cancelled otherwise forcely i will change my portability.

        Reliance GSM — Balance Deducted without confirmation and on will of them

Dear Sir/ madam Reliance always deduct balance without conformation from me when i recharged my no. and when i call for compliant or refund of balance they said to me we can't tell/help you due to technical update ion. Please Solve my problem as soon as possible. i am using thish no. from 5 months. they deducted my balance approx. Rs. 500. they are not giving good services.

          Dear Sir/Madam,

          I am shocked and disappointed to be writing this letter to you today. I had the worst customer service experience of my life.

          Here's what happened: I have applied for a new Reliance broadband connection and submitted all the necessary documents and paid 1600 as advance and installation fee. From the representative I got the conformation that, it will take 3 business days to get the connection. I even got a verification call from the customer care the next day. But now it’s more than 2 weeks over and still now I have not got the connection. I have called customer care several time, but it’s of no use as I get the same response from them saying as “Our sales department/person will call you by the end of the day” and refuse to give any more information regarding the connection.

          Eventually after 12 days I got a call from a representative and now he says that, they do not have long enough cable to make the connection and I have to wait until they get cable. I waited for 4 days, but no calls from your representative and if I call to his mobile no he does not pick the call.

          I am sure this treatment is not a regular occurrence, but that doesn't change the fact that I was subjected to it.

          Additionally, I would like you to some necessary action. The behavior of your representatives are very unprofessional and unethical.

                It's a direct question about your richness in the world. This is my utter patience to be with your company since last five years. And I have noticed the ground on which you become so big. Sorry...! But I must say that it's nothing but the "Theft Policy". Every now & then your thief company snatch money from prepaid/postpaid balance of your customers like me. And its really very good practice you are adopting to raise money from the market. Otherwise you will have to pay hefty interest in call market or for some other fund raising vehicle. The impression you left over customer mind is very dark, unethical, never again considered like. So pathetic of your bloody business where you frame your seek policies with the help of highest inefficient customer care services and robber mind like finance people. God Bless You and Your .........Company. I can abuse you and your support team badly but you all don't deserve even these words. I must suggest you to expand your legalized robbing business from telecoms to some more other sectors as you are doing now. As your political lobbying is very much strong. Thanks to your brothers politicians.

                  I was having a telephone connection of the above mentioned company.My teleNo. was [protected].Relationship No. [protected].I requested their local representatives Sawhney Tele.communication.They received from me the final payment(receipt No. 10-11/LDH 525292 dated 02/8/2010)
                  They told me to hand over the instrument and this was done on 18/8/2010 to Sawhney Tele. Communication at Jalandhar office.They informed me that the security of Rs.1800/ will be refunded within 90 days or a interest of 9% will be paid.I sent two/three reminders (E mail) and also contacted

                    I have faced continuous outage with my Reliance broadband (wired). So I have terminated my brodband connection on 03-July-2012 & I have returned my equipment also.

                    I received bill from Reliance on & total refund was mention as Rs.1,716.33.
                    But still I didn't receive refund from Reliance, I'm keep on calling customer support also. Please help me to get my refund ASAP.

                      I'm writing to complain about my 3G speed. I had done my 3G recharge done on 15th of september 2012. The recharge pack is still giving me 2G speed. It's been 5 days and still the problem persist. It has surpassed the 24hours limit to resolve my issue. The response from customer care is frigid. I want an action to be taken as soon possible.

                      No recharge plan takes more than 24 hours to be activated. I also want to put forward the face that before doing my recharge I had my normal 3G speed, to prove the fact I have my speed test results.
                      This isn't the kind of service customer expects from a cellphone service provider.

                      I switched from Vodafone to Reliance communications but that seems a horrid mistake. Also the customer care says that there is a problem in my service area, that isn't the problem for my sister as we stay under on roof. Nor do other people who stay in my service area and who use reliance sim card. So better don't give me an idiotic reason like that. Also the customer care people seem to lack common technical knowledge. My calls aren't been connected to the seniors. No 3G service issue takes more than 24hours to be resolved, the lack of service from your side will result in huge loss of customer following.

                      I'm also attaching screenshots. These screenshots will prove that I'm using 3G network with slowest speed. Reliance communications boasts about it's high 3G speed which is utterly false claim. I really hope my network issue will be looked into and a solution will be used to resolve it.

                        I am facing a strange issue with my last Reliance Smart number ([protected]) whichs i was using till last year. someone else had issued a duplicate SIM of this number and called up many people including me on behalf of me. Forcefully I had to close this number as I was receiving many complaints from other people regarding bad msgs and missed/ bad calls.

                        I have requested to reliance customer care to deactivated this number 4-5 months ago and I was thinking it got deactivated and issue was sorted out but now again somebody get the same number issued and giving miss calls and sms. When I am trying to reach this number it is going on voice mail.

                        Can u please guide me how to tackle this situation or to whom I can contact to get this sorted out?

                          Hello Relaince,
                          I m here to give you my problem that is caused by relaince or relaince recharge shop.
                          I hv recharged of Rs 178 but I coun't recieved any msg from relaince but the recharge shop tol me that my balance has deduced 178 Rs (Dated:12/09/2012).
                          I call to customer care they told me that here show of recharge of Rs 178 but given only 2.5GB of data but I accepted. On 13/09/2012.
                          And My Data is finished at 20/9/2012. Again i call to customer care they told that u have used ur 20 GB, But the date of finishing this data is 12/09/2012.
                          Again I gone to retailer , they told me that our balance has also deduced but evn i has not recieved any msg. Nd they refused to return money nd say my balance has deduced. Evn relaince has not msg me that your data has finished.
                          Again i check nd shown to relaier that my last recharge. it was on 9/09/2012. Thay refused.

                          Now tell me where i go to tell. customer care on 12th told me that ur rechrge is successfull but u got only 2.5GB nd now 19/09/2012 that either retailer has not rechard or may be customer care is right because Last recharge show that on 9/09/2012,

                          I have not recharged of rs 178 toaday dated 20/09/2012,
                          I need my money return back through retailer or by the relaince as the form of balance.

                          Plz Help in this matter...... I m student livng far away from my state nd this activity shake me by relaince.
                          My sim is normally open between. 11 Pm to 1.30 Am night.
                          Only that time customer care can call me.
                          Relaice is just making a wrong impression nd loosing his hope from customer due to these activity.

                            Hi myself Ashok Khipal using Reliance GSM prepaid connection [protected] & [protected].
                            I dont know why my sim registeration failling again for [protected] & also showing properly in
                            the reliance system on my name.I contacted reliance customercare so many times through
                            emailed,telephonically & personaly for this issue.But I have not recieved not any response &
                            action taken in this regard till today from the side of Reliance Communications.

                            prepaid Sim - reliance — Not Proper Response

                            The Reliance Communications in Tambaram is really of poor in customer services. No seriousness and responsible towards their work. I bought a sim this monday evening and submitted all document the same time. And also recharged for Rs.100 knowingly that I wont get any talk time,today is wednesday still i didnt get activated or no movements in the sim. When i tried reaching,they speak rudely and harshly. I dont mind how they speak,but I want my sim to be activated immediately.. Will that be done or not?

                              i am using reliance mobile since 3 years. I am irritated as of my regular deduction of balance .
                              without subscribing lots of services activated on my number and i have to talk lot of time to refund of balance.
                              every time they said that after this, no other service is activated but another day some other service is activated.

                                    Frequently, I receive call from [protected] to my CDMA No.[protected] saying that she is calling from Reliance Communications and offers to convert my prepaid Number to Post Paid number. Most of the calls I receive between 2.00 to 3.30 in the afternoon when, I am in my noon sleep.Today, at 2.08 p.m. also, I received a call from this number describing the said offer.

                                    As I am a retired person, such calls disturbs me very much. Why they should call again and again when, in earlier occasion, I had expressed my unwillingness to accept any of their offers. Interestingly, my number has been registered under DND. It is the liability of the service provider not to allow any such calls to my mobile number. Instead, Reliance itself encourage such types o[censored]nfair trade practice.

                                    In light of above, I request you to instruct all your offices/business associates not to call again in future.

                                      Reliance activates unwanted Value Added Services on my mobile without my approval or permission. It activates it as a free service and then asks the customer to unsubscribe via an SMS that never works and subsequently charges for that service.
                                      I had put up numerous complaints regarging the same to 198 customer service for Reliance but of no use.
                                      Kindly help me with it. Its really frustrating to see them charging for services we have never requested. Its illegal and I want a legal action to be taken against them.
