my phone number is [protected] in chennai region and is of reliance gsm. i got a information in service reply from reliance that i will get full talktime on rs. 74 recharge.. But i got only 0.01 in that recharge... I talked to your customer care representative mr. Mukteshwar Prasad.. He talked very rudely and did not help at all.. i just want rs. 74 balance in my cell and an apology call from mr. Mukteshwar Prasad..

We have a Reliance preaid Mobile number since past many years and now we are facing a problem with the billing system.Since IPL has started, they are deducting 5 rs each day for a cricket PAC, which we have never subscribed.On calling up customer care they are saying they have a problem in their system and will be rectified soon but nothing has happened so far and Customer care people are seems to be doing nothing in this ar all, Now T20 world cup has started and the same thing is happening again.Please address my query and please arrange to reimburse the amount which company has deducted without any reason.

with humble request i want to say that i wanted use the unlimited calling facility of reliance so for that i borrowed a cdma phone from my friend. then i checked the website for the tariff plans available i found that on 999 recharge i could make free calls to any reliance number all over India that included local + STD. the web address of the above informations is http://www.rcom.co.in/webapp/Communications/rcom/Rm/prepaid_unlimited_calling.js...
i made the recharge of the same amount on 4th july 2009 in the evening, i came back home and started calling my friends and my colluges who were in other states using Reliance GSM service. My talk with them lasted for about 120 min or so and then my call got dissconnected. when i tried to call again a automated message said that "your call cant be connected as your balance is low" i got frustrated and called their customer care. at first the execetive over there said switchoff your phone and then try after 5 min. I did the same and still the same message i was geeting that my balance is low and i cant make the call. then i called the customer care again and told them what is going on. at that time the executive over there tells me that free calls are applicable between CDMA phones only and not GSM phones and as i was calling on GSM number i couldn't do so.
there was no were in there web site mentioned that the free calls were applicable between CDMA phones only. at the showroom where i recharged my number when i asked him would i be able to make free calls to reliance phones he said yes ofcourse.
please help me out they didnt provide me with adequate information and thats the fraud. they never told me about nor there were any terms and conditions mentioned on the web page where i saw this plan. Now i am depressed that phone is of no use to me. My all money has got wasted. i know by what means i raised that 999 ruppes to recharge, i had borrowed that money. i am a student and i have to save all my money to pay that person back and for nothing.
Please help me i had read many cases like this where inadequate information was given and the complainer won the case. please make justice with me.

I am akhilesh singh i using gsm for two years .I had complaint against costmer care two time.first 13Aug 2009&second 14Aug 2009 for network problem in gorakhpur.The problem is -when i call to any one he recieve my call but i can not communicate to him and my balance cut off with out any talking.Please check my problem&remove it, Thanks.

My name is Vijay and I am one of the new customers who took a connection on the 7th of November and had a horrible time with the service. I am not sure how much difference this mail would make for them, however I am still taking a chance.

I activated my connection with a Rs. 51 Plan where my calls would be charged at 50 paise per minute. One of your retailers had encouraged me to change my plan to Rs. 1 per 3 minutes and I paid Rs. 38 and changed my plan on 9th of November. I have still not got my plan activated.

I first called on the 10 Nov and one of the agent went to an extent of disconnecting my call. I then spoke to a supervisor Vidhya Sagar from Chennai and he assured me that the problem would be resolved in 3 days. I waited for 3 days and then called back to be told that I need to take my sim out and put it back and the plan will be activated. It was still not done.

I again called back on the 20 Nov and spoke to another supervisor called swathi. She said there was no record of my first complaint and took a new complaint and gave the number[protected] and she assured me that all the amount which was wrongly charged would be reverted. On 23 Nov I get another message stating that the complaint was resolved.

I called the customer care today and spoke to Vidhya Sagar again who says he will take anotehr complaint. He also says there is no Team Lead on the floor and he is only a supervisor. I was also shocked to hear that there were no recharge details whereas I have a message of confirmation. He also says that I need to get back to the retailer and get the transaction number. The retailer says this is more than 15 days old transaction and cannot be found.

As a customer, What do I do? I am in the customer service Industry for 9 years and have never experienced such a service in my life. My alternate number is[protected]. I am expecting some one to atleast look into this issue. This is a really sad that a customer has to call so many times to get a small service activated. No one seems to know what the problem is, not the procedure. Truly Pathetic!!!

i am a reliance distributor in musiri under trichy cluster in tamilnanu.here a problem from janaury to distribute gsm incentive to the retailers above 1 lac.they should not pay till the old distributor.for that problem i pay Rs. 30000.ple take action and retain the money to me and retailers.vimal [protected]
I have been a loyal subscriber to a Reliance Communications ADAG Mobile number for almost 5 years. The mobile number (postpaid) was being purchased for my mother and she was using the number till her death. After my mother's death, I called up the Reliance Customer Service and requested for the number to be terminated immediately. My request was accepted and I was informed that the said number will be terminated / cancelled within 7 working days. After the 7th working day, I got an SMS on the mobile phone which was having the same number saying that the number was converted into a prepaid service.
When the customer services were contacted about this unexpected change, I was informed that the Reliance Communications company had taken my oral permission on-line to convert the number into a prepaid service. This is absolutely not the truth. I never received any phone call from the customer services before its conversion. I was simply told that the number would get cancelled and the company would return us the available deposit amount as cheque payment.
Reliance Company is a fraud company, which uses tactics to cheat its own customers and bends all rules for its own advantage and profits. I find this attitude towards myself very disgusting and offensive.
I wish my complaint on this forum would alert all the other postpaid customers of this company.

Such a horrible bad attitude these people have got!! Rascals working under the Dhirubhai Ambani banner. Shameless and very disappointing service.

Reliance cdma 299 pack — hide the information and cheated

On 9th of may,2010 I recharged my mobile [protected] with reliance cdma 299pack. It was told by the company that under this pack I will be able to call any local reliance phone free for one month but my pack ended on 29th of may only. In advertisements too the reliance company writes the word "UNLIMITED" calls to any local reliance phone under this pack. But the truth is that they give only 2700minutes for calling to any local reliance phone. Can anyone tell me then how is it "UNLIMITED". They are just making us fool UNLIMITED. Please help me to get justice.
I Agree. Reliance Mobile is taking India for a ride...In fact Reliance group as a whole is non ethical !!!

Reliance GSM Service, India — Fraud of deducting money from prepaid account with out prior permission

Its been twice happened to my mobile number bearer [protected] of Reliance GSM service that they have deducted 9 rupees once by the name of free SMS pack for a week, i have neglected once the again they did it with RS 50.00 this time SMS pack for a month. i called customer care and asked for the reason, he says, there is no as such record or deduction in our record, surprisingly its become a habit of reliance of giving unasked service and deducting money from prepaid account with out prior permission of the number owner. which is like a crime of stealing money fraud from account. there should be proper control over it as they are making lots of money like this and ends up making an apology with out returning money. its a smart way of stealing money.

i have recharged my connection with simply subidha m5 and they send me confirmation message but then they have cut balance from my main balance when i called customer care they denied .my name is madhumanti das my no is [protected].plz respond to this earliest.they had cut 5 rupees balance from my main balance.

Reliance GSM — about service scheme not given,balance cut & fraud talked customer care agent

I had recharge Rs.49/- for reliance homezone plan.Before recharge i had called to customer care about plan information.The plan is daily get 5 sms & 5 min free. After recharge i had called & my main balance is reduced by Rs.1.50 & call is disconnected due to low balance.After that i had called to customer care they not given information neatly.Firstly, They told that this plan is activated but facility for plan will not given to you.
I got daily 5 sms free but didn't got calls.
Again i had called to customer care , they talked froad,they told whatever they want & i had requested to them for give me information neatly but they not given information neatly & they not taken complaint also.
They told that your Rs.99/- homezone plan is activated before one month but i had not got facility about that plan also.This Rs.99 homezone plan is not activated me.
there was call from one reliance call center regarding for postpaid connection and suggested me for my interest. Iagreed for this and next day they sent one of their executive and i have handed all my documents and Rs 250 to him, against this he he had given only form slip and one receipt which doesn't have any company's seal or logo. But theor team leader Named Neha told me to have trust as she will process and properly communicate with me. but after 5-6 days there was no response for this and i called madam regarding for the same. First they started ignoring my calls and then they abused me for the same.

then asked for my refund and they telling that do anything you like we will not refund your money.

Now one of the guys not naming himself is abusing and threatning me from various station PCO

I have forwarded complaint to their Nodal Officers but no response.

Actually this is a fraud system

I had submitted my documents and Rs 250 to one of Reliance DSA named Svayam Enterprises regarding for postpaid connections of my Reliance prepaid on 18th October 2010 but neither my verification nor my connection has been activated till now. For this I have called thier Team Leader of Svayam Enterprise for my status but instead of helping she started abusing me and also his boys threaten by other Numbers calling me in the night.Then I moved to Reliance Web World there they suggested me to call Nodal Officer Mr Tilak Chatterjee. I called them but no use, they are just ignoring me and my calls and always fooling me that they are taking action but till now nothing had happened.When I visited to their office the just ensured me that soon I will get my documents and money back. But nothing happened and I am getting several threating calls from their people. Again I went to their office ,same they had repeated but till now nothing.

Dear Sir kindly suggest what to do with this situation.I know they are taking and documents and selling them to the people who doesn't have proper documents

Kindly take some action against these fraud this not one, several DSA i.e. Reliance are doing same Scam and Their Top management including seniors are also involved in this

reliance cut my account balance by activating any service without prior notice or without my permission on 5/2/11 they cut 49 rupees balance when my balance is 55.23 ruppes.

I recharge my cdma number [protected] by Rs 299 on 3 April 2011 . this plan gives free local calls reliance to reliance & 30 min/day for other network. On 5 April 2011 1:39 p.m I received a sms from Reliance that “ you have recd a free offer-200 min pm local calls to reliance mobile ,100 sms/day. Validity 5 mths. Reliance” after it my Rs 299 plan stopped working & company began to charge 50p / min for calling on other network. I complaint 4 times on 198 to stop this free offer and asked to give back my 299 plan.

Radhesyam sharma take a 5000/- rs checque from our. They had to say me you have the connection of big tv then u have to get 3 months service pack free and installation charges free. but after that they have not to get 3 months service pack free.actually our connection is multiple connects and the copnay sale person at the time of the selliong his product they was say to me only you have to pay one connection charges which is rs. 225. but now company says to me you have to pay per connection 150/- rs.this is fraud with our. kindly our help.

yesterday (01/08/2011) as i spoke with customer care executive, he told that i was run out of message service, do recharge with 19 rupees, also he told if it active by self (renewal) u will be refund of the money

but, yesterday night again money was deducted from my account (19 rupees)

I want my 19 rupees back, also for this 19 rupees i spoke with nodal officer section ( one of customer care executive told its toll free) but it charged about 20 rupees

i want get back both 19+20 rupees to my account

also previously about 350+ rupees was deducted unnecessarily, i also want that

I have purchased a RELIANCE Dongle. Since I have purchase this dongle, I kept on facing extremely low internet speed. In actual case I never got more than (speed 9-10 Kbps. Surprisingly you people are persistent on giving reasons than providing solution. I DONT NEED YOUR APOLOGIES. I NEED SOLUTION. because I know you people are not going to give me money..... We Knew It reliance broadband services are very big F..... Company..... I have Told Many Times That Please Solve...... Reliance Company is just cheating over the people and sell 9-10 kbps speed USP modem as 3.1 Mbps modem. It is high cheating record of this company. Please Alert people to avoid like this.

Hello Sir/Ma,am,

I brought a reliance 3G sim on 5th Feb and was offered 2.5 GB 3G internet and 83 rupees of promo balance after paying 200 rupees. I used some 500 MB with full 3G speed but from 13th/ 14th Feb the speed decreased drastically . It just goes to a maximum of 2 to 3 kBps (24 kbps) and even less than that. When i tried to contact Customer Care Executive they say that i don't have any 3G data pack activated on my number. They also said that there is no pack of RC 98 exists. I checked the same pack working for all customers, even the salesperson cross-checked with many numbers he sold with same RC 98.
The expiry date for the data is 6th march and i am not able to even use the internet with such slow speed.
Please do the necessary as early as possible as this is a fraudulency done by Reliance.

As an update to my above complaint i like to add that i have got a call from Reliance representative on Tuesday the 13th of March. He asked me about the complaint. As a resolution he asked me to wait for some time as to do the needful.
Then till now i haven't received a second call for the same.
Moreover i like to add that to save my 2 GB of 3G data i recharged my number with RC 100 that packs 100 MB of 3G data on 6th of March. But Reliance just deducted my 2GB data and add 100 MB to my account. That means for me No "Carry-over" was done.
Now i have used up that 100 MB and also some of my promo balance and even core balance while using the internet.
I want to ask Reliance is this the way they treat their customers? Reliance looted me of Rs.300.
Now i am just waiting for them to return my 3G data (more than 2GB) with 3G speed.
It is just obvious that Reliance has lost one of its customer who once upon a time used to praise Reliance and its data speed.
Now I go for tata docomo for next 6 months as I need 3G speed and lots of data for next 6 months.
I am still waiting for the deducted 3G balance. I got no call or message regarding the issue since a long ago.

on 5 August , reliance have deducted 40 rs for my without any reason. when i called them , they said we have raised a customer ticket for this . in the morning i got message that your request has been raised but my money is not refunded . they are making fool of me by telling that money has been already credited to your account. please help me . this is not Ist time they have deducted the money before also they did the same that too without reason.

rupees(night call) pack on-line on 8th jan and it was written their
validity is 30 days but on 22nd jan i got a massage from reliance that
my pack is finished i didn't see that and i was talking with someone
after sometime i saw my balance is finished it was around 16 rupees.

I am a customer of Reliance Prepaid Services. I had activated a night calling pack on 18th of August 2013. This pack has a validity of 7 days and 36000 seconds. I ran out of the 36000secs before the 1 week elapsed and hence instantly re-activated the pack. But I didn't get the benefits of the pack. On asking the customer care executive, he replied that since the older pack had not yet been expired, the new pack won't be activated till it expires. And now even though the pack's validity has expired, I still amn't getting the benefits of the re-activated pack. I tried contacting the customer care, but they switched off my ability to talk to the customer care executive on my sim. So I had to call them from my friend's sim. They replied to me saying that since I activated the pack in the older pack's validity period I won't be getting the benefits of the pack and they even refused to refund the amount that I wasted for the pack. I have been harrassed by them. They keep transferring my call from one person to another and at times leave me stranded on the call. Please register my case against them.

i recharged with 156 plan and got 1 GB data and used it in sometimes in dongle . the company lapsed my 1gb data ad 120 rs balance .when i called customer care they said you have utilized all data and further deduction is for over usage but when i called appellate authority they said it is for mobile only. but in message about the pack i was no told about something like this .Appellate authority says you should have checked this online and did nt give me anything .so please solve this problem asap
i was purchase handset authrized webworld leela bhawan patiala on sunday.that day exective were not giving bill and told me take tommorow.but regular 7-8 days they was giving bills.after 1 handset giving problem and i was handover handset to same outlet where it purchase as they told hair handset service center not avialable patiala.after few they were returning handset with reason water in handset.i was filled count case in consumer court.my lawyer sent notice your mumbai address mentioned on below mentioned in bill.But notice was also returned with wrong address.reason foe farud.1 not ready give bill.2date was wrong written on bill 3.handset model also wrong mentioned.now mention corporte address is wrong.

I tried contacting customer care but they didnt help ...

I want my unlimited (30gb) 2g data back for which I had paid.


Or else I have to switch to another network also recommend the same to my friends and relatives..

AFTER, LOT OF FOLLOW UP ,I WAS TOTAL THAT THE SAID AMOUNT HAS NOT BEEN ACCOUNTED FOR AND ADVISED ME TO PRODUCE THE COPY OF CERTIFICATE FROM THE BANK CONFIRMING THE PAYMENT DEBITED IN MY ACCOUNT VIDE THE ABOVE CHEQUE.

      Horrible customer care service! I paid my bill online a week ago and when I tried connecting it still showed an error! The customer care now tells me that I must visit a customer care center to get an approval to use my card? What kind of stupidity is this? Why would you block access to my data card? What about the 1000rs. recharge I got! ALL MY MONEY HAS GONE TO WASTE! horrible horrible horrible! What's even more pathetic is that I get a bill today!!! I JUST FREAKING PAID YOU CHOR COMPANY!

      Moreover, after speaking to their rude customer care executives(Samadhan on 7/4/2012 around 8:25pm & AMOL on 7/11/2012) I got completely different stories on why my data card is not working.

      Samadhan told me the only issue is that my bill payment is delayed. Once I completed that, a whole new concept of visiting a customer care center was raised by that AMOL.

        Few days ago, I disconnected the connection as collection calls and people started visiting my home even after making a payment. This is the worst company I ever dealt with as they do not have a track of what they are doing and obsolete management which does not have any control of employees. Not only this but there were lot of complaints which were never resolved.

        After disconnection, they sent a final bill and I wanted to pay the bill early depending on my previous experiences as I don't want to see any reliance collection stupids to visit my home after making payment. I attempted to do it online. Two times I received confirmation emails that the payments were not processed. I attempted for the third time and realized that all the three payments were processed. I made 2 excess payments due to the misleading emails from reliance. I contacted one employee from reliance and he said that it will take 45 days for refund. I told him that it is their mistake to provide wrong information. As expected, those fools never wanted to listen to me. I wrote a mail to all possible contacts including Mr.Anil Ambani. I received several auto responses that I will be contacted in 24 hours but even after 48 hours, no one bothered to contacted me. They are like parasites living on customers' blood and they got used to it. I recommend all never deal with reliance. My subscriber id is[protected]

        Reliance Broadband — wrong information and fraud

        I registered for reliance broad band on 24th Aug 2009. I was informed that i dont have to pay anything apart from the data card which costs rs 3500. From the time i have taken the connection and every alternate day they disconneced the connection without informed me so i hardly used the connection and there is a bill of 15000 . Every time i call them i was informed it is a billing and it is over the credit usage and i said i have just got the connection and this bill is not generated the customer care people informed you have to pay the unbilled . So i said i dont want the connectiion anymore. Kindly disconnected the connnection the customer care people informed it is not possible

        At this stage since i have hardly used the connection i would like to file a legal complaint against relaince for breach of trust and disconnected the connection without informing me

        Reliance Broadband — Foolish and irresponsible Customer Care & Management

        I work from home so I needed a reliable & cost effective internet connection. One day the reliance guys were distributing pamphlets & I thought I'll try. It worked only on the day it was connected and never after that. I tried their customer care number but there was no response. I didn't have much time to try constant and I had still not disconnected my previous connection with the other provider. I kept calling on and off on the number provided by the person who connected the service but there was no response. Incidentally, I found the reliance guys who had come to a house nearby and told them that the connection is not working and I wish to terminate it, without informing us he cut the cable and went away. After a couple of days when I saw that the cable is disconnected I sent an email stating that the cable is disconnected without our knowledge and i will not be responsible for the forthcoming bill. They somehow pulled the conversation 1 month long, wasted my time with their nonsensical analysis. I had been constantly telling them that the cable is disconnected but no heed paid. Then one day their man came and took the modem & phone set and I happily gave it away thinking it was end of the disgusting encounter with Reliance but and later they sent me the 2nd month bill saying that the connection was active from their side. This was highly enraging and these people are taking the common man for granted.

          now a days account balance deduction has become an important part of life for mobile service providers, this is one of the cases related to ANIL AMBANI company reliance communication. I own a prepaid reliance mobile number [protected], on 18/06/2012 I had a balance of around rs 175/- in my prepaid account, the same day the whole account balance was reduced to only 18 paise by reliance mobile, on 19/06/12 I checked my account balance and found it was only 18 paise left in my account. I was surprised to know this. I called to customer care, customer care officer said " 18 june ko apke number par 6-7 value addaed services start ki gayi hain" . I told him that I have not started any service on my mobile on 18th june. Then he asked what do u want now, I told him to return full amount refund, then he started returning the amount in my account balance, when he refunded 90 rupees he told me he can refund only this much amount. I argued with him to return full amount , he said" dimag kharab mat karo nahi to call disconnect kar dunga". Many times he said this to me. This was very shameful on the part of reliance mobile that they zeroed my account balance and when I requested to refund the amount their officer was misbehaving with me. I continued argument with him to return full amount then he returned rs 150/- in my account balance. By this complaint I want to show the kind of service reliance mobile is providing to its customers. In a previous case reliance mobile deducted rs 50 from my prepaid account balance in a different number and gave no information about the deduction . Many mobile service provider are doing the same practice now a days , and when we call the customer care they always lie that "you have started the service by receiving a call from customer care, our record is showing this", can this forum do something to stop this cheating by mobile service providers?

          Reliance Mobile — Deducting prepaid account balance

          I am using Reliance GSM prepaid mobile service since December 2009 (No. [protected]). It often occurs that my balance get deducted without my knowledge. When contacted, the customer care representative claimed of some scheme being activated and so the charges being levied. But I never activate schemes like News,Caller tunes etc. This is a normal practice of deducting balance and I have lost my balance in a similar manner on 4 occasions during the year.
          Claiming to be the number one service provider in India, this is highly intolerable on their part.
          This should not be allowed as consumers are not in a position to regain their lost balances.

              Iam having Phone no.[protected] of Reliance CDMA from 2 years. On 4th july I submited an request application for converting my phone from POSTPAID to PREPAID with the required documents like I/D proof, Address proof and Photo.I also deposited balance due amount asked by the dealing staff. on my request I got a message from reliance that my request has been registered and my service request no is[protected].After 5 days I received a message again from reliance office that they have closed my Request after resolving my complaint. Again on my contacting reliance cust. care , their call centre Executive intimated that my connection is still POSTPAID but my service request has been closed.She also suggested me to take the matter with local Raipur Reliance office,but local people are not giving any responce to my prtoblem.

              Science I am in conversion process I cannot make calls from my phone also. In present situation i cannot use the phone and still my connection is POSTPAID for which Reliance will give me a Bill also for my non useing period.

              Now I request to look into my problem and arrenge resolution

                when i recharged it on 25.7.12 morning . i recive recharge successful msg .

                but i m not getting benefit when i registered complain on 198 first time they said wait for 3 to 4 hours, second time they said to wait for 24 hours. Next day they registerd my complaint no.[protected]. on 10.07.12 i called again on 198 now they say I would not be given any plan of talk value & I am not eligible for this plan.

                so why they send me offer msg and why they take recharge amount 401 successful.
                However last two months i received same msg & benefit of plan accordingly.

                I want my 401 rs back plan benefit or talk value of 401

                  Iam Anil Dhiman from Chandigarh. Reliance had started an unwanted service on my phone without even asking me. As usual they just message that this service is started on your phone and deducted Rs. 30. This is really embarrassing and stupid. I just recharged my phone and they did this stupid thing.

                  The service they throw on me is:

                  "You have been successfully subscribed to 2nd Life service at Rs 30.00 for 30 days. To un-subscribe SMS Unsub 2033 to 155223 (Toll Free)"

                  What the hell this service is? I even don't know about it what is it for.

                  Talking to your customer care is useless. Please stop this service as soon as possible. I will have to file complaint to higher authorities if this is not get resolved.

                    I called up the customer care about the termination and they confirm that the termination happened on 10 th of May 2012 without any doubt. I raised a complaint about 5 times as to why am I receiving bills though my account has been terminated. They always take up a request and say that it will be resolved in a day or two. Nothing seems to happen on this and month on month....I am getting the bills as usual.

                    This is pathetic. I am frustrated with the attitude of Reliance Broadband representatioves as well. I spoke to one lady by name: Padma Priya and she has asked me to call up after 30 minutes saying that the Supervisor has gone out for break. This is ridiculous. I don't see any kind of advancement on this. No one is ready to share escalation matrix details.

                    I don't know what to do. I need to get this addressed as soon as possible.

                    I paid 500/- for Internet connection in sept 2, 2009.When was taking connection the sales boy told that within one week they would provide connection. But i got connection October 27. Ok

                    I have been asked by the customer care officer till the bill is generated on 23rd of July which would just show up the pending payment for the period 23rd Apr to 10th May. However, the bill generated this month shows up the outstanding payment of 2000 odd including last two month's bill.

                    I am not sure as to what is going on. Why is the bill getting generated when the connection got terminated on May 10th. This is unacceptable. You guys are taking me for granted.

                    Can someone who has hold of the entire process take a look at this issue and give me a resolution?

                      request for Reliance Netconnect 3G dongle. Rahul Singh Chauhan (email ID :rahul.[protected]@vriti-interactive.com : contact No.- [protected]) called me and asked me for the required documents. During the call I requested him (Rahul) to activate the connection as early as possible. To which he (Rahul) responded that if I'll submitted the document before 12 o'clock in the afternoon, he'll take care that the connection would be activated on the same day by 7 PM to 8 PM.
                      As per our discussion, I forwarded the document at 11:27 AM on 06 July, 2012. In the mail I requested for an acknowledgment of the mail. There was no acknowledgment from him (Rahul). Rather I made call and asked him (Rahul) about the mail sent. During the call I again request him to activate the connection as soon as possible. Rahul again assured me that he'll take care and get the connection activated on the same.
                      I was told that I would receive the device within two after he (Rahul) receive the documents. But I received the device at 8:45 PM. I had to stay late in the office just for the device. As a result of which I had to cancel my booked tickets which cost me more than Rs. 3500. This was only because I've to wait for the device which was supposed to reach at 2:30 PM.
                      After all this when I tried to connect Internet using the device, it was not working. I tried to call Rahul but he didn't picked the phone. Same thing happened on Saturday. I tried to call Rahul but he did not received the call. I made 25 calls and not even single call was attended. Same happened on Sunday. On Monday morning (today) I called Rahul, luckily he picked the phone but did not answered any of my question and used harsh world and humiliated me by using inhuman phrases. When I asked him that I would escalate this act, Rahul replied that I can try anything I could do, and he (rahul) give a damn to such escalations.
                      I request you to please take a some action and provide me justice.
                      Please shot this issue ASAP or I would have to use another channel to escalate this issue.

                        Dear SIr/Madam,

                        I am in Delhi & user of Reliance mobile number.

                        Today I recharged my phone with Rs. 148 from reliance official
                        website.

                        According to site, I had to get 320 local & STD minutes.
                        But I got 1000 R2R local min + 500 other mobile local min's.

                        I called customer care where it came to know that the pack was changed
                        on July 6.

                        If the pack was changed on July 6, it should be changed on website also.
                        If it is still showing old information, then the used must get old benefits.

                        I can understand that there may be some delay in upgrading website,
                        but at least customer care must had to help me. Also the behavior of
                        senior officer was not good. He was not listening me and saying, " You
                        have received benefit, you have received benefit. He did not bother to
                        understand my problem.

                        I am also customer care Executive for a company & responsible for
                        entire north zone.
                        According to me, Reliance must have to improve their customer service
                        department. Reliance must notice, how their executives are handling
                        customers.

                        I had recharged for STD min's only. So, there is no use of even single
                        local minute for me.
                        I request you to help me to get refund my money back or old benefit i.e. 320 local
                        + STD min's.

                          This is sumit Gupta and my number is [protected].I have a concern about my recharge,i am facing problem with the services.I thought Reliance is a good service provider,but that was my mistake.I got a Service sms from the reliance : "Enjoy all India UNLIMITED R-R calls!Recharge with Rs.401 & get unlimited Local/STD R-R calls for 30 days.Offer valid till 15-Jul-12 RCOM."on 7-Jul-2012,4.02 pm.After that i have visited to reliance world to confirm the same and than after i have recharged my account with the respective amount of Rs.401.
                          Than i got a sms : - "Dear customer,your account has been recharged with Rs.01,Amount payable is Rs.401 Thank you.Reliance on 7-Jul-2012,4.49 pm From:52811.
                          But concern is that i am unable to use the services,unable to make any call on the reliance number,while calling on reliance number,balance getting deducted,look into the matter what is wrong with the services, why i am not getting the services.As per the committed service which you have sent to me through the sms,i am not getting the benefits.I called to customer care people but they are unable to help me out,they told us,we have registered your complaint kindly help me out.so i will be grateful to you reliance people.

                            Last Week I was shocked to see a Msg in Msg Box That You have subscribed to RajniJokes @ Rs 7 for 7 Days. The same msg contain to UnSub. Immediate I unsub above services, because neither I have subscribes above package nor wanted to continue. But I couldn't got any UnSub Msg from Company.

                            Today again I got a Attack on My Heart see the same Msg against That Your Subscription to RajniJokes has been reneval for 7 Days @ Rs. 7.

                            What a Hell. I have not subscribe Any Msg, but It Active, I Unsub the services that not Unsubscribe.

                            Why Telecom Companies are Looting / Cheating /.Harrasing their customer in this way.

                            Please Tell Me How to Unsub unwanted services & how I can get back my balance.

                              Have been using the reliance gsm card ([protected]) in mumbai for the past few months.

                              Reliance has been cutting money from my prepaid card on the pretext of crbt and caller tunes at will even when i have not subscribed for it at any point of time.

                              When contacted with their call centre get a reply stating that i had selected the option or someone else must have done it on your phone and hence it is not eligible for any refund, if not this they have a simple answer that the system is down so please call later.

                              I use E90 handset with a facility of advanced call manager and hence dont recive unknown calls, these calls straight away ring to the inbuilt answering machine, hence there arises no question of me selecting any of their options.

                              It is so frustrating that am not able to do anything about it.

                              I am Sudhir. I am having Reliance Number from past 10 minths. From last 4-5 months, they are un necessarly deducting 30 rupees from my account every month. 1s I asked customer care service then they said I have activated come bollywood movie songs offer something. Then I asked them to de activated that. Then for 1 months I did not recharge even a single rupees to that number because I have a another Vodafone number. 5th of December I have recharged 100 rupees and 38 rupees offer pack. 6th December morning they have deduted 40 rupees from my account. When I asked they are telling I have activated some junk things and all. When I latked bit rude, then the customer service executive told me to disconnect the call and started to mis behaving with me. Finally when I asked him to tranfer the call ti his manager then he has become calm and taken the request. And he said that within 48 hours I will get my money back. I have to wait. If I have not got my money back then surely I will go to consumer court.

                              I have downloaded the caller tune from Rworld. As i have purchase from R- World so sum of Rs10 was deducted from my balance. After 10 hours 30Rs was deducted from my account as monthly charges for that tune. I talk to customer care for that and they said it will be activated in next 72 hours. Now after more than 72 hours it is not activated and also they have charged me with Rs20 as the caller tune charge. Now i am trying to reach the customer care for the reason of deduction of this amount and i am unable to reach them. I don't know, every time I call up and dial all the number to reach any CCE. as soon as the voice say that we are transferring your call to CCE the is disconnect.

                              Reliance GSM — Deduction of money every month without any intimation

                              I am using this service for 2 years. from past 3-4 months, in the first week Rs. 15/- is deducting from my account . Every time when i make a call to Customer care and made complaint on 198, they were sayind that there is a server problem, so we cant help you now please call again after 1 hour. even though I make a call after 1 hour/ 1 day/ 1 week they are going with the same bluff reason. after that they are saying that you subscribed for joke/adult pack or something non-sense. The fact is that i havent gone for any pack except Rs.39/- SMS pack.

                              I was renewing it every month though easy-recharge. Even this month also i faced the problem. Yesterday my balance is around 18.00. When I tried to make a call this morning, i faced aerror message that u have insufficient balance. Immediately i made a call and had a hard talks from Customer Care Executive. The Call details are:

You(Customer) have to bear the loss whatever it happens. We dont care of him"

                              I have opened many service request for my local phone number. But the issue has not been resolved. Its been 3 months now I am facing the same issue. Kindly look into it.

                              My number is [protected] and I activated 1paise/sms at charge of Rs. 19. My balance used to get deducted every month and it was working fine. Since, November my message pack is not working. I contacted customer care, they say that my message pack was working on default and now I would need to get a recharge of 39 Rs for the same scheme. I got my number recharged but still IT WAS NOT WORKING AND MY SMS CHARGE WAS Rs. 1.50 INSTAED OF 1 PAISE. And three days after opening a service request, I would receive a message saying that the service has been resolved and are you satisfied.

                              Moreover, none of the customer care guy knows what exactly the issue is. Thrice is was said that that this Rs. 19 service has been deactivated from my number but my balance got deducted for December and January as well..

                              I m using this number on roaming because it’s important for me to keep this number ON.

                              If I contact the local customer care, they are aware of nothing. If I contact Karnatka customer care (roaming, where I m right now), they say I need to contact my local customer care. Please let me know if somebody could resolve this issue?????????????????????????????????????????

                              10 day&#039;s before(7th Feb 2013) Reliance GSM deduction of money 40 Rs. from my account ([protected]). I called to the Customer care but they not launch the case on 8th Feb 2013. I called the 3 time&#039;s after that my mobile no. not able to connect to the Customer care. After 5 day&#039;s i called to Customer care for same They giving Case ID[protected] and said that we will update the case within 3 days.

                              After the 2 day&#039;s the closed this case. Then i again call to Customer care And talk with the Amol &amp; Mr. Suraj Bhosale. They again generate the case[protected]. They say that you not call within 3 day so we can not retune the money.
                              Free trail of missed call service is activated on my number [protected] a week ago that i haven&#039;t asked for. I received a message on my number on 20-11-13 at 11:47 stating that &quot;Dear subscriber, your free trail of missed call service will expire tomorrow. I have problems with GPRS connectivity. I have complained about all these issues already and the representatives that contacted me are saying that they will rectify my complaint and make sure that it doesn&#039;t repeat again and if any problem occurs just call to 198. But the same problem is being repeated daily and the response form the representatives at 198 is very arrogant and is not satistying for a customer. I even stopped using message offer for a month. This is the worst customer support i have ever seen.
                              Free trail of missed call service is activated on my number [protected] a week ago that i have not asked for. I received a message on my number on 20-11-13 at 11:47 stating that &#039;Dear subscriber, your free trail of missed call service will expire tomorrow.                               From 1 Feb 2015 Rs 5 is deducted between 3 to 4 pm and Rs 3 in night time from my balance daily without any reason when i am trying to call for complain in reliance customer care i get my all call disconnected and i does not able to get any confirmation of amount deduction reason, neither i get a service alert nor any service messages of any type.
                              I don&#039;t want to waste a single Rs for such a fraud reason i want my all deducted money back and i m sure today they will deduct money again definitely.

                                Hi! myself Mr. Abinash Dev Sarma bearing mobile no. [protected], shocked to receive such rude behaviour from one of your customer care executives (male) while enquiring about y mobile no. portability status, moreover he decline to provide me the same.

                                Besides network problem, these types of behaviour also add to the reason for switch over to other providers.

                                  a caller tune got automatically activated on my number.
                                  when asked customer care 198 & *333 for help, didn't get any proper response. rather phone call was continuously disconnected.
                                  tried to communicate CUSTOMER CARE many times.
                                  but grievance and only grievance.
                                  once I was in Roaming ( 2 months ago ) for twenty days
                                  due to continuously meaningless deduction of balance, needed to recharge for more than Rs. 600 .
                                  I'm so fed up of this condition.

Is [protected]....now i am getting regular problem of wrong balance deduction from last 6 months and no customer care executive is their to sort out the problem because while talking to customer care executive they always give different reasons as they are playing with me.
                                  So please help me as soon as possible.

I am from kolkata.As said and complained before I am using reliance since many years, but from last 6 months i am facing problem regarding regular balance deduction without any reason. Everytime when i speak to customer care executive they give wrong reasons and many times different executive give different reason for the same deduction also as they are playing with me and this days whenever a reliance user want to speak to customer care the call automatically gets disconnected in middle and more than 50% time they say system upgradation or technical problem going on call after 2hours so for this we are unable to speak to customer care also, many a time i spoke to nodal officer Dola Bose but nothing happened so plss help me as more than Rs 300 had been deducted of my number in last 6 months and from last 3 days continously they are deducting 5 or 10rs and speaking to customer care is of no use as everytime a executive recieves give different reason and they dont refund the balance and the thing to look upon is that they seem to playing with me by giving different reasons and are not helping me. So plss sir plss help me as soon as possible.
                                  I am a reliance user and my no. Is [protected]. Sir as i have complained yesterday of regular balance deduction. Today morning i saw they have deducted my 10rs. So sir please do something as soon as possible. I will be very thankful to you.

                                    I have been very unsatisfied with service (as claimed by company is provided to customer as well as charged) that is not at all provided throughout.
                                    I had complaints regarding internet, phone line, transfer of connection, and may other since i started using their service. i have list of all the complaints who i talked to, their call center, their floor supervisor & their heads, all of them are useless and above all company most useless and a cheat. recently i have issue regarding the instrument, as its not working properly no full no. are dialed as well as some times on dialing 8 it dials 0, and many more... they charge me in the bill instrument rental every month, service charge & service tax, and hell lot of things. but when it comes to giving service they says take your instrument and go to service station. above all even if i go to service station they would tell me that they have shortage of instruments and it will take 4-5 days to provide (which is just to say and not to provide). Also they are not ready to register complaints againts this as the have an excuse that they dont have option for that in their software of complaints registering (this is the india's no. 1 co. - as they say it ) - full service module for solving customer complaints.

                                    Reliance Communication — No service provided even after the service charges being charged.

                                    Respected Sir / Madam,

                                    I had applied for the wireless internet connection through the Reliance-World Outlet located at Kothrud in Pune, Maharashtra on 1st September 2008. I was misguided by the customer care person at the help-desk in the following way:

                                    Actually, as part of this Wireless internet connection, the customer needs to take their instrument (Rs 2820/-) and the service is provided only after the user pays Rs 1000/- for the device activation. I paid the entire amount Rs 3820/- and submitted all the documents (address proof and personal Identification proof - passport xerox and address proof letter provided by company I am working for). I have got receipt for the same amount.

                                    As per told by them, the varification, installation of device on laptop and activation of services does take only one day. It's been three days now, they have not followed up with me and whenever I try to call them up, the pick up the receiver and keep it aside once they get to know about my name. Even if they attend my call, they speak rudely. I followed them up by visiting their office 3-4 times, but that is not possible for me because of my job. Also all the customer care staff does not seem to be well informed about the rules and procedures followed as the procedures I was told by 3 customer care - help desk staff was altogether different.

                                    The first step itself i.e. the varification is not yet done and still I have been charged for the Activation of the Services.

                                    It would be very much helpful to me if you look into the matter and guide me as I need internet as early as possible for further studies.

                                    Reliance Communications — Service ceased without valid reason

                                    Since last one month the internet provder (Reliance Communications) have ceased their services to us and raising the billing repetedly. we have tried to resolve thematter with the help of the company executives but they have not paid proper attention to it.
                                    Kinldy look into the matter and provide needful guidence.

                                    Reliance Communications — illegal charging of money

                                    i recharged ma account on 6th may 2010 of rs. 100 on GSM connection [protected]..
                                    The recharge was successfully done and 90 rs. were credited in ma account. In the night timem my whole account got NIL by its own.. I called the customer care .. they are giving excuse that my recharge was done by mistake and that is why they have taken all my balance. I had previous balance also..they have taken that also..HOW CAN ONE TAKE ALL MY BALANCE FROM MY ACCOUNT??
                                    WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS??
                                    When I have given 100 Rs. to Retailer and I got the message that my recharge was successful..then please tell me how can it be a fake recharge??
                                    Please take necessary action in this regard and please recredit my account..

                                    Reliance Communication — Service charges

                                    I am Rohit Patel Chartered Accountant. My complaint is regarding deduction of Rs. 5 every day from my reliance GSM prepaid card. I have talked with heir customer care personnel many times but i got different answer every time and my problem is not resolved yet. Further i went to their Reliance world store also and changed my SIM card as per their instruction and they have charged from me Rs.100 but no satisfactorily result i got till now.

                                    Person at customer care are sometime saying that no scheme is running in my number and some other time they are saying that Scheme has activated in your mobile hence balance is deducted.

                                    Kindly take some steps against such cheating act of service provider.

                                    Reliance Communications — Very ugly service from the agents

                                    I took a reliance net connect about 5days back(07/06). Prior to my buying they were calling me regularly and now it has been 5 days but they have yet not activated my account and the kind of service they provide is very ugly. They do not pick up my calls and also are not responding properly.They have not kept their words.They had promised it would take one hour to get it activated but till now they have not activated it.In between My calls Their number gets engaged but they do not pick My call.I threatned them That I will go to consumer forum but after this they have worsten their service.kindly help me out.I have the bill.

                                      My Mobile No [protected] i currently using postpaid connection i am giving request to transfer to prepaid as they told me i am deposited the money in 5 days advance they also told me please deactivate all the plan currently running in your mobile am call the customer care and i told him to canceled all the plan and i also get the massage your service is successful unsubscribed after 5days when i check wither my number is prepaid or postpaid but that shows its postpaid i call to customer care they told me your plan were activated that why we canceled your request and after i told him i got sms from reliance they told me go to reliance care....

                                        I have a Reliance GSM Number [protected] wherein I got a recharge of Rs 399 done on 5th Jul as I was receiving messages that reliance to reliance would be free all india in such a case. But when i got the same recharged neither i got a benefit of the scheme nor any balance has been added to my prepaid account. When I spoke to customer care they responded that I had to get the same recharged in 24hrs of receiving the message and as there is no such scheme so neither i will get a benefit of even a single paise nor the amount will be refunded in my account

                                        Which means reliance is going to charge a customer without giving any benefit.

                                        God save from such a company.
