My reliance cdma no. is [protected]. I am using this no. for almost 1.5 years. For past 3-4 months, they are automatically activating services like missed call alert, cricket updates and all. And when I try to unsub it doesn't work. I never asked for any kind of subscription but still I messaged to unsubscribe but still they keep on activating the facility on monthly basis and charging for the same 15 rs for each.

It's quite frustrating that they are deducting the money from my account forcefully. Please take action on them immediately.

      Dear Sir,
      Myself Mr. Kiran Patel - owner MWWE at petlad want to draw your attention on below mentioned issue.
      I have started my association with Reliance Communication on 24/4/2006 X-change a Mini CIOU at Petlad under Vadodara Cluster & Gujarat Circle. We are working with Reliance Communications from beginning. Before 6 years X-change has been appointed as MCIOU at Petlad with a post paid customer base of 120 customers. From then with our hard work and dedication we have increased our post paid customer base to 780 and collection revenue Rs.2.75 L…
      But suddenly I have got a mail from Sales Chanel Manager Mr. Nirajkumar Sinha on 12.07.2011 that your postpaid town is converted in prepaid town. So you are not authorized to do postpaid acquisition and bill collection, customer care etc. So, I was shocked……but Petlad has been declared as non postpaid town 10 months back still we are giving our all services to the existing customer and retain all of them as Reliance post paid customer till today and they are not ready to migrate in prepaid services atoll.. So I don’t understand the policy of Company that my customer base is more in compare to Khambhat, but my town is converted in prepaid town.
      I would like to bring following points in your notice.
      • All other service provider are giving post paid connection and services at Petlad.
      • Nearing town Khambhat has only 225 Reliance post paid customer base still the same town is post paid town as of now. Through there are little scop of increase in customer base.
      • Monthly revenue of Petlad is Rs. 2.75 L in comparison with Khambhat Rs. 1 L.
      • We are still continuing as MCIOU at Petlad and providing our services to all the customers without any income with a hope that Petlad would be considered as Post Paid Town by Reliance Management.
      My humble request to the sales and csd team visit in our city and get the information from reliance postpaid customer and we have each and every support to you for my customer request for continue postpaid town and I have request to you from our all postpaid customer kindly inform to our issue at national management and consider the above point and reconsider the Petlad town as Post Paid town and allow us to serve the customers on behalf of Reliance.
      I would like to bring in your notice that we have old PIS pendency of Rs. 30 Thousand aprox which we are not in a position to clear now as we do not have any source of income. If you consider our request and declare Petlad as a post paid town we shall clear the pendency within 15 working days else we do not have any option but to ask the company to recover from our security deposit.

      I hope you will be kind enough and consider my request to national management because this issue is not only for one customer but it is more then 800 + customer issue.....

        after a so long i have recharged my mobile for paper recharge rs 30. and after 1 day company deducted 20rs from my account and i would like to get back my money i don't want any subscriptions to be activated on my mobile and i don't want to get any company call from reliance offering any offers so please help me

          sir i have booked my ticket on 28 june.but now i have cancelled my ticket on 18 july.bt i have not recieved my refund back .my pnr no is[protected],[protected],[protected]
          Refund of money
          i had a connection from Reliance Broadband by giving advance for 3 months for the Customer A/c Number :[protected]. For the first 10 days it was ok but after that it created lots of problems. My internet was not working. It was almost next to impossible to talk with online customer care.Then after some days an executive visited home and said modem is not properly working but nobody changed that. Then somehow that started to work and finally on 28.08.2010, my internet was not working and Reliance people took 25 days to start it. I didn't work on it after that. Finally i request on 28.10.2010 to discontinue it and claimed for refund. But these people even after taking back modem and phone set still calling me for the bills and generating bill for every month. A sheer description of poor Services by Reliance Broadband Services

            Hi Reliance Broadband,
            Subject: Technical Team of Coimbatore is responsible for my termination of Reliance Broadband although I like Reliance broadband the most
            I am a subscriber of Reliance Broadband, for the broadband connection (Reliance Broadband Service User ID :[protected] from Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. I always love to use the reliance Broadband services as they are really excellent and cost effective but only that your good reputation is being spoiled by Technical Team of Reliance Broadband Coimbatore. I write this letter to get your attention regarding the bad service and false claims of the Technical Team of Coimbatore. Since July 18th 2012 my broadband connection is not working due to ADSL Problem, I immediately called the customer care and made a complaint regarding the issue (complaint no –[protected] with the customer care executive promising me that the issue would be resolved within 24 hours. With the expiration of more than 24 hours (36 hours to be exact), I found that my problem is not resolved while the worst part is not any of the executive of technical ever made contact with me regarding this. When I called again and asked the customer care executive regarding the status of my complaint, he replied me that the complaint has been resolved by the technical team “as they had came to my home and resolved in person which is never happened and of course, a blatant lie as well. I repeatedly making complaints in a daily fashion since July 18th ( complaint Numbers[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected], as my problem is never resolved, moreover the worst part is that the Technical Team of Coimbatore is repeatedly closing the complaints claiming that they had resolved the issue in person (Even they never called me). So since July 18th to today, I am not using the internet service but instead even I cannot book for a Bill Wavier as they claim all the issues are solved within the time frame, only the issues which are not resolved within 3 working days are eligible for Bill Wavier. How sickening, because of the false claims of the Technical team of Coimbatore , I am frustrated and made a termination request on today ( Termination Request No –[protected] with the worst part the termination process would take at least 15 days which makes me to pay the bill for already not working internet of 7 days + 15 days amount. I am very sad. Technical Team of Coimbatore is responsible for my termination of Reliance Broadband although I like Reliance broadband the most.
            Please take action against technical team of Coimbatore over false claims, and also help me get Bill Wavier since July 18th to the date of connection termination.

              My name is 'nisar hussain shah '.i work as an finger print expert in j&k police(fsl,dalgate)...i live at ellahi bagh....i purchased Reliance 3G netconnect dongle(Datacard) 3 days ago on 20th July,2012(friday) from reliance head office(jawahar nagar,srinagar)...it costed me Rs.1500 + Rs.500(security deposit)..with this dongle i got reliance postpaid sim bearing number. [protected]...i choose unlimited pack of RS.1200 on my datacard
              it got activated on day before yesterday on 21th july,2012(saturday) at 11am....but from the time it got activated till now the speed of my reliance(3G) internet connection is very slow....very poor...the speed of my reliance 3g connection is very very slow....its speed is very poor...its speed is upto 65 kbps(at maximum)...speed doesnt exceed 65 KBPS...it goes either down upto 20 KBPS or remains 65 KBPS...speed of my reliance 3g connection is not exceeding 65 KBPS..sometimes speed of my reliance 3G datacard drops to 0.2 KBPS..tell me is it 3G speed??? It is really pathetic....u people offered me at least speed of 2 MBPS..but it is not giving that much of speed...it is giving really pathetic speed.....it z pathetic..it z horrible...it is really loss of my money.

                  I have reliance mobile CDMA connection. They have stopped outgoing call facility. I have submitted my documents twice at customer care center, Kalawad road, Rajkot but documents but they are not sending documents at proper place and not giving any receipt for the documents. My outgoing facility is barred since last week.

                    Reliance Smart — deduction of balance every month inspite of registering complains

                    This is mrs kedia, with cell number [protected] facing with the problem of deducting balance of rps 30 every month from past three months and reason stated by the customer care is that i have activated some sort of pack offers provided by smart gsm which i have not done and they told to dial a number to unsubscribe the offer but when i did so then one more offer got activated and another 12 rps got deducted from my account. To add to the series of problem this month 60 rps (on 21st march, 2009) got deducted. Plz look after the problem and resolve it as quickly as possible. Even customer care number is not getting calling up from last few days.

                    we tried every possible thing but all went in vain. Plz HELP ..

                    ki yeh company kabhi tou apne aap mere phone par ring tone activate kar deti,


                    hai or poore 1, mahine ka paisa account se kaat leti hai, or tou or sir is company ne


                    mere mobile pa 1 nahi 2 nahi 3 baar apni marzi se cricket pack activate kar diya or

                    baar baar mere account se paisa kaaat leti hai, mai jab jab bhi customer care phone

                    karta hoon tou unke executive bhi koi jawaab nahi de paate or hameshaa yeh kehte


                    hai ki yeh service aap ki taraf se activate karwaai gayee hai, lekin sir agar mai galati

                    se bhi karta hoon tou ek baar karunga lekin har baar tiu nahi karunga, sir kal inhone

                    teesri baar mere se bagair poonche yeh service activate kar di, or jaise hi mujhe pata

                    cahala ki yeh service phir mere number par activete kar di gayee hai, maine customer
                    care phone kiya , sir ek tou reliance customer care ka number kabhi ,ilta nahi hai.
                    2 ya 3 din mushkil se ek baaar milta hai, badi mushkil se mera phone kal 2 ya 3 bar
                    mil gaya tha lekin wohi jawaab jo har baar mujhe milta hai, ki yeh service maine activte
                    karvayee hai, lekin sir yeh bilkul galat hai. uske baad maine kam se kam 30 ya 40 baar
                    customer care phone milaya par mera phone nahi mila. sir aap se yeh request hai ki
                    ki aisi companyon ke liye sahi kadam uthayein taaki bahrat desh ki janta aisi
                    companiyon ke hathoon na lut sake . sir bahut umeed se mai aapko yeh mail kar raha
                    hoon , or umeed karta hoon ki aap is complaint par uchit karya wahi karenge.

                    Dear Sir,
                    I beg to state that I sri kanhaiya Sharma residing at pradhan nagar siliguri-3 just two day back I had recharge my prepaid a/c with Rs.50 available talk time given is Rs.43 but on next day at 7:00 am my a/c is reduce to amount of Rs.8.15 after inquiry from customer executive they told me that u activate a love tip package show Rs.30 is debited from my account it is activated at same time again when further inquiry made than they told me its a renewal charge again I had asked If it is activated then Some of Love tips suppose to come to by way of calls or SMS but till date no response i got.
                    Next day when my A/c is debited Rs.30 I was in rural area where no facilities of recharging my A/c. which hampered my business.I want this think never be repeated with any one in future so, that I request you to kindly go into the matter

                    Reliance mobile Services — Balance deductions and Unnecessary Calls and messages

                    i am using reliance prepaid sim .since few months some Movie masala pack is being activated on my cell without my consent.Every month 50 rs r being deducted frm my balance.In the 1st month I complained in customer care service.I got my 50 rs back. In the 2nd month I haven't get connection to the customer care unit.I want to know how many are working in reliance customer care .Is it one or none? And I want my money back.

                    Daily I am getting more than 5 calls and more than 15 SMSs from Reliance promoting Vastu, movies, downloads so and so.

                    I[censored] guys wont stop unnecessary deductions,calls and SMSs promotions to my cell bearing no [protected], I will cancel my reliance connection and shall also ask my friends at MNIT to cancel all the reliance connections.

                    I have been using Reliance Smart GSM mobile service from a year and I have recharge with Rs 150/- on 13th Sep 10 in the night at 11:52 PM and got the required balance. On the next morning when I saw my balance, Rs. 05/- has been deducted from my account without any reason. When i have complained to customer-care executive Mr. Imran , he humbly told me that u have subscribed cricket related service in the night( But I have not applied/subscribed any type of service on that night and not received a single message till that time). I reiterated him that this service has been activated without my knowledge, but inspite of believing me, he was blaming me and not evincing their interest to solve the problem.

                    Moreover, when I enquired about the same, he assured me that this service will be deactivated on the same day vide complaint no.[protected]. But I continuously received cricket related SMS on that day and on the next morning again Rs. 05/- has been deducted from my account. To lodged the complaint again I talked to customer-care executive Mr. Amit at early morning on 15/09/10 and he told me as the same which Mr.Imran committed that the service will be deactivate soonly and I got the whole day cricket message about 25 to 30 nos.



                    To register a complaint again I tried many times to concerned with customer-care executive but only got the message by the IVRS "THIS ROUTE IS BUSY. PLEASE TRY AFTER SOME TIME" and my balance have been continuously deducted again and again @ Rs. 05 per day.



                    Unfortunately, I connected to talk Mr Shant on 16/09/10 at 09:40 AM and he talked very rudely inspite of resolving my problem. Whenever I told him to provide me complaint no. he disconnected my call and then customer care no. not connected at all.



                    I visited the reliance web world on the same day where my complaint was registered vide complaint no.[protected] and they also told me to deactivate this service today. But on the next day the same amount again deducted from my account.



                    It is very surprising that you have activated these types of services from your end and charge for the same without the knowledge of your customer. It is very unfortunate to the customer that whenever he wants to stop these type of services neither you deactivated them nor you listen the complain carefully and in addition you always blaming him made responsible for these unwanted services.



                    This is very shameful that to earn a few coins you betrayed the customer so rigorously and vilify the company’s name.



                    It have earnest request you to please look out the matter honestly and refund the deducted amount immediately from the time when you activated. Please stop all the services activated on my SIM at the earliest and requested you “DO NOT START ANY SERVICE WITHOUT MY WRITTEN CONSENT TO YOU OR ONLY THROUGH RECORDED IVRS SYSTEM”.

When I lodged my complain , they apologised for the same and returned me Rs. 10.00 on 19th feb. only and promised to return the remaining balance within 24 hours .

                    However, I'ven't received the remaining balance yet and when I called them again , enquiring about the same, they just REFUSED to return the balance.

                    I want strict action to be taken against the company and my balance to be returned back

                    few days back 25 rupees were deducted from my a/c. i called the customer care department and i was told that i had activated some contest service which wasnt the case. i had not activated such kind of service. now again yesterday on 18th april 11, i called the customer service dapartment to enquire about the internet pack costing 29 rupees. they asked me to send a message "m 29" on the number "51234". today ie on 19th april 11, aroud 8 30 am i sent this mesage. but to my surprise, they activated some "missed call alert pack" on my number. i called on 198 to enquire about this and this time i was told that there is no such service yet available to recharge the 29 rupees voucher through message. now they are telling me that my money would not be refunded. i talked to the senior executive there and he told me the same. i would like to lodge a complaint against

                    1. giving out wrong information to the customer
                    2. harassing the customer and not refunding my money

                    i am a very poor guy and can hardly afford to keep a phone. but i have to do so in order to stay in touch with my family which stays in muzaffar nagar.

                    This is srinivasan, i have been using reliance prepaid for last two years my no [protected]. a sum of 60rs has been deducted from my account on 11-4-11, when contacted the customer care they told that it has been deducted through r world for some java game, but the thing is that since i was in roaming in tamilnadu i had not used the number for a week now, then where comes the point of activating moreover my mobile model is htc diamond through which r world cannot be accessed, the irony is that i had left my sin in the room only and dont know how the pack was activated,

                    moreover this is not the first time it has happened to me 2 months back also 30 rs was deducted from my account, when asked i was told it was deducted for news pack and the same pack was deactivated the same day, after calling customer care n number of times and also the nodal officer in chennai and bangalore i was assured from them that the amount will be refunded back but it never happened,

I have called the customer care executive so many times but he didn't help me and he spoke to me rashly. This has happened with me 8 times. Last it was happened on 13th May 2011 and 15th May 2011. They themselves are saying you go to consumer forum we do not have any problem.
                    Because of my hectic job timings i cannot go behind them every time.

Today morning, I found that 10 rupees have been automatically deducted from my balance, without my consent or information.day before yesterday it was 30 rs..this has been going on for more than 2 months now When I called the Customer Service, they say that the money is deducted because I have activated some plans, which is completely false.

                    When I wanted to talk to some higher authority, the customer service put me on a hold, and nobody responded for almost 5-6 mins..

                    There is no one to answer, who activated this plan, and how. No one to account for the deducted balance.

                    I am fed up of this type of fake things, the company keeps on doing since a long time.....

                    These things need to be stopped.

                    I am frustrated by calling reliance complain number 198. My number is [protected]. I have complained lots of time, and they took my complain twice and given complain numbers[protected] and[protected] first and second complain respectively. But I did not get my complain solved. The fact is on 16th I was charged wrong and my whole balance was deducted from my account. My number [protected] was in roaming from 7th September to 16th September. May be on 8th September i made a call and on 16th again I made a call, then also I had balance around Rs 34 and some paisa left on my account. On 16th September I recharged this number with Rs 34, an sms pack at around 7pm. It was activated also. But at night I got two sms from reliance that my account balance reached the level of Rs 15 again that it reached the level of Rs 5. When I checked my balance it was just Rs 0.04 left. That day only I complained customer care they gave me the first complain number. Then on 17 an sms came that the complain is solved and found that i was charged due to making of calls. I complained again and they gave me another complain number which is the second number. At 19th September I checked the status of the complain number[protected] which was showing that it is closed and solved. But I did not get my balance back. I called Customer care again and one of their executive said that the balance deducted for the activation of a service something he said Mr. And Mrs. Perfect will be paid back to my account by the night and the service also will be terminated. But Till now 11 am of 20th September I did not get my balance back. Today also I called them and now they are saying that no wrong deduction was done. So I request you to check the complain and verify it and justify the matter please.

                    I am challenging them that if they can check by technically from my mobile handset, they can do and check that I have not even opened my browser.

                    They have deducted this kind of amount in past for many a times and not refunding it.

                    2. My second issue is that I have this 9/- balance in my account, though they are not allowing me to do outgoing call. Not getting any proper reason for it.

                    Worst operator ever in wireless and broadband is reliance.
                    It provides the worst of all services and deduct money without any reasons.
                    Unfortunately I have both of reliance broadband connection and reliance gsm connection.
                    y name is nishan garg and my reliance gsm no is [protected].
                    I got this sim on 26th April 2013 and got a balance of rs 70 and a free gprs 500 mb every month for 3 consequitive months. But after completion of one month I didn't receive another 500 mb gprs.

                    So I called reliance and informed them about this and customer care representative said that I will receive my remaining 500mb in 24hrs, but I didn't receive it and again I called th next day and the same false promises I got, but I never received it.
                    But after calling them for 4 consecutive time, when I called them 5 th time the next they, they rudely talked to me and told that I will not receive ant data as it wasn, t in my subscribed first recharge.
                    Guys you only tell that once they are saying that I will receive the data balance and another day they are telling me that there is no data to be given, so till how far is this correct on behalf of reliance.
                    Another thing is that after that issue I subscribed for do no disturb service to fully block reliance calls and sms, but I still am receiving them from past 15days and I received a message that in recharge of rs 74, I will get balance of rs50 and gprs of 500 mb, but I received only gprs 500 mb and no balance of rs 50 .
                    Upon calling reliance customer care I was informed that I will not receive any balance because in recharge of rs74 only 500 mb gprs is there, but I told them about the message which I received from reliance and they rudely said that I am lying and no such message is sent by them.
                    So this is really very cheap and fraud from reliance deducting balance and gprs by these kind of acts.
                    So I strongly recommend everyone nit to use reliance ever in future.


                    Guys one more incident with reliance I like to share is about reliance broadband.
                    My user is on reliance broadband is[protected]
                    I am using reliance broadband from past 1 year and there are most of the times issues with It's speed and connectivity. I'm the month of march my broadband stopped working and I informed reliance customer care about it and they told me that there is outage issue in my area and as soon as it will be rectified I will get the waiver for no of days my net wasn, t working.
                    So it unfortunately didn, t get repaired and after 40-45 days it started working. So I called reliance for the waiver for this and they registered my complain and provided waiver for only 4 days.
                    So on calling again and again, I only got this reply that there was outage issue only for 4 days and for that waiver has been provided.

                    So how far is this correct, really fed up with the fraud by reliance.

                    I really want reliance to look up to my issue and provide me my fair money.
                    Also again I suggest you all guts never to for for attractive appearing plans of reliance as they are all if the times fraud.

                    This complaint is for the number [protected]. Two days ago my account balance was INR 192 and my data balance was 230 MB valid till[protected]. On the day of diwali there was no network on my phone. It wouldn't connect to the Internet or even call. I tried knowing my account details but I got the reply as service unavailable. I tried again the next day when my phone still wouldn't connect. Suddenly my account balance was a mere INR 0.03 and my data balance as 0.00 MB. I immediately tried calling customer care on 198. Initially all I got was "this route is busy". After calling about 20-25 times the call connected to the IVR. After which the customer care executive never came on line and all I got was static for 7 minutes. The same thing happened for the next 4 hours. After 20 busy times the call would connect to the IVR but no customer care executive would pick up. I finally gave up and slept.

                    This morning I tried again. It still took 20-25 busy tones after which the call would connect once. The customer care executive picked up this time. He said I can only check details of last three days and there's no balance deduction, if there was you would've received an SMS. I said exactly my point, where did my money go? To which he said I'm sorry due to some technical difficulty I can't access your account details, call back later. I did call back again, and after 20 times when it connected I got the same reply of technical difficulties. The third time the same thing happened again and this time I asked that executive that is there any other way because this is going nowhere. To which she said I'm sorry you would have to call again.

                    So after wasting even more hours of my morning I'm at a loss of what to do to get my money back. The same thing happened on 1st October as well where even though I had data balance, charges were deducted from my main account balance of about INR 183. Though they did register the complain then and I got my balance. But this is getting out of hand. I have better things to do then talk on the phone to get my hardearned money!
                    Kindly look into the matter.

                    This is in regard to the number [protected]. I don't know what to do anymore. It is impossible to talk to the customer care executives as the option doesn't exist anymore.

                    The network on my phone stopped working on 23 Oct. I tried knowing my balance but it said service temporarily unavailable. I assumed it must be due to festival traffic. The situation remained the same on 24th as well. I tried knowing my balance again. This time I got a reply. My main account balance was Rs. 0.03 and data balance was 0.00MB!

                    While two days ago it had been Rs. 192 and data balance had been 285 MB. Since we own smart phones these days that can track your data usage. My phone says I only used 55 MB. If we consider ambiguity of 5MB I still have seem to lost 230 MB of data and my entire balance.

                    I immediately called 198. It took 25 busy tones for the call to finally connect. After which no executive came online and all I got was static. The same process repeated for the next 4 hrs. After which I gave up. I called again the next day, that's the 25th. It again took 20-25 busy tones for the call to connect. The executive came online this time and I was told that he did not see any deductions in the last three days and if there were I would have been informed. Do you get the stupidity here! That is the entire point, I wasn't informed and still my balance remains null!!! After which the executive said "I'm sorry, there is some technical difficulty. Call back later." I called back later. My call connected a total of 3 times in 2 hrs and all of those times I was told to call back later. Both of which times there were technical difficulties.

                    I did call back in the evening and the morning today, i.e 26th. But now talk to the customer care executive option doesn't seem to be working on 198 and I have no idea how to connect to reliance people anymore. I have emailed reliance customer care to no avail. I even went to my nearest reliance store, who also "dropped an email". Still no response!
                    As if that wasn't enough, I recharged my phone on 26th Oct with Rs. 120 account balance and Rs. 27 data pack. My data balance is 9 MB left but still they have deducted Rs. 74 from my main balance! This has happened for the second time but this time there's nowhere to complain. I have even called their Appellate Authority. The lines are always busy. I want my money back and my data as well! Would you see into the matter.
                    I have recently buyed a new pair of SIM card[protected], after 2 month one day[protected] I got same message on my both SIM from RM-Reliance of duduction of 3 rupees from my balance, i had not receive any call from their promo calls after that i had charged without any prior notice. i tried to call complaint number 198 but they did't receive my call.After 3 days they again deduct 3 more rupees from balance from both SIM, i again tried 198 this time eventually they receive my call and heard my whole matter and feel there mistake and returned 3 rupee balance on my one SIM, i also said that please deactive all VAS service from my both 2 SIM and they accept it. After 3 day they again start to cheat me by deducting 3 rupee. now i am totally helpless because they neither receiving my call on any number 198 or *333 or [protected]. please help me.
                    My mobile number in [protected], Yesterday I recharged my prepaid account with 160 Rupees. When I checked my balance today morning it was NIL. After that when i tried to speak with the Customer Care Executive they told me that the balance deducted was regarding the Net Usage.
                    They told me that my Internet balance has expired at 21:29:11. After that the balance was being deducted from my account.
                    Whereas when I sent a service message on "55333" MBAL, System Generated reply was "Your 3G balance is 163.89 MB it will expire on[protected]" I received this message on 23:09 .
                    If there is any sought of error in your system, then why should i bear that.
                    I am having Reliance GSM SIM +91-[protected] in which on 06.04.2015 the balance was Rs. 165 but on 07.04.2015 it was Rs. 36 only. I dont know how it got reduced in 1 day.

                    It is requested to please remit the deducted balance to my account at the earliest.

                      I now understand from the Reliance Webstore that the above mobile connection is not in my name and is in some other individual name. They are not willing to accept any identity documents from me to change the name in their records. I do not want to continue the connection if it is not in my name.

                          Dear Team,

                          This complaint is regarding my Reliance postpaid number [protected]. I am using this number for the past 2-3 years and have faced lot of trouble just because of poor attitude of the people involved in customer service. Earlier when postpaid terminated from my city then instead of providing me any solution, my number was terminated as if I am not paying for this service and and as if it is my fault that the postpaid agency got terminated. Then at that time I complained about this to you and only after the intervention of Mumbai Team I was provided the solution by asking me to get my number transferred on my friend's name in other city where post paid is available. Thanks to the "Mumbai Team".

                          Now during this transfer my credit limit which was somewhere near Rs.1500 and I never faced any trouble at that time is inadvertently reduced to Rs. 500. Does it sounds logical from any point when my Post Paid plan in itself is something of Rs. 540. Due to this error during the end of the month when my un-billed reaches somewhere Rs. 500, my services are terminated causing big trouble for me.

                          I got maximum trouble when my number was deactivated when my previous months outstanding was Rs. 70 and when this time before even the current bill message reached me, the system deactivated my STD and the customer care officer pointed out my mistake that I did not pay Rs.70 outstanding so this was done, without even noting this fact that even this month's bill sms has not yet generated and I paid Rs. 500 in advance last time.

                          Please note this fact that this number is used by my Parent's who are senior citizens and who live alone so this phone number is my only method of communication to them and due to this sudden disconnection we face a lot of trouble.

                          When I contacted the nearest web world then they asked me to deposit some amount then they will increase my Credit limit. My question is why should I do that, when initially when I took this connection at that time there was no such condition and later you people reduced it without any reason. Moreover my maximum calling is within the network as per the plan then why in the un-billed usage, onnetwork calls are added due to which I am denied my plan benefits.

                          I have no hope from the web world and my local reliance team as their attitude is very laid back, they really dont care whether I am on their network or not, I still have some from the Mumbai Team, that they may help me.

                              My name is Sumit Sharma Resident of T-235 A/30 A Hill Marg Baljeet Nagar New Delhi-8.
                              I purchased Reliance Net connect MDN :-[protected] on the 29th Sep'11 and paid advance rental for 3 months Rs2400. But the very next month i.e, on the 27th oct'11 my internet connection was barred. In the beginning i thought it might be a connection problem but when it was not resolved for few days i went to the nearest authorized outlet and informed them about the problem. They asked me to submit my documents again as they were not updated. This went on for few days, i contacted them again and again but my net connection was not activated. I spoke to the Customer Service as well regarding this issue then i discovered that i have a pending bill of over Rs 9000. I even spoke with the NODEL department of Reliance but the were pathetic and were of no use as they also didn't helop me. Then i again went to the Authorized outlet and they said on your address there is a pending bill on the name of RAJESH SHARMA DDUPE MDN :- Q_[protected] r/o T-235 A/4 baljeet nagar. Clearly from the adress everyone can understand it was not mine. It was just that he shared the same surname and was the resident of the same colony. I was in constant touch with the representative over there at the outlet AVINASH and MANJU PAL. They said the matter has been forwarded to Dedupe department and a person name Sandeep was handling the issue. Mean while i kept on getting bills from Reliance for the internet connection. This matter went on for 2 months and they were not able to resolve it. Then finally i went to the RTO of reliance and had a conversation over the phone with Mr. Sharma and he removed the barring from my number but did not refund the money which i paid in advance. Later on both Avinash and Manju left the store so i had to explain this issue to the other representative again and again but they were not helping so i spoke with the branch manager and she said normally they don't refund any amount. Then i decided not to pay the bill as i was cheated as they siphoned off my money and still they were not admitting it and were reluctantly saying that they will not refund it. So finally when i didn't pay the bill the net was disconnected. And then on the 19th june'12 i got a call from Sanjay and he said that Reliance is sending a Summon to me for not paying the bill. I explained that fellow what happened with me but he was not ready to listen and said i can offer you a settlement of Rs 1100 against the bill of Rs1600 app. and if i didn't pay this amount by 4 pm that day i would receive a summon from court asking me to appear over there and pay the bill plus the legal fee which reliance has paid so altogether aroung 6-7 thousand ruppes. So just to avoid all the hassel i agreed to pay Rs 1100 and made that person sanjay speak with one of the representative also about the adjustment. I thought now the matter is been closed but i was wrong when i got a call from some Kavita saying that i haven't paid reliance bill of Rs 562 and when i explained that this bill is already been settled she started shouting on me and said there is no such thing and you have to pay this bill or else i will send you a legal notice. Again a threatening call from Reliance. I am so angry with these people and annoyed they are harassing me by calling me and saying that we will send you a legal notice for the bill not paid which was actually settled whereas i should be the one who should be sending them legal notice saying you owe me my money which you have stolen from me. Now i want justice for the time that i have wasted for getting this matter sorted out and compensation for all this harassment that i have been through all this time. If you want i have few mails from Reliance store personnel which i can forward showing that my account was barred for no reason.

                                    I have a prepaid reliance cdma mobile connection by no: [protected],For the last 4 months my balance is being deducted without any authorisation or any sms or verbal authoristaion for stupid services they are providing. When ever i recharge 70% of the balance is being deducted for some services which i had never subscribed. I called up customer care and had asked them to prove my authorisation for the subscriptions and they have no answer except for saying ok mam we will unsubscribe the services right away and you wont get any deductions in future but the very next time i recharge the same story is repeating. Does this reliance company acting like a beggar company stealing away balance from its customers, if it cant run a mobile company let it closed down instead of snatching the balances in this way.

                                    I Would like to sue this company for eating up my recharge money and only after retreiving the amount i would like to go for portability to airtel which is much better atleast they are not eating the customer money like reliance beggars.

                                    It reduces even towards negativity.The reason is never communicated.Some value added services once subscribed are renewed after their expiry without getting my consent.This cannot be accepted afair business.

                                    actually, this is the 2nd time, when i have suffered much.in 1st time, the company deducted my Rs-30/-, saying that i have activated something, but that was 100% false.2nd time, they deducted Rs-20/-, saying that story.but for ur kind information, i will say that, the company has made my mind so upset.this is the 2nd case within 1 month..
                                    After buying the gsm sim of relience i am not getting 10Rs per day.

                                    RELIANCE CDMA MOBILE SERVICE — unauthorised deduction of money

                                    i have never interested or opted for any additional service like sayire, cricket, horoscope, etc. and several times requested at the customer care centre at Berhampur (Orissa) for not sending any commercial messages into my mobile. but the said company usually sending commercial messages into my mobile. earlier the company was sending messages for activation of aforesaid additional services, but nowadays the company automatically activates the aforesaid services into several mobiles and sends messages to deactivate it if the customer doesnot want to get the said service and deducts the money unauthorisedly from the mobile talk time balance even sometimes makes minus balance in the said mobile. In the same way the said company deducted an amount of Rs.10/- from my mobile number [protected] by automatically activating a service in the name of SAYERE about which i don't know what the said service is and saying that i have activated the said service, but i have never activated any such service or any other service in my mobile. so please do the needful and take necessary steps to deactivate the said service from my mobile and get back my aforesaid deducted balance amount into my mobile. In proof of such fraudulent messages i have also given another mobile number, i.e., [protected], which is a retailer mobile to which also such message have been sent.
                                    I am never intrested in any additional services but without my permission company activated several aforesaid services on my mobile nnumber [protected]. In the same way the said company deducted an amount of Rs.49/- from my mobile number [protected] by automatically activating a service in the name of VAS 49 Pack about which i don't know what the said service is and saying that i have activated the said service, , but i have never activated any such service or any other service in my mobile. so please do the needful and take necessary steps to deactivate the said service from my mobile and get back my aforesaid deducted balance amount into my mobile.but i have never activated any such service or any other services.                                     i have reliance prepaid cdma connection number [protected]

                                    everytime i recharge some amount gets deducted tds VAS, for which i have not subscribed. even after request for (Service Request ID[protected]. the charges continue to be deducted.

                                    they are loading these services without requests from the customer side.

                                    what action can be initiated against them?
                                    The same thing has happend with me. The customer care people are quite rude in their response & once amount is deducted from by reliance i beleive it is impossible to get it back.

On 15/12/2009, after talking two minutes, it was charges Rs. 20.00 instead of Rs. 1.00, there by the amount was reduced from 31.49 to Rs. 11.49. So I would request you to immediately refund Rs. 169.00 to my prepaid account.

                                    Dear Complaint officer,

                                    With great regrets I would like to inform you that I are suffering due to these unthorised promotional activities on my Preapaid reliance mobile connection[CDMA] & hence I am unable to use it properly. Each time we recharge the mobile prepaid connection without making any outgoing calls the balance of my prepaid connection gets exhausted. No one attends our call in customer care section easily. Even after repeated complaints, this unthorized deduction continues to occur. Recently I got thru a complaint officer in reliance customer care wherein it was found that we have unconsiously subscribed for a caller tune copy promotion for which this has happened. I firmly instructed the representative not to offer any additional services to me apart from incoming & outgoing options. This connection is in the name of Mr. SUYASH KISHORE, Ph No. [protected]. I am a LOWPAID STAFF OF A PRIVATE FIRM. I honestly need this connection incase of an emergency only to talk with my nearest family members. However each time i want to use this connection these unwanted/unauthorized deductions doesn't allow me to access my mobile phone. Even after sendinbg this sms umpteen number of times, the balance of my phone still gets exhausted. I insist to review my complaint & stop all kinds of promotional activities on this connection so that I can use this at my peace & per my own convenience.
                                    Also, would request you to stop all promotional schemes/songs on this connection with immediate effect. ELSE I’LL HAVE NO OTHER ALTERNATIVE BUT TO SWITCH OVER TO SOME OTHER SERVICE PROVIDERS LIKE AIRTEL, BSNL OR THE LIKE.

                                    Reliance Prepaid CDMA — Deducting money, whenever they see high balance amount

                                    On 24th Jan 2011, I received a SMS that Khel Khel Mein has been renewed for 20 days, Rs. 20/- is deducted. Later on my complaint that, we never activated that service, Rs. 20/- were refunded immediately, saying that it was mistake with their computer and apologised for inconvenience.

                                    On 11th Feb 2011 around 3 PM, I received a SMS stating "Khel Khel Mein has been renewed on 10th Feb 2011, for 30 days, Rs. 30/- has been deducted".
                                    From 11th Feb, till today evening, it was said that my money will be refunded in 2 days.
                                    NOW, they say that we cannot refund your money saying that it was activated on 24 Jan 2011 and now they renewed it. On 24th Jan 2011, they clearly stated that it was their computer's problem or mistake. MOREOVER, why are they missing out the simple logic that why will I get the refund on 24 Jan 2011. Talking to supervisors also dint help. The response to their consumer's problem is pathetic. Nobody is able to answer properly, WHY was it deducted?

                                    I don't understand, how can you renew it, if it was NEVER activated?
                                    I need my money back and severe action is to be taken against the persons responsible for my inconvenience and money should be refunded soon.
                                    WHY don't they ask for any confirmation before activating or renewing it. Whenever they see some high enough balance, they just deduct it without any prior notice.

                                    Please help me in this regard.

                                        I am reliance prepaid GSM user, My name is vijay gangrade and mobile number is [protected].
                                        It has been observed that without my permission shayari services has been activated on my mobile no. and monthly charges of Rs.30/- is deducted from my account since last months. We have been trying to contact in your customer care but we it was unable to contact. Since this is not acceptable i deactivated that service manually by sending sms.
                                        please i request to you refund the amount deducted from my account at the earliest.
