I purchased a CDMA reliance mobile phone and i had submitted required documents. after 15 days my is out of service. when i ask the shopkeeper he said that he did not submite my documents or paper. plz take action for this regarding. i am in Gorakhpur and i had taken my mobile form gola ghar market. i cannot show my mobile number.

Reliance CDMA — Temporarily out of service

I have taken a new reliance pre-paid CDMA 2 weeks back.It wa activated that time and was working properly but since yesterday night I am not able to send or recieve calls and messages.

    My reliance GSM No: [protected]. I have under Do NOT DISTURB service also. Still I lost more than 300 Rs without any reason from January to July of this year. And i can't resist anymore and trying for port out. sent the request to 1900 by sending PORT [protected], from the same number. They are not even sending the unique porting number to me. How can I take action against them.

    sir; i v k jha using mobile no [protected] and [protected] several time i talked with customer care to deactivate all vas which they activate fm their side bt neither they deactivate nor they refund amt pl see recordings, i dont request for activation of any vas but intentionally they activate and deduct money i feel cheated and humiliated pl refund all amt and deactivate all vas
    I AM A RELIANCE PREPAID CUSTOMER AND MY MOBILE NO. [protected].THERE ARE UNWANTED DEDUCTION OF RS.30/- IN THE MONTH OF APRIL, MAY AND JUNE OF WITHOUT ANY ACTIVATION OF VAS.

    IN CHHATTISGARH POOR CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE OF REL. PREPAID. I TRY SEVERAL TIMES TO TALK CUSTOMER CARE BUT FAIL TO CONNECT THEM. I[censored] ARE NOT HANDLE PROBLEM OF CUSTOMER WHY ARE U RUNNING THIS STUPID NETWORK STOP THIS NONSENSE RELIANCE SMART IN CHHATTISGARH.
    Reliance smart company is deducting the money from my mobile any time without any choice given by

    Heyy!!! I recharge my account with Rs. 100/- on[protected] in my relience prepaid no[protected]. But after a few minutes there is a deduction of Rs. 30/- from my account, and there is no any satisfied answer from your local customer care. They make me call to your customer care no 198 but there is no any positive response for unwanted deduction. so, I kindly requesting you to take quick action and refund my unwanted deducted money.

      Reliance GSM — help plz,

      hi, i m sharjil frm kolkata, i have a very unique but a big problem, actually its a personal problem which i want to share with you guys expecting that u'll will understand my problem and will help me in saving my marriage.i live in calcutta and my wife in bihar, she also uses a smart connection. Actually recently i have been told that she is sending sms to various guys, but when i asked her regarding this, she refused straight away. i m living so far and feeling so lonely. i m really very depressed and feeling being cheated. please can u guys let me knw that wether you can help me by sending me the list of the numbers to which the sms are sent through my wife's number so that i can know the truth.
      this way i know i m not doing the right thing but i want to save my marriage, i love her a lot n dnt want to loose her. you can save my love and a marriage.
      please frn/sir understand my problem. or jst think keeping urslf in my place n tht way u'll know hw it feels to face the fear of loosin ur love. please please please you can really nd only save me. i'll b waiting 4 ur reply .. sharjil
      i'm from pune.i purchased a sim 2 weeks before.The cost of sim is 49 in which i m getting lifetime service n 90 days reduce call rates.i recharged my mobile with 21(free night calling after 11pm) 2 days after the purchase of my sim.its now 7-8days since my complaint is not being resolved.i called more than 15times to cu care.they always say that you will receive an sms soon.yesterday agin i called cu care they told tht u have to wait for 72hrs.The cu care is not able to handle my problem.Some of them don't know how to talk.
      i think it is the worst service for a customer.
      the night calling is not free.the call charges is .05rs/min.i recharged my sim with 21.night calling is free with 21 recharge.
      The cu care told me tht u will get ur money back.

      We tried calling you but we were unable to reach you. As per confirmation received from concerned team, GPRS issue is resolved now, If Issue persists then use RCOMNET/SMARTNET (RGSM/RTL) APN to download content and if you want to access other applications then switch to RCOMWAP through RWORLD

        we are purchase a wireless phone for office use from Reliance in Rs.2000/- before 4 months but this phone not working properly last 3 months.
        Before 2 Months Reliance engineering came at my office and told me mother board of this phone is not working and after that nobody come from Reliance for solve this problem I call him minimum 15 times.

          i have recharged with 79 tariff plan of reliance (which provides night 500 minutes STD RTR) last night two days ago..But I got only message of recharge successful but i called someone at night according to this plan but, still they deducted balance from my main balance. And also they are not Providing me SMS facilities as their plan of 34..they did not deactivate my previous SMS plans which is of 5p per SMS.i asked them several times, all time they told me ,your request has been proceeded, and also said that problem will be resolve within 2-3 working days,but reality is different.And now they do not allow me to make a single call to them.I am not taking the advantages of that plans so take action against them as soon as possible.

            Hello Sir, I did recharge of Rs. 97 using my icici bank online, strainge relince deducted all money except Rs. and I got Rs. 15, I called reliance, They made me wait for complte 53 minutes to resolve this issue and did not do any thing.

            I make communication with retailers, they said its bogus plan and not availabel in the maket.
            I have ricieved a message yesterday which says that 600 STD min will be given to any network in Rs 285 recharge, but I have got normal 400 min, I had talked to the customer care senior officer they said earlier that you r the selected candidate and later they said it can not be done.
            As per the message I shall be given 600 min which I deserves

            Hello There,

            I just bought a new GSM Reilance sim([protected]) just a week back and i got it recharged and i had about Rs.50 worth of credit.My balance got deducted without making any calls and i complained to reliance about this and they said we will give you a refund and will give you an answer in two days but its been more than a week and i tried to call them so many times and i get the same answer.Can you please guide me the right path in this case.Thanking You.

            Reliance — night calling pack benefit didn't get last 7 days

            i activated 69 night calling pack in 8th feb 2011 but from 23 feb it will be charged the normal tariff i call to the custamer care office 47 times but i didint get any information regarding this same problem plz consider my complaint.

            I would like to complain against Reliance GSM. I got message from Reliance stating "Dear Customer recharge with 320 and get talk time of 350. Additional talktime of Rs 59.88 valid for 7 days, Offer valid till 14th July. Reliance GSM" The same I have confirmed from customer care.

            So I have recharged with 320 on 11th July, but I have got only 290 (+some change) in main balance and 59.88 as promo balance. So total I got only 290+59.88 = 349.88 instead of 350+ 59.88 = 409.88, 60 Rs less.

            I have called many times to customer care. most of time its long waiting, some how I spoke to one customer representative on 12th July at 10.20 AM. But intentionally he tried me to confuse. same problem I explained many times, after 30 mins of conversation he told me that talk time of 60 rs will be credited to my account. But still I did not get any talk time. I asked name to representative but he did not answer that also.

            So could you please look into this issue?

            I was frequently getting the message from RM-651234 on my no. as mentioned below:
            " Festive recharge offer.Karein Rs. 150 ka rchrg aur payein Rs. 160 ka talktime,jismein Rs. 136 core aur Rs. 124 ka prom TT hain.Promo TT vldty 3 din.Reliance GSM. "

            But today,when i have done online recharge of Rs. 150 from hdfcbank.com , i got only Rs. 133.99 TT and no promo TT. This is totally in cotradiction with the message they sent to their customers. Even I recharged the same day when I received the message.

            Sir I am requesting you,please have a look over this topic.

            I had recharged online my mobile with the following details:

            This recharge would have given me the facility of free local Reliance-Reliance calls for 1 week.
            I got the recharge confirmation from Reliance that the recharge is successful.

            But I did not receive the facility. When I called customer care, he replied that the offer is no longer valid and your money will not be refunded.
            Also, he told me that I need to resubmit my documents otherwise my phone will be disconnected.

            I had to suffer a lot of problem due to this. Therefore, I want the recovery of Rs.25,000 so that I can recover the problems that I had faced.

            Reliance GSM Services — unauthorized bank charges

            an unauthorised service activated by me by mistake, but i complained 8-10 time deactivate this service in reliance care Bhopal and many time also in customer care executives, after my complaint they send me a MSG after 24 hours that your service has been deactivated, and this process repeated many times and still now today balance of my mobile continue deducting.
            i m frustrated this reliance service and their fake customer care service.

            Few days back I got message from Reliance GSM that for Rs 19 I'll get R2R call all over India at 0.10paise/minute for 15 days, I used it as per.Than after 15 days,I got it recharged again the same but i didn't got the benefit.When I talked in Reliance Customer Care,they told that Reliance had never a scheme like that, This shows a lack of information within their own people.
            After few days, after seeing the Reliance Website for 3G combo pack for Rs 174, I called the reliance customer care to confirm whether I can get this service or not, They told that I can get the recharge done.Than from the Retailer, I got my E-Recharge for Rs 174, I didn't got any benefits for that.I again called the Customer Care to ask why this happened, they give me the reason that on my no. this recharge is not possible.......How this happen that first Customer Care told me that it can happen, than they tell its not possible.I asked that give me atleast balance on that Recharge, they told that not even a single money benefit will be provided.
            Is this the way that after giving this much amount what I'm getting is Zero.
            The company with a big Reputation is doing such a cheap ........!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

            I have recharged with rs..66 before 10 days according thru http://www.rcom.co.in website where I need to get call rate 1p/2sec. Local. but my call rate are not 1p/2sec. yet.
            Their customer care has not ready to help me out on this concern and saying the plan has been changed we cannot help you on this concern any more and keep sending Unnecessary messages in every second and i have been recd 150 sms now while i have activated DND service.

            I don’t want this service …please refund my money (Rs.66.00) ASAP. They are really doing online FAKE business in India which is not acceptable.

            I recharged with 65 rs in my no [protected], on 6 feb 2013 it was a internet pack with 2gb data for 28 days, and after recharge I got msg that your account has been recharged with .01 paisa, but when I tried to connect to internet I was not successful so I calld at 198 they told me that there is no such recharge, and I did not got either data or bal, if there is no such plan then I should have received the bal aplicable for that amount, and if that was not a valid recharge amount then was recharge successful. And on previous month I recharged with 65 rs I got 2 gb data for 28 days from 07 jan to 4 feb.
            On 26th of April, i filled two recharges with Rs. 150= and Rs. 99=. Both the recharges were successfully done and i got both the messages. My calling balance was avilable upto Rs. 175= but my internet pack on which 2GB should come has not been done. On 28th i contacted the customer care who told me that it has been activated and i can now use the internet. But while opening the internet all my account balance was taken by you.

            Since that time i continuously use to talk with almost thirty customer care representatives but all the time i am saden with the poor response of the customer care people. I have been given two complaint no.s and i today got a message that my complaint has been resolved and account has been refilled with the wrongly deducted entries. But i am surprised to see that my internet balance has been filled with 0.06MB (non-sense). This is all non-sense and complete wastage of time. Sir, kindly tell me what should i do.


            My Internet balance of 2GB has not come yet and Rs. 167= of the calling amount has also been deducted which has not also come yet. Further, the customer agents are non technical and poor responsive people. Tell me shall i migrate to other service provider. It is pertinent to mention here that i am a Bank Officer and there are 1000s of reliance connections used by our employee. Shall i instruct them also to migrate to other service provider.

            i had done recharge of rs 79 on my reliance no [protected] on 4th june 2013. they say in this recharge you will get 500 min reliance to reliance on net night calls std for 14 days. after getting confirmation message from reliance, i called a std no but my balance deducted from my main account. then i called costumer care, after 1 hour of waiting they picked up my phone and then they hang up my phone abruptly without solving it. then i had gone to reliance web world patel nagar, new delhi, what they said i was shocked by their response. first they said that i have exhuasted my 500 minutes in just 2 nights. then i asked them can you please tell me my call details, then they said we cant tell you, you have to call costumer care. that was pathetic. then i mailed their president and appellate authority, up to 3 days they didnt responded, then a guy names Mohan called me and said sir we will look into your complain and given me service REQUEST NO[protected]. and told me your problem will be resolved but after 2 days they message me that there was no wrong deduction found from tour phone. so i am deeply shocked by reliance. just after recharge how can i use 500 minutes. how can their system showed that i have used 500 min.i have not talked not even for a single minute. i am writing this with hope. please do needful.

When I call to another number then after ringing, please recharge your account. You have insufficient balance & no good response from Reliance Customer Care Department.             I recharged my number [protected] through paytm for 91 rs and there was no amount in the balance. When I called reliance customer complaints team one agent told me recharge will be done in next 1hour I called again another agent told there is a network fault recharge will be done after 3 pm I called after 3 then the guy told me there is no recharge for that amount so I told ok fine then could you refund the amount he said no refund will be made money is gone I told him can refund half the amount he said no then I had a word with the manager with name mutunjay he told me any thing can't be done I asked him to transfer to someone more senior he disconnected the call. As reliance you took my 90 rs but you also took away the goodwill and my trust. I request plz do something as this is not good at all
            A few days ago my mobile balance was Rs.34. 2 days later it was Rs 28.. then it was 14 n now it is Rs. 0.110. I complained to the customer care many times but they made excuses that services was activated on your number, although I haven't activated any services. This is the worst telecom service I have ever seen. i would request you to solve my problem or else I will make sure that nobody atlest my family would go for Reliance telecom services ever.

              I HAD A RELIANCE LANDLINE NO[protected], WHICH WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY. I GOT FED UP WITH THE POOR SERVICE AND SURRENDERED THIS PHONE ON 7 MAY 2012 AT RELIANCE COMM OUTLET IN VASANT VIHAR AND WAS GIVEN ID NO[protected].
              I WAS ALSO TOLD THAT THIS AMOUNT WILL BE ADJUSTED AGAINST MY BILL. LATER ON I GOT A CALL FROM[protected] AND A GIRL WHO INTRODUCED HERSELF AS PRIYA TOLD ME THAT I HAVE TO MAKE THE PAYMENT OF THE BILL AND THE REFUND FOR SECURITY DEPOSIT WILL BE SENT IN TWO DAYS TIME.
              SINCE THEN I HAVE TRYING THIS NUMBER BUT AM NOT ABLE TO CONNECT. I HAVE CALLED UP CUSTOMER CARE BUT THEY ARE ALSO NOT DOING ANYTHING.                 I am having a reliance GSM postpaid connect which mobile no is [protected] . I have requested to change my bill plan from 349 to 99 monthly rental and add 99 pack for reliance to reliance free on 29-April-2012. And on 30 monthly rental plan is changed to 99 and got message confirmation. I have used reliance to reliance free but when i got my next bill of Rs 1800 i have noticed that in bill R2R pack were not added, hence they have charged for reliance to reliance calling almost rs 800. And also found that from next billing cycle my plan was changed to 599 monthly rental.

                I have logged many complaint there in call centre but just after 2 days complaint were closed without solving my problem. and when i call up to call centre they says ” We have escalated your complaint to higher authorities hence call is completed and we will let you know whenever we close you issue.

                Reliance India Mobile — Wrong activation of Plan

                Hello,

                I am Hansraj Bhardwas. I had purchased a postpaid connection of RIM on 30/08/09 from a shop naminig visitech at Pandav Nagar, New Delhi and since the moment i m facing dozens and dozens of problems with the same, As follow:

                1. After 8 days my number was not activated as the person responsibe for address verification was at the time, when i used to be in my office, although i had said them clearly that i will be available after 5 only.

                2. Then on 02/09/09, i again ventured to the same shop ( where i had purchased the connection from) and got surprised that he had done his job of sending the required documents on the 2nd of purchase it self.

                3. I made a call to Mr Ajeet (+91 [protected]), one of the employee of reliance webworld of the same locality and who was in contact with the shop for business relations.

                4. on 09/09/09, i got one number (+91 [protected]) activated for two days only as i had applied for a choice number. Any ways i got my choice number activated after 2 days. I was haapy that finnaly my work is done, but after only two days of activation i got a message that "YOUR ACCOUNT USAGES IS HIGH. PLEASE PAY RS. 660.80 FOR ENJOYING UNINTERRUPT SERVICE". It really perplaxed me as i had applied for Plan 770, where i would be able to make free STD calls on RIM number, but these scumpless people piched me 225 Plan with the limit of Rs. 800/-.

                5. Yesterday i.e. 11/09/09, after getting the message i called to Customer Care, which instead of solving my problem tried to make my realize that I am in a hot soup.

                6. I didn't bother for the message as i was legally and logically right and kept using the service and lodged the complaint against the respective web world with the complaint no.[protected] and applied for the change of plan with complaint no[protected] and got the assistance that my problem would be cured soon.

                7. The icing of the cake part, after all these bla...... bla.... bla.....and assistance from them, i got one more message from them today i.e. 12/09/09 at 9:48 AM that "YOUR ACCOUNT USAGES IS HIGH. PLEASE PAY RS. 963.80 FOR ENJOYING UNINTERRUPT SERVICE".

                So you please tell what should a person do in such a situation and these sort of activities would be taken care off. This is not mine single problem, there are lots and lots of people who are the victim of the same. Would there be any action against these so called giants, if yes please do the needfull. Otherwise a person would loose his trust and never login to this portal.

                      Duriing our recent we visited several places such Hanumanchatti, Janakiibhai Chatti, Yamunotri, Srinagar(Uttaranchal), Gourikund, Kedarnath, Uttarkashi, Kedarnath and Badrinath. There was no signal for my CDMA Reliance service. Other networks such as BSNL, Airtel and Vodafone had strong signals. It was a major inconvenience for me and I had difficulty in keeping in touch with my relatives in Bangalore. I had to borrow the mobile phones of others.

                        This is Ashish Gupta from Pune.

                        I am facing an issue with Reliance Communications for my broadband internet connection. I have an UNLIMITED COMBO plan which is a wired internet connection. My user id is[protected].

                        The issues faced are:
                        1. Almost every month the broadband connection is down for 2-3 days. On contacting the customer care they say its regular maintainance. I have an unlimited plan, and i expect my connection to work everyday. If the connection is down, I expect Reliance to provide a waiver in the monthly charge calculated prorated for the days the connection is down, due to an issue at Relinace end. Recently the connection was down for 5 days from 5th july, 2012 to 9th july 2012. It has been the same case for past few months as well. There have been scores of emails to reliance from my side but no positive response from them.

                        2. The connection is very poor on EVERY weekend. I am unable to open google.com as well. Customer care says that it is due to loading. When i am paying Rs. 600 + taxes every month for an unlimited internet connection of speed 1mbps, i expect it to work everyday. If there is loading, Reliance should improve thier infrastructure.

                        I am fed up of following up with Reliance for these issues and hence i have approached you.

                              My number is [protected], I have generated UPC code(RA489397) on 12 June 2012. I have submitted the same in DOCOMO store.
                              Reliance GSM has cancelled my request saying my UPC is wrong. I went to the DOCOMO store and checked nothing wrong I wrote in application. still it got failed

                              For the 2nd time I generated a UPC (RA558739) on 28th June 2012 and I gave request in VODAFONE store on the same day. I have checked with VODAFONE and they told there is no issue with it. I got conformation that once the reliance services are deactivated, immediately VODAFONE services will be activated.

                              after 7 days of my request, still not processed by RELIANCE GSM. I raised a case with Reliance no.21641975 on 20thy of June, when I call up customer care they say it is still in process. Its been 24 days till now issue isn’t resolved yet!
                              My UPC code has expired now(13th July midnight).

                              Finally will reliance allow me to choose my freedom? according to MNP policy?? no -ve balance with me, I have completed 4 months in Worst service of Reliance.

                              I don’t have proper signal, lot of my complaints are still not processed!! balance is reduced automatically, packs will be activated with my notice.

                              FINALLY one word!! Reliance Ditched me!! all the way!!

                              Please please throw me away from this RELIANCE, If you want I will pay you in reverse!! Am missing my important calls.

                                I am reliance mobile user since the launch of Reliance Mobiles, I purchased your offer for Rs.21000/- and since then I am using this phone. I have never defaulted in making payment of the bills, and now my phone has been disconected because of the high handed ness of your staff, I am giving below the things happened in coronological order.
                                I have written few mails to your customer care services but no response have come from their end.

                                On 3rd April 2012 I have made a request for converting the plan from post paid to pre paid vide request no[protected] dated 3rd April 2012 at Zamrudpur office New Delhi with payment of Rs.50/- and was told that it would be conerted from post paid to pre paid in 5 working days and same have been confimed by SMS received from 59111 on 7.4.12 (10.10pm) confiming that the request have been processed.
                                I waited for almost a month presuming that the connection have been converted from post paid to pre paid, instead I received a bill.
                                Then I visited Daryaganj office New Delhi since your office at Zamrudpur have been closed, They told me that no request for post paid to pre paid is show in their system, and they asked me to make another request vide request no[protected] dated 7.5.2012 and said that Rs.700/- is due which I paid at Daryaganj office vide Receipt no. S[protected] OTC Code 03010 dated 7.5.12.
                                Instead of converting from post paid to pre paid I again got a bill for Rs.1250/- dated 7th June 2012.and thereafter my connection was disconnected.

                                    you had shown on your web that recharge of amount 148 and get 320 min of Local+STD calls but i have recd only local call facility which i don't required. i was forced to recharge rs 50 to get STD calls yesterday. it was completely your mistake which is not a transparent business in India.

                                    Please refund my money or help me out to have 320 min Local+STD calls at the earliest. i have enough proof of you website that you had carried for 148 recharge.

                                    I have recharged with rs..00 today morning according thru http://www.rcom.co.in website where I need to get call rate 1p/2sec. Local. but my call rate are not 1p/2sec. yet.
                                    Their customer care has not ready to help me out on this concern and saying the plan has been changed we cannot help you on this concern any more and keep sending Unnecessary messages in every second and i have been recd 150 sms now while i have activated DND service.

                                    I don’t want this service …please refund my money (Rs.66.00) ASAP. They are really doing online FAKE business in India which is not acceptable.

                                    My talk time balance has been deducted unnecessarily today more than rs100.00. I'm getting very disappointment due to this reason. Why reliance has done this kind of job once again. I have been facing the same issue earlier as well those were getting resolved. Looking for the same from reliance.

                                      i am chandan nayak, B.Tech(ECE) student recently selected on an off
                                      campus conducted by reliance communication group in EAST(eastern
                                      academy of science and technology) odisha on 20th april 2012.

                                      but now we are not provided with further notification.when we call on
                                      given number in offer latter they provide us contact number of another
                                      correspondent at Jaipur, rajasthan mr. vikash gupta([protected]) he
                                      said that they have no idea about any campus in odisha.
