Hello sir, I am Amit Kumar Panja, My modem number is [protected]. I have so many problems at a long time. My internet link is to slow for a long days. Download speed is slow. i complain for this to the RIM District maneger & other Officers so many time,but my problem is not resolved....

I have reliance mobile CDMA connection. They have stopped outgoing call facility. I have submitted my documents twice at customer care center, Kalawad road, Rajkot but documents but they are not sending documents at proper place and not giving any receipt for the documents. My outgoing facility is barred since last week....

Reliance GSM has deducted my unnecessary balance , When registered for DND then after 100 days still no DND has been activated and they have deducted my 200 rupee balance in last six month , this is really pathetic for me to have such a worst service provider My name is rahul srivastava and my number is [protected]...

I am using CDMA Mobile connection of Reliance Telecom for more than8 years now. My mobile number is[protected]. This was a postpaid corporate connection earlier and after my retirement, I converted this to my personal name under prepaid scheme.

I now understand from the Reliance Webstore that the above mobile connection is not in my name and is in some other individual name. They are not willing to accept any identity...

sir, mera mobile 10 din pahele loss ho gaya tha. mera mobile no. [protected] tha . kal mene apne is no kolene k liye puri prosier complete kari hai muje is no. ka naya sim card bhi mil gaya hai. lekin wo abhi tak activate nahi hua hai mera cad CDMA hai to pls ise chalu karvane k liye meri help karo pls....

I have a prepaid reliance cdma mobile connection by no: [protected],For the last 4 months my balance is being deducted without any authorisation or any sms or verbal authoristaion for stupid services they are providing. When ever i recharge 70% of the balance is being deducted for some services which i had never subscribed. I called up customer care and had asked them to prove my authorisation for the subscriptions and they have no answer...

My reliance GSM No: [protected]. I have under Do NOT DISTURB service also. Still I lost more than 300 Rs without any reason from January to July of this year. And i can't resist anymore and trying for port out. sent the request to 1900 by sending PORT [protected], from the same number. They are not even sending the unique porting number to me. How can I take action against them....

we are purchase a wireless phone for office use from Reliance in Rs.2000/- before 4 months but this phone not working properly last 3 months.
Before 2 Months Reliance engineering came at my office and told me mother board of this phone is not working and after that nobody come from Reliance for solve this problem I call him minimum 15 times....

i have recharged with 79 tariff plan of reliance (which provides night 500 minutes STD RTR) last night two days ago..But I got only message of recharge successful but i called someone at night according to this plan but, still they deducted balance from my main balance. And also they are not Providing me SMS facilities as their plan of 34..they did not deactivate my previous SMS plans which is of 5p per SMS.i asked...

today I recharged my Reliance CDMA no [protected] with Rs. 401/- , they recharged my no. but i have not get my facility to calling Reliance to Reliance free. they told me that if my tarif plan i will get core talk balance, but still i not get.
