Sir,
My name is Utsav kumar and my number is [protected]. I am an existing customer of reliance BIS.... I first subscribed for BIS on 14th march 2012 but on completion of one month ;e on 14th April 2012 which was the due date for renewal, this service was deactivated though i had sufficient balance. I again activated this service by sending the same message for activation, a balance of 398 was debited from my account but the service was not activated though I got the confirmation message that the service has been activated. This happened on 15th April 2012. I made a number of calls to the customer care but all in vain..this service is still deactivated and the customer care guy says that there's a server problem for prepaid services and that's why this service is deactivated but Rs.42 has been debited from my main balance since 15th April 2012 because sometimes they the customer care guy said that the service is activated and when I tried to connect internet through my blackberry browser my main balance was debited...I again called the customer care to refund my lost balance that is Rs. 440 as the service has not been activated but nothing happened....20 days have passed since my first complain and yet its not resolved...this is an example of complete negligence from reliance blackberry.....they are not able to provide services but charging for the same....
Now i want my money back and I would never ever go with reliance and never would let anyone go for it as they offer the worst services. They don't even care for their corporate customers....this is pathetic and shows utter negligence from their side ....

There may be some network problem but I didn't get a single call. I even registered an online complain to Reliance customercare but got no response.
Anyways my alternative number is [protected], hope this time it gets resolved.

    hello sir, as i have purchased a reliance gsm sim with no [protected] in 2010 july 22. on purchasing date according my plan,call charges was 1 rupee for 3 minutes. but from past one week,i observed that my call is charged for rupee1.20ps for 3 minutes. and i spoke to reliance senior correspondence and they said that my call is charged rupee 1.20ps for 3 minutes since the sim purchased date. but this is clearly cheating.they have changed my tariff plan with out my permission or without any intimation. so please make justify to me. pls pls sir.

      My Name is Sujeet. I have a GSM RELIANCE phone number [protected]. I recieved an sms from RM 651234 stating,
      " Enjoy all India UNLIMITED R-R calls! Just recharge with Rs. 497 and get Unlimited Local/STD R-R Calling for 30 days. Limited Period Offer. Recharge today. Reliance GSM."
      My office saw the sms and got the recharge done after five days (3rd May 2012), and the money got deducted. And when I am asked for a refund, the Customer Care said they cannot do anything about it. I simply asked them to give the balance into my mobile or reimburse the amount in any manner. But the Customer Care was relentless, saying they cannot do anything.

      Please help me out in this case. Reliance is Playing a Spoil by doing such negative things. Either they should not take the recharge, or they should give at least balance if the money is credited.

      RELIANCE-GSM — Inappropriate charges

      I have a reliance-gsm prepaid connection. On 7th of October I received a message regarding deduction of Rs.2/- from my account for activation of MKR services. I had send a message for deactivating it but again they deducted Rs.30/- from my account on 11th October. When i lodged a complaint of it in the customer care dept. i was told you will get the reimbursement within 2 days. I didnt got that and when i called again i was told u can complain anywhere. I am totally unhappy with these kind of deductions from my account.

      Reliance — inappropriate deduction of charges

      I am prepaid customer of reliance with number [protected]. Company deducted rs. 59 from my account without my consent. When i asked the reason they told me that i have activated a service on the call received from reliance. But fact of the matter is I never received any call from reliance for such service activation nor i gave any consent to charge me for such service. This is completely a fraud which is being done to innumerable customers of reliance prepaid. would request you to look into this matter and take strict action against telecom company Reliance for such frauds where they are inappropriately deducting money from customers and violating consumer rights.

          I have Reliance CDMA prepaid SIM which no. is: [protected].
          On 01/May/2012 my 30.00RS get deducted automatically.
          I called to the Customer care, and spoke with the customer care exececutive.
          His name is Brinder (Brindara).
          He told me that some plan activated today and after my request to deactivate this plan he has assured me that plan is deactivated now.
          But he told me that he is unable to refund the money of 30.00 rs.
          I told him that i have not activated anything, then lastly he told me that you money will also be refunded.
          Till today i have not seen that money has refunded...
          Very unsatisfactory service of Reliance as without any reason why he deducted the Money ?
          Even after confirmation from customer executive, he has also cheated me.
          This is not happening me one time i have another Reliance SIM in which one time they had automatically deducted the money...
          CAN any one tell me that RELIANCE will return my money or not?????

            I subscribed a postpiad plan from Reliance world, saraswati vihar, New Delhi on 23rd April

            First, they took 5 days of time to activate my connection and the day it was activated it stopped working right after few hours.

            I called up customer care, talked for long hours but NO SOLUTION!!!

            Even I informed to the other callers who used to call me for verification but it has been a week, my internet is still not working. It causing me huge problems in my profession.

            Second, I visited the Reliance world office last evening. I reached there at 7:34 and the customer care executive says: "Office is close". However I was said that office will be open till 7:30. But is it really that big issues if it is 4 minutes late. "That guy was not willing to listen". He said: "they do not workg after 7:30"..... wow!! Is this the customer care??

            I am amazed. I hoping to disconnect my connection very soon if it goes this way only.

              i am P V V A RAO from Orissa..My number is [protected]

              I have been using smart reliance GSM card from many years... i realised there was a balance deduction of about Rs.300 from my balance for no reason, activating unwanted services to the subscribe without his/her knowledge I have been trying to contact the customer care. but call got disconnected in between IVR option or BUSY.

              REFUND the amount on my number at the earliest. Else am thinking of switch to any other network

                I was using Reliance services and last month on 31-APR I have moved house in same location.

                I have informed the same before changing the house to customer care on 13-Mar-12, ID is[protected] and request to terminate my connection on or before 19-Mar-12, for that period I have already paid the bill. On 22nd Mar, I have received a call from relationship team to know the reason for connection withdraw and same reason given by me. She told me that we will serve you new location and you don’t have to pay any reinstallation charges at new location. I said OK for that condition but when I again call on customer care to shift my connection at my new place they dine to install as there is no DP available in 201012 PIN code. I have again request to terminate my connection on 2nd APR , ID is[protected].

                Today (12th APR), I have received a call from their side to pay 1000Rs bill. Please ask them how it is possible when I have request for termination twice in a month?

                I request them to either provide your service at my new place as committed by your representative or wave off charges for the days I have not used services provided by you.

                I do not want to use their services after 19-Apr-12 but this is only because of wrong commitment by their representative. I hope you will definitely consider my request.

                I am ready to pay bill for 10 days till 31-Mar-12 but they are threatening me to pay for full month. While after 30-Mar, I have not used their services.

                Reliance has no values about their commitment. They are just cheating their customer.

                I am not using reliance services from 30-Apr-12 but still my connection is active and I am getting bills on mail-id i.e. [protected]@gmail.com. On 6-June-12, I have received a bill of Rs 2500/-.
                Please guide me or suggest me some way to come out this problem my number is [protected]. No one from reliance is paying attention on problem. If no one will help than how a middle class person will survive. I think reliance company has no ethics, & customer focus. I will never suggest anyone to opt reliance services.

                  Dear Sir/Madam
                  I am using Reliance Smart prepaid Mobile phone [protected] since last several years.
                  I found that some of the several service packages are automatically getting activated in my mobile. In spite of several complaints and reminders there is no action taken by Reliance. In the last 8-9 month I must have unwillingly paid extra amount of Rs. 1000 or more towards subscription o[censored]nwanted SMS services.
                  The company intentionally sends SMS for subscription request for some unknown services. The "Reply" button is provided in the place where normally "Option" button is placed. When the customer want to delete the SMS and try to select the "delete" button from the Options list. The service automatically gets registered. One doesn't have to send any reply for subscription. The subscription is intentionally, to the benefit of the company, automatically gets registered. Reliance does not provide any ways to unsubscribe the service. On complaining in the office, just the customer is harassed with false commitments.
                  Please unsubscribe all SMS services to telephone number given below. Please do not send me any promotional SMS. Please do not call with promotional calls.

                  Reliance Smart — automatic sending of message

                  My mobile no is [protected]. On 27.02.09 at about 6.00 am, I amazingly discovered that messages are being automatically sent from my mobile. Blank messages were being sent to the mobile numbers which are stored in my contacts. I simply watched it horrifyingly as messages were being sent one after another to my contacts and my balance getting deducted simultaneously. Ultimately, I had to switch off the set to stop the mischief. Then somehow, I changed the message centre number and tried to contact the Customer Care. But the customer care executive was not to be found.
                  I immediately want an explanation regarding this. If somebody says it was the fault of my mobile's software, that would not be enough to explain this clandestine deduction of balance of the service provider. This is because as soon as I changed the msg centre no, the mobile stopped sending messages.

                  Reliance India Mobile — Stopped subscribing business

                  Refer to my mobile no-[protected] is still been under trouble by getting the aurto subscribing message.As today 17.02.11 I have received a message from 58888 that "Thanks for subscribed cricket pack" But sorry I have never request to subscribe or neither such interest.

                  Request you to unscribed / Deactivate against the above message and must ensure that there should not be any deduction against the above message.
                  Once Sending o[censored]nused message and unnecessary auto subscribing will earn undersigned to permanent withdraw from the reliance india mobile service,by submitting complain against the service provider.

                  Matter should be taken seriously.

                  Reliance — Unwillingly subscription of services

                  I am a Reliance subscriber. I usually getting disturbing call form unknown users to my cell [protected] during night. One of the number from where call is coming is [protected]. I want the complete address of this subscriber.

                  Further Reliance is always deducting amount from valance for subscription o[censored]nwanted services for which I never made any application. This happend today.                   I bet, around 50% of the Reliance Smart customers are suffering from this unsubscribing problem, which is intentional by the company.
                  It’s ridiculous.
                  Please unsubscribe all SMS services to telephone number given below. Please do not send me any promotional SMS. Please do not call with promotional calls.

                    With due respect i m Arun from M/S jindal Comm. ellenabad sir i m in very trouble from our present distributer Zee mobile center ellenabad his owner Mr. Sunil mittal is a very bad person because he is not work properly his dse of reliance prepaid is not coming in the market daily n some time we suffer many problem like when we give payment for gsm flexy n distributor always flexy transfer in cdma or every time he give problem all most retailer are suffer from this problem any retailer dosen't sale the reliance sim card because of distributer fault the imployes of reliance company like ppm tsm ,asm and other are not properly work they dosen't come in market for know about market research ...
                    sir ther is no reliance care for customer solution distributer has make a care in his shop but this not like a care n many kind of people leave reliance company sim card the distributer contacts [protected] , ppm [protected], asm [protected], [protected] pankaj bhatia
                    above thease person are not work properly in the sense of idea vodafone airtel ........
                    we want to change present distributer for better out put

                      I was desperately in need of an air internet card. Many of my friends suggested me to buy it from Reliance so I called the reliance toll free no.[protected] and checked with the best options. I requested the customer service executive on the call to send some representative. On 31st March 2012 I got a call from mobile no. [protected] asking me if I had called reliance customer service for a new reliance data card. I told the person that I had called it and I was interested in reliance netconnect+. He immediately came to my office with a new reliance data card. As it was a postpaid connection he requested for few documents like 1. Address proof, 2.ID proof, 3.Photograph and 4. Electricity bill Xerox. In an hours’ time I submitted him all the documents and total amount 2300/- (including free internet up to 5GB data download each month free for 3 month). He gave me the new data card and said it will be activated within 30 minutes. It got activated as he said within 30 minutes.

                      On 2nd April 2012, just on 3rd day the card stopped working so I called the same representative but he did not lift my calls for several days. One day almost after a week this guy called me and asked me for the original electricity bill to activate my card. I gave him the electricity bill the very next day. But until 27th April 2012 I did not receive any communication from this person. I tried calling reliance customer care toll free no many times but the answer I got was your card is not active and we cannot help you. On 27th April 2012 I got an SMS from the guy informing me that my card is activated with some different data card no and he gave me the login details to activate the card. I tried that and my card got activated.

                      Immediately after 2 days i.e. since 29th April 2012 my card again has stopped working and whenever I call this sales guy he is not lifting my call.

                      Now I want my money back. Please help.

                        I have prepaid connection ([protected]). I received a call 25th April' 12 from Reliance communication ( TA-95, 2nd Floor, Street no. 1, Main Road, near Reliance Fresh, Tughlakabad Extn, New Delhi-19) for postpaid connection and i gave the document 26th April' 12 ( Driving Licence, Company ID photo copy and 1 photograph) and 250 Rs. to Mr. Ehsan who came form reliance communication and i received a receipt ( No. 2703).

                        Still my No. is not converted in postpaid connection, before yesterday i called to Mr. Gajendra and he said that i would check your document, and he cut the phone. After some hour i tried to call him but he did not pick my phone and then i was trying to contact in office but customer care no. ([protected]) was switch off which is print on receipt. Last 2 days i am trying to contact in office but i am unable to contact them.

                        Please take the action ASAP.

                          We have a very bad experience in brand name like Reliance. On 26th Apr we have purchased a dress from Reliance trends, Dolmundai, Cuttack for our daughter. Due to a family function in our residence we didn't check her sizes and unfortunately we have lost the receipt anywhere. Afterwards we came to know that its a smaller size and went to showroom for exchanging.Due to non-availability of receipt the billing manager asked for discount coupon which was issued to us along during purchase. However they were able to tress the duplicate bills from that disc coupon. But surprisingly the barcode was not matching with our dress. We have tried to convince in all the possible way but outrightly they have rejected our request. Being an all india level company we never expect such type of behaviour b'coz matching of bar code is purely their internal matter how customer was involved. Possible something wrong practices was going in the system. So it is suggested to all of our customer beware about this types of companies products as who are not bother about customers sentiments. If any action taken against this showroom may all the mislead works comes to the public.

                            I have taken Reliance Broadband Service 2-3 months back, they made commitment that they provide handset with the installation of connection but at last the refused to give, secondly they changed my Broadband Plan without any prior permission and whenever i used to call the they dont pick up the call. The Guy who made false commitment is Mr. Sandeep Rai and Mr. Bheem Singh. and they have used Abusing Language with me also.

                            Please Dont take Reliance Broad Band Connection they are cheaters and Liars.

                            Hi,

                            I am very disappointed with Reliance services.

                            I have raise a request to discontinue my service on approx 12 October and paid the all the billing amounts. After some days I got a call by reliance saying they will provide me new plan and also promise me for one month wave off.

                            But now my new bill is generated and not proving and wave off. This is truly cheating with customer.

                            I am facing such kind for false commitment by Reliance staff.

                            Kindly look in to the issue otherwise this time I will go to consumer forum for sure.

                            I received below message from reliance "Jadoo Recharge! Get upto 1 GB extra FREE on every 3G Data Recharge of Rs 177 along with normal 1 GB 3G data + Unlimited Whatsapp; Facebook & Twitter for 30 days".
                            But I had received only 1gb data along with 100mb data .Still I haven't received extra 900MB data from reliance side.Even you guys are not available on your customer care services.Please help me out with this problem.

                            Alos when ever i recharg my account you guys activate diffrent services and deduct the amount from my balance i have complaint about this several of time.Due to which i am not recharging my reliance my no. except the internet pack.But now you also making false commitment in internet services.
                            Also i had sent this email several time to reliance customer care but i haven't receive any reply from there side

                                Reliance Mobile — Not getting Call details

                                Hi,
                                I am using Reliance Mobile postpaid connection for 3 months. For 2 months I got the call details but now they are not providing me the call details along with the bill. Contacting them said I have to pay Rs. 25 for this.

                                I don't know why I have to pay for this. This is my right to know my call details. If they have to charge such amount then why they haven't charged for previous 2 months.

                                They all are making customer a fool. When the last date of paying bill comes closer then they remind for payment without sending bill.

                                  This is Rakesh from hyderabad. I have showed interest in buying reliance datacard and its connection thinking reliance would provide me better service. But all hopes of mine gone vain.

                                  So, one fine day on 18th April 2012(probably my worst day) i have filled my details in the form online to purchase a datacard on reliance website to purchase a datacard. Here started my problems. A executive named seraj(seraj.[protected]@vriti-interactive.com)([protected],[protected] ) from Vriti(Connect india) the "great online partner of Reliance" approached me for the new connection.He promised me for the datacard delivery and connection instantly on the same day.

                                  I have requested them 3 months advance rental plan so he said , sir please pay Rs.1450 online and rest 1100/- to the executive when you get the datacard.

                                  So, by listening to his commitments,i took 1 more step ahead of my problems, i have paid the payment online using my Citibank credit card on connectindia.in/checkout.htm with the product code 7041 and Rs. 1450 on 18th April 2012. One day is gone i didnot get connection, prior to that i should get datacard right.

                                  On 19th April 2012 finally an entry of the executive to deliver the datacard has arrived my office. He gave me the datacard and he asked for Rs.1100/- .
                                  I handed him over Rs.1100 and asked for the receipt. He said i dont have bill book, i got a call from many people to leave the executive. I said until unless i get a receipt i am not gonna pay the remaining . So at last i got a receipt from vriti for Rs.2550/- and they promised me the connection instantly that day also but which didnot happen.

                                  So, sun set in the west as usual and sun rise in the east on 20th April 2012 ,yet my connection is not active. With lot of complaints,efforts , hardwork and numerous visit to reliance office in hitech city,hyderabad and with the help of delivery manager ([protected]) i got the connection (Happiest day of my life) in the night on 20th april 2012.

                                  I taught there will not be any other issues in future, but my happiness is not last longer. My plan is activated wrongly , it was activated silver plan instead of 3 months advance rental plan. I gave lot of complaints to reliance customer care. They said it is a mistake from reliance as they have entered a wrong details of plan in the CAF form. Now again they are harassing to go here and there.

                                  I dont know when i can i out from these issues. Issues are hounding me . So please do the needful.

                                      SIr, I had written letter for not debit payment through ECS for above mobile bills written and send to your office at Web World, Nr. Vijay cross Road, Ahmedabad but they have refused to take our letters for stop payment of ECS by your official. All said phone is presently used by person who were worked with us but since Dec-08, we are seperately working and they are supposed to pay the bills and not to be paid by us through ECS from our A/c so to stop the ECS payment from our A/c, give me the formalilities to be follow for stop ECS payment from our a/c.                                       7 days before I had took new reliance prepaid connection([protected]) from local vender due to some emergacy need it as I had moved from Bangalore to Ahmedabad. I had forward my new no to all my contacts updated same no at all relavnt places.

                                      After 5 day my no has blocked without any intimation and after then I knew that vender has not provided my document to company. Ater than I reach to reliance web work with my all document but they told me it will take minimum 7 working days to activate you no after you again provide your all document. Due to this mobile block senario I had suffered big financial loss.

                                      This is such a hasitated service...

                                      Dear sir, i m too much frustrated about the customer care of reliance, for a small problem i have to dial [protected] ... 100 time where 99 times i get response "this route is busy" if it rings i have to hold for more tha 10 mins, and ultimately the call gets disconnects... and sometimes the CUSTOMER CARE EXUCATIVE also disconnects if he/she is not able to clarify the problem. and 99% they say - " rite now our server is down kindly call us after 2 hrs" what is this,? this is hopeless/ worst service you are providing .

                                      Actually i have recharged my no, [protected], through oxicash online recharge , i even get the sms from reliance , unable to complete the request , but where is my fund?? neither it has been refunded nor it is credited to my prepaid account.

                                      i recharge my number through online recharge Receipt No. AMIR31479916 of Rs. 110/- on dated 07/02/2013 Time:- 13:29:22. but i can't receive balance from company and my balance deduct from my bank account. so please take necessary action on my complaint. i also going to reliance communication center near my city but they can't response for my complaint.

                                      i am a user of reliance netconnect plus device with the number [protected] .on oct 21st 2013 i recharged it through online, money was deducted from my bank account but the recharge was not done.for the same i contacted the banker and the banker confirmed the transfer of money to the reliance communications via billdesk.for the same i contacted reliance communications stating all the facts on 3rd nov 2013 and i didn't get a solution till today 21st nov 2013.exactly after one month of the issue the customer care replied me that the recharge to this no was done on the same day itself.but if the recharge was done i wouldn't not have raised this issue.i have proof for the transactions and the issues and will be provided if needed.

                                        I was a customer of RELIANCE MOBILE numbers from inception along with my family and friends by suggesting reliance to many of them at last Reliance Brought me in to Situation it led me to leave my number which i was using from last many years....

                                        My number [protected] which was a post paid connection I cleared the Total Bill amount and applied for prepaid migration the store person of Balanagar informed to stop using Out going calls and he informed me i can use IN cumming calls i have done same after few days i came to know that my number was billed again again repeatedly even after informing that i have applied for migration it was a mistake of reliance balanagar people i was irritated in such a way that i lost that number and it is TERMINATED even after many requests complaints there war no results

                                        places where i approached Reliance stores,telecalling complaint zones,even at last NODAL DESK was not in a position to rectify my problem....

                                        i Pl Req any if who can help me to get my number back which is very important for me i will be very much thank full..
