I ported my mobile number +91-[protected] from Vodafone to Reliance in Vadodara Gujarat.
At the time of porting of porting i was specifically told that after porting you can recharge with Rs 31 to call STD calls at 25p/m.
After porting i did recharge Rs 31 on 16th August 2012 but no reduction in call rated till date...7th Sep 2010
Called Customer care support to rectify but no effect till date

Mailed Appellate authorities and president reliance customer services, but no reply from them till date...All dumb

I want a strict action against Appellate authorities and president reliance customer services first, then the lady who lured me at the reliance mobile store at Race Course Circle, Vadodara

Actually reliance lured and fooled me at the time of porting

But the problem is that Reliance is reluctant to contact me, that is why appellate authority has never tried to contact me to speak with me verbally.
This complaint is now 1 month old and how much more time you require to solve the same
This is shame on Reliance communications and the people from the customer services department

Reliance does not care about anything and even there are no contact details of that store listed anywhere from which i was misguided

Yes one part of the complaint has been solved just after a mere 28 days
But what about the other part of the complaint... Waiver of approximate >750 calls (INR 52)

What about my >750 STD calls which got wrongly or deliberately charged at 0.30p/m instead of 0.25p/m in the said period...Which on calculation comes around INR 52

So i hope you will waiver me the INR 52 as soon as possible

    he hacked my GMail account from Maharashtra.

    Various important information has been leaked.

          Hi,

          I'm a reliance gsm user from last 5 years. 2 years back I'm shifted to Bhubaneshwar and the problem starts here.
          My mobile number [protected] is a pre paid number, which automatically get converted in post paid on 1st September 2012. When I called in customer care and asked them the reason they put my phone on hold for 15 minuted and then put it off.

          On 6th Sep 2012 I got a message asking the Bill Amount of RS.850 to pay as soon as possible.

          I want to know from Reliance " Who gave them authority to convert any number from prepaid to postpaid without any acknowledgement to the customer?"

          It is very common in Reliance that paid services get activated, and when you call in Customer care then they deactivate the service but you will lose your money for a month. But It's very new thing that a prepaid number is get converted in a postpaid number.

          I want a final solution.

          I WAS CALLED BY THIS BROAD WIN COMPANY(r/o E- 1/48, LOWER GROUND FLOOR, SEC-7, ROHINI, DELHI-110085) SAYING THEY ARE CALLING FROM RELIANCE AND THEY ASKED ME TO CONVERT MY NUMBER TO POSTPAID FROM PREPAID AND THEY HAVE A PLAN FOR ME i.e. SIMPLE PPS 199/- TELL ME THAT THE PLAN CONSIST OF:-

          RIL TO RIL LOCAL AND STD UNLIMITED FREE.(KINDLY NOTE FOR STD FREE I CONFIRMED THEM A LOT OF TIME)
          365000 SECS FOR LOCAL & STD TO OTHER NUMBER.
          FOR THAT I HAVE PAY THEM RS 250/- AND THAT WILL BE ADJUSTED IN MY NEXT 3MONTHS BILLS

          I AGREED TO SAME AND ASKED THEM CONVERT MY NUMBER. ON 6TH July 2011 THEIR GUY TOOK RS 250/- AND A COPY OF MY ID & PASSPORT A PHOTO OF MINE AND COMMITTED ME THAT MY NUMBER WILL BE CONVERTED IN NEXT 24HRS.BUT TILL DATE (012/07/2011) MY NUMBER IS NOT CONVERTED.

          FURTHER ON 7TH / 8TH AND 9TH JULY I CALLED THEM HUNDREDS OF TIME BUT NONE OF THE PERSON ANSWERED ME. THEIR ALL THE NUMBERS WHERE NOT RESPONDING. THE NUMBER WHICH I CALLED ARE:- [protected] /[protected]

          THEN SMS ON THEIR NUMBER THAT "IS THIS THE WAY YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS. I AM GOING TO COMPLAIN AGAINST THEM" AND FINALLY I GOT THEIR CALL IN LESS THAN A MINUTE.

          THE LADY TOLD ME THAT THE GUY WHO CONTACTED ME IS ON HOLIDAY AND NOW SHE WILL LOOK IN THE MATTER AND CONVERT MY NUMBER IN 24HRS.
          SHE TOLD ME THAT MY PLAN IS :-
          MONTHLY RENTAL 199
          RIL TO RIL ONLY LOCAL CALLS ARE FREE FOR 1ST THREE MONTHS
          365000 SECS FROM LOCAL STD OTHER NUMBERS AND RIL STD NUMBER.

          NOW AGAIN THEY MISGUIDED THE CUSTOMER. I ASKED TO WITHDRAW MY REQUEST FOR CONVERSION AND RETURN MY DOCUMENTS AND PHOTOGRAPH ALONG WITH MY RS 250/-, SHE TOLD ME THAT SHE CAN'T REFUND MY MONEY AS SHE HAS TO UPLOAD A REQUEST AND IT WILL TAKE 15 DAYS TIME, I ASKED HER TO DO THE SAME.

          AFTER THAT A GUY FROM THE SAME COMPANY CALLS ME AND TELL ME THE SAME PLAN I TOLD HIM THAT "I CONFIRMED THEIR GUYS WHEN THEY CALLED ME THAT IS STD ALSO FREE MANY TIMES AND THEY CONFIRMED ME SAME " . THEN THAT GUY TOLD ME THAT I HAD A CONFUSION AND DISCONNECTED THE LINE.

          KINDLY TAKE SOME STRICT ACTION AGAINST THE COMPANY. AND REVERT ME BACK.

          Reliance — Prepaid to Postpaid conversion

          I am a reliance subscriber for last 4 years.My reliance prepaid number is [protected]. Few weeks ago, I got a call from Reliance Agency ([B]Representative Name: Sanjana, contact no. #[protected][/B]) asking whether I want to convert to postpaid or not. As my prepaid monthly recharge was going too high , I decided to switch. Initially I was reluctant as I did not feel convinced about their words but after getting call for almost each and every day and many requests, I agreed. She send a representative to collect the documents and security deposit money (250 rs.). On the next day, verification got complete and I got confirmation. When I contacted her, she told it will take 2 days to activate.Today morning when I again called her, she told it will be activated by afternoon but still it has not activated. I tried many times to reach her but she is not picking up and after some time I found this number as switched off.

          [B]Concern :[/B] 1> I had to call from other number or from my friends number now as they did not pick up my call (Initially she called me once or twice a day on regular basis, now she did not respond).
          2> During conversation, she told it will be over within 2-3 days but now 4 days have passed. If you can do the job within mentioned time, why such a lie !
          3> I could do the same conversion from my nearest store but I did the mistake of trusting you. You simply can stand on your own words.
          4> I could make you the same trouble by rejecting the agent you sent at my office or by refusing to produce the money (in that case, you have to incur the loss of time and petrol he spent to come to my office), but i did not. While I co-operate, why cant i expect the same thing?
          5> I dont care what may the lame excuse at your end but for the past 4 days , i did not able to make a call which is unbearable. This is clearly cheating.
          6> I did not call you asking for such favor, you called me repeatedly to get it done. Couple of times I asked you to ensure that the process will be smoother. If everything was done comfortably, I would suggest some more of my friends who are also interested. But you misguided me.
          7> I wonder how Reliance company gives license and permits such a store to run the Business ! 250 Rs. is not the end but acquiring trust and satisfaction of a customer is much important.
          8> My whole family and many of the friends use Reliance, dont let us down.

            Reliance Comm — MNP Issues

            Hi,
            I had put in a Porting request from Reliance to Vodafone the process of the transfer was very smooth.

            Here is the issue.

            My old Reliance CDMA Number is still working(Incoming calls are active) and at the same time the vodafone sim is workin perfectly(incoming+outgoing)

            How can both the service providers be active or how can a GSMtech(Vodafone) work on a CDMA handset.
            So need your help with that.

            Reliance Communications india ltd — MNP issue

            I Have a CDMA Reliance mob number:[protected], requested to Reliance, for number portability on 17-Feb-2011, a unique code is given. consequently submitted in Vodafone.Vodafone confirmed me my request is processed and submitted to DIST MNP on 22 Feb-2011. til now reliance is not releasing my number and customer care of Reliance is telling they don't have any information regarding MNP request. this is the second time i am facing same problem from Reliance, first time they had rejected on 17-feb-2011,then i had applied again same day for second time. Second MNP request Unique code will expires on 04 mar-2011. this type of attitude from reliance is not acceptable. I am going to approach consumer forum"s court...

            I am user of Idea prepaid and want to migrate to reliance gsm postpaid.
            The day MNP came i have taken UPC code and submitted to nearest webworld. was waiting for migration and after 10days got a message that invalid UPC code.
            on 25th feb i have taken a fresh UPC code and submitted a new form. till date there is no communication from the webworld. they say its under process, you check with your IDEA helpline on the issue.
            the new UPC code will expire on 12march and again there will be problem.

            I had one reliance CDM ([protected])connections, My phone got damaged ,hence i was unable to use CDM on other sets ,i applied for MNP to Reliance GSM,The dealer promised me that they would done it in 7 days..But i could waite for around 3 months to get a activate GSM connection.I used to visit There for more than thrice in a week, Hence i am a business man i lost many clients,business, i couldnt attent very important meating, TOTALLY I WAS TRAPPED FOR THOSE 3 MONTHS.
            The Company should compensate my loses..

              I unfortunately happened to a CUG connection of 1 land-line + Internet pack (1200/- unlimited ) and 7 mobile connections of the said RELIANCE telecommunications 2years back .Come last November , slowly the mobile connections started facing the problems like - when ever you are calling some body , the line always is busy , you cant make a call from your own mobile ( then why a mobile connection) . Next even if you try to call from some other provider to your said reliance number , even if the handset is adjacent to yours, you get a message , the number you are calling is either switched off or not reachable.
              After many a times complaining to the Hosur office they (without any action ) , we had to opt for a migration .
              Thrice we tried , but these reliance wont release the number .

              Then finally I had personally given a complaint in the HOSUR office and SALEM office that I need all my mobile to converted to [re[aid and the Internet connection to be brought down to 500/- ,which was duly noted down in their book . But that is all . They don't taken action on that. Still I am getting the bills.
              Then last month , some person from SALEM office visited my office and I told that these are what has to be done . He said he will rectify and revert back to me the very next day . Which the very next day has not reached for the said gentleman till date( 6ht Sep 2012 ) it seems.

              I was such a stupid to take a connection from the reliance , that i am repenting for it now .

              I NEED A JUSTICE FOR THIS .

                I got acceptance for connection application on 23rd Aug 2012, the acceptance mail says installation may take upto 5 days. But there is no installations as of 5th Sep 2012. I contacted local sales person and other related guys from reliance communications but got no satisfactory answer. Then I called their customer care they told within three days they will resolve this case, nothing happened. I mailed their customer care they assured a response within one business day again nothing happened, nobody contacted me, no mails from their side. I paid INR1599 through check. My need of internet connection is urgent, but they made me wait so long. They do not stand on their words, they don't care about customer. They took the money but not giving the service they should.

                  Hello Sir, I am Amit Kumar Panja,My number is-[protected]. I faced a lot of long time server problem for 14-15 days in Reliance Network. Problems are-1. Call is not connected properly,all time alert me 'network busy'. 2. After call connect a big echo problem is disturbed me for a long time & I heard my own voice then call is disconnected automatically. 3. Sms is not delivered to other number. 4. Internet Is slow,page is not opened properly. For these all matter I contact My Reliance area manager (Debasish-[protected]) at least 5-6 times & concern these all problem but he is no reply & take no step against it. So Sir please help me & take a serious step against this matter as early as possible.

                      I am using reliance postpaid connection([protected])--Mumbai number

                      I wanted to convert it to prepaid. I raised a request on 18th August. they asked me to clear my bill. I paid it.I told them it is a Mumbai number. they said it fine we can do it from here also. I provided the documents they asked me. they said it will be done in 1 week. but they didn't do it till now and i got my mobile bill for this month also and got deducted from my account through ECS

                      Today (September 5th) i went and asked them regarding it. they are saying we cant do it it is a Mumbai number you need to talk to Mumbai customer care. they didn't inform me any thing regarding it.

                        This complaint is regarding the unwanted money deduction from my prepaid balance by Reliance CDMA service provider by subscribing my number ([protected])to different valued services. Presently they have done this thing for last 3 months. Every time I call them up for deregistration and refund o[censored]nwanted deducted money, the tele-operator says that my request has been accepted and effected within two working days. However, neither the deducted money has been refund nor the activated service has been de-registered for the last 3 successive months.

                        In this regard, I would request you to take necessary strict action against RELIANCE Telecommunication for stealing valuable heard earned money from the customers. This fraud organization like Reliance should be slapped with a huge fine so that they get compelled to stop this kind of fraud business with customers.

                        RIM (CDMA) — Unauthorized deduction

                        On 18th July sms of Cricket match start sending with a deduction of Rs.5/- per day and continued till end of match i.e 22nd july after Agaia deduction of Rs 25/-. I request several time vied your no[protected] dt.18th,[protected] dt.20th and many more with endorsing number ,by sending sms you are talking with executive Reliance,if you are satisfied send toll free sms Again i lodge a complain on 23rd presently number haven't with me. They posted Rs.15 in two part and says remaining Rs.10/- can't be posted.this companies policy.I request you please let me know why such amount be deducted without prior permission of customer .this practice have took place several time with me.That's why I request you again pse posted me the remaining Rs.10/- and don't create
                        such mentally pressure other wise I will be bound to dis cut my connection.

                        Reliance CDMA Mobile Services — Unauthorized Balance Deduction

                        Dear Officer,

                        My Mobile number is [protected]. For the last one month I have been noticing my Mobile Balances are getting deducted by Rs 25 /- after recharge! Only on 1st - Sep 2011 , I charged for Rs.50 /- and today even after making only three or more calls , I found my balance as Rs.3/!!

                        This has been happening to me since one month and only now I am convinced about this deduction.

                        I request you to kindly look into the matter , failing which I will be making a written Complaint to National Consumer Redressal Forum, and Consumer Court.

                        I request further to readjust my balances in full,

                          My mobile number is [protected]. my resident is shahibaugh in ahmedabad. But i have entered my home and no network in my phone. Please new network add my shahibaugh area. This number is 5 years old so i do not change your service. and i told you tata indicom, airtel, bsnl,vodafone,and idea is good network in shahibaugh area.
                          i have reliance cdma phone .i have been useing this phone from past 9 years. But this month i am very upset for this compony service i have done complain

                            Two months before i Paid 2400Rs they admit that Your connection will be terminated but it continues….

                            This month again I pay 1900Rs along with written application but there representative([protected]) never returns back with balance change 0f 50Rs, Nor has given me termination no, Nor receipt(as he was to come with acknowledged termination no), 0n 19/08/2012 between 5pm to 6pm. Yesterday there height of shamelessness that they call me back from that same no to pay the bill again to them ([protected]) 2 times by another representative, after 10 minutes the person whom I paid the money asks for receipt or termination no .

But Reliance's FRIENDS in TRAI is keeping quiet, for the steeling to continue UNHINDERED. You will soon hear the news that "Reliance Infocom is Bankrupt".

                                I, Dr Heeresh Shetty was a reliance broadband 3G data card user, no.[protected]. I was overcharged for the month of June 2012, even though the credit limit on my bill was rs 1800/- I was charged rs 2692/-
                                After which my connection was inactive.

                                I immediately called up the reliance customer care to disconnect my connection as I did not want to deal with a company that cheats it's users .
                                As I didn't want any further dealing I paid the overcharged amount of rs2692/- on 15/07/2012, receipt I'd AMIP23900612.
                                I sent a mail to [protected]@relianceada.com on 9/7/2012 confirm to them that I would like my connection to be disconnected, for which I do have a acknowledging email that my request will be processed.

                                However even after all this I still get a bill for the month of July , even though my services are inactive since 26/6/2012. How can I be charged when there has been no usage from my side as the services are inactive.

                                The customer care executive assures me that my request has been accepted this time .
                                Email was sent from [protected]@yahoo.com to Rcomappellateauthority.[protected]@relianceada.com on 30/7/2012.

                                I still get a bill for the month of August 2012, on calling up the customer care ,I was told that my complaint hasn't been taken. I have the complaint no.[protected] . So once the complaint no has been generated how can my complaint regarding disconnection not be taken.

                                This is all a big fraud by reliance where they DONOT disconnect the service so that they can repeatedly charge the customer. I would like to repeat that my services are inactive since 26/6/2012. And iam being wrongly charged for services that DONOT exist since 3 months!!!

                                I finally got a termination I'd no:18051763, I was again assured that my connection will be permanently disconnected within 7 days,
                                However on 3/09/2012 I get a call from reliance customer care saying that my connection will only be disconnected if I clear the dues.

                                This is plain extortion and harassment from reliance . Iam a respectable law abiding citizen , I refuse to fall prey to such harassment and torture,
                                They have repeatedly cheated me.
                                I refuse to pay for services that have not been used by me. I will fight this to the very end and would like to take legal action against the company for cheating, fraud, causing trouble and mental harassment.

                                plz guide me if i am not using the service still how they are taking charge from me.

                                  I asked reliance customer care that "I want to activate 3g on my mobile to get upto 2gb data access. What will be my recharge amount?" They said it is 448. I recharged it but 3g was not activated. I called them. They said " sorry sir it will be Rs. 449". Again I recharged 449. I recharged my number [protected] on 2nd September 2012 from axismobile the recharge was successful, the balance got deducted but the pack did not activate. Transaction id:[protected] is for Rs. 448 and Transaction id:[protected] is for Rs. 449. Till now my 3g is not activated. I have every evidence against them. I want my 448 + 449 .that is Rs. 897 back. Please do needful. The reliance customer care is not receiving my call.

                                    1) Give me flash message on my remaining data usage units every time i connect or disconnect to internet.

                                    2) Reduce my credit limit to 0 or Rs 100 so that i get blocked after my unbilled becomes 100.

                                    3) Or You block my internet once i finish my free usage make me wait till my next billing cycle.

                                    4) Or charge me as per 99 Rs data usage plan which comes 25 MB for 1 Rs ( not as 10Paise per 10 KB)



                                    Just tell me or give me some way how can i avoid any extra charges that i may face I am ready to do anything you say.



                                    Just give me solution i really cant pay 10 rs per 1MB.

Customer care team automatically put caller tune without my knowledge & they deduct amount also. when i try to call customer care for complaint the same(198 & *333) there is no option to talk customer care people.                                         Iam using Reliance Prepaid network and mobile no: [protected], from last two weeks my 2G net pack is giving lots of problem by network side also, its a issue of net pack though my net pack validity is till 18/09/2012 but when is used my net pack balance get cut off from my main balance. i called customer care but nothing o[censored]se. as you know about low class executive giving same solution which no use. i just request to rectfy this issue ASAP. Thanks.
