I purchased a reliance data card with three months advance rental plan . beacaus of my less usage i want to convert the same from postpaid to prepaid. i went to reliance outlet told them to convert my data card from postapid to prepaid they told me for that i have to give the outstanding amount of rs 830 , i made the payment bur after a day i recived a call from customer care regarding the convesion of my no from postpaid to prepaid , i told them the same after that they give me a new 4 months advacne rental plan in 2000 for (unlimited) they told me to make the balance payment of rs 1170 . i have deposited the same on the next day . there is nothing mentioned about tax in the mail (attached for your info) now because of non payment of service tax they disconnect my connection , asking me to make the paymetn of rs 610. trailing mails attached for your info. kindly look into the matter revert bcak as soon as possible.

This is with refrence to your mail regarding the "Republic Day Offer" i have registered for the same ( 5GB of Internet usage @ Rs. 500/- per month for 4 months) by making 2000 payment to Ashima Telecom Services vide Receipt No S[protected]Rs 810) AND S[protected]Rs 1170) on 30/Jan/12 and 01/Feb/12. Now I have received a call from customer care regarding Non-payment of bill of Rs 610. According to the plan i don't have to pay for four months and they don't give me the McAfee AntiVirus free for 12 months plus they disconnect my connection.
you are requested to take this matter on priority and make palenty for this on Ashima Telecom. This is very bad experience of mine with Reliance Net Connect and i also wants to disconnect my connecton after the completion of above plan.

data card reliance net connect — unjustified charging by reliance

Hello,
I am using a reliance net connect data card Huawei 350 or something, didn't remember exactly because it didn't use that crap now. i didn't paid my bills for 8 days and they stopped the service, up to this is fine but after they stop the service means the outgoing calls why do they still charge the rental, when they now they have stopped that crapped service. when ask the people at reliance communications about this they say we don't know, it just happens, like s**t just happens.

abusing isn't helping now, what can be done in situation like this, kind of mental torture, also i would like to make a statement here i.e. reliance has got the mediocre service and worst among its competitors, they just torture their customer.
tell me if there is a way to get out of this with not being sc****d up by REL.

    I WANT TO PUT IN THE KNOWLEDGE THAT WHEN A NUMBER WHICH IS NOT IN USE FOR A LONG TIME HOW CAN YOU CHARGE RENTAL ON THAT NUMBER WHICH IS OUT OF SERVICE,.I HAVE BEEN CHARGED FOR NOT PAYING THE BILLS OF THE NUMBER THAT I DIDN'T USE FOR A LONG TIME, BUT EVEN WHEN I PAID THE AMOUNT AND HAVE ASKED TO STOP THE SERVICE AND REFUND THE SECURITY DEPOSIT AMOUNT , IT IS STILL BILLING AND SENDING RENTAL TO MY ADDRESS. LET ME INFORM, SUCH KIND OF ACTIVITIES IS NOT TOLERABLE AND I AM NOT GOING TO PAY.
    I am unable to speak to the customer care service. without informing the customer how come will u do like this????????????? faced the same problem 20days back also... If any enquires how will the customer knows? Did u provide any aternatives????????

    I HAVE TAKEN RELIANCE BIG TV ON 25/05/2011
    BUT THEY TOOK 10 DAYS FOR INSTALLATION
    AFTER THE INSTALLATION OVER THEY TOLD THE DTH SERVICE WOULD BE ACTIVATED IN 4 HOURS BUT EVEN AFTER 4 DAYS THE SERVICE HAS NOT BEEN ACTIVATED THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN THE ENGINEER SAYS WHAN I CALL HIM IT IS ACTIVATED AND IF I SEE IN MY TV IT SHOWS THAT U HAV NOT SUBSCRIBED SO IT IS NOT ACTIVATED THE CUSTOMER CARE PEPOLE SAYS

    SO DONT TAKE THIS SERVICE PREFER TO TATA SKY IT IS THE BEST SERVICE........
    I had brought an Internet connection on first week of April. The device was not working and I had to return back in two days. I was promised that I will get a replacement device in three days. On constant follow ups I got the device after one month without the plug point. I had to wait for another one week. They said I need not pay the bill for the month I did not use. Now the connection has been bared because the bill has not been cancelled. They want me to pay the tax money. They don&#039;t pick calls nor respond. The speed I used for few days is worst. They took away the original bill and gave alternative bill. I don&#039;t want this connection and want my money back.
    I have the reliance prepaid connection, My monthly expenses on recharge around 700 INR.
    Most of the time the internet not works on my phone, when i complain about this issue to reliance customer care the they have only one answer that there is a technical issue. The worst service i have ever seen in my life. Big name but actually a fraud company.
    I suggest to reliance please launch the 1G service because you don't have potential to handle even 2G services. Worst to worst service. I am going to port my number. I just recharged of 44 INR (Whatsapp + Facebook) plan, you know a single time it wasn't connected my whatsapp to Internet. It's completely frustrating. Go to hell Reliance Communication.
    Unlimited number of call drops there too. Govt need to take action against this fraud company.

      My complaint is regarding poor customer service on Reliance data card.We have taken a reliance connection and it was not working for the past 3 months and we have send many mails regarding this.We will receive only the automating generated mails that we will solve problem with in 5 days but till now no person has tried to solve the issue hence we have not paid the bill but after that we are getting many mails about the outstanding amount to clear.Many mails,msgs and calls really disturbing.Finally they are sending that going to take legal action against us for non payment and they have send advocate notice.

      From this you all can understand clearly about their service.Pl don take any connection with reliance and get into trouble.

        Hello sir, my name is ravi lalka. My mobile number is[protected], i changed my network from vodafone to reliance 1 month ago. I give all id proofs in reliance office. But after a week it was automaticaly temperory unavailable. I connect to customer care. They told me to give id proof. After that i give two time my id proofs in reliance office. But my number is still not working. No one tells me the reason of this. In vodafone network it was working on the my brothers id proofs. His name is surinder singh. His age is 20. Address- village- nabipur, district fatehgarh sahib. I give also these proofs to reliance office. Please activate my number soon.           regarding the above subject i Mr Pramod joshi using mobile phone of Reliance. on Dt 20 th january 2011 all over INDIA started the mobil number portability.but till yet RELIANCE mobile not issue me a UPC code. As you know for portout to existing mobile company we would like required UPC code but today 25 th jan 2011 RELIANCE MOBILE company & his executive does not help to me nighter give me a proper response.

          I have port out from Reliance Communication Service on 24th Feb. 2011 and got message of new service provider (Vodafone) for port in but Reliance have not disconnect outgoing facility as yet.

          I can make call from both service at a time from same number, thogh incomming calls come on new service provider.

          I have comlain so many times to reliance for the same but no action taken so far.

          I m using reliance CDMA Postpaid connection since 8 year. Now i m not satisfied with the Reliance and want to use potability With Vodafone. But Reliance is not allowing me to use portability and 3 times rejected my application. Reliance told to Vodafone that My Postpaid Bill is not Clear or Due. But since 8 year i m never came in a category of Due Customer.
          I checked my account with Reliance, But there is no due, But i deposited RS. 200 extra with Reliance.....but they again rejected my application.
          I tried to talk to the Reliance web-world assistance but they told me again that my Bill is due or unpaid or my account is not clear.
          Now I make known that Reliance is really Bad service Provider bs i do have a another land line No.[protected].....that i terminated by last 3year but i m still waiting for mu Security Money Rs. 2000...that is still unpaid till this Date.

          hi, i have portability my bsnl no- [protected] to reliance with all documents.on[protected], i have received a reliance sim card from reliance office, Doom Dooma, But till date the sim card is not activete. when i called reliance customer care, they are relplied the documents are not received for update.
          I have converted my sim card from Vodafone to Reliance on 2nd April for low call rate. I did Rs.18 top up as customer care told me of per second plan but still it is not activated. Even I have tried to call Reliance customer care number(*333, 198) but it is not reachable for my number. My cell no. is [protected]
          Kindly see to my problem and solve it as soon as possible.

            I have submitted to enroll My Mobile No. [protected] (TATA DOCOMO) in Reliance GSM on
            7th April 2012 with a plan of Local Call 1p/2sec and STD 1p/sec by Paying Rs 19 For M.N.P & Rs 42(FRC) for call rate Plan.
            Even after repeated complaints & Harassment I didn’t have any responses
            from Relaince. After that my mobile no. Is enrolled in Reliance Company
            on 25th April 2012 but my call rates are 1.2p/sec for Local as well as
            STD. Again I made complain against this matter to Reliance customer care
            executive, he said that it will take 2 more days time to resolve the
            problem but I’m still suffering with the same.
            So I kindly request you to please take action against this Harassing Network Provider " RELAINCE"

                Dear sir, today i.e 26/4/12 i got this msg from 51234 (Full Talktime OFFER!! Top-up 55/120 ke recharge par payein Rs.55/120 ka FULL Talktime. For details dial 151515 (TollFree). RCOM ) on recharging with rs 55 on my no.[protected] instead of getting talktime 55rs i got 99 loc std min with 10days val. I have call to c.care 2times (he doesn't resolve the query his name rahul then 2nd time i said transfer to senior exe. He told me u will get ur talktime within 4days & he give me complaint no.[protected].
                My question is customer is paying money then why company is looting... for my money i want to beg them till 4days.
                Plz help me & sort out the problem and give me the talktime.

                  My self Yogesh Khandelwal, I am having reliance GSM No. in Rajasthan. My No. is [protected].
                  One month before, I lost my SIM card in Rajasthan. So I contact to Ajmer Reliance Office located at KC Complex. I asked for the procedure to get the duplicate SIM to customer care executive in the store. She told me that you have to give the Address proof, ID proof and Photo, I gave her my Photo and Driving Licence for the same, Then she told me that You have to purchase Blank SIM from the store located in front of Reliance office in the name of "Mahindra Mobiles".
                  I went to that store and asked to purchase a Blank SIM. Shop Keeper told me that you have to pay 100 Rupees for blank SIM. Then I asked for the Bill because I know that the Blank SIM cost of all the telcom operator is near about 20-25 rupees.

                  He refuesed to gave me the bill of that, Then i asked again customer care that he is asking for 100 rupees, then the girl of the reliance store said that you have to pay 100 rupees for that, From January onwards we donot have the blank SIM. Then I asked to know that if i purchase a Blank SIM from your store how much you will charge for that, she told me that its cost from reliance is only 4 rupees,

                  What should i think about reliance store, Why they donot have the Blank SIM.
                  Why she told me to go to the Mahindra Mobile in the front of Reliance.

                  If this is right, I m ok with this.

                  I think this is cheating with me.
                  I have also communicate the sim on mail id rcomnodalofficer.[protected]@relianceada.com on dated 23/04/2012, but did not get any response.
                  Please look into the matter and do the needful, otherwise i have to take some serious action against this cheating with me.

                  Reliance Communication — Difference in the Rate of Blank Sim Card

                  i have mail the customer care for the purchase of the new sim card against the old damage card. They had conversation with me for two days and they called me and given me assurance that it will cost you only 25 rs onyl.
                  When i visited the web world loacted at shivranjani ahmedabad, They ask me to pay 200 rs. When i show the print out of email he answered that call center executive dont know the rates.

                  Than I visited the other web world located at Paldi Bhatta.Over there they ask me to pay 150 rs. Than i vistied the relief road Web world they ask me to pay 180 rs.

                  I want to complain , when the company is same , the product is same then why the rates differs at company outlets and also in the system and actual web worlds.

                  i have mailed this issue to nodal officer . customer care, anil ambani even.

                  But no one is responding.

                  Gude me what to do.???
                  purchase the card at the rate they give you. take the bill of amount you pay and then mail the company about black marketing of their own product and ask who is doing this either company or the authorised dealer. you will get the excess amount in 24 hours. i have done the same thing. ghee sidhi ungli se nahi nikalata, ungali tedhi karani padati hai.

                    I took broadband 3G connection from reliance communications at Indore district ,Madhya Pradesh with following particulars:

                    Name of owner : MR VIVEK NEMA

                    As soon as I have shifted to Indore I was in need of Internet connection. I am residing in RRCAT colony of Indore. I have gone for Reliance Net connector with Data card (No. [protected]) in the name of my brother Anupam Nema by paying Rs 2500.00. Before purchasing the data card I enquired with Mr Abhay (Sales Executive) about Internet services in my area. He has assured that strong signals are there in your area and you will get very good speed during browsing.

                    As soon as I installed the same I could able to understand that it is not working efficiently in my area. I made complaint about the problem to customer care as well as sales person about the matter. They tried a lot and finally they told it will not work in your area. Reliance Sales person Mr. Abhay told you please return this data card, company will refund your money Rs 2500 in a time period of 3 months. This talk about the refund was also confirmed by a Lady (seems to be the marketing head of Reliance) but as on date no refund has been received from the company.

                    Again Mr Abhay (Sales Executive) told again, sir Reliance 3G network connections are very good all over Indore you please take 3G data card it will definitely work very good in your area. Since I was in urgent need of Internet therefore again I trapped in his words and took 3G Internet data card (No. [protected]) by paying Rs 1000. This was a post paid plan with Rs 800 monthly rental. As soon as I purchased and started browsing in my area I found that signals are very week and I could hardly use the connection. I have complained many times to Reliance Customer Care about the existing problems but no positive response is obtained from the company and more over they told that in your area Reliance signals are week and you may not get enough Internet speed. Therefore I asked Reliance to terminate my connection and refund the money.

                    In this way Reliance Communication (RC) took Rs 3500 from me and no services were provided. No services and no use of there Data card but I am still continuously received monthly bills for the postpaid connection. Since I am not using their Internet connection therefore not paid any bill generated by RC.

                    I am receiving constant calls from reliance executive for the non- payment of bill and they have been harassing me for the same. In spite of several reminders and explanation's they are not ready to sort out the issue. This has caused great inconvenience to me .

                    In this regard I appeal to you kindly help me out from the problem and help me to get back my money Rs 3500.00….

                    RELIANCE COMMUNICATIONS LTD — refund of money for termination

                    After payment of the last bill for June 2008 my landline phone[protected] was terminated. The set of phone returned at Reliance Web World, Fergusson College road, Pune on 23rd June 2008. The CAF reference is [protected] dated 23 June 2008. Request to expedite the refund.
                    Dear sir, My FTP telephone no.[protected] was shifted from post paid to prepaid on 14 Dec'08 I requested for refund of Rs.1000/- after diducting my out standing bill amount of Rs.179/-. even now two months have been passed I am yet to get my refund or any commincation, pl take a immidiate action and arrenge to send my amount as requested.                       Complaint regarding deactiviation of my mobile phone bearing No.[protected].(Relieance) . I bought a hand set during last week of Dec 2011 from JSR Communications & Services Cambridge Road, Bangalore, as I lost my handset. A hand set offered by the salesman was under a rebate scheme of Reliance communication at tune of Rs 1190/- and the rebate should have distributed in six monthly instalments against my monthly Bill payment.
                      When First bill payment made in the month of Jan, the rebate was not allowed as the persons attended me informed that the rebate start from month of Feb and Feb and March Rebate was allowed. Infact the Bill amount was Rs 396/- after the rebate of Rs196/- collected RS 480/- by rounding off to the nearest whole figure. The cash receipt obtained bearing No.1B[protected] dated 03/24/2012. The salesmen S/s Shiva and Ahmed were discussing each other to give an impression to me that the scheme offered to me was not existing. Please note that the two months Bill was not send to me either as Soft copy or hard copy. When i insisted for a copy the Bill it was not provided in the prtext of "Server down".
                      Few days after, I have been getting SMS stating that there is Balance payment on my account. I have approached through "Customer Care" several occassions and also contacted S/s Shiva and Ahmed. All of them have agreed to find a solution. Atlast they find solution by disconnecting my Out going Call and Incoming Call.
                      Finally, one Ms Priya contacted over my mobile few hours before the disconnection and came up with another offer. That is I have to pay back the rebate offered to me and they will back after 6 months!!!!. Although I was not convinced by this offer I have almost settled for this facility(?) in order to avoid wastage of time and money. But when I requested to authonticate the conversation made by Ms Priya through an e-mail or SMS, very strangely
                      she refused stating that she was talking me through land line. She thought all customers are fools and they do not aware that the land line she used has SMS facility. I made another condition that the Salesman at JSR Communications should give a letter authanticating that the postponed rebate should be available to after 6 months.
                      Although Priya agreed to this condition, when I contacted shri Ahmed he has either any iformation regarding thie offer made by Priya or know her.
                      In my final (Fifth complaint), I narrated all the above mentioned fact through "Customer Care Reliance", but no answer to this. After disconnecting my out going calls many questions were asked by "Reliance Communications' to answer about the satisfaction of officers spoke to me. What a stupidity?. When Out going calls have been barred how can I answer through SMS. Why cannot they discuss through internet.
                      I am sorry to state I have been put under tremendous amuount of mental agony and great inconvienience on account of the arbitary behavoiur of reliance communication.
                      I am senior citizen involved in many Social organisations and NGO besides I am full time Consultant to Ministry of Defence.
                      Hope that a redressal will be found soon.

                        Hi ,

                        I had a broadband connection from reliance communications in Gurgaon district ,Haryana with following particulars:

                        Name of owner: MR NASAR FARAAZ
                        Customer A/c Number :[protected]

                        I got this connection in June,2010 with a plan of 300KBPS unlimited browsing .The bill for this plan used to 550.50Rs per month in post paid format.The billing cycle used to be 11th of every month. There was also a security deposit of Rs 500
                        In June,2011, I migrated to a new plan in which my speed was upgraded to 500KBPS and unlimited browsing.This plan was a pre-paid plan, and therefore, I had to pay the bill in advance. I did this and cleared the backlog,caused due to plan migration,in the July bill cycle by paying 1201.91 Rs. The billing cycle remained the same at 11th of every month.

                        On Nov 27th,2011 I had to move out of the premises where I stayed and therefore, had to get this connection terminated. The termination request number for this is :[protected] as told to me by the reliance customer care executive. The executive told me that a representative would come and collect the equipment's in next 7 days(which would have been 3rd December) and the connection would be terminated. However, no one turned up.
                        Since My billing cycle was 11th of every month, i still had around 15 days(from the day) left in the current month(for which I had already paid, half the bill+ security amount due on reliance).
                        Around December 20th I received a call stating that my bill is due. I launched another complaint for the same with number:[protected] for the correction of the bill.

                        Ever since I have been receiving constant calls from reliance executive for the non- payment of bill and they have been harassing me for the same. Inspite of several reminders and explanation's they are not ready to sort out the issue.
                        This has caused great inconvenience to me .

                        i therefore demand the due compensations for harassing me from reliance along with the bill amount,that is outstanding on them( I already had payed as advanced payment as per my broadband plan)

                            I am a subscriber of Reliance postpaid connection No [protected] and paying the bills timely. I paid the bill dt 07.02.2012 on 18.02.2012 at Reliance Communication Services 3/3 Colvin Road Allahabad U P but in the next bill i was charged late payment of Rs.100 on enquiry it came to that the person who has received the payment had left the service without depositing the amount paid by me. Thereafter contacting to MR Abhishek contact no [protected] who managed to deposit my bill on 02.03.2012 thus I was declared defaulter till then aer contacting so many times dues of of Rs.100 is being showed . At this stage I am unable to understand what should I do or to whom should I contact or should I surrender the connection or should I not pay the bill in future.

I have contacted customer care (*333) several time but no any responce I have also contact appelete customer care on no [protected] on friday 20.04.2012 but till no they are also not able to start the no. I have visited reliance web world (dadri)up. Also they are saying that the sim is okay problem is with the handset. The handset repairing center of reliance is saying handset is okay.From 6 days it is a priority no and no solution is made.Reliance web world service and behave is very bad. Pl.Help me and resolve my problem. This is my 2nd complain.Pl.Help me.Reliance comm.Says reliance is a no.One mobile co.But I am saying reliance mobile service is 3rd class.                                 I have had the worst experience dealing with Reliance broadband, part of the reliance adag group.would request noone to ever deal with this third rate organization, seems like the entire work culture has been permeated with incompetent,negligent, and utterly useless employees.


                                I had tenants in my previous flat who had signed up for a landline instrument with broadband connection activated. When their lease was over, they got the connection cancelled with a bill showing all settlements had been cleared. That's when the nightmare started.

                                I kept receiving cals everyday asking for payment to be made, even after emailing them the scanned copies of settled accounts, there was no respite. Finally, after threatening to take them to consumer court, even that did not have any impact, and started ignoring their calls.

                                Then a few months ago, some lawyer from Delhi called and said, a case has been filed against you for non-payment of dues and it is coming up for hearing tomorrowi n the delhi high court, you can either clear pending dues of 5,250 or you can come to delhi from hyderabad. We never even received a notice!!! God knows what games were played by these crooks, finally we had no choice but to pay them 5250 again! as the only alternative was to go to delhi, spend 15000 on a flight ticket and pursue the entire matter, which was obviously not feasible as I am from hyderabad.

                                Now, after extracting payment twice for a service that was cancelled over three years ago, they have again started calling asking for payment, i have been giving the account details clearly stating that the payment has been done, every few days one guy calls saying his account does not reflect payment having been made. Now, even for the instrument after paying 222 as cancellation charges, I am being asked to pay pending dues!!!!!!

                                It looks like I will have to file a case against them, I would recommed that nonone ever deal with this third rate organization, the worst service ever, absolute cheats.

                                Reliance Broadband — worst service..incompitent workers

                                Hi,

                                This is to inform you that I'm a resident of Shiv Nagar area (West Zone) and a month back one of the executive from Reliance came to our place and offered us a broadband package + phone named Happy Hours. He did give the manu for the same. As I use the broadband service in my home and I was in the office, so my father advised him to come on the day when i had my week off.

                                The executive's name is Sanjay and he works in the Reliance Office close to that area only. As decided he did come on my week off and discussed the plan and took all the documents (bank account statement, photo, pan card photo copy) and informed me that some engineers will be coming and installing the connection in 8-10 days.

                                After 10 days, I spoke to Sanjay on his mobile ([protected]) and he informed me that he has stuck up in someone's connection so he"ll be coming in 2-3 hrs.

                                I wasted my complete day and waited for him or his call. But he did not ever bother to call back and update us about anything. when I tried to call him he did not answer the call . After that day me and my father tried to contact Sanjay everyday but he did not answer the call. Sometimes call was answered by someone else and they informed that either Sanjay is sleeping or he is not available. But this fellow never tried to call back not even for the Courtesy.
                                After that I got so frustrated, I contact Reliance Customer Care on 30337777 and I got this e-mail address on 14th Nov, 2007.
                                Very same day I tried to contact Sanjay again and this time he answered the call and said that I can speak to his boss named Ajay ([protected]) and Ajay said their some system error and thats why the configuration did not happen. My father told Sanjay to return our documents so that we can look for the other ISP. He said he"ll come in the evening but as expected, he did not come not even bothered to call and inform.

                                I'm very sorry to say that above experince, has spoled the image of Reliance in our family and I will never recoment to buy any product from Reliance to anyone.

                                this has been the worst experience of my life. We talk about the major company line Reliance and the people working here are irresponsible and worthless.

                                As I was expecing a better broadband service from Relaince, I disconnected my broadband connection with the previosu ISP, hence I'm in total loss now.

                                I have waiseted my time, my money in calling your executive and my patience and my trust and confidence in your company as well.

                                Higher offilials and helpline numbers also were not helpful and re directed my complaint to the other line.

                                Kindly look into the matter.

                                Reliance Broadband — Excessive and wrong bill

                                I've read some complaints that appear very similar to mine. Here's my complaint.

                                I have Reliance broadband wimax connection 2Mbps with 4GB free data download per month plan. I've been using the service for the past 6 months. My usage per month is around 2 to 3.5 GB, never more than that. However, the reliance bill charges for whatever I use, and does not offer me the 4GB per month free data download as promised. So, in addition to my rental of Rs. 750/- per month, I am forced to pay around 3500 Rs more every month. I have called up Reliance customer care and over the past 6 months I have submitted around 20 complaints. The people there dont have any clue about the billing. I even tried to escalate by calling up the 'Floor manager' in customer care, lot was promised but the same story.

                                Once a guy from the 'billing department' called up. I asked him what was the total data I downloaded last month, he said he doesnt know how to add numbers mentioned on the bill !! Such are the qualification of the people. I cant even terminate because they need all outstanding to be paid. And it'd take 15 days for a termination to be processed. And in that gap they can very well sneak in another month's bill.

                                Whoever designed these nefarious billing and termination policy - he/she is an absolute !@#@#$

                                Reliance Broadband — wrong and excess billing

                                I am user of Reliance Broad Band services along with they have provided a land line connection with no 30602744 and this phone it self not working at all since long time even though reliance issung bill for Rs.1600,1200, 1300/- in this manneer, we have lodged complaints many times even though there is no response from theri end so i requested to disconnect the land line connectin even that also not considering and again they may issue bill higher side

                                please bring me out from this situation.

                                Reliance Broadband Services — excess Billing

                                I had a reliance broadband connection since more than 1 year. My regular billing was appx. 400/- per month. All of sudden myJuly- August bill rise to 600/-. So I started to download and save my daily usage data table whenever I join the connection from 11th August. From that saved tables, I found that my usage data was tempered afterwards in previous dates. e.g.on 5th sept. my data usage was showing 65.21% bundle usage upto 3rd sept,on their website, but unexpectadly in the table of 8th sept. the bundle data usage upto 3rd sept. was showing 123.39%. There are many examples like this and I have saved all print outs.
                                On lodging the complaint after getting bill appx. Rs. 1600/-,of August-Sept. the authorities promised us to scrutinise the issue after our paying the bill. We paid the bill and compalined upto higher authorities also. But there is only one answer -without even looking our print outs-- that the bill was correct.
                                After that I paid the Sept-Oct. bill of Rs. 408/- twice by mistake. I urged the company to pay back my excess amount, but till today there is no responce from the company

                                Reliance Broadband — No use but excessive bill

                                We have been using Reliance Broadband for about two years now. We have a postpaid plan where we pay a monthly rental of Rs. 250. On an average, we have a monthly bill of Rs. 300, and we have always paid our bills within their respective due dates.

                                All of a sudden we have a bill of Rs. 7,657 due to excessive data transfer during 29th and 30th December 2009. According to Reliance's records, we have done a cumulative data transfer of 7 GB during these two days. We have not used our Reliance connection during this period, and, hence, find it extremely difficult to pay for that use.

                                We have already raised a complaint with Reliance's Customer Care. However, their interactions with us is not helping in resolving the issue. We want this issue to be investigated into so that it can be figured out who actually used our connection.

                                Currently our connection is suspended. We want our connection to be disconnected so that we do not end up paying rent for a period when we are in no position to use it. In this regard, we have sent another request to Reliance Customer Care, but there is no progress on this issue.

                                Please help in investigating further and resolving this issue.

                                Reliance Broadband — Excess billing

                                My reliance broad a/c no [protected] & customer id no is[protected], address is A/1,Dhru Shopping center, Sweet home Society ,Opp. Poojan Apt.,Citilight,Surat-395007 is showing NO CONNECTIVITY i.e. Reliance broadband login page is not opening. So I complain on customer car on date 16/08/11 and got complain reference no[protected]. Again on 17/8/11 i complain and got complain ref. no.[protected] and on 24/8/11 ref. no. is[protected],[protected] .On every complain i got answer that your complain will resolve within next 24 hours. Nine days are passed at last on 25/8/11 i have given request for closing the service with ref. no.[protected].

                                Reliance Broadband have billed me Rs.5954.47 from period of 11/08/11 to 11/9/11.But my broadband connection is showing non connectivity from 15/8/11 to 25/8/11.How can i use there internet connection in breakdown period ? So please go into the matter and do the needful.

                                  I am using Reliance Smart GSM Mobile phone since last several years.
                                  I found that some of the several service packages are automatically getting activated in my mobile. In spite of several complaints and reminders there is no action taken by Reliance. In the last 2-3 years I must have unwillingly paid extra amount of Rs. 2000 or more towards subscription o[censored]nwanted SMS services.

                                  Recently my wife suffered from the same problem and after getting frustrated for not being listened for unsubscribing SMS service, finally changed to BSNL.

                                  The company intentionally sends SMS for subscription request for some unknown services. The "Reply" button is provided in the place where normally "Option" button is placed. When the customer want to delete the SMS and try to select the "delete" button from the Options list. The service automatically gets registered. One doesn't have to send any reply for subscription. The subscription is intentionally, to the benefit of the company, automatically gets registered. Reliance does not provide any ways to unsubscribe the service. On complaining in the office, just the customer is harassed with false commitments.

                                  I bet, around 50% of the Reliance Smart customers are suffering from this unsubscribing problem, which is intentional by the company.
                                  It’s ridiculous.

                                  Please unsubscribe all SMS services to telephone number given below. Please do not send me any promotional SMS. Please do not call with promotional calls.

                                    My complain has been registered under service no[protected] from last one month even after several reminder they are not responding with solution only reply the mail by writing that we are in process of solving the problem.

I got my connection terminated on[protected]. Case id:[protected]. Aa all your billing and service systems are computerized, my connection should be terminated on same day. Still on my acknowledgement slip of service termination, your representative have written within 15 days. After this a new bill for the period from[protected] to[protected] have been raised. Even if took complete 15 days to terminate my connection,then also i am liable for bill of 10 days only i.e. from[protected] to[protected]. Once your representative visited me and I cleared my situation. Now I am again getting calls from reliance head office for payment of bill.

                                    I request you to stop harassing your customers and send me a NO DUES LETTER ASAP.

                                        My fiance was using a reliance CDMA number and now that number is with my mother in law. From last 4 days she is getting calls from different reliance GSM numbers. The numbers from which she is getting calls are : [protected], [protected]. The caller had used very abusive and disturbing kind of language on the phone. We had a word with reliance customer care about this issue, however they were not able to help us regarding this. I am writting this to you by keeping trust on you. The atmosphere in the family is really very tense. I request you to take some serious action against these people who are not letting us to breath.
